빈도비 모델과 GIS을 이용한 침수 취약 지역 예측 기법 개발 및 검증 (Predictive Flooded Area Susceptibility and Verification Using GIS and Frequency Ratio)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 빈도비 모델(frequency ratio model)을 이용하여 부산 남구 및 연제구 지역의 침수 지역 예측 기법을 적용하여 취약성도를 작성 및 검증하고자 한다. 침수 피해와 관련된 요인으로는 지질도, 지형도(경사도, 표고, 곡률 및 하천), 토양도(토양 배수, 유효토심 및 토성), 임상도(경급, 영급, 소밀도 및 수종) 및 토지이용(불투수층 및 그린인프라) 등의 자료를 선정하여 GIS 기반의 공간 데이터베이스로 구축하였다. 2009년 160개소의 침수지역 중 50%(80개소)는 침수 관련 항목들간의 상관관계를 분석하는데 활용되었고, 50%(80개소)는 작성된 검증을 위하여 사용하였다. 침수 관련 항목들간의 상관관계는 불투수층 지역에서는 교통지역이 가장 높았으며, 경사도 $11{\sim}15^{\circ}$및 표고 15m 등에서 높았다. 분석된 상관관계를 GIS 중첩분석을 수행하여 침수 취약성도를 작성하였다. 계산된 침수 취약성은 기존 침수 관련 항목들 간의 관계를 정량적으로 설명하고 표현하여 취약성 지수가 높을수록 향후 침수피해가 많은 것을 의미한다. 침수 취약성도는 관련된 재해를 줄이고, 토지이용 및 건설과 같은 도시계획 분야에서 사용될 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is searching for technical merits and demerits of each weight lifting player through qualitative motion analysis system. Moreover, It is also analysis the repeating the establishment of exercise purpose and studying for the effect of the field adaptation. The subject of this study was five male weight lifting players who have been engaged in Korean Delegation Team. The institution of exercise target was made through two times qualitative analysis and the result of studying for the effect of the field adaptation was produced before offering feedback. Moreover, two time analysis added after offering feedback. All analysis was based on 2-D visual analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Maximal barbell moving speed in starting phase was decreased after offering feedback. This result implies advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 2. From starting posture to 앉아받기, forward and backward moving distance of hip joint was decreased after offering feedback in all subjects. This result represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 3. In terms of pull phase, forward and backward moving distance of hip and shoulder joint was decreased after offering feedback in all subjects. This result represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 4. In terms of pull phase, the difference of horizontal value of coordinates was decreased after offering feedback in all subjects. This result represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. 5. In terms of pull phase, the motion range of hip joint was decreased after offering feedback in three of five subjects and this represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them were not variable or narrow decreasing. This result represents that feedback system could not brought tremendous effects. 6. From apex point of barbell to 앉아받기, the difference of barbell height was decreased after offering feedback in three of five subjects and this represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them weren't variable or narrow increasing. This result represents that feedback system could not brought tremendous effects. 7. In terms of last-pull phase, the angular velocity of knee joint was increased after offering feedback in four of five subjects and this represents advancement of technical skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them, only one subject, decreased. This result represents that feedback system could not brought tremendous effects. 8. In terms of last-pull, the conversional tendency of maximal extension to flextion came out all but simultaneously without offering feedback in four of five subjects. This is well-performed technique. Only one subject, however, could not use power effectively because the fact that his maximal extension came out in serial, from ankle to knee and waist means dispersion of power. In addition to, after offering feedback, only one subject made increasing the maximal extension of knee in last-pull and this result represents advancement of skills after offering feedback. However, the rest of them could not make meaningful development after offering feedback. 9. It might be assumed that searching for technical merits and demerits of each weight lifting player through qualitative motion analysis system could improve player's skill.

