압출 블로우 성형에서 성형조건에 따른 성형특성 (Blow Characteristics in Extrusion Blow Molding for Operational Conditions)

  • Blow molding is divided into three categories, injection stretch blow molding, injection blow molding, and extrusion or direct blow molding. Extrusion blow molding has been studied experimentally to characterize the blowing behavior of parison. Blow conditions such as blowing temperature and cooling time were the experimental variables in this blowing experiment. Wall thickness of the lower part of blow molded sample was thicker than that of the upper part because of the sagging of parison during extrusion process. As temperature increases the wall thickness and the weight of blow molded sample decreased. No thickness variations in the blowing sample were observed according to the cooling time. The lower part of the sample showed high degree of crystallinity compare with the upper part of the sample. Thus the lower part of the sample was strong mechanically and structurally. It was recognized that the uniform wall thickness could not be obtained by only controlling the operational conditions. Parison variator should be introduced to get uniform wall thickness of parison and subsequently produce uniform wall thickness of blow molded product.

歸脾湯 및 歸脾湯加味方의 止血效果에 관한 實驗的 硏究 (A Study on the Homostatic Effects of Guipitang and Guipitangjiaweifang Extracts in Experimental Animals)

  • This Experiment was conducted to investigate the hemostatic effects of Guipitang and Guipitangjiaweifang. For this purpose, the effects of the crude extracts on the platelet count. prothrombin time, fibrinogen level and partial prothromboplastin time were estimated. The rats were divided into normal group, control group and experimental group. Control group was administrated normal saline and experimental group was divided into Sample 1 (Guipitang) and Sample 2 (Guipitangjiaweifang). The results obtained were as follows : 1. The platelet count was significantly increased in both of two samples as compared with the control group. 2. The prothrombin time was significantly shortened in case of Sample 2. however there were no significant changes in case of Sample 1 as compared with the control group. 3. The fibrinogen level was significantly increased in case of Sample 1. however there were no meaningful changes in case of Sample 2 as compared with the control group. 4. The partial prothromboplastin time was significantly shortened in both of two samples as compared with the control group. According to above results. it is supposed that Guipitang and Guipitangjiaweifang have the hemostatic effects in experimental animals.

Comparison of Analytical Methods for Volatile Flavor Compounds in Leaf of Perilla frutescens

  • Volatile flavor compounds from perilla leaves were extracted and analyzed with different methods, head-space analysis (HS), simultaneous steam distillation and extraction (SDE) , and solvent extraction (SE), and to compare their efficiencies for quick analysis. Over 30 volatile compounds were isolated and 28 compounds were identified by GC/MSD. Major compound was perillaketone showing the compositions of which were 92% in SDE method, 86% in headspace analysis, and 62% in solvent extraction method. For quick evaluation of leaf flavor in perilla, it was desirable because the headspace analysis method had a shorter analyzing time and smaller sample amount than the other methods.

  • Effect of Jeongkicheonhyangtang and Kamijeongkicheonhyangtang have been experimentally studied. The results have been obtained as follows : 1. It is proved that analgecic effect on sample I group and sample II group are clearly decreased than control group. Thus, the statistically significant decrease is p<0.005. 2. It is proved that anti-inflammatory effect on sample I group and sample II group are decreased compare to control group. Thus, the statistically significant decrease of sample I group is p<0.05 in 30 and 60-minute, p<0.01 in 90-minute, and p<0.005 in 120 and 180-minute. And those of sample ll group is p<0.05 in 30 and 60-minute and p<0.005 in 90, 120 and 180-minute. 3. It is proved that appearance of gastric ulcer is decreased compare to the control group and the statistically significant decrease is p<0.05. 4. It is proved that plasma epinephrine contents of sample I and II group are clearly decreased compare to the Control Group and the statistically significant decrease is p<0.005. 5. It is proved that plasma norepinephrine contents of sample I group is drastically decreased compare to the control group and the statistically significant decrease is p<0.005. 6. It is proved that plasma dopamine contents of sample I and II group are decreased than the contort group and statistically significant decrease of the sample I group is p<0.005, and those of the sample II group is p<0.05. As the above mentioned results of experiment, It is belived that Jeongklcheonhyang and Kamijeongkicheonhyang have effect for stress.

