본 논문에서 구조동력학 문제를 풀기 위한 명시적(explicit) 예측 수정자 시간적분법을 개발하였으며, 이 알고리즘은 최근 개발된 암시적(implicit) 일반화된 $\alpha$ 방법으로부터 유도하였다. 암시적 방법과 같이 명시적 일반화된 .alpha. 방법도 하나의 변수를 갖는 알고리즘의 집합이며, 이 변수는 고주파 영역에서 수치 감쇠의 양을 정의한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 수치감쇠가 없는 시간적분법으로 파의 젼달 문제를 풀때 나타나는 가상의 진동을 감소시키는 수치감쇠를 가지고 있기 때문 에 선형 혹은 비선형의 구조동력학 문제에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each side to feel vulnerable to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

Korean textile and fashion companies have played a major role not only in developing the Korean economy since Korea's industrialization started in the early 1960s but also in providing opportunities to form and expand chaebols (conglomerates of family-owned businesses). This study reviewed and analyzed the historical development of chaebols, which started the fiber/textile/fashion business before the 1960s and maintained their chaebol status until 2010. The Samsung, Samyang, Kolon, Taekwang, Hyosung, LG, and SK groups were included in the study, and data were collected from diverse sources, including the publications and websites of the chaebol companies, newspapers, magazines, and research articles. The strategies of the companies at the corporate and group levels were examined based on the corporate lifecycle, which consists of existence, growth, maturity, rebirth, and decline stages. The results showed that all the analyzed companies actively engaged in product line expansion during the growth stage. Vertical integration, especially backward integration, was common during the growth stage. Some groups established new companies to manage additional product lines and integration, while others pursued growth strategies mainly at the corporate level. The rebirth stage occurred in only a few companies and groups. Some seemed to be going through the decline stage, and the rest of the groups exited the textile and fashion business.

With the advent of computers, CAD systems are widely used for various design practice. Complexity of CAD systems and difficulty of exchanging data among different CAD systems, however, do not allow efficient use as desired. In addition, to follow variety of designers' need, CAD activities should be customized. This article proposed a methodology fer developing an intelligent CAD system and the sate-of-the-art technologies described fur customizing CAD systems using API (Application Programming Interface). A basic platform is proposed and a useful application system is implemented to enable a parametric design by directly inputting numerical values on a CAD model. Based on this application, we developed a system that makes it possible to share part family data between SolidEdge and Pro/Engineer. The proposed concept on intelligent CAD systems facilitates integration of external systems such as CAE tools and promotes the use of CAD for both engineering designers and analysts.

In this study, the acceleration vector in each time step is assumed to be a mth order time polynomial. By using the initial conditions, satisfying the equation of motion at both ends of the time step and minimizing the square of the residual vector, the m+3 unknown coefficients are determined. The order of accuracy for this approach is m+1, and it has a very low dispersion error. Moreover, the period error of the new technique is almost zero, and it is considerably smaller than the members of the Newmark method. The proposed scheme has an appropriate domain of stability, which is greater than that of the central difference and linear acceleration techniques. The numerical tests highlight the improved performance of the new algorithm over the fourth-order Runge-Kutta, central difference, linear and average acceleration methods.

본 연구는 효의식, 가족교류 및 사회교류와 세대통합인식의 관계를 살펴보고, 이들 관계에서 연령집단간 차이를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단의 인문사회역량강화지원사업에서 진행된 '2017 연령통합 설문조사' 자료를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 전체 1017명 중에서 청년 300명, 중년 300명, 노인 300명을 각각 무작위 추출하여 분석하였다, 연구결과 첫째, 전체 연구대상자에서는 효의식, 가족교류, 사회교류가 세대통합인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 효의식, 가족교류, 사회교류와 세대통합인식의 관계는 연령집단에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 청년층은 가족교류와 사회교류, 중년층은 효의식, 가족교류, 사회교류, 노년층은 효의식과 사회교류가 세대통합인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 세대통합인식 향상을 위한 방안 마련의 필요성과 정책적 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

목적 : 본 연구는 세월호 사건으로 가족을 잃은 피해자 가족의 고통 체험에 대해 알아보고 피해자 가족의 정신적 외상에 대한 작업치료의 필요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 세월호 사건으로 가족을 잃은 대상자 5명의 고통 체험을 확인하고자 Parse의 인간되어감 연구방법을 적용하였다. Parse의 연구 방법 패러다임에 따라 세월호 사건으로 가족을 잃은 고통 체험을 다룬 다큐 영상인 2차 자료를 선택하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 세월호 사건으로 가족을 잃은 가족의 고통 체험에 대한 세 개의 핵심구조는 1) 가족을 잃은 절망과 슬픔, 2) 일상이 무너져 내리는 듯한 무력감과 죄책감, 3) 남아있는 가족을 바라보며 고통에서 벗어나고 싶은 마음으로 나타났다. 구조적인 전환은 세월호 사건으로 가족을 잃은 애통함과 슬픔 속에서 압도적인 무력감을 느끼지만 희생된 가족이 세상에 없다는 것을 인정하고 싶지 않은 현실 부인과 살아있는 가족을 보면서 버티어 나가는 과정으로 제시되었다. 개념적 통합은 가치화와 언어화를 연결-분리, 노출-은폐하면서 강화시켜 나아가는 과정으로 표현되었다. 결론 : 세월호 사건으로 가족을 잃은 피해자 가족의 고통 체험은 무기력과 절망, 우울의 감정으로 인해 삶의 의미와 목적을 잃은 상태이다. 가족들에게 의미있는 작업을 통한 중재 프로그램을 개발하여 무너진 일상의 회복과 지역사회 참여를 향상시킬 수 있는 작업치료 중재가 필요하며 이에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

본 연구는 국내 다문화가정을 위한 '다문화가정지원법'에 대한 고찰과 개정방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 다문화가족의 현황 및 지원정책과 더불어, '다문화가족 지원법'을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 현행법에 대하여 다음과 같은 개정방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 법 제1조에서의 '삶의 질 향상'과 '사회통합'에 기여하는 법률의 목적을 실현하기 위하여 '제3조 5항(기본이념)'의 반영을 제안하였다. 둘째, 현행법은 5년마다 지원 및 관련 정책 시행을 규정하고 있고, 3년마다 계획 및 실사조사를 실시하도록 되어있어, 지원정책수립과 계획 및 실사조사 기간의 불일치에 대한 재검토의 필요성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 법조항에서 임의규정(~을 할 수 있다)을 의무규정(~을 해야만 한다)으로의 개정 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, '다문화가족의 날'을 지정하거나 다른 가족의 날과 함께 지정하는 방안을 제안하였다. 21세기에 접어들어 빠르게 변화되어온 글로벌화는 '다문화'라는 새로운 가족구성단위로 이어지면서, 그들을 위한 법제도적 장치에 대한 검토 및 지속적인 관리가 그 어느 때보다 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
