This study facility use and satisfaction of the users of Han River Citizen's Park in Ttuksum district in order to provide foundational data necessary for planning and designing to enhance general user satisfaction when building new riverside parks or reorganizing existing riverside parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the user satisfaction of 374 men and women who use Ttuksum district located in Han River Citizen's Park. For this study, data were collected by self-administration method from 374 samples selected by the convenience sampling method. The results are as follows. 1) Users of Ttuksum district than male. The distribution of related accessibility, those residing within 5 kilometers the site it frequently. 2) Use it for walk, relaxation, or exercise. Are often accompanied by friends or family. Also, about the facility use by the purpose of use or characteristics of conpany, the grass square was utilized the most. 3) About user satisfaction with the park facilities in Ttuksum district, it was higher in the grass square(3.95), sport facilities(3.73), and music fountain(3.72) in order. Regarding the specialized park facilities, satisfaction was mostly low except for the music fountain. Also, about the satisfaction with the usability or view, accessibility(4.03) and night view(3.90) were. Based on the results of this study, it to proceed with positive verification processes in the follow-up research order to enhance reliability of those results.

The objective of this study is to analyze the space usage and user evaluation of community facility in High rise Mixed-use Apartment. This study was conducted case study and questionnaire survey. Four High rise Mixed-use Apartments built since 2000 were chosen for case study and 166 residents were collected for questionnaire survey. The frequency, percentage, mean, t-test and F-test were executed through SPSS for Win 12.0 statistics package program. The types of community facilities of High rise Mixed-use Apartments were consisted of sports, child care/study, information sharing, leisure/cultural facilities. The usage percentage of community facilities increased since the residents have moved to their current residence of High rise Mixed-use Apartments from their previous residence. The most satisfactory facility was sports facilities. The satisfaction of community facilities showed high in general. The satisfaction of community facilities was significant with gender and age.

This study purports to investigate the determinants of patient satisfaction and intent to revisit at national university hospitals in Korea. A total of 8 independent variables for outpatients, 9 independent variables for inpatients, and an intervening variable of overall patient satisfaction were selected through literature review. The independent variables for outpatients contain the level of satisfaction with physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, administrative procedure, medical cost, physical environment, facility convenience. and health recovery. With regard to the independent variables for inpatients, the quality of ward services was added to those of outpatients. Each variable contains 3 to 8 items measuring the level of satisfaction with various aspects of the variable. The sample used in this study consisted of 879 outpatients and 821 inpatients. Data were collected with interview survey and analyzed using path analysis. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1) The following variables have significantly positive effect on the intent to revisit of outpatients: health recovery, overall satisfaction, satisfaction with physicians, and ancillary staff. 2) The following variables have significantly positive effect on the intent to revisit of inpatients: health recovery, satisfaction with nurses and physicians, overall satisfaction, and administrative procedure. 3) The following variables of admission procedure, satisfaction with ancillary staff, facility convenience, quality of ward services were found to have significantly positive effect only on the level of overall satisfaction, even though they do not have significant total effect on the intent to revisit. The results of the study indicate that national university hospitals in Korea should make an effort to improve the satisfactory level of patients with clinical outcome, services provided by physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff, and the quality of administrative procedure for enhancing the intent to revisit of patients.

