  • The important goal of urban renewal is not to reform only Physical environment but to improve people' life quality. people who have been lived in urban renewal area are grouped to owner and tenant. owner of land or house has substituent right but tenant has only house-moving money or rental house by urban renewal. But rental house condition is not good to tenant because tenant has large family, low-income and low grade and it is essential to provide rental house for low-income class and it is worth to analyze tenant house problem The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of public rental house and to presents solutions. The study was done in following process. First, the literatures on this subject were investigated to seek the problems of public rental house. Second, Survey were done on the staff, who works in the cooperative housing redevelopment and whose jobs are officer, consultant, real estate introducer and designer, to seek problems and solution of public rntal house. survey which is made by three group. one group is made by people who already lived in tenant APT, second group is made by people who are waiting for moving in tenant APT. Third group is made by specialist who has many experience-more than 3years- to urban renewal. Third, the Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the relation between the Area and dwelling satisfaction. Fourth, tenant policy' altenative is presented to solve tenant APT' problem which is analyzed by this study The results are as follows : First, tenant APT' size Which is regulated to 30-$45m^{2}$ is enlarged to more than $45m^{2}$ because tenant family is made up averagely of 4.8 persons. Second, tenant APT' rental cost is reduced to 100 thousand won. Third tenant APT' arrangement is divided from owner because tenant and owner want to live in group by group. Fourth, tenant house type is changed to various house type because tenant is not familiar with APT

미국에서 환수한 조선왕실 인장문화재의 가치와 과제 (The Value and Agenda on Seal of Joseon Royal Family Retrieved from USA)

  • 국가 중요문화재가 환수되었다. 버락 오바마 미국 대통령이 지난 2014년 4월 25일 청와대에서 열린 박근혜 대통령과의 한미정상회담에서 조선왕실과 대한제국에서 사용한 인장 9점을 한국 측에 정식 반환한 것이다. 이들 인장은 한국전쟁에 참전한 미국 해병대 장교가 덕수궁에서 불법으로 반출한 문화재로 그 후손이 보관해 오다가, 지난해 11월 샌디에이고에서 미국 국토안보부 수사국(HSI)에 의해 압수되었으며 불법 반출임이 밝혀짐에 따라 한국으로의 반환이 결정된 유물들이다. 환수한 유물은 대한제국의 국새인 <황제지보(皇帝之寶)>, 어보인 <수강태황제보(壽康太皇帝寶)>를 비롯해, 조선시대 국새인 <유서지보(諭書之寶)>와 <준명지보(濬明之寶)> 등 2점과, 왕실 소장 사인(私印)인 <쌍리(雙?)>, <우천하사(友天下士)>, <연향(硯香)>, <춘화(春華)>, <향천심정서화지기(香泉審定書畵之記)> 등 5점으로 총 9점이다. 이 글에서는 환수한 인장문화재의 이해를 위해 우선 대한제국 국새의 제작과 이동경로를 검토하고, 조선시대 국새의 개요 및 왕실 사인 연구의 중요자료인 "보소당인존(寶蘇堂印存)"의 내용을 정리하였다. 또한 환수한 개별 인장들의 제작 배경과 역사적 가치를 검토하고 인장문화재 환수에 대한 남겨진 과제를 제시하였다.

