중년 직장인의 퇴직 후 창업효능감 및 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Study on Factors for Efficacy and Purpose of Starting Business after Middle Aged Workers' Retirement)

  • 본 연구는 중년직장인의 퇴직 후 창업효능감과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구로서, 이들 종속변수들과 창업자 개인의 혁신성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 통제소재, 그리고 가족지지와의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 서울 및 경기지역에 근무하는 중년직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 총 346부의 자료를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인의 성취욕구, 위험감수성향 그리고 통제소재가 강할수록 창업효능감이 높고 둘째, 혁신성, 성취욕구 그리고 위험감수성향이 높을수록 창업의도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 가족지지는 성취욕구와 창업효능감 간에 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 개인특성, 가족지지, 창업효능감 그리고 창업의도는 부분적으로 차이가 났다.

기혼남녀근로자의 일-생활 만족유형화 연구: 직장내 휴가관련 가족친화제도를 중심으로 (Types of Work-Life Satisfaction among Married Wage Workers: Focusing on Family-Friendly Leave Policies in the Workplace)

  • The purpose of this research was, first, to classify work-life satisfaction among married wage workers aged 20-59 years into several distinct types based on two dimensions of work and life, using data from the 20th(2017) wave of the Korean Labor & Income Panel Study. Second, the study aimed to assess the differences in socio-demographic characteristics (sex, age, educational level, average monthly income), and workplace-related variables (weekly working hours, full-time employment, job stability, business type, family-friendly leave policies) by work-life satisfaction type. Accordingly, four types of work-life satisfaction were identified: work-life satisfaction, work-life dissatisfaction, work satisfaction, and life satisfaction. There was a significant difference in the type of work-life satisfaction among married waged workers based on sex, age, educational level, and average monthly income. Additionally, there was a significant difference in the type of work-life satisfaction for all workplace-related variables, namely, weekly working hours, full-time employment, job stability, business type, and family-friendly leave policies. In particular, proportionally higher values of work-life satisfaction were evident among the workers in companies with family-friendly leave policies such as paid leave, menstrual leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, and family events leave, whereas there was a high rate of work-life dissatisfaction among the workers in companies without family-friendly leave policies.

3D 가상의상 소프트웨어를 활용한 가족예복 디자인 개발 (The Design Development of Family Formal Clothes Using 3D Virtual Clothing Software)

  • Modern family culture manifests various different social phenomenon due to shifts caused by increased societal response to industrialization in our country. It is noted that as our lifestyle patterns have shifted from being work-oriented to family-oriented, by focusing on the trend where there is an increase in families enjoying hobby and leisure activities together and where families go shopping together, I attempted to propose various different family-look' designs. In this research study we designed and planned family normal clothes designs that are required and desired for family gatherings and family events, and these designed were produced using 3D virtual clothing design software technology. The research method used the formative features of natural plants and textiles containing a symbolic motif as an element of design, and the creation of family formal clothes were designed and planned based on the method. The development of family formal clothes designs was implemented using CLO 3D virtual clothing design software. Because utilizing 3D virtual clothing design software enables prototyping various types of designs, silhouettes, fabrics and textiles, and color schemes etc. in a short amount of time, it was possible to utilize an advantage from using the software as leveraged to propose designs with a strong symbolic motif and symbolism . Also, by confirming and examining the strengths and weaknesses of the design process when using CLO 3D, It can improve the utilization of IT technologies, and this study aims to provide that efficiency.

일-가정 양립을 위한 가족친화경영정책 연구 (A Study on Policies towards Reconciling Work and Family Life)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine support policies regarding work and family reconciliation, to suggest plans to improve workplace policies, and to suggest directions for further studies. This study looks at OECD's work-life reconciliation policies as well as family friendly workplace policies in Korea to find a way to enhance business' receptiveness and implementation of the policies. By examining women's labor conditions, this study finds that family friendly workplace policies are necessarily imminent in our society of low fertility and ageing. Along with the evaluation of benefit level and the effectiveness of current policies, this study uses data from interviews with working mothers who have had the experience of family friendly benefits. The results of the analyses suggest that the government should focus on improving the workplace environment in companies that do not show bias against the use of family friendly policies. In order to farm more successful policies, future studies are needed to analyze the changes of fertility, working conditions, support programs, and benefits.