Chinese hotel industry needs to continue consummation. Especially the physical environment direct or the indirect influence to the consumers has not caused the hotel managers enough attention. Chinese hotel industry also lacks to the physical environment whole perception and the understanding. This paper research purposes are: how through that improve the hotel physical hotels. And what's disparities between the Chinese hotel industry in the physical environment and the Western developed country, how needs to improve and so on. Therefore, this paper has mainly studied and analysis the hotel atmosphere, the hotel facility, the hotel cleanliness, the hotel position, customers' overall satisfaction, the repatronage which independent effect, relations and the importance of them in Chinese hotel industry. This paper have made 5 hypotheses to relations of the hotel atmosphere, the hotel facility, the hotel cleanliness, the hotel position and customer's overall satisfaction, the repatronage. We have carried on the questionnaire survey to four hotels, altogether send out to the 250 questionnaires, and have received 202 questionnaires. Through after these analyses, the 1 hypothesis cannot have the data support. Therefore, the conclusions are: the first, the good hotel atmosphere has the positive influence to the consumer overall perception; the second, the higher hotel cleanliness has the positive influence to the consumer overall perception; the third, the convenience hotel position has the positive influence to consumer's perception; the fourth, the consumers' higher overall satisfaction has the positive influence to consumer's repatronage. But the influence of the higher hotel facility to consumers' perception cannot have the enough support from the data.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of hand massage on fatigue, sleep satisfaction and blood pressure of the aged in a long-term care facility. Methods: The data were collected from June to August 2008. The subjects were randomly recruited from a long-term care facility in Junnam Providence and were randomly assigned to the experimental group (n=22) or control group (n=22). Hand massage was carried out every other day in the evening for two weeks. Massage was administered to each forearm and hand for 10 minutes. Descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test and t-test were performed using SAS program. Results: In the experimental group, the fatigue (p=.017) was significantly lower and the sleep satisfaction (p=.043) was significantly higher than for the control group. Conclusion: On the basis of the results of the study, hand massage can be recommended for the elderly with sleep disturbance to reduce fatigue.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the disabled and their families. As a major variable, the mediating effect of the change of the disabled was examined in the relationship between residential facilities satisfaction and family life satisfaction. A total of 810 responses were collected by conducting a questionnaire survey on 856 persons with disabilities and their parents. As a result, the facilities satisfaction for the disabled has a significant influence on the family life satisfaction and the change of the handicapped. In the relationship between facility satisfaction and family life satisfaction, the change of disabled showed partial mediating effect, and it was confirmed that the effect of facility satisfaction on family life satisfaction increased when there was a change in the disabled. The results of this study can be used as the basic data to structure the discussion of living facilities for people with disabilities and their families, as well as can be used to restructure policies and practices for residential support services for the disabled. In particular, it is meaningful as a basic data for proposing various future types of residential facilities required by parents of adults with disabilities.

This paper investigates housing defects and housing satisfaction of the aged according to the personal characteristics and their housing environment. Personal interview was made on the 280 senior persons living in Jeonbuk area. Research results are following. Low levels were found in education, self privately-owned property, monthly income. Most of them live in a detached house that is outdated and obsolete. The facility defects of housing were the most serious level in case of the female senior citizen who lives alone. Their house aging was old but had the high deviation among households. Main influencing factors on facility defects of housing were perceived economic status and ownership of house, the next was age of the aged. Main influencing factors on the housing satisfaction were perceived economic status. Housing satisfaction was higher, the better economic level of the aged was, male than female, the less the age was, in case of hot-water usage in bathroom, owner of houses, no difference in floor level, larger storage space of kitchen was. According to the empirical results, we propose the supporting policy of hosing safety for the aged in order to reduce the risk and social cost. Especially the rate of population aging, the aged household, and the detached houses are higher in Jeonbuk rural areas than the other area. Housing facility defects of the elder who lives alone and house aging of theirs are serious level. Local government should have supporting system that considers local difference and characteristics of the aged housing.

Ecotourism activity is a rapidly growing proportion of the tourism industry as a growing awareness of the natural environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ecotourism village attributes on tourists' satisfaction focused on comparison of adults and children. For this study, an onsite survey was conducted to tourists of eight ecotourism villages. A total of 506 samples were collected and analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Through factor analysis, three dimensions of selection attribute were identified from 13 variables: 'program service', 'facility' and 'environment'. The multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors effects of ecotourism village attributes on tourists' satisfaction. Whereas 'program service', 'facility' factors among ecotourism village attributes had positive effects on satisfaction in the adults group, 'program service', 'facility' and 'environment' were important factors for children. The study suggested that it was important for ecotourism village managers to develop effective marketing techniques that could have a lasting impact on customer retention.

Through an examination of future societal development, it was found that the demographic structure is gradually aging, thus placing higher demands on elderly welfare centers. This study conducted surveys on three elderly day care centers in the entire region, aiming to enhance the pivotal role of elderly day care centers in the welfare facilities for the elderly. The current usage status, interior architectu/ral evaluations, and questionnaire surveys of these centers were analysed. The results of investigation into the architectural environment of the elderly day care centers showed that in terms of physical environment, smaller-scale centers did not lag behind larger ones in internal facilities, but larger-scale centers excelled in spatial utilization. Furthermore, the results of questionnaire survey results revealed correlations between family relationships, health status, level of assistance required, and satisfaction with facility usage, while no correlation was found between usage time, health status, and satisfaction with facility usage. This study conducted basic investigations such as architectural and physical surveys, and questionnaire surveys on elderly day care centers. Based on the survey results, future design practices should continuously explore and innovate to meet the needs of an aging society, further improve the community care system, provide more comprehensive and meticulous services for the elderly, and lay the foundation for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and providing comfortable services.
