This study developed a scale to measure college students' perceived stress levels for adverse life events that may occur in their daily lives and confirmed its validity and reliability. The scale was developed in accordance with DeVellis' scale development guidelines. Data were collected from 1,242 students of a local university in 2020. The collected samples were randomly separated into two groups (A, B). Group A (N=620) was tested for an initial examination of the performance, exploratory factor analysis, multitrait-multimethod matrix, criterion-related validity, and reliability of each item; and verified with group B (N=622) for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability re-test. As a result, the final scale of 33 items and eight factors were developed. The KMO values were 0.92, and Bartlett's spherical test was significant (χ2=12532.42, p<.001); the number of factors with initial eigenvalues of 1.0 or higher was eight; the cumulative factor loadings of 71.5% and the commonality of each item was 0.56 or higher. The reliability of the scale was Cronbach's alpha 0.94; sub-factors' Cronbach's alpha was 0.78 to 0.90. Therefore, these findings suggest that the scale developed in this study would be useful for measuring the stress levels of daily life for college students.

This study was conducted to test the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Professional Quality of Life Scale-Short Form (ProQOL-K-SF). Survey data were collected from 191 staff involved in long-term care insurance who worked for National Health Insurance Services. Construct validity using exploratory factor analysis and the internal consistency reliability were determined using SPSS/WIN (21.0). Factor analysis of the ProQOL-K-SF demonstrated that it has a two-factor structure (compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigues) and 13 items that support construct validity. Factor loadings of the compassion satisfaction ranged from 0.70-0.86, factor loading of the compassion fatigues ranged from 0.71-0.82 and the total variance was 60%. The ProQOL-K showed interanal consistency based on Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, with a total scale and two sub scale values of 0.76-0.90. Compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction of 30 items of the ProQOL-K were positively correlated with those of 13 items of the ProQOL-K-SF. The results support that the ProQOL-K has satisfactory construct validity and is a reliable measure of professional quality of life in Korea.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the lifestyle factors influencing behavioral problems such as Inattention, hyperactivity/impulsivity, and internet overuse in elementary and middle school students. Data from 889 elementary school students and 676 middle school students were used and teacher reporting on students' attention deficit and hyperactivity and impulsivity symptoms was also included in the analysis. Lifestyle included opportunities for family interaction, sleep, watching TV, playing Video games, eating breakfast, eating junk food, and private education. As a result of stepwise regression analysis, Video games, junk foods, and family interactions significantly predicted the inattention of elementary and middle school students. Video games, TV, junk foods, and family interactions significantly predicted elementary school students' hyperactivity and impulsivity, but the lifestyle variables hardly accounted for the hyperactivity/impulsivity of middle school students. Video game, and family interactions significantly predicted Internet overuse for both elementary and middle school students. Current study suggest that family interaction opportunities and the use of video games, TV and junk food should be considered to intervene in behavior problems.

This study aims to explore how manufacturing start-up activities from 2000 to 2018 have changed spatially and to predict changes in distribution patterns of future start-up activities. For the analysis, the Census on Establishments microdata from 2000 to 2018 were used, and the manufacturing industry was classified into four detailed industrial groups according to the 40 manufacturing standards presented by the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade's ISTANS. According to the results, start-up activities in industries that require high technology levels are concentrated in southern Gyeonggi region, and other start-up activities are concentrated outside of the metropolitan area. When the distribution change from 2018 to 2036, extending the trend from 2000 to 2018, it was confirmed that there was a high possibility of a rise in the hierarchy in the future in regions adjacent to regions where start-up activities occur. This study aimed to provide implications for regional policies related to fostering start-ups and creating jobs by dynamically analyzing the location pattern of manufacturing start-ups, which is a major source of job creation.

