This study is to prevent the applicants who apply for the test from being confused by finding problems in the practical test of the bartender certificate and to detect the best way to find out the scoring factors and allotting marks. The goal of this study is to give the direction of proposing the alternative plans of the qualification test for the bartender by the expert group. The questionaries of the survey were sent and collected from June 20 though 30, 2005. After removing some questionaries that have a problem, the survey was conducted for 20 days from August 5, 2005. The samples of the expert group was set up as 50 persons, but 43 samples were available for the final analysis. Also, 7 selected experts proposed the improvements of the marking lists in the practical test for the bartender certificate throughout 2 in-depth studies from September 15 through 25, 2005. According to the analysis, marking lists of the practical test need to be improved. For the detail categories of the practical test, priority appears as follows : sanitation, service and cocktail mixing. For the proper score in the marking lists of the practical test, 25 points is more proper than existing 33 points for selecting ingredients and stools, 10 points is more suitable than existing 9 points for pouring main ingredients, 30 points is more appropriate than existing 42 points for cocktail mixing, 20 points is more proper than existing 10 points for sanitation and 15 points is more suitable than existing 6 points for service.

This study was aimed to identify importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers for Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Expert (ICU CNE) roles. A questionnaire survey was performed with 138 intensive care unit health care providers between May 3 to 29, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). There were statistically significant differences in importance(t=2.33, p=.024) and satisfaction(t=5.43, p<.001) between physicians and nurses. The importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers were ranked in the order of advanced clinical practice, professional activity, coordination and cooperation, education and counseling and research. Objectives: This study aims to investigate and analyzed the priority of vocational core competency factors in dental hygienists in Gwangju. Methods: Expert survey was conducted and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was applied to evaluate the weighting factors. First, we established the vocational core competency defined in NCS as AHP analysis model. The vocational core competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. Secondly, AHP survey was conducted by 195 dental hygienists in Gwangju. Finally, the weights representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using AHP method. Results: The AHP analysis on 10 categories showed that the weighting of interpersonal skills(0.165) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.035) was at the bottom, and the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the teamwork skills(interpersonal skills), problem-solving capability(problem-solving skills), listening skills(communication skills), ethical community(professional ethics), ability to understand business(ability to understand organizational structure), applicable technical skills(technical skills), self-management skills(self-development capability), information processing capabilities(information capacity), ability to manage time(resource management capabilities) and basic math skills(numeracy). Either ways of understanding health care as a commodity or public work are at opposite ends of health care spectrum. These two rival conceptions reflected by viewpoint(ideology) would lead to different directions in policy-making for health care reform. The purpose of this study is to access the value differences of experts' policy views about health care issues by analyzing the extent of consensus among experts in the field of health care. Using primary data obtained through a mail survey of 558 experts in the field of health care, we analyzed the differences of experts' opinions about characteristics of health care market, policy issues and values Gdeology). The study represents from 50-50 split analysis, entropy index, and factor analysis that the wide spread disagreements over health policy, which is a major barriers to effective policy-making, could be caused by the ideological perception differences among experts. This implies that, if values play an important role in policy-making, we should identify the differences in value and seek ways to balance among the diverse values such as efficiency, equity, freedom, and security. For this, the policy issues debated on differences in values should be reconciled for narrowing gaps of experts' perceptions through various ways.
With international attention to the rural landscape, there have been landscape management and conservation efforts. Because it contains characteristics of rural area, rural landscape has been recognized as an important component of rurality. With rural amenity resources survey projects launched since 2005, rural landscape categorization and evaluation such as resource value, use value, beauty, originality, traditionality, maintenance are performed by expert questionnaire survey and 100 rural amenity resources are selected. In this study, we performed fractal analysis for developing evaluation system of the rural landscape photographs. In evaluating processes, main and surrounding landscape are separated and fractal indexes are calculated and analyzed with beauty value scoured by experts. Results show that beauty value is not significantly related with fractal index but differences of main and surrounding landscape fractal index.