외식업체의 영업 환경이 기업 이미지에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Business Environment upon Corporate Image)

  • This study is to explore the effects of business environment upon corporate image. Customers of foodservice establishments are selected as a population and six famous family restaurants located in Seoul were selected to evaluate the population. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to survey satisfaction with corporate image of foodservice establishments and six famous family restaurants, to evaluate the satisfaction with corporate image, and to find a plan of raising corporate image. 240 samples were distributed and 194 samples were collected among them. 182 valid samples were selected for the research. As a result of factor analysis for business environment, internal environment factor, external environment factor, addition environment factor were extracted. There was no significant difference by sen, age, schooling, occupation, average income by month, and number of visiting foodservice establishments after examining the difference of establishment business environment by demographic characteristics. Analysing the effects of business environment upon corporate image revealed that the effects of business environment had effects upon corporate image in order of internal environment factor(.531), external environment factor(.360), and addition environment factor(.285).

일-생활 균형을 위한 가족지원체계와 정책대안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Family Support System and Alternative Policies for Work-Life Balance)

  • The purpose of this study is to construct the family support system and suggest various policies for work-life balance to create the family-friendly society. For this purpose, this study showed the theoretical background for constitution of integrated family support system-community, government and business. Especially, this study emphasized that family-centered viewpoint to the policy is needed and that support for worklife balance not work-family balance should be enlarged. Various policies were suggested in three parts and the role of community was emphasized. Finally, this study presented the necessity of laws and committee for work-life balance and role of healthy family-support center for work-life balance.

일-정 촉진과 지각된 팀성과 간의 관계: 웰니스 분위기의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Work-Family Facilitation and Perceived Team Performance: Moderating Effect of Wellness Climate)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 내 신세대의 가치관 등장 및 일-가정에 대한 인식의 변화로 인해 일과 가정은 분리된 것이 아닌 긍정적 상호작용 한다는 일-가정 촉진(work-family facilitation)(Grzywacz & Marks, 2000)과 팀성과 간의 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 또한 일-가정 촉진을 지원하는 조직분위기라 할 수 있는 웰니스 분위기의 일-가정 촉진과 지각된 팀성과 간의 조절효과도 실증분석 하였다. 분석은 위계적회귀분석(Hierarchical Linear Regression)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 일-가정 촉진은 팀성과와 정(+)의 관계를 가질 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 웰니스 리더십은 일-가정 촉진과 팀성과 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일-가정 촉진이 팀성과에 긍정적 영향을 줌으로써 향후 조직 내 직무설계시 직무 그 자체뿐만 아니라 개인의 가정에도 직간접적 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있도록 설계를 해야 됨을 시사 한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 웰니스 분위기의 조절효과를 입증함으로서 일-가정 촉진을 지원하는 분위기를 조성하고 유지 발전시키는 활동도 수반 되어야 함을 시사 한다고 할 수 있다.

소상공인 창업자의 심리적 탈진, 일-가정 갈등, 사업운영 불안에 따른 상담요구 분석 (Analysis of Psychological Counseling Requirement of Small Business Owners according to Psychological Exhaustion, Work-Family Conflicts, and Business-Related Anxiety)

  • 본 연구는 소상공인 창업자가 겪고 있는 심리적 탈진감, 일-가정 갈등, 사업운영 불안이 상담요구에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년 1월 1일부터 1월 30일까지 5주간 충남지역에서 소상공업(도 소매업, 음식 숙박업, 서비스업, 제조업)에 종사하는 소상공인을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문지는 총 100부를 배포하고 전량을 회수하여 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석에는 SPSS v22를 사용하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소상공인 창업자의 대부분은 상담을 받은 경험이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 대상의 일반적 특성은 심리적 탈진에서 집단 간 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 사업 기간이 짧을수록 상담요구가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 소상공인 창업자의 지원을 위한 상담 서비스에 대해 적극적인 홍보 노력이 필요하다는 분석이 나왔다. 다섯째, 소상공인 창업자들을 지원하기 위해서는 정서와 같은 심리 내적 요인에 대한 상담과 함께 배우자와 자녀 관련 갈등에 대한 상담 지원이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 소상공인들이 가정의 건강은 물론 지속적인 사업 성장을 위해 상담 서비스가 유용한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이라는 결론에 도달하도록 해준다.