흰쥐의 간손상(肝損傷)에 대한 삼(蔘)기인진탕(茵蔯湯)의 간(肝) 보호효과(保護效果) (Protective Effects of Samgiinjin-tang on Liver Injury of Rats)

  • Objectives : This study was done to investigate the protective effects of Samgiinjin-tang on liver injury of rats induced by CCI4 and d-galactosamine. Methods: All animals were divided into .5 groups, those were normal group(untreated), control group(treated with 0.9% Saline solution), sample I group(2,250mg/kg administrated), sample II group(4,500mg/kg administrated), Silymarin 200mg/kg administrated group. Liver injury of rats were induced by CCI4 and d-galactosamine, and then the serum transaminases(ALT&AST) alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) for enzyme activities, liver weight, lipid peroxidation and catalase, glutathione S-transferase(GST) for enzyme activities were measured. Results : The inhibitory effects on the serum ALT, AST activities in liver injury of rats induced by CCI4 were noted in both sample I and sample II group. The inhibitory effects on the serum ALP, LDH activities and the Lipid peroxidation of Mitochondria & Cytosol were noted in only sample II group. The decreased effects on the GST activities of Homogenate & Cytosol were inhibited in both sample I and sample II groups. The decreased effects on the GST activities of Mitochondria & Microsome were inhibited in sample II group. The inhibitory effects of the serum ALT, AST, LDH activities in liver injury of rats induced by d-galactosamine were noted in both sample I and sample II groups. In serum AST activities, sample II group. Conclusions : Samgiinjin-tang has protective effects against liver injury of rats induced by CCI4 and d-galactosamine. So it is required to study about the actions of mutual relation of medicines and patho-mechanism by experiment.

CA 19-9 검체량에 따른 농도의 변화 (Change of the Result Value by the Amount of Samples in CA 19-9)

  • Purpose: CA 19-9 need to examine a number of sample volume, and the postwar 200 U/ml concentration hook effect appears slight. Thus, the antibody-antigen reaction, and by reducing the amount of (sample volume), they can hook effect to minimize the impact of the sample volume and relevance know, I saw the hook effect. In addition, the current maximum of using the standard concentration of the reagent in 240 U/ml increase more than the standard concentration can be seen knows. Material and Method: 5 U/ml and under, make a few low concentration of serum pool from the high concentration of the sample hook effect together with a standard concentration of about 500 to meet the production. The reagents used in experiments are currently using SNUH NM experiment. Orignal method along with the experiment is to 25 ul sample volume (1 / 4), 50 ul (1 / 2), 100 ul (Orignal method) in the experiment. My greatest concentration of the reagent concentration of approximately two times the standard concentration of production. When was the last to make the first experiment, as measured by the standard concentration after that. The new inspection information through a standard solution modified by entering values in them. Results: 100 ul, and to apply the new standard concentration y = 1.3021x - 10.97, $R^2$ = 0.9844. Overall, the results showed a similar orignal method. Because of the concentration in the value of more than 240 U/ml, but it is an overall value that can be made out of a similar value When I put the 50 ul y = 1.045x + 9.5861, $R^2$ = 0.9428. Overall orignal method and the results of a similar value. 50 ul, and to apply the new standard concentration y=1.2006x+11.252, $R^2$=0.9423. Showing a slightly lower value compared with orignal method. Because of the concentration in the value of more than 240 U/ml, but it is an overall value that can be made out of a similar value. When I put the man 25 ul y=0.6012x+24.755, $R^2$=0.4033. Results showed that very small amounts of sample are insecure inside and showed a lower middle cpm orignal method and showed a lot of mismatched. Conclusions: 25 ul of the sample volume is not possible to use the instability had, when I put the 50 ul of the orignal method can be used to show a similar concentration.   • Facing the 4th Industrial Revolution era, researches on artificial intelligence have become active and attempts have been made to apply machine learning in various fields. In the field of finance, Robo Advisor service, which analyze the market, make investment decisions and allocate assets instead of people, are rapidly expanding. The stock price prediction using the machine learning that has been carried out to date is mainly based on the prediction of the market index such as KOSPI, and utilizes technical data that is fundamental index or price derivative index using financial statement. However, most researches have proceeded without any explicit verification of the prediction rate of the learning data. In this study, we conducted an experiment to determine the degree of market prediction ability of basic indicators, technical indicators, and system risk indicators (AR) used in stock price prediction. First, we set the core parameters for each financial indicator and define the objective function reflecting the return and volatility. Then, an experiment was performed to extract the sample from the distribution of each parameter by the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and to find the optimum value to maximize the objective function. Since Robo Advisor is a commodity that trades financial instruments such as stocks and funds, it can not be utilized only by forecasting the market index. The sample for this experiment is data of 17 years of 1,500 stocks that have been listed in Korea for more than 5 years after listing. As a result of the experiment, it was possible to establish a meaningful trading strategy that exceeds the market return. This study can be utilized as a basis for the development of Robo Advisor products in that it includes a large proportion of listed stocks in Korea, rather than an experiment on a single index, and verifies market predictability of various financial indicators.

