This purpose of study is to develop basic data in improving quality of life along with the enhancement in oral health by evaluate the correlation between perceived oral health status and oral health related symptoms among the Korean soldiers. Questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 263 soldiers. The collected data was performed frequency & percentage, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis. 29.6% of Korean soldiers rated their oral health as poor, 52.9% as fair, and 17.5% as good. According to the regression analysis result of the Symptoms to Perceived Oral Health Status there was statistical significance in 'tooth pain(${\beta}=0.262$)', 'gingival bleeding(${\beta}=0.170$)'. Accordingly, the purpose is to offer an opportunity of motivation that soldiers will have interest in oral health, by carrying out continuously oral health education, and is also to increase knowledge and awareness level on oral health by allowing them to have positive attitude toward oral health.

An arbitration method is proposed to resolve a collision and arbitrate beacon transmissions in an indoor Positioning system consisting of multiple beacons and listeners. Although two or more beacons may compete to transmit signals simultaneously, a single winner in the competition is determined autonomously through the arbitration process while they are transmitting. So, it can continue to send its data, but the others give up their transmissions during the arbitration process. As a consequence, update rate for location information and channel utilization can be improved by avoiding that all beacons fail due to a collision. Once a beacon succeeds in transmitting its signal, a low-level priority is assigned to it. And a high-level priority is allocated to a beacon which gave up its transmission during arbitration process. This will guarantee every beacon has fair transmission opportunity with the arbitration method. As no centralized control is required among beacons, a Positioning system can still be easily deployed and expanded with this arbitration method.
Recently, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced the expansion of the number of generic top-level domains (gTLDs) beyond the current 22 gTLDs, and the gTLD Applicant Guidebook for ICANN's new gTLD program is now under consideration for approval. ICANN also introduces a "Trademark Clearinghouse" and the "Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS)" procedure to protect trademarks and expedite dispute resolution and save costs. The Trademark Clearinghouse is a central repository for information to be authenticated, stored and disseminated, pertaining to the rights of the trademark holders. Trademark holders would voluntarily provide data of their trademarks from all over the world, and it would assist a trademark watch service provided by the new gTLD registry for trademark holders and potential domain name registrants. The URS is a part of the new gTLD dispute resolution mechanisms created by ICANN to resolve cybersquatting disputes. A complainant in a URS proceeding must establish three elements that are very similar to the existing UDRP to succeed, but supposedly more expedited and cost efficient. Since the URS provides that it only protects court validated and registered trademarks, it is not clear whether unregistered marks used in commerce are protected under the URS. The URS escalates the complainant's burden of proof from a preponderance of evidence standard under the UDRP to a clear and convincing evidence standard. The notices to a respondent shall be sufficient if the URS Provider sends the notice of Complaint to the addresses listed in the Whois contact information. As registrants who wish to conceal their true identity often subscribe to the privacy/proxy service and the complainant's high rate of success in the UDRP proceeding is relevant to the respondents' default rate, the URS's simple notice requirement would deprive respondents of a fair opportunity to assert their rights over the disputed domain names.
It is recognized that the global apparel market of the twenty-first century is largely profit driven, and that the majority of producers and retailers have sourced products from the lowest cost locations. Purchase tickets of fashion goods available from 'fast' fashion retailers (at least within the UK) refrain from providing the consumer with details of the full circumstances of production. It seems that the majority of major retailers and producers are not willing to engage in levels of self-regulation which could ensure that the products offered to consumers are ethically produced and offer acceptable levels of sustainability. Meanwhile many fashion consumers have the desire to purchase sustainable products, produced ethically by workers paid fair wages in safe working environments. Consumer demand could be a powerful tool to adjust the behaviour of manufacturers and buyers. This paper proposes the introduction of international legislation demanding greater degrees of transparency than exist currently and that the full sourcing and production details of fashion products are stated clearly on the product's purchase ticket within its retail setting. With the introduction of such legislation, consumers could thus be given the opportunity of purchasing goods which they feel accommodate their own views on ethical manufacture and sustainable products. In turn, consumer pressure could ensure indirectly that retail buyers consider all ethical and sustainable aspects of production when negotiating with garment producers/suppliers. Further to this, such a negotiating stance could ensure the improvement of the terms and conditions of employment of the numerous garment workers worldwide.
Though Adolf Loos, an architect of 1920s said 'ornament is sin', feature of decoration has big gravity in modern architecture & its design trend. Embellishment as a new genre that combined new cultures, trends, and technologies is finally ascribing to skin design approach. For instance it is preference to rags, coarse fabric, external shape of fragments. Expressing surface as a ceremony in architecture or indoor design is also belong to the same category. In this respect, as a new approach on skin, the study focuses on visual and spatial changes that stimulate user's sensibilities consequently since skin design is based on human senses and sensibilities. As skin design expands the scope of human experiences comprehensively, and classify boundaries between internal parts and external parts or make them ambiguous, aesthetic embodiment on new trends is getting done. Through skins on buildings, a message is transmitted to a whole city, an opportunity for the city to be expanded into a new space is created, and human senses are stimulated through refusing a traditional sides by rediscovering decorations in space design and adapting the sides made in limitlessly-expressed styles. Thus, as a new approach on the skins that transmit a message through human senses, the study is to contemplate skin design, and to interpret them as works to eliminate boundaries among architecture, fashion, interior/exterior space design(especially exhibition and international fair)following their suits. Through interpreting this subject, the study is to understand and analyze comtemporary expansion situation on interactions among fashion and architecture, and interior design.