탈성매매 여성들의 생애사 연구 : 그 끝없는 탈주에 대하여 (A Study on the Life History of Post-prostitute Women: Episodes of Endless Escapes from the Public)

  • 본 연구는 성매매에서 탈출한 여성들의 적응과정을 생애사 연구방법으로 접근하여 그들의 사회적응을 도울 수 있는 실천적 개입 프로그램 마련에 기여하고자 수행되었다. 연구에는 성매매에서 탈출한 7명의 여성이 참여하였고, 이들은 눈덩이표집방법으로 선정했다. 수집된 자료는 Mandelbaum이 제안한 삶의 영역, 전환점, 적응의 3가지 개념틀로 분석했다. 분석결과 연구참여자들의 삶의 영역에서는 가정, 종교, 생업터전이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 가정은 "나와 남의 허물을 떠맡는 실존의 재구성이 이루어지는 장"으로 분석 되었다. 생업터전은 "성매매 재유입을 방지할 수 있는 견제수단"으로 분석되었다. 종교는 "자신의 잠재력과 고유성을 발현할 수 있는 질적인 전이의 현상학적 장"으로 분석되었다. 전환점 분석에서는 하나의 공통된 주제를 발견하였는데 이를 "몸의 저항을 통한 일상적 권력의 무력화"로 분석했다. 적응분석에서는 환경과의 상호작용에서 나타난 공통주제를 발견할 수 있었다. 이를 "스스로 찍은 낙인을 안고 살아가기", "익명의 존재로 살며 도망가기", "사회적 지위 이동을 통한 과거의 수치 씻어내기"로 분석했다. 위와 같은 연구결과를 기초로 공익기금의 조성과 사후 지지 서비스의 확대를 제언했다.

  • 수리지질학을 포함한 많은 지질학 분야에 있어 지하 매질의 불균질성을 규명하는 것은 큰 중요성을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 최근 Park(2020)에 의해 소개된 바 있는 대수층을 구성하는 매질의 수리물성을 예측할 수 있는 기법의 개념 및 이론을 간단히 소개하고, 가상의 대수층에 해당 기법을 적용하여 기법에 의한 결과들의 다양한 시사점을 도출하였다. 소개하는 기법은 공분산행렬 적응 진화전략이라는 광역최적화 기법을 사용하며, 개념적으로 대수층에 가해지는 수리적 스트레스에 의한 지하수위 변화 자료를 동화하여 대수층 불균질성을 특성화하는 방법론이다. 가상의 대수층의 수리전도도 예측에 개발 기법을 적용한 결과, 총 40000개 미지의 값을 매우 빠른 시간 내에 예측함을 확인하였다. 또한, 예측의 결과는 레퍼런스 수리전도도와 수치적 및 구조적으로 큰 유사성을 보여 예측의 질적 수준이 높음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 매우 제한적인 케이스에 대하여 적용을 실시하였으나, 기법의 추가개발을 통하여 보다 다양한 케이스에의 적용이 가능할 것으로 예상되며 현재 이를 위한 추가 개발이 이루어지고 있는 상황이다. 개발 기법은 수리지질학 분야 뿐만 아니라 다양한 지질학 및 지구물리 분야에 적용될 수 있는 잠재성을 갖추고 있다.

Modeling the effects of excess water on soybean growth in converted paddy field in Japan 1. Predicting groundwater level and soil moisture condition - The case of Biwa lake reclamation area