군병원 정형외과 입원환자의 스트레스 및 재활동기 영향 요인 (Factors of Stress and Rehabilitation Motivation among Orthopedic Hospital Inpatients at a Military Hospital)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting rehabilitation motivation in hospitalized orthopedic patients. Methods: Data were collected from June 1th to July 31th, 2019 and structured questionnaires were used. Study subjects were 97 orthopedic patients who received fixed treatment more than two weeks and started rehabilitation exercise in a military hospital. The data were summarized using descriptive statistics and analyzed by t-test or one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were run in SPSS 20.0 program. Results: The results of this study may be summarized as follows. (1) The demographic characteristics that showed differences in rehabilitation motivation were marital status, age and the ranks of the armed forces. The rehabilitation motivation of married, older than 31, officer ranked soldiers turned out to be higher than those of singles, younger than 30, non-officers, respectively. (2) The results of Pearson's correlation analysis showed that independent variables were all correlated significantly each other. (3) The results of stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the factors influencing rehabilitation motivation were family social support, medical personnel's social support and the level of military life adaption. Conclusions: The rehabilitation motivation of hospitalized soldiers may be improved by receiving supports from family members and medical personnels and by adapting to military life. Military medical workers need to explore nursing strategies that help hospitalized orthopedic patients increase their own rehabilitation motivation.

경찰공무원의 대사증후군 유병률과 영향 요인 (A Study on the Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Metabolic Syndrome among Police Officers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the predictors of metabolic syndrome among police officers and determine its prevalence. Methods: Data were collected through a questionnaire survey and medical examination among 1,089 male police officers from 2010 to 2013. Information about age, marital status, smoking, drinking and exercise were based on data from the self-administered questionnaire. We collected job type, working position, and work duration from company personnel data and the indices of metabolic syndrome through the medical examination. Metabolic syndrome was assessed according to the NCEP-ATP III definition and the Asia-Pacific obesity guidelines. Results: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome among the 1,089 police officers was 33.4%. The prevalence of metabolic influencing factors were 47.5% for abdominal obesity, 30.1% for hypertension, 37.1% for hypertriglyceridemia, 22.0% for low HDL-cholesteralemia and 13.2% for hyperglycemia. Factors such as age, drinking, and family history were significantly associated with metabolic syndrome. Conclusions: Weight control and a moderate drinking program may decrease the prevalence of metabolic syndrome among male police officers.

조선시대 나주(羅州)의 인쇄문화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Printing of Naju in the Chosun dynasty)

  • 이 연구는 현재의 전라남도 지역의 인쇄문화를 파악하는 연구의 일환으로 수행되었다. 일찍이 고려시대부터 서적을 간행했던 나주에서는 조선시대에 89종이 간행되었다. 조선시대 중종조 이후부터 서적간행이 활발해졌고 특히 16세기와 19세기에 간행활동이 두드러졌다. 조선전기에는 유가류, 후기에는 별집류와 계보류의 서적이 많이 간행되었다. 조선전기의 간행의 주제는 왕명에 의한 경우와 관찰사나 목사 등 지방관의 의지, 개인 등이었는데 후기로 갈수록 개인이나 문중이 문집과 족보를 발간하는 경향으로 변화하였다. 또한 전기에는 대부분 목판본으로 간행하였으나 후기에는 목활자의 사용이 점점 대중화되었다.

영조대(英祖代) 대사례의(大射禮儀) 참여자의 복식 유형 고증 (A Study on the Daesarye Ceremony Participants' Dress Style in the Yeong-Jo Era)

  • This study reports the dress style of Daesarye ceremony participants in the Yeong-Jo Era. The King Yeong-jo attending the archery practice ceremony wears Ikseonkwan(翼善冠), Golryongpo(袞龍袍), Okdae(玉帶), and Heukpihwa(黑皮靴) while royal family members and officers in the ceremony wear Heukdalryeong(黑團領). Each officer in Sangbok(常服) who shoots arrows wears a ring and a wristlet with an archery case on his waist. King's bodyguards wear Yungbok(戎服) or Sangbok(常服). Especially, Muyaebyeolgam(武藝別監) wears Hong-geon(紅巾) and a green Jikryeong(直領). Yujiang-gun(儀位軍) wear Pirip(皮笠) and Hongjuryi(紅紬衣) while Hyeopryeongun(狹輦軍) and Hyeopryeogun(狹輦軍) wear Hong-geon(紅巾), Hongyui((紅衣), Cheonghaengjeon(靑行纏), Hakchang(鶴雲), Hongmokdae(紅木帶), and Unhye(雲鞋). Gyeonmabae(牽馬陪) wear Hwangchorip(黃草笠) and Hwangyui(黃衣). Seupjeongun(拾箭軍) and Hwaekja(獲子) wear Jageon(紫巾), Jayui(紫衣), and Unhye(雲鞋). Jeonak(典樂) wears Mora- bokdu and Noksayui(綠抄衣), while Ak-kong(樂工) wear Hwahwabokdu, Hongjuyui(紅紬衣), Ojeongdae, and Heukpihwa(黑皮靴). Lastly, Hyeopryulrang(協律郎) wears Heukdalryeong(黑團領).

