연속성장법에 의한 Silicon 단결정 연속성장 (Silicon Single Crystal Growth by Continuous Crystal Growth Method)

  • 연속성장법은 crystal growth chamber의 상부에 있는 reservoir에서 원료 분말을 연속적으로 공급하면서 도가니 하부에 용융대를 형성시킨 후, 종자결정을 용융대에 dipping하여 회전시키면서 아래로 끌어내려 단결정을 성장시키는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 연속 성장법을 이용하여 silicon 단결정을 육성시켰으며 연속성장에 영향을 미치는 인자는 critical melt level, 원료공급속도, 성장속도, graphite crucible과 gruphite susceptor의 형태, work coil의 위치에 따른 graphite susceptor의 수직온도구배, 중력과 종자결정의 회전에 의한 원심력이 용융대의 안정화에 미치는 영향과 용융액 표면에서 일어나는 소결현상에 관해 고찰하였다.

외부가압 공기윤활 저어널베어링의 안정성에 관한 해석 (An Analysis of the Stability of Externally Pressurized Air-Lubricated Journal Bearings)

  • The threshold of instability for a rigid rotor supported in externally pressurized airlubricated circular or non-circular journal bearings of finite length is theoretically analyzed. The analysis is performed for a bearing having one feeding plane, no recess volume, which is assumed to be a line source, and is based on a first order perturbation of journal center motion about steady state position. And then linearized system dynamic analysis is carried out. Numerical results are given, showing the threshold of instability as a function of supply pressure ratio, feeding parameter and load. It is shown that the region that 2-lobe bearing is more stable than circular bearing exists and whirl ratio of 2-lobe bearing is less than that of the other types of bearing.

  • This study presents a study on modified algorithm to operating train simulation of AT feeding systems. In this study equivalent impedance is constructed by $Z_c,\;Z_r,\;Z_f,\;Z_{cr},\;Z_{rf},\;Z_{fc}$. The train current flows through the all auto-transformer corresponding to track impedance. To calculate train voltage from analyzing the railway systems, the algorithm is based on the K. C. L, K. V. L, superposition and circuit separation method. Multi-train's voltages are determined by calculating the catenary voltage at each train's position and adding up these train's voltage drop. Case studies use a field operational data, show that the proposed method is easily applied.

  • This paper presents exact Autotransformers(ATs)-fed AC electric Railroad system modeling using constant current mode far locomotives. An AC electric railroad system is rapidly changing single-phase load, and at a feeding substation, 3-phase electric power is transferred to paired directional single-phase electric power. As the train moves along a section of line between two adjacent ATs. The proposed AC electric railroad system modeling method considers the line self-impedances and mutual-impedances. The constant current mode model objectives are to calculate the catenary and rail voltages with the loop equation. When there are more than one train in the AC electric railroad system, the principle of superposition applies and the only difference between the system analyses for one train. Finally, this paper shows the general equation of an AC electric railroad system, and that equation has no relation with trains number, trains position, and feeding distance.

  • Recently, LPG has been considered as more environmental friendly fuel than liquid fuels for vehicles. However because LPLi engine has the strong point that not only increases the volumetric efficiency and cold startability, but also decreases unburned hydrocarbon exhaust emission in warm-up condition, much attention has moved to development of the Liquid Phase LPG injection (LPLi) system from the mixer type LPG engine. To reduce exhaust NOx, this study investigated the effect of EGR with LPLi engine and determined optimized EGR feeding position and distribution. In addition, engine stability, performance, and exhaust emission level were evaluated.

  • 전기철도 급전선에 흐르는 기유도전류를 계산하는 방법은 ITU-T의 지침서에 다도체 계산법으로 제시되어 있고 급전선 특성에 의한 전파상수 및 전차선 전류의 계산에 관하여는 이도체 해석 방법으로 계산하도록 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 특히 급전 구간내에서도 전차 및 통신선의 상대적 위치 관계에 따른 기유도전류의 변화를 ITU에서 제시한 방식에 의하여 국내 전차선 전파상수 특성 파라미터를 부여하고 전차의 이동에 따라 어떠한 변화를 나타내는지 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하여 보았다. 급전구간내에서 변화하는 기유도전류는 급전소 간에 대칭적 쌍곡선 함수 특성으로 나타남을 알수 있고 이러한 해석 결과는 급전소간의 유도 영향 관계에서 통신선 장애에 대응하는 데에 기초적 영향 변수로 활용될 수 있다.

Analysis of Risk Factors of Musculoskeletal Disorder for Child-care Teachers' Job

  • Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the child-care teachers' job in relation to physical work. Background: Child-care teacher is directly related to the quality of child care. And their physical activity is higher than general education teachers because the proportion of day care is high. But analyzes of child-care teachers' job burdens and the work environment associated with physical activity is not well established. Method: To conduct this study, the child-care teachers' job was classified into 18 physical works. After classification, posture was evaluated by ergonomic posture evaluation schemes of OWAS, RULA, REBA and evaluated for each physical part. Next, musculoskeletal subjective symptoms were analyzed. Results: The results showed the following: The highest assessment on the posture evaluation was "helping children to ride a school bus", "feeding: meal/snack", "brushing children's teeth" and "arrangement of nap-stuff". The rank of high-risk assessment on the neck/trunk/leg part was arranged by: "feeding: meal/snack", "helping children to ride a school bus", "making nap", "arrangement nap-stuff" and "brushing children's teeth". The rank of high-risk assessment on the upper limbs part was arranged by: "helping children to ride a school bus", "the bust - group activity", "meal/snack time - preparing, feeding, arrangement", "nap time - preparing, arrangement", "brushing children's teeth", and "using the toilet". According to the results of each musculoskeletal subjective symptom, teachers ordered the pain area as follows: waist, shoulder, leg/feet, and neck, and they showed more pain on trunk than the upper limbs. Conclusion: To sum up the results from ergonomic posture evaluation and a subjective symptom, the following are high working pressures: "feeding: meal/snack", "the bust - group activity", "making nap", "brushing children's teeth" with deep bending and waist twisting, "helping children to ride a school bus", "brushing children's teeth" with lifting shoulder; "meal/snack time - preparing, arrangement", "nap time - preparing, arrangement", and "using the toilet" with moving or an up-down position in their job. Application: The results of this study might be information for improvement of the child-care teachers' job environment.

PLC를 이용한 자동 연마석 평면 연삭기 개발 (Development of automatic surface grinder using PLC)

  • This paper describes the automation of the surface grinder for a grinding wheel by application of programmable logic controller(PLC) with a position sensor, and a limit switch. The control system is designed to provide feeding a workpiece on the turn table and pressing it by the upper disk automatically. In this development the automation of checking the thickness of a grinding wheel is most important. In order to measure the relative displacement, the proximity sensors were employed and the sensitivities of the sensors were investicated and discussed the superiority. It has been shown by model experiment that the automation system of the surface grinder is performed satisfactory.

  • This study presents an approach to model and to analyse traction power feeding system focused on the amplification of harmonic current. Through the research we can conclude the following: - The resonance frequency is not depend on the location of vehicle. The magnification of harmonic is, however, a function of the position of a train. - The resonance frequency is lower as catenary length is longer.
