This study aims at reviewing satisfaction on facility modernization project of traditional market by case study on integration & move method of 2 markets (Seongbuk 5 day market & Geumgye daily market). Following this study, it asked 182 merchants & customers at Naju Moksagoeul Market about satisfaction and performance on integration & move and the facility modernization project of traditional markets. According to results of the survey, not only merchants but also customers are satisfied with the modernization project. But in detail, valuations between 5 days market and daily market, and between merchants and customers are different. For example, merchants regard as negative, but customers as positive about move of the markets from city to outside. About half of respondents answer that number of market visits and sales volume after move of the markets are higher than before. More than 80% of respondents answer that culture & tourism market programs are helpful to the market revitalization.

Purpose - This study analyzes an economic effect on the project that Korean government supported for the vitalization of traditional markets using an input-output model. From 2002 to 2013, the government provided 180.8 billion won for a Management Modernization Project and 2.851 trillion won for a Facility Modernization Project for vitalization of traditional markets. Research design, data, and methodology - The present study conducted inter-industry analysis by matching industries related to the Traditional Market Project for the measurement, and calculated the ripple effect of each project. Result - The results from the study showed that from 2002 to 2012, the Management Modernization Project and Facility Modernization Project showed a 296.1 billion won effect on production inducement, a 158.7 billion won value-added inducement effect, and a 3,135-person effect on employment inducement in total. From 2002 to 2013, the Facility Modernization Project showed a 6.948 trillion won effect on production inducement, a 2.1109 trillion won effect on value-added inducement, and 40,209-person of effect on employment inducement in total. Conclusions - This study provided an empirical demonstration of a clear effect of the governmental support to traditional markets on developing regional economies. In particular, this study empirically analyzed and presented that there were a considerable amount of an economic effect by region due to governmental policy support to traditional markets.

사과, 배, 포도 등 과수 고품질 생산과 생산성 향상을 위한 시설현대화 정책은 사업 참여농가들의 생산량이 증가하는 등 사업의 성과가 높은 것으로 보고되고 있어, 생산농가의 정책 참여의향이 높은 것으로 보인다. 그 동안 이 사업에 참여한 생산농가는 품종갱신, 친환경과원관리, 배수시설, 지주시설, 관수관비시설, 비가림시설, 다겹보온커텐설치, 작업로 정비, 야생동물 방지시설, 서리피해방지시설 등 여러 사업에 참여했다. 이 논문은 우리나라 과수산업에서 생산비중이 높은 품목(사과, 배, 포도) 생산농가를 대상으로 정책수행의 성과를 측정하였다. 우리는 이를 위해 참여농가 약 300호를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 자료를 토대로 공변량매칭 및 PSM 방법을 이용하여, 생산량, 농가판매가격, 당도 증가율, 생산비 등 다양한 변수들에 대한 사업 전후의 성과 변화를 비교 검토하였다. 검토결과, 여러 세부 사업 중 사과의 경우는 주로 품종갱신, 배는 주로 관수관비시설 설치, 포도는 비가람시설의 설치사업에 주로 참여하여 양적 생산량 증대는 물론 당도개선 등 과실의 품질향상에도 상당한 기여를 한 것으로 파악된다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 전통시장 활성화 방안에 대한 연구로서 2021년 천안시 전통시장·상점가 실태조사 자료 중 총 188개를 연구 분석에 사용하였다. 전통시장의 환경개선 활성화를 위해서는 시대 상황에 맞는 환경적 변화가 일차적으로 요구되고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 전통시장은 낙후된 공간으로 주차환경개선사업과 시설 현대화 사업(화장실, 시설 장비 등)으로 시대적 요구에 맞게 특성화 세분화 과정을 거쳐 공간을 개선함으로써 운영의 편리성을 높이고 방문객의 이용 증진과 자연스러운 인식 개선을 도모할 수 있다. 또한, 차별화된 경영활성화 콘텐츠와 시설 현대화 사업과 유기적으로 조화를 이룰 때 전통시장 활성화 사업의 효율성과 효과성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전통시장의 활성화를 위해 전통시장 활성화 요인 중 시설의 환경개선 부분에 대해 분석하고 그간의 전통시장에 대한 정부지원정책에 대해 실질적 대안이 될 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to get basic data for R&D to activate and popularize the Practical Korean Costume. This research was carried out by theoretical study with literature and practical study with development of model based on the result of questionnaire. 1. In theoretical study the concept of 'Korean-image' of modern costume as well as 'Modernization' of Korean traditional costume has been suggested and 'traditional beauty of costume' which can be evaluated generally was considered. 2. In practical study the results of the questionnaire showed the objective numerical value of the element of Korean design which is firmly recognized by korean people. With the results the methods of development and composition of design have been suggested in the harmony of 'traditional' and 'modern' through the modernization in terms of form composition fabric color. It is expected that development direction of Practical Korean Costume which can be settled in everyday life with more independent cultural identity should be suggested. Additionally the research results will be useful for merchandise planning of costume industry.

