미 전화 도서 자가 발전방식 도입에 따른 경제성 검토 (Economic Evaluation on a private electric Generation Application in Unelectrified Remote Islands in Korea)

  • According to Electricity Acceleration Law of Rural Area recently, the needs for replacement of a small scale diesel power generation facility which supplied electricity to 10-50 households Remote Islands has been revealed due to high operating and maintenance cost of Diesel Power Generation. Optimization of electric power system for Small Remote Islands must be made considering the economics, reliability and stability as power sources and estimation of total construction cost of those power stations. For its purpose, an assessment of power generation options such as Photovoltaic, Fuel cell, Wind-hybrid was implemented, economic evaluation of power supply shows the Photovoltaic, Fuel Cell for few household's islands and Diesel, Wind-hybrid for more inhabited islands. Power supplied by Diesel shows the best response to increasing electric demand and system reliability even with its lower economic value. Those who are in charge of power planning have to pay attention to system reliability, stability and operating characteristics of candidate's power supply besides its economics.

  • The present study has been conducted economic analysis of heat storage type ground source heat pump system(HSGSHP) and normal ground source heat pump (GSHP) and central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility which are installed at the same building in the shared an apartment house. Cost items, such as initial construction cost, annual energy cost and maintenance cost of each system are considered to analyze life cycle cost (LCC) and simple payback period (SPP) with initial cost different are compared. The initial cost is a rule to the Government basic unit cost of production. LCC applied present value method is used to assess economical profit of both of them. Variables used to LCC analysis are prices escalation rate and interest rate mean values of during latest 10 years. The LCC result shows that HSGSHP (1,351,000,000won) is more profitable than central boiler system with individual air conditioning facility by 86.7% initial cost. And SPP appeared 8.0 year overcome the different initial cost by different annual energy cost.

Development of simulation systems for telemanipulators in confined cell facilities

  • The considered simulation tasks are based on an electrometallurgical process development strategy and associated telemanipulator simulation systems are proposed with various scales of experimental facilities. Fundamentally, target facilities are assumed to be operated only by remote handling systems because the considered process is operated in hazardous environments. Futhermore, the feasibility at various scales should be experimentally verified with gradual increase in throughput. In this regard, bench, engineering, and pilot-scale simulation systems are important early-stage tools for assessing the practical operability of the target process with the material handling systems. Such simulation systems are highly customized for applications and are a precursor to larger pilot and demonstration-scale plants. This paper introduced and classified the developed simulator systems for this approach at various scales using remote handling systems which were assembled inside a virtual target facility, and the manmachine interface was included for a more realistic operation of the simulator. The results obtained for each simulator show the feasibility and requirement for improvement of the systems for the considered test issues with respect to the operation and maintenance of the process.

상수원수 수질저하가 정수처리 비용에 미치는 영향 (Effect of raw water quality decrease on water treatment costs)

  • In this study, effects of five raw water quality parameters (turbidity, odor compounds caused by algae, filter clogging caused by algae, pH increase caused by algae, and organic matter) on improvements and operations costs of typical water treatment plant (WTP) were estimated. The raw water quality parameters were assumed the worst possible conditions based on the past data and costs were subsequently estimated. Results showed that new water treatment facilities were needed, such as a selective intake system, an advanced water treatment processes, a dual media filter, a carbonation facility, and a re-chlorination facility depending on water quality. Furthermore, changes needed to be made in WTP operations, such as adding powered activated carbon, increasing the injection of chlorine, adding coagulation aid, increasing the discharge of backwashed water, and increasing the operation time of dewatering facilities. Such findings showed that to reliably produce high-quality tap water and reduce water treatment costs, continuous improvements to the quality of water sources are needed.

UV 투과율 향상 필터 기술을 이용한 전력설비 방전 검출용 자외선 코로나 카메라 개발 (Development of UV Corona Camera for the Detecting of Discharge on Power Facility using UV Transmittance Improvement Filter)

  • UV inspection technology is being used for predictive maintenance of power facility together with IR-thermography and ultrasonic devices. In this paper, the UV corona camera design, fabrication, and perform a simple test to be take advantage of the diagnostic equipment. The UV corona camera developed a $6.4^{\circ}{\times}4.8^{\circ}$ of the field of view as a conventional camera to diagnose a wide range of slightly enlarged, and power equipment to measure the distance between the camera and the distance meter has been attached. The transmission between 250 to 280nm was 11% ($12.5%{\times}88%{\times}98%$) by combing the transmission on absorption film, window and other filter(UG 5, nickel sulphate and so on). In a distance of 5m with the UV corona camera it is possible to detect partial discharge with a PD level of 2.5pC and a RIV level of $3.6dB{\mu}V$.

