  • 직류직권모터는 전동지게차와 같은 물류용 전동차에서 사용되는데, 우수한 기동 토오크를 가지는 반면에 파라미터의 열적, 변화가 심하고 마찰과 부하의 비선형성이 존재해 기존의 제어기로는 만족할 만한 성능을 내지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 퍼지제어기를 사용한다. 퍼지제어기는 변수의 애매성에 바탕을 두고 제어하기 때문에 이러한 비선형성에 대해 강인하나, 소속함수의 결정과 퍼지규칙의 선정이 어려우며, 체계적인 방법이 존재하지 않는다. 이러한 퍼지제 어의 결점을 해결하기 위해 소속함수는 유전 알고리즘을 통해 자기동조 시키며 퍼지규칙은 오차와 오차변화율의 위상평면을 이용하여 결정한다. 실용성을 검증하기 위해 TI사의 DSP TMS320F240을 이용해 실시스템에 적용했으며, 이를 통해 부하의 변동 및 기준 속도의 변화에도 잘 대처함을 알 수가 있었다.

  • The switched reluctance drive is known to provide good adjustable speed characteristics with high efficiency. However, higher torque ripple and lack of the precise speed control are drawbacks. In the paper, a PLL(Phase Locked Loop) technique is adopted to regulate the dwell angle instantaneously. A PLL control technique in conjunction with dynamic dwell angle control scheme has good speed regulation characteristics. The F240 DSP based control system is used to realize this drive system. Test results show that the system has the ability to achieve good dynamic and precise speed control.

  • The switched reluctance drive system is known to provide a good adjustable speed and torque characteristics. However, acoustic noise and higher torque ripple are drawbacks. These drawbacks show the fact that SRM drive is not operated with mmf current specified for dwell angle and input voltage. Reducing torque ripple and having precise speed control, PLL technique is adopted. The PLL system in conjunction with dynamic dwell angle control scheme has good speed regulation characteristics. A TMS320F240 based on the DSP is used to realizing this drive system. Test results show that the system has the ability to achieve good dynamic and precise speed control.

  • In this paper, a two-level switching algorithm ov the deadbeat to control PWM inverter is proposed. A modified algorithm of the deadbeat is suitable for the UPS system. Two levels in the pulse pattern are used. This scheme allows the use of higher switching frequency for a given computation time delay, which results in lower total harmonic distortion at the output. The proposed control scheme is implemented using TMS320F240 DSP for controlling on inverter.

  • In this paper, a simulation system, which is almost same with the real motor-mechanical control system, is established. The real system is identified by using the data from DSP(TMS320F240). The RLS(Recursive Least Square) algorithm is used for the identification and MATLAB Simulink program is used for simulation. The exact simulation system obtained by using the proposed method is very useful for analysis and design of motor-mechanical control systems.

  • This paper presents a design of two gimbal system. One is two axes stabilized platform that is targeted to preserve direction while vehicle that is adhered antiaircraft fire, radar or EOTS is moving. The system maintains stabilization by recovering error using the rate gyro. The other is three axes gimbal system that is intended to simulate various angle movement in space and to test three axes gyroscope. This system determines gyro condition comparing gyro output value with converted motor encoder value.

  • Servomotors are used as key components of automated system by performing accurate positioning, accurate speed regulation, and precise motion control in response to commands from computers and sensors. Especially linear brushless servomotors have numerous advantages over ball screws, timing belts, rack/pinion drives and friction drives compared with rotary servomotors. This paper proposes the estimation of unknown parameters from the linear brushless DC motor which is operated by sinusoidal commutation. The estimated parameters are used to tune the controller gain and disturbance observer. In order to agree with this purpose, Digital Signal Processor(TMS320F240), developed for implementation of a speed Field Oriented Control(FOC), adopted in this study. The processor playing an important role in controller has A/D converters, PWM generators, riched I/O port internally.

  • This paper presents an implementation of position control system of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) using digital hysteresis controller by TMS320F740 DSP. Although SRM possess several advantages including simple structure and high efficiency, but the control thrive system using power semiconductor device is required to drive this motor. The control drive system increases overall system cost. To overcome this problem and increase the application of SRM, it is needed to develope the servo dave system of SRM. So, the position control system of 1 Hp SRM is developed and evacuated by adaptive switching angle control. The position/speed response characteristics and voltage/current waveforms are presented to prove the capability of SRM for a servo drive application. Moreover, digital hysteresis current controller is developed and evaluated by experimental testing for the purpose of system developmental cost reduction.
