This study is aims to voluntary participation in rural development projects, voluntary participation by analyzing the individual competence factors, how the what and how much influence affect the continued involvement and participation as a concept of strengthening community capacity the plan for it to present. The results of survey, through factor analysis and reliability analysis for extracting the components of individual competence areas and life satisfaction, self acting capacity, was extracted with recognized competence, was the factor analysis and reliability analysis for ongoing involvement and participation. Personal competence was a multiple regression analysis, the participation of three elements as independent variables as dependent variables to evaluate the impact of continuing involvement, and the resulting Regional and life satisfaction (${\beta}=0.301$) have the greatest impact It showed. In addition, regional analysis and life satisfaction (${\beta}=0.247$) on the impact of enlargement on the individual capabilities showed the highest participation. The elements of local life satisfaction and personal competencies exerts the greatest influence on the continued involvement and participation in the study was obtained. It based on the results in rural development for the voluntary participation and participation of the population should be considered with a plan to enhance the regional and life satisfaction, "the software business, which is carried out in rural areas developed for them by local residents the measures to increase life satisfaction will be provided.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relative importance of preliminary physical education teachers between upper and lower levels. Therefore, after literature analysis and examination by experts, a model of competence should be developed by preliminary physical education teachers. Literature review was done at first to filter out the related factors from previous studies. analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was followed with other 23 experts. Results of the study is as follows: Competence for Personal Relations is placed at the top with the weight of .213, competence for Self Management follows with the weight of .203, competence for Major is placed at third with the weight of .174, competence for Studies & Liberal follows with the weight of .163, and competence for Sense of Challenge is placed with the weight of .137, competence for Creativity follows with the weight of .110.
Improving performance needs Creativity and Improving Creativity needs clear communication of work orders in technology development projects. This study empirically analyzed the effects of team efficacy and knowledge sharing on communication competence and the effects of communication competence on individual creativity and product development performance. The purpose of this study is to verify the importance of communication and personal creativity in technology development projects and to suggest ways to improve communication capabilities. A survey was conducted of participants in technology development and the relationship between variables was confirmed by the structural equation model. The results show that team efficacy and knowledge sharing had a positive effect on communication competence, and that the clear delivery and understanding of team orders were the main factors in improving individual creativity. The results of this study will contribute to improving the communication competence of participants who are required for improving individual creativity in technology development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of Communication Competence on Organizational Creativity.

This study intended to investigate the structural relationship and the pathway of academic resilience, covert narcissism, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy for nursing students. For this purpose, 460 nursing students from three colleges in J province were sampled for convenience. The result of this study were as follows: First, the fix indexed of causal model among academic resilience, covert narcissism, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy were identified suitably. Second, covert narcissism, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy of nursing students has direct effect on academic resilience, it was statistically significant. Third, interpersonal competence and self-efficacy of nursing students showed mediating effects on the relationship between covert narcissism and academic resilience, but they were competitive effects. Self-efficacy mediated the relationship between interpersonal competence and academic resilience. Based on the results of the study, the necessity of developing an effective education program considering the academic resilience and related factors of nursing students was suggested.
The effects of personal(gender, physical growth) and environmental(communication with parent, intimacy of friendship, school performance, and satisfaction of school-life) factors on adolescent's self-esteem were examined in a samlpe of 525 first and second grades in middle school. The subdomains of the self-esteem were peer-related self, home self, teacher-related self, academic self, physical appearance self, physical competence self, personality self, and general self. T-test, Pearson's correlation, and regression were used as statistical analysis. Results were as follows. First, there was evidence of a gender difference in the level of the subsdomains of self-esteem: teacher-related, physical-appearance, physical-competence, and personality. Second, the factor which was the most powerful predictor of each subdomain of the self-esteem was as follows 1) the most powerful predictor of the peer-related self was the intimacy of friendship, 2) the most powerful predictor of the home self was the communication with parent, 3) the most powerful predictor of the teacher-related self was the satisfaction of school-life, 4) the most powerful predictor of the academic self was the school performance, 5)the most powerful predictor of the physical-appearance self, the physical competence self, and the personality self was the satisfaction of school-life, 6) the most powerful predictor of the general self was the school performance.