식도중간부 식도게실: 1 수술 치험례 (One case report of mid-thoracic esophageal diverticulum)

  • A 45 year old male officer was admitted due to upper substernal pain for 1 month, which was aggravated by swallowing. On past and family history, there was no specific history except heavy drinking. Simple chest x-ray revealed no specific abnormal findings. Preoperative esophagofiberscopy and Barium study showed midesophageal diverticulum, pulsion type, at about 2 cm below the left main bronchus. The opening of the diverticulum was located at the left posterolateral aspect of esophagus. Midesophageal false diverticulum, measuring 2 x 2 x 1 .S cm in size, was noted at about 5 cm under the aortic arch protruding through a slit-like muscular defect. After inversion of diverticular sac, interrupted sutures with 3-0 silks were done on muscular defect site, and mediastinal pleura was reinforced on the lesion with interrupted sutures. On 4th postoperative day, esophagography revealed no diverticulum or stenosis. Also esophagofiberscopy showed smooth mucosal tag without disturbance of passage. On 14th postoperative day, the patient was discharged uneventfully, and follow-up for 3 months after discharge revealed nothing abnormal symptoms. The authors report one case of midesophageal, pulsion type, false diverticulum.

한국해기사의 교육개발에 관한 연구 (한국해양대학 승선학과교육의 발전과제) (Some Suggestions for the Development of the Nautical Education in Korea Maritime University)

  • In Korea, the importance of keeping the see transportation facilities and well-trained maritime officers cannot be overemphasized, because of her geographical location and the national security in terms of both political and economical situations. In this paper, some points are suggested for the development of the nautical education in Korea Maritime University: (1) the strict regimental training should be kept as a vital important part of students life and its program should be designed to provide students with leadership training and experience, and to develope in the qualities of responsibilities for good citizenship and self-discipline to overcome hardwork for careers as leaders in Korea maritime industry. And therefore the dormitory and training vessel as essential parts of the educational facilities should be improved both in quality and quantity, (2) the undergraduate course should be extended to more than 5 years so that accredited baccalaureate curriculum and licensing professional education might be well conducted to meet the requirements to cope with the international competition in the facet of seafarers quality, (3) more enlarging the opportunities of incentive payments for students is required so that better qualified applicants can be admitted, (4) finally, a conjugal maritime officer service system should be put into practice in the foresseable furture so that seafarers might live normal family lives while staying at sea.