전통시장 시설현대화사업이 본격적으로 시행된 이후 10년이 경과하였고, 전국 835개 이상의 시장이 이미 사업을 완료한 상황임에도 불구하고 공적 소유물인 다양한 시설에 대한 명확한 설치기준과 유지 및 관리에 대한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이로 인해 실제 시설 설치에 따른 이해관계자들의 민원 발생으로 사업이 차질을 빚고 있거나 지방자치단체마다 각기 다른 시설 설치 기준을 확보하여 시행하고 있으며, 일부 지방자치단체의 경우 유지·관리를 위한 별도의 기준을 마련하지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 그 중 특히 아케이드 관련 사업은 2010년까지 전국 694개 시장에 아케이드 설치를 위한 사업비가 지원되었다. 지원 사업이 전개된 이후 짧은 기간 동안 급속하게 증가 된 전통시장 시설현대화사업의 대표적인 사례라고 할 수 있는데, 이처럼 많은 증가에도 불구하고 아케이드 설치 및 향후 유지와 관리에 대한 명확한 기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 그리고 아케이드 시설의 경우 새롭게 조성된 환경에 대한 기초적 자료나 이용실태 조사 및 평가 없이, 그리고 공적(公的)환경을 정비하는 종합적인 접근 시각이 부족한 상태에서 단순히 비 또는 햇빛을 가리는 장치물로서 계획 및 설치되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 공공 시설물임에도 불구하고 유지·관리에 대한 명확한 주체와 가이드라인이 없어 초기에 아케이드가 설치된 시장의 경우 시설 보수, 유지 및 관리에 대하여 정부 및 지방자치단체에 사업비 지원 요청이 점차 증가되고 있다는 점을 감안할 때 보완이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시설현대화사업에 의해서 설치된 전통시장의 시설물 중 아케이드를 중심으로 이용실태 및 유지·관리 실태를 조사하고 문제점 도출 및 해외사례를 통하여 효율적인 설치 및 유지·관리를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

It is expected to confront numerous technological advancements in ter railroad technology with an opening of state-of-art Kyung-Bu High Speed Railroad that permits traveling speed in excess of 300 Km/hr. Expansions of railroad facility such as revival of silk railroad in Eurasia due to the connection of South-North Korea and modernization of rolling stock and ancillary equipment have certainly contributed to the technological development of Korean Railroad. Such technological advancements will provide of opportunities to participate in foreign projects that have been offered in past years. Thus, a comprehensive plan and R＆D policy is necessary to continuously raise and upgrade national competitiveness in the railroad industry.

Modernization of a port requires a considerable port facility expansion through grading up the cargo handling efficiency, increasing water depth of channels and basins to accomodate Large ships, etc. In many ports in the world, the needs of bigger ship calls in excess of conventional capacity of channels and basins demand for capital dredging as well as maintenance dredging resulting from siltation, and those activities are incurring heavy annual expenditure of the ports. 우리나라의 상업스포츠시설은 선진 국가에 비견해 볼 때 아직도 미흡한 점이 많으며, 여러 가지 해결해야 할 시설경영적 사회제도적 문제점을 지니고 있다. 상업스포츠시설의 발전을 위해서는 시설경영 능력을 제고하고 사회제도적 자원을 확대해야 한다. 첫째, 시설경영능력을 제고하기 위해서는 지도자 처우개선 및 고용확대, 경영 마케팅 능력 강화, 서비스품질 및 고객만족 향상, 시설의 현대화에 노력을 집중시켜야 한다. 둘째, 사회제도적 지원 확대를 위해서는 전문인력 양성 배치의 강화, 스포츠시설 규제완화 제도개선, 조세 금융 지원 확대, 스포츠시설업 정보망 구축 등에 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 결국, 상업스포츠시설업 주체는 시설경영 능력 향상을 위한 혁신적 노력을 기울여야 하며, 정부나 지자체에서는 상업스포츠시설이 발전할 수 있는 최적의 사회환경을 만들어 주어야 할 것이다.

It was convenient and the maintenance to do ease, to tilt the effort of one irrigation facility modernization by used to solar energy of reservoir flood gate and to reach and to lead in order to prepare one hand insufficiently it follows in leaving farming of the farming village and become older in age of the irrigation facility manager, it discussed one result. The reservoir flood gate which currently is developed but as improving the circular floodgate rain it does not measure the flow which is accurate is supplied from the reservoir it could not.