Purpose This study explored overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, strategy, and profit generation through interviews with two research participants who started their own businesses and are recognized as influencer on YouTube and analysis of viewer responses to uploaded contents. With the explosive growth of YouTube content provision and use, previous studies on YouTube are only being conducted individually on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers, so it is need to explore YouTube channel operations and the effect of revenue generation in context from an integrated perspective. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present an integrated model that provides a specific process by contextually linking the factors and results influencing YouTube channel operation and revenue generation phenomena to individuals and companies who are trying to operate YouTube channels for the first time. Design/methodology/approach This study systematized and structured the overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, communication strategy, effect on revenue generation, and YouTube channel operation results by selecting interview subjects and collecting data through interviews, and analyzing viewer reactions (likes, comments, etc.). Due to the lack of previous studies exploring integrated phenomena, research analysis used Strauss & Corbin (1998)'s grounded theory approach, which presented inductive research methods to discover new theories by structuring concepts and categories based on detailed observations and information provided by interviewees. Findings The academic implication of this study is that while previous studies are conducted as individual studies on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers in the current situation where YouTube content provision and use are exploding, it integrally explores and presents an integrated model throughout the process. In addition, taking into account the lack of previous studies, it can be found in the aspect of using the grounded theory approach, an inductive theory approach that establishes a new theory. The practical implications can be found in that it presented practical directions to beginners who want to start operating YouTube channels by identifying operational preparations, communication strategies with viewers, and response management strategies.
This study was conducted with the aim of developing and validating a measure of the workplace bullying bystander behavior. For the purpose, items were developed by referring to previous studies related to workplace bullying, and behavior subtypes were defined as pro-bullying, defending, and bystander behaviors. After confirming the content validity with the help of experts, a total of 31 preliminary items were composed. The final 26 items were selected by conducting an exploratory factor analysis and verifying the validity and reliability of the scale with a survey of 288 office workers who have directly or indirectly witnessed workplace bullying over the past three years. In this process, it was confirmed that defense behavior was distinguished into two types: Active and supportive. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with data from 518 office workers who have directly or indirectly witnessed workplace bullying over the past year, and the validity and reliability of the developed scale were confirmed. As a result of comparing the competing models to reconfirm the subtypes, it was confirmed again that active defense behavior and supportive defense behavior were distinguished. The criterion-related validity of all subtypes was confirmed by setting the criterion variables for workplace bullying behavior, altruistic behavior, pro-social behavior, fear of intervention, moral disengagement, guilt, and moral identity. Based on the result of this study, follow-up research tasks related to workplace bullying bystander behavior scale were suggested and the methods to prevent and intervene in workplace bullying while utilizing workplace bullying bystander behaviors were discussed.
The purpose of this study was to prove a development and initial validation of the korean version of coach-athlete relationship maintenance scale that originated from the work of Rhind & Jowett(2012) in pro baseball. The items were then administered to 132 Participants(29 coaches and 103 athletes) completed the questionnaires of the coach-athlete relationship maintenance in First preliminary investigation. Maximum likelihood estimate was used to identify the latent underlying structure. In order to verify the validity of Korean version of coach-athlete relationship maintenance was administered to an independent sample of 273 coaches and athletes. Pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance is consisted of six factors(25 items) with conflict management, motivational, preventative, openness/assurance, support, and social network. SPSS18.0 and AMOS16.0 were used to analyze the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factory analysis and internal consistency, test-retest with bootstrapping using of the data in this study. The results of the pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance scale had six factors with 25 items, and each six factor was positively correlated. Overall, this study verified pro baseball coach-athlete relationship maintenance questionnaire. Thus, suggest that path of comparing the differences between the first division and farm team by using the test of the structural model invariance across the groups.

Human networks can be an important means of solving various information problems including tacit knowledge, as an essential channel of knowledge sharing. Particularly, in the case of a teacher librarian(or librarian) of a school library composed of one person in the organization, the human networks for work can be more effective with people outside the organization who are in charge of the same duties than with members inside the organization. Thus, this study aims at exploring the characteristics of the personal networks related to the work of teacher librarians and understanding the effect of these network characteristics on job satisfaction and role ambiguity resolution. A survey was conducted on one of the teacher librarian associations in Seoul, and the collected data were analyzed using social network analysis(SNA) method. As a result, it was found that personal networking of teacher librarians is active in experienced teacher librarians, while those with shorter career have fewer channels of help-seeking. Also, the characteristics of personal networking do not affect job satisfaction and the resolution of role ambiguity. Based on these results, this study proposes the expansion of collaborating and networking among teacher librarians to solve information problems in a single-person workplace.
This study aims to develop a valid self-report scale for the community integration of persons with psychiatric disabilities. To this end, conducted were in-depth interviews with individuals with psychiatric disabilities, consultation with experts, and a survey. First, literature review and the in-depth interview with individuals with psychiatric disabilities were collected questionnaires regarding the community integration of persons with psychiatric disabilities. Second, preliminary research 1 focused on the selection and modification of the items collected in the first research. Final 44 items were selected by the verification of the importance and content-validity of items under the advices of professionals. Lastly, preliminaty research 2 applied cross-validation method to the data from 524 cases in order to verify the factor structure and concept-validity of the items. The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that 5 factor structures are the most appropriate, and the confirmatory factor analysis suggests that the Self-reporting Scale of Community Integration for the person with psychiatric disabilities consists of 27 questionnaires which compose 5sub-concepts such as'psychological integration','physical integration', 'social support', 'social integration', 'independence/self-actualization'. Moreover, this scale was significantly related to the 'Life Satisfaction scale for the person with psychiatric disabilities'. This proved concurrent validity of the scale.
Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially in the domain of text-generative services, has witnessed a significant surge, with forecasts indicating the AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) market reaching a valuation of $55.0 Billion by 2028. This research set out to explore the quality dimensions characterizing synthetic text media software, with a focus on four key players in the industry: ChatGPT, Writesonic, Jasper, and Anyword. Drawing from a comprehensive dataset of over 4,000 reviews sourced from a software evaluation platform, the study employed the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling technique using the Gensim library. This process resulted the data into 11 distinct topics. Subsequent analysis involved comparing these topics against established AI service quality dimensions, specifically AICSQ and AISAQUAL. Notably, the reviews predominantly emphasized dimensions like availability and efficiency, while others, such as anthropomorphism, which have been underscored in prior literature, were absent. This observation is attributed to the inherent nature of the reviews of AI services examined, which lean more towards semantic understanding rather than direct user interaction. The study acknowledges inherent limitations, mainly potential biases stemming from the singular review source and the specific nature of the reviewer demographic. Possible future research includes gauging the real-world implications of these quality dimensions on user satisfaction and to discuss deeper into how individual dimensions might impact overall ratings.
