The objective of this study is to develop education programs for cultivating smart aquaculture experts through a education demand survey of industries, high school students, university (graduate) students and field workers. The industry demand analysis was conducted as an in-depth interview on representives from seven companies. Education demand surveys were conducted on 96 students and field workers in the Jeonnam region. Results on the demand survey were analyzed using frequency analysis and cross-analysis. The company representatives responded that they want to participated in internship and retraining programs to proactively secure manpowers with convergence capabilities about smart aquaculture. Seven companies preferred manpowers with basic competencies on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) or aquaculture. The most respondents in the demand survey want to participate in the education program for experience on advanced technology, self-development and enhancement of work capability. On the other hand, some respondents said that the education is time-consuming and that the education program does not fit their level. Thus, the education program should be developed in a way to minimize the spatial and temporal limitations of education targets and to improve understanding of non-majors by reflecting the demands of human resources in the industrial field.

It is well known that the thermal load in PSC(prestressed concrete) box-girder bridge is the principal cause of detrimental crack. The longitudinal stress caused by the lateral stress from the temperature gradient in slab of PSC box-girder bridge has a considerable influence on the durability and economy of bridge structures. As the basic study for the rational consideration of thermal load and the derivation of design guide, the inverse thermal analysis program for PSC box-girder bridges using field measurement data is developed. In this paper, thermal analyses are performed using field monitoring data for the sample PSC box-girder bridge. It is proposed that the link between monitoring program and the inverse analysis program is available.

This study aims to provide an opportunity to enhance public health through suggesting development of Health Management program for industrialization of Health Management Field in Oriental Medicine. Industial Model for Health Management Field in Oriental Medicine has been Development with following characteristics. Allowed easy application of Oriental Medicine through everyday life methods. Efforts were made to industrialize and generalize Health Management Field in Oriental Medicine by shifting emphasis to mass training and edacation from individual training. This will enable Oriental Medicine to participate in the public health program of 21st century and hence contribute to positive overall public health model.

Study of IFI(Integrated Field Innovation) means change of management. This study sill introduces IFI which is a new methodology of change and innovation of workers, and will describe how workers participated in the activities voluntarily. The principle of IFI is that letting employees to find the problems of the sites -anything that makes employees considering as the problem while they are working-and solve those problems through any tools own their own. Workers do not have to waste their time on bounding by unnecessary tools and processes. There are some cases that company "D" has been actually applied the IFI methodology in 2008. By application of IFI methodology to "D" company, which is proved that methodology is good change management program for workers who work in the manufacturing field.

이 연구에서는 '과학 전시전 기획' 탐방 프로그램을 개발한 후, 이 프로그램에 대한 초등 과학영재 학생들의 인식 및 이에 영향을 미친 학습 경험을 탐색했다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 대학 부설 과학영재교육원에 소속된 56명의 4~6학년 초등 과학영재 학생을 선정했다. 선정한 학생을 대상으로 해당 프로그램을 적용한 후, 그 프로그램에 대한 인식을 조사하는 설문을 했다. 또한 19명의 학생을 선정하여 설문에 대한 응답을 자세히 알아보기 위한 집단 면담을 진행했다. 연구 결과, 많은 초등 과학영재 학생들은 해당 프로그램에 대해 다양한 인지적 및 정의적 측면에서 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 일부 학생들은 해당 프로그램의 몇 가지 한계점을 지적하기도 했다. 이러한 인식에 영향을 미친 경험으로는 '창의성 발휘 경험', '비합숙 캠프형 프로젝트 학습 경험', '자기 주도적 학습 경험', '디지털 기기 활용 경험', '협업 경험'의 연계된 다섯 가지 학습 경험을 도출할 수 있었다. 이에 대한 교육적 시사점을 논했다.