  • Hospice Care is the best way to care for terminally ill patients and their family members. However most of them can not receive the appropriate hospice service because the Korean health delivery system is mainly be focussed on acutly ill patients. This study was carried out to clarify the situation of hospice in Korea and to develop a hospice care delivery system model which is appropriate in the Korean context. The theoretical framework of this study that hospice care delivery system is composed of hospice resources with personnel, facilities, etc., government and non-government hospice organization, hospice finances, hospice management and hospice delivery, was taken from the Health Delivery System of WHO(1984). Data was obtained through data analysis of litreature, interview, questionairs, visiting and Delphi Technique, from October 1998 to April 1999 involving 56 hospices, 1 hospice research center, 3 non-government hospice organizations, 20 experts who have had hospice experience for more than 3 years(mean is 9 years and 5 months) and officials or members of 3 non-government hospice organizations. There are 61 hospices in Korea. Even though hospice personnel have tried to study and to provide qualified hospice serices, there is nor any formal hospice linkage or network in Korea. This is the result of this survey made to clarify the situation of Korean hospice. Results of the study by Delphi Technique were as follows: 1.Hospice Resources: Key hospice personnel were found to be hospice coordinator, doctor, nurse, clergy, social worker, volunteers. Necessary qualifications for all personnel was that they conditions were resulted as have good health, receive hospice education and have communication skills. Education for hospice personnel is divided into (i)basic training and (ii)special education, e.g. palliative medicine course for hospice specialist or palliative care course in master degree for hospice nurse specialist. Hospice facilities could be developed by adding a living room, a space for family members, a prayer room, a church, an interview room, a kitchen, a dining room, a bath facility, a hall for music, art or work therapy, volunteers' room, garden, etc. to hospital facilities. 2.Hospice Organization: Whilst there are three non-government hospice organizations active at present, in the near future an hospice officer in the Health&Welfare Ministry plus a government Hospice body are necessary. However a non-government council to further integrate hospice development is also strongly recommended. 3.Hospice Finances: A New insurance standards, I.e. the charge for hospice care services, public information and tax reduction for donations were found suggested as methods to rise the hospice budget. 4.Hospice Management: Two divisions of hospice management/care were considered to be necessary in future. The role of the hospice officer in the Health & Welfare Ministry would be quality control of hospice teams and facilities involved/associated with hospice insurance standards. New non-government integrating councils role supporting the development of hospice care, not insurance covered. 5.Hospice delivery: Linkage&networking between hospice facilities and first, second, third level medical institutions are needed in order to provide varied and continous hospice care. Hospice Acts need to be established within the limits of medical law with regards to standards for professional staff members, educational programs, etc. The results of this study could be utilizes towards the development to two hospice care delivery system models, A and B. Model A is based on the hospital, especially the hospice unit, because in this setting is more easily available the new medical insurance for hospice care. Therefore a hospice team is organized in the hospital and may operate in the hospice unit and in the home hospice care service. After Model A is set up and operating, Model B will be the next stage, in which medical insurance cover will be extended to home hospice care service. This model(B) is also based on the hospital, but the focus of the hospital hospice unit will be moved to home hospice care which is connected by local physicians, national public health centers, community parties as like churches or volunteer groups. Model B will contribute to the care of terminally ill patients and their family members and also assist hospital administrators in cost-effectiveness.

패밀리 레스토랑 주방 종사원의 직장 내 따돌림 지각이 직무 만족 및 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Workplace Bullying on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Kitchen Employee in Family Restaurant)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 종사원의 인적서비스 의존도가 타 산업에 비해 상대적으로 높은 외식산업 종사원의 직장 내 집단 따돌림 지각 정도가 직무 태도인 직무 만족과 이직 의도에 미치는 영향에 관해 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 패밀리 레스토랑의 주방 종사원을 대상으로 총 250명을 표본으로 수집하였다. 회수된 설문지 250부 중 9부를 제외한 총 241부를 최종적으로 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장내 따돌림 지각요인의 군집별 직무 만족의 평균의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 직무 따돌림, 인간적 따돌림과 심리적 괴롭힘의 지각이 낮은 군집이 높은 군집보다 통계적으로 유의하게 직무 만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무 따돌림, 인간적 따돌림과 심리적 괴롭힘의 지각이 높은 군집이 낮은 군집보다 통계적으로 유의하게 이직 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외식산업 종사원의 직장 내 집단 따돌림 요인이 종사원의 직무만족 및 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 외식산업 총사원의 직장내 집단 따돌림 지각 요인이 직무 만족 요인에 전체적으로 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외식산업 주방 종사원의 직장 내 집단 따돌림 지각 요인이 이직 의도 요인에 전체적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