  • In Japan, more than 80 % of soybean growing area is converted fields and excess water is one of the major problems in soybean production. For example, recent study (Yoshifuji et al., 2016) suggested that in the fields of shallow groundwater level (GWL) (< 1m depth), rising GWL even in a short period (e.g. 1 day) causes inhibition of soybean growth. Thus it becomes more and more important to predict GWL and soil moisture in detail. In addition to conventional surface drainage and underdrain, FOEAS (Farm Oriented Enhancing Aquatic System), which is expected to control GWL in fields adequately, has been developed recently. In this study we attempted to predict GWL and soil moisture condition at the converted field with FOEAS in Biwa lake reclamation area, Shiga prefecture, near the center of the main island of Japan. Two dimensional HYDRUS model (Simuinek et al., 1999) based on common Richards' equation, was used for the calculation of soil water movement. The calculation domain was considered to be 10 and 5 meter in horizontal and vertical direction, respectively, with two layers, i.e. 20cm-thick of plowed layer and underlying subsoil layer. The center of main underdrain (10 cm in diameter) was assumed to be 5 meter from the both ends of the domain and 10-60cm depth from the surface in accordance with the field experiment. The hydraulic parameters of the soil was estimated with the digital soil map in "Soil information web viewer" and Agricultural soil-profile physical properties database, Japan (SolphyJ) (Kato and Nishimura, 2016). Hourly rainfall depth and daily potential evapo-transpiration rate data were given as the upper boundary condition (B.C.). For the bottom B.C., constant upward flux, which meant the inflow flux to the field from outside, was given. Seepage face condition was employed for the surrounding of the underdrain. Initial condition was employed as GWL=60cm. Then we compared the simulated and observed results of volumetric water content at depth of 15cm and GWL. While the model described the variation of GWL well, it tended to overestimate the soil moisture through the growing period. Judging from the field condition, and observed data of soil moisture and GWL, consideration of soil structure (e.g. cracks and clods) in determination of soil hydraulic parameters at the plowed layer may improve the simulation results of soil moisture.

  • The low and unstable yield of soybean has been a major problem in Japan. Excess soil moisture conditions are one of the major factors to restrict soybean productivity. More than 80 % of soybean crops are cultivated in converted paddy fields which often have poor drainage. In central and eastern regions of Japan, the early vegetative growth of soybean tends to be restricted by the flooding damage because the early growth period is overlapped with the rainy season. Field observation shows that induced excess water stress in early vegetative stage reduces dry matter production by decreasing intercepted radiation by leaf and radiation use efficiency (RUE) (Bajgain et al., 2015). Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the responses of soybean growth for excess water conditions to assess these effects on soybean productions. In this study, we aim to modify the soybean crop model (Sinclair et al., 2003) by adding the components of the restriction of leaf area development and RUE for adaptable to excess water conditions. This model was consist of five components, phenological model, leaf area development model, dry matter production model, plant nitrogen model and soil water balance model. The model structures and parameters were estimated from the data obtained from the field experiment in Tsukuba. The excess water effects on the leaf area development were modeled with consideration of decrease of blanch emergence and individual leaf expansion as a function of temperature and ground water level from pot experiments. The nitrogen fixation and nitrogen absorption from soil were assumed to be inhibited by excess water stress and the RUE was assumed to be decreasing according to the decline of leaf nitrogen concentration. The results of the modified model were better agreement with the field observations of the induced excess water stress in paddy field. By coupling the crop model and the ground water level model, it may be possible to assess the impact of excess water conditions for soybean production quantitatively.

한국의 여성 결혼이주자정책 : 상호문화주의적 조망과 함의 (The Migrant Women Policy in Korea : Prospect and Implication in the point of Interculturalism)

  • 이 글에서는 한국 여성 결혼이주자정책의 특징과 한계를 상호문화주의(interculturalism)적 측면에서 조망하고 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 초점은 한국에서 압축적으로 급속하게 진행되고 있는 다인종사회화의 현황과 정책적 대응을 개괄하고, 여성 결혼이주자정책에서 나타나고 있는 인종 지향적이고 젠더 편향적인 이슈들을 검토한다. 그리고 여성 결혼이주자들은 '초국적 사회적 장'(transnational social field)에서의 독특한 정체성 재형성 과정을 거친다는 점에서 한국 여성 결혼이주자정책이 지향할 수 있는 현실적 지향점으로서의 상호문화주의의 개념과 특징, 유럽의 정책 및 사업 사례를 예시하고, '상호문화적 시민권'에 대한 인식 제고와 교육 프로그램 강화, '선택적 동화'를 통한 '다원적 통합' 지향, 여성 결혼이주자의 상호문화적응프로그램 강화, 한국의 특성을 고려한 상호문화성 측정 지표 개발과 평가 결과의 이주자정책에의 피드백 등 상호문화성 강화를 위한 과제를 제시한다.