The driving force of the manufacturing field is members' mind-set and activity. However, there is no appropriate program of change management for workers who work in the manufacturing field. Most of the small group activities were focused on the fixed tools and processes to make improvement only, not the change itself. Therefore, it was difficult to have self generating energy without actually motivating people of change. Study of IFI(Integrated Field Innovation) means change of management. 이 연구의 목적은 특성화고 교사를 위한 발명 특허분야 교원 직무연수 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하고 개선 방안을 탐색하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 대상은 2015년도 충남대학교 발명교사교육센터가 주관한 특성화고 교사 대상 발명 특허분야 교원직무연수 참여자 39명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 연수가 종료된 시점에 직접 설문지를 배부하고 전량(100%)을 회수하였고, 39명중 불성실한 응답자 2명을 제외한 37명을 자료분석에 활용하였다. 이 연구를 위한 교원연수프로그램 개발은 문헌연구와 전문가 회의를 통해 이루어졌고, 적용에 따른 만족도는 설문지를 개발하여 활용하였다. 연수 프로그램의 효과성은 교육요구도와 교육만족도를 통해 확인하였으며, 교원 직무연수 개선 방안 연구진에 의해 구안된 교원 연수 평가 모형에 의해 모색되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 교원을 위한 발명 특허 교원직무연수의 교육요구도는 높았다. 둘째, 개발된 교원직무연수 프로그램의 만족도는 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연수 프로그램은 전반적으로 교육효과성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 연수 프로그램의 엄격한 개선을 위하여 현상유지, 대안탐색, 전략수정, 기대 확장의 4개 영역으로 구분하였다.

지난 25년간 우리나라의 자활사업은 저소득 취약계층을 위한 가장 중요한 고용복지정책으로 자리매김 해왔다. 그러나 그간 자활사업 성과지표는 현장성이 부족하다는 지적이 많았는데, 특히 경제적 성과 중심의 지표와 지역유형을 고려하지 않은 일괄적인 적용 방식에 대해 개선이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 ISA 기법을 활용하여, 자활사업 성과지표에 대한 실천현장의 인식을 분석하고, 현장 적합성을 제고하는 지표 개선에의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 성과지표의 중요도와 만족도 분석에서는 자활사업의 결과보다 과정에 대한 중요도가 크고, 현행 지표가 현장을 만족스럽게 반영하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. ISA 매트릭스 분석에서는 유지와 개선, 그리고 정책적 재고를 요하는 성과지표들이 분류되었는데, 이때 도시형과 농촌형의 매트릭스의 차이가 확연히 다른 것들이 발견되었다. 이러한 발견들을 통해 본 연구는 현장 지향성을 가진 성과지표를 제안하고 그 중요성을 강조하고 있어, 향후 성과지표의 개선을 위한 탐색적 기초연구로서의 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate learning effects of the key competency improvement program which is based in nursing and social welfare fields demanding analysis for nursing and social welfare among university freshmen. Method: The program was based on the ADDIE model. The field demanding analysis gave a questionnaire to 459 participants in the nursing and social welfare workplace. The subjects of this study were 136 students as an experimental group and 116 students as a control group which participated in the questionnaire. The experimental group was given a newly developed program, on the other hand, the control group was given traditional lessons. Collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA with SPSS. Result: The result of this study was that linkage perception of health and welfare, self-directed learning ability, participation perception, and interpersonal relationship ability showed significant improvement in the experimental group. Conclusion: This study can be used as basic data for management and evaluation of programs that are available not only to field-oriented disciplines but also to overall higher education fields which aim to strengthen core competency.

This study was carried out to develope DBMS program and use CAD for flower, leaf and fruit characteristics of deciduous woody landscape plants in Suwon, Korea from January 1, 1992 to March 20,1993. The results were as follows : 1. The flower, leaf and fruit characteristics of 211 species which were anthesis, flowering period, flower color, leaf spreading, leaf color before fall leaf coloring, fall leaf color, fruiting, fruit period, fruit color and trunk color were investigated through field survey. 2. DBMS program for flower, leaf, fruit and trunk characteristics of deciduous woody landscape plants was developed with data through field survey. And the DBMS program might contribute to the decision of appropriate times for planting design for flowers, fall foliage color, fruit color and hark color. 3.During this procedure, CAD software was used to demonstrate the deblossom before leaf spreading and leaf spreading in flowering, fall foliage color, fruit color after leaf falling, and hark color for planting design as well as seasonal color change of deciduous woody landscape plants.