신맛(酸味)이 용혈성 빈혈흰쥐의 혈액성분에 미치는 효과 - 여성빈혈의 간호중재개발을 위한 동물실험 - (Effects of Sour Tastes on Blood Components in Anemic mice - Animal Experiment for Nursing Intervention of Female Anemia -)

  • Many women in the world have suffered from anemia produced by menstruation, pregnancy and delivery. In the theory of oriental medicine, a sour taste is believed to have a tonic effect on the blood. Thus this paper is to investigate the effect of sour tastes on the improvement in anemia-induced female mice, using citric acid and Fructus schizandrae(五味子). The method used in this experiment was the change of RBC, WBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Fe, and TIBC in the blood of female mice who were fed citric acid and Fructus schizandrae(五味子). The results obtained were as follows ; 1. Compared with the control group (anemia- induced group without treatment), the mean number of RBC in the blood of mice was significantly increased only in evaluating the change of sample group fed Fructus schizandrae (五味子) 500mg/kg. 2. Compared with the control group (anemia- induced group without treatment), the mean number of WBC in the blood of mice was not significantly larger in both sample groups fed citric acid and Fructus schizandrae(五味子). 3. Compared with the control group (anemia- induced group without treatment), the mean number of Hemoglobin in the blood of mice was significantly larger only in evaluating the change of the sample group fed Fructus schizandrae(五味子). 4. Compared with the control group (anemia- induced group without treatment), the mean percentage of Hematocrit in blood of mice was significantly increased only in evaluating the change of sample group fed Fructus schizandrae(五味子) 500mg/kg and sample group fed Fructus schizandrae(五味子) 250mg/kg for 3days. 5. Compared with control group (anemia- induced group without treatment), the mean volume of Fe in serum of mice was significantly increased only in evaluating the change of sample group fed Fructus schizandrae(五味子) 500mg/kg. 6. Compared with control group (anemia- induced group without treatment), the mean TIBC in serum of mice was significantly increased only in evaluating the change of sample group fed Fructus schizandrae(五味子) 500mg/kg and sample group fed Fructus schizandrae(五味子) 250mg/kg for 7days. According to these results, a sour taste is presumed to have a general tonic effect on anemia, but more study must be taken on the effects of citric acid in improving female anemia.

타올에 흡착된 아마인유와 올리브유의 자연발화에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Spontaneous Ignition of Flaxseed Oil and Olive Oil Adsorbed on Towels)

  • 연구목적: 타올에 흡착된 기름에 의하여 점화원이 없는 상태에서 화재가 발생되는 자연발화 실험을 하기 위하여 건성유인 아마인유와 불건성유인 올리브유를 사용하여 섬유에 흡착되었을 때 자연발화가 발생되는 현상을 실험을 통하여 화재가 발생되는 현상을 확인하였다. 연구방법: 시료용기를 실험장치에 넣은 후 시료의 중심온도 변화를 관찰하여 중심온도가 설정온도 보다 상승하고 화재가 발생하였을 때를 「발화」로 판정하여, 시료의 중심온도 최대치를 확인한 후 실험을 중지하였으며, 시료의 중심온도가 설정온도와 유사하게 유지되었을 경우 「비발화」로 판정하고 실험을 중지하였다. 연구결과: 아마인유가 흡착된 타올은 5장, 10장, 15장에서 모두 시료용기 내의 온도가 급상승되고 연소가 발생되었으나, 불건성유인 올리브유는 탄소가 단일결합으로 되어 있어 건조가 어렵고 산소와의 결합이 어렵기 때문에 발화가 되지 않았다. 결론:건성유인 아마인유가 흡착된 타올의 량이 많을수록 설정온도에 도달되는 시간이 길어지는 현상으로 발화가 발생되는 것을 확인하였다.