SVA Potsdam 프로펠러 단독 및 캐비테이션 성능 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis of Non-Cavitating and Cavitating Performance of a SVA Potsdam Propeller)

  • This paper presents numerical results of the performance of a marin propeller in cavitating and non-cavitating flow conditions. The geometry and experimental validation data of the propeller are provided in Potsdam Propeller Test Case(PPTC) in the framework of the second International Symposium on Marine Propulsors 2011(SMP'11) workshop. The PPTC includes open water tests, velocity field measurements and cavitation tests. The present numerical analysis was carried out by using the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) method on a wall-resolved grid ensuring a y+=1, where the SST k-${\omega}$ model was mainly used for turbulence closure. The influence of the turbulence model was investigated in the prediction of the wake field under a non-cavitating flow condition. The propeller tip vortex flows in both cavitating and non-cavitating conditions were captured through adaptation of additional grids. For the cavitation flows at three operation points, Schnerr-Sauer's cavitation model was used with a Volume-Of Fluid(VOF) approach to capture the two-phase flows. The present numerical results for the propeller wake and cavitation predictions including the open water performance showed a qualitatively reasonable agreement with the model test results.

소규모사업장 보건기술지원사업에서의 간호활동경험 : 포커스그룹 인터뷰 (The Experience of Nurses Who are working in the Government-Funded Subsidized Occupational Health Program for Small Scale Industries : Focus Group Interview)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to provide the fadamental information to prepare better Occupational Health Program for SSI based on the evaluation of the experience of nurse who were working in the Government-funded subsidized occupational health program for SSI. Method: The focus group method was used. Data was collected using focus group interviews and analyzed in the framework of the Grounded theory method as mapped by Strauss and Corbin(1990). The subjects were 14 nurses. Result: We identified 60 concepts, 30sub-categories and 6 categories(Table 1). Categories were Various services, Difficulties in implement Services, Successful strategies, Program Evaluation, Alternative Plans and Adaptation to new field. Conclusion: Nurses evaluated the effect of this program that autonomous health management ability has not changed although the possibility for the small scale industries to start the health management arose by acknowledging the importance of the health management of the workplace. In spite of many difficulties in implement services, nurses provided various health services using successful strategies. They suggest that various programs such as a model set-up suitable for the quality of workplaces and a role model set-up of the occupational health nurse for SSI as well as various efforts for the activated this program were needed. Nurses had a hard time in unfamiliar field when they began this program and overcame this difficulties with various strategies.

철탑의 반사 효과에 따른 FM CP-Ring 안테나의 방사 패턴 고찰 및 현장 적용 방안 (Study and Adaptation of FM CP-Ring Antenna Radiation Pattern Transmission Facility)

  • 본 논문에서는 우리나라 FM(Frequency Modulation) 방송국에서 송신용 안테나로 사용하고 있는 CP(circularly polarized)-dipole 안테나와 CP(circularly polarized)-ring 안테나에 대해 실제 전계 강도 측정을 통한 안테나의 전파 방사 패턴을 조사하고, 현장 적용에 대해 비교 고찰하였다. 비교 결과, 송·중계소가 방송국의 방송 서비스 지역의 한 가운데에 위치하는 경우에는 CP-dipole 안테나(4방향)가 유용하며, 후방에 있는 철탑의 반사 효과로 인해 지향 특성을 갖는 CP-ring 안테나는 지향 방향의 조정을 통하여 타 지역으로의 전파 월경 방지는 물론 주요 서비스 방향으로 5∼9dB 높은 전파를 방사할 수 있었다. 특히, 송·중계소가 서비스 구역의 한 쪽 방향에 위치하여 3방향으로 전파를 방사하는 경우가 많은 우리나라에서는 CP-ring 안테나를 사용하여 안테나의 지향 방향을 인구 및 도로 밀집 지역으로 집중하여 방송 수신 환경을 개선시킬 수 있다.