Mathematics Olympiad aims to identify and encourage students who have superior ability in mathematics, to enhance students' understanding in mathematics while stimulating interest and challenge, to increase learning motivation through self-reflection, and to speed up the development of mathematical talent. Participating mathematical competition, students are going to solve a variety of types of mathematical problems and will be able to enlarge their understanding in mathematics and foster mathematical thinking and creative problem solving ability with logic and reasoning. In addition, parents could have an opportunity valuable information on their children's mathematical talents and guidance of them. Although there should be presenting diversified mathematical problems in competitions, the real situations is that resent most mathematics Olympiads present mathematical problems which narrowly focus on types of solving problems. In order to diversifying types of problems in mathematics Olympiads and making mathematics popular, this study will discuss a Olympiad for problem solving ability, a Olympiad for exploring mathematics, a Olympiad for task solving ability, and a mathematics fair, etc.
This study is positive research to figure out enculturation types and to analysis influence of enculturation types on life's satisfaction of the marriage immigrant women. By precedent study, enculturation types was classified by integration factor, separation factor, assimilation factor and marginalization factor. To achieve objectives of study, we carried out sampling, survey and statistical analysis. According to result of study, integration factor and assimilation factor were appeared positive influence and separation factor was appeared negative influence statistically on quality of life of them. Therefore for quality of life of the marriage immigrant women, it need to develop interact system with native persons, support opportunity to associate with koreans, and promote fair treatment and interaction of koreans for them. And government have to execute multiculturalism policy more than assimilation policy. this study have that was samples's regional limitation, few variables limitation, and cross-sectional research's limitation. Therefor it needs more wide and depth research than this for future.

Background: It is important to investigate patient satisfaction to improve the quality of healthcare. Among the many factors that affect patient satisfaction, perceived health status has been considered as one of the major factors. Therefore, we investigated patient satisfaction through patient experience in outpatient settings according to perceived health status. Methods: This cross-sectional study using questionnaires of patient experience and perceived health status from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2015 included 4267 people aged over 19 years who met the inclusion criteria. Perceived health status was classified into three: good, fair, and poor. Questions about patient experience consisted of four items: doctor spending enough time with patients, doctor providing easy-to-understand explanation, doctor giving opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns, and doctor involving patient in decisions about care or treatment. Patient experience was classified into two: satisfied and non-satisfied. A multivariate regression model was used to analyze the data. Results: In the good perceived health status group, level of satisfaction was 79.2%, 88.5%, 83.3% and 87.2%, respectively for the four items targeting patient experience. In the poor group, level of satisfaction was 76%, 84.9%, 79.5%, and 83.1%, respectively for the four items. In multivariate logistic regression analyses, the odds ratios of good perceived health status group were 1.775 (1.347-2.338), 1.946 (1.356-2.793), 1.652 (1.218-2.240), and 1.665 (1.193-2.323) compared with the poor group. Conclusion: Perceived health status is associated with patient satisfaction. In particular, the better the perceived health status, the better the patient satisfaction through patient experience.
Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO) is the only intergovernmental space cooperation organization in Asia. Since its establishment to date, eight countries have signed the convention and become member states. South Korea participated actively in the preparatory phase of creating the organization, and one conference organized by AP-MCSTA which is the predecessor of APSCO was held in South Korea. However, after the APSCO Convention was opened for signature in 2005 to date, South Korea does not ratify the Convention and become a member. The rapid development of space commercialization and privatization, as well as the fastest growing commercial space market in Asia, provides opportunities for Asian countries to cooperate with each other in relevant space fields. And to participate in the existing cooperation framework (e.g., the APSCO) by the Asian space countries (e.g., South Korea) could be a proper choice. Even if the essential cooperation in particular space fields is challenging, joint space programs among different Asian countries for dealing with the common events can be initiated at the first steps. Since APSCO has learned the successful legal arrangements from ESA, the legal measures established by its Convention are believed to be qualified to ensure the achievement of benefits of different member states. For example, the regulation of the "fair return" principle confirms that the return of interests from the relevant programs is in proportion to the member's investment in the programs. Moreover, the distinguish of basic and optional activities intends to authorize the freedom of the members to choose programs to participate. And for the voting procedure, the acceptance of the "consensus" by the Council is in favor of protecting the member's interest when making decisions. However, political factors that are potential to block the participation of South Korea in APSCO are difficult to be ignored. A recent event is an announcement of deploying THAAD by South Korea, which causes tension between South Korea and China. The cooperation between these two states in space activities will be influenced. A long-standing barrier is that China acts as a non-member of the main international export control mechanism, i.e., the MTCR. The U.S takes this fact as the main reason to prevent South Korea to cooperate with China in developing space programs. Although the political factors that will block the participation of South Korea in APSCO are not easy to removed shortly, legal measures can be taken to reduce the political influence. More specifically, APSCO is recommended to ensure the achievement of commercial interests of different cooperation programs by regulating precisely the implementation of the "fair return" principle. Furthermore, APSCO is also suggested to contribute to managing the common regional events by sharing satellite data. And it is anticipated that these measures can effectively response the requirements of the rapid development of space commercialization and the increasing common needs of Asia, thereby to provide a platform for the further cooperation. In addition, in order to directly reduce the political influence, two legal measures are necessary to be taken: Firstly, to clarify the rights and responsibilities of the host state (i.e., China) as providing assistance, coordination and services to the management of the Organization to release the worries of the other member states that the host state will control the Organization's activities. And secondly, to illustrate that the cooperation in APSCO is for the non-military purpose (a narrow sense of "peaceful purpose") to reduce the political concerns. Regional cooperation in Asia regarding space affairs is considered to be a general trend in the future, so if the participation of South Korea in APSCO can be finally proved to be feasible, there will be an opportunity to discuss the creation of a comprehensive institutionalized framework for space cooperation in Asia.