With the recent increase in senior retirement, and senior start-ups are becoming more active due to high interest in start-ups. Research on young entrepreneurship, including college students, is being actively conducted, but most of the preceding research on senior entrepreneurship was conducted mainly on personal characteristics and social environment, and there were not many empirical studies on the influencing factors of entrepreneurship support policies. In this study, research and discussion on the entrepreneurial support policy and entrepreneurial competence as the influencing factors of senior entrepreneurship. As the independent variable of this study, the founder's competency was adopted as two factors: technical competence and creative competency, and the entrepreneurial support policy was divided into education support and funding support. Mentoring was set as a controlling variable and entrepreneurial intention was set as a dependent variable. A total of 232 questionnaires collected from seniors in their 40s or older were empirically analyzed. To verify the hypothesis of the study, SPSS 23 was used for exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis, and Process 3.4 was used for moderation effect. As a result of the study, it was found that the factors of technical competence, creative competence, educational support, and funding all have a significant influence on the will of entrepreneurship. It was found that creative competency(𝛽=.318), funding support(𝛽=.188), educational support(𝛽=.152), and technical competence(𝛽=.139), in this order, influenced the entrepreneurial intention. It was verified that the moderating effect of mentoring was significant between technical competence, creative competence, and entrepreneurial intention, but the moderating effect of mentoring between educational support, funding and entrepreneurial intention was not. The implications of this study will contribute to the research of senior start-up support policies, institutional supplementation, and differentiated start-up support programs by studying the factors of senior start-up capabilities and start-up support policies. It is also believed that it will contribute to the search for ways to increase creative capabilities that have a high influence on the willingness to start a business and the expansion of mentoring functions.

This study examined the awareness of Chinese in their 20s in regards to Korean fashion brands and brand personality; in addition, it analyzed the effect of brand personality on brand preference and purchase intention. This study investigated the differences of the brand personality effect on brand preference and purchase intention according to brand, sex, and age. The results were as follows: 1) The three highly recognized fashion brands were Teenie Weenie, E-land, and The Basic House. 2) Brand personality was comprised of factors for competence, vitality, innovation, and emotion. 3) Brand preference was affected by vitality, competence, and innovation. Purchase intention was directly affected by brand preference and brand personality factors such as vitality, competence, and innovation. 4) The effect of brand personality on brand preference and purchase intention were different according to brand, sex, and age. These results can be used as basic data or information to help fashion companies develop marketing strategies for young Chinese people.

The model for ship maneuvering simulation is to enhance the competence of officer's ship maneuvering skills such as navigation equipment operation, collision avoidances, countermeasure an emergency situation so on. Despite using such ship maneuvering model, critical maritime accidents are occurred periodically in the world. To find adequate simulation model to evaluate competence abilities of deck officer who have maneuvering skills with some competence levels, we search the standard ship maneuvering method representing on the part 3 Person Overboard(POB) to onboard emergences of IAMSAR manual. Moreover we monitor the officer's human factors appearing during education and training and consider the use of human factors as fundamental data.

Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.
This study explored adjustment of school-aged children from low-income divorced families. Specifically, protective factors for children's self-perceived competence and behavior problems were investigated with children's coping strategies, perceived social support, parents' childrearing style, and parental stress. Subjects of this study were 126 children of 4 to 6 grade and their custodial parents(38 fathers, 88 mothers) from divorced families. Children's self-perceived competence and behavior problems were not different neither by children's sex nor custodial parent's sex. When children used more positive and less negative coping strategies, and when parents experienced less childrearing stress, children perceived themselves to be more competent. Similarly, when children used more positive and less negative coping strategies, received more social support, they perceived themselves to be more adequate. Children whose parents had high levels of childrearing stress showed more internalized and externalized behavior problems. Furthermore, children who perceived less supports from peers showed more behavior problems.