  • 본 연구는 교량과 터널에 관련된 각종 정보, 즉 도면, 대장 및 조서(도형, 비도형 자료)를 데이터베이스화하여 도로시설물의 능률적이고 과학적인 관리를 위한 시스템 구축에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 데이터베이스화의 가장 큰 목적은 도로시설물의 유지관리 및 보수시 자료의 신속, 정확한 수정과 보완으로 향후 합리적인 시설물 유지계획수립과 정보관리를 체계화하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 구축된 시설물관리시스템의 효용성을 검토하기 위해서 실제 행정관서에서 사용되고 있는 자료들을 적용해 본 결과 중요한 결론들을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 실험의 결과는 차후 보완연구를 통하여 국내의 각종 도로시설물관리를 위한 실용화에 크게 기대할 것으로 판단된다.

열화상 이미지를 이용한 배전 설비 검출 및 진단 (Detection and Diagnosis of Power Distribution Supply Facilities Using Thermal Images)

  • Maintenance of power distribution facilities is a significant subject in the power supplies. Fault caused by deterioration in power distribution facilities may damage the entire power distribution system. However, current methods of diagnosing power distribution facilities have been manually diagnosed by the human inspector, resulting in continuous pole accidents. In order to improve the existing diagnostic methods, a thermal image analysis model is proposed in this work. Using a thermal image technique in diagnosis field is emerging in the various engineering field due to its non-contact, safe, and highly reliable energy detection technology. Deep learning object detection algorithms are trained with thermal images of a power distribution facility in order to automatically analyze its irregular energy status, hereby efficiently preventing fault of the system. The detected object is diagnosed through a thermal intensity area analysis. The proposed model in this work resulted 82% of accuracy of detecting an actual distribution system by analyzing more than 16,000 images of its thermal images.

아파트 단지내 아동 유희시설의 이용행태에 관한 연구 -전주시 아파트단지를 대상으로 - (On Studying Utilization From of Children Amusement Facility in the Apartment Housing)

  • The development of science technology and high growth of economy have influenced on the change of living environment and have changed people's way of thinking and behavior. Also, apartments has appeared to solve the shortage of housing in cities. This study has a thorough grasp about problems of juvenile playground in the apartments and comes the following conclusion as a result that all sorts of details for amusement behavior have been analyzed. First, juvenile playground should be harmonized with nature, and needs a construction of amusement place that include fixed amusement facilities. Second, for a constitution of dynamic amusement place, a school playground should be opened in the public and parking lots should be utilized for dynamic amusement place in a different time. Third, juvenile playground should be classified by age, especially infant amusement facilities should be installed where a landscape architecture has placed between buildings. Also a daylight should be shined into the place, under considering the installation of bench for parents and rest space. Fourth, a location of amusement place is needed a careful consideration of the environment and building placement, in addition that suitable distance should be set up for children to come into contact easily. Fifth, insufficient things should be complemented as compared with the standards of foreign amusement facilities and guideline should be suggested for maintenance and management of amusement place.

Function improvement of enclosure communication base equipment, against an improvement and standardization plan it described trom the prosecution which it sees.

  • 첨단기술의 발달로 인해 건물은 대형화, 복합화되고 있으며, 이로 인해 실내공간을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 증가 하고 있다. 또한 객체지향 3D CAD의 출현으로 인해 건물의 설계와 시공프로세스에서 계속적인 이용이 가능한 정보들이 제작되고 있다. 이런 정보들을 활용하여 건물의 유지관리 단게에서 실내공간을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 첨단기술을 융합한 공간정보 관리 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초 연구로서 공간네트워크 모델을 자동으로 생성하는 프로세스를 정의하는 방법론을 제시하고 이의 효용성을 검토해본다.
