This study was performed to identify the discrimination experience, and life satisfaction of international marriage women as well as the correlation between the two variables. A total of 108 international marriage women from multicultural family support centers in A city agreed to participate in the survey. The results of study were as follows. The average point of discrimination experience of international marriage women was 2.15 and the life satisfaction was 3.93. Discrimination experience correlated negatively with the life satisfaction (r=-.289, p<.001). Discrimination experience (${\beta}=.312$, p=.030) of international marriage women was identified as a significant predictor of life satisfaction, i.e., discrimination experience affects the life satisfaction. Therefore, this study recommends programs can regulate the discrimination experience to improve life satisfaction.

Consequently it is set up the model of research and the hypotheses based on the leading study of the physical environment of the exhibition and experience This study would like to analyze how the physical environments of the exhibition are effected on the factor of the experience and the participants' satisfaction. It also would like to check the factor of the experience to promote the participants' call and provide the useful information for the exhibitors to raise the participants' satisfaction. Being set the physical environment of the exhibition(layout accessibility, Facility aesthetics, facility cleanliness, convenience, comfort, human services) as a independent variable and fix the factor of experience (sense, feel, think, act and relate) as a parameter, the participants' satisfaction is identified. As a result of the research, the factor of experience is affected by the physical environment of the exhibition and the participants' satisfaction is affected by the factor of the experience. Background: It is important to investigate patient satisfaction to improve the quality of healthcare. Among the many factors that affect patient satisfaction, perceived health status has been considered as one of the major factors. Therefore, we investigated patient satisfaction through patient experience in outpatient settings according to perceived health status. Methods: This cross-sectional study using questionnaires of patient experience and perceived health status from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2015 included 4267 people aged over 19 years who met the inclusion criteria. Perceived health status was classified into three: good, fair, and poor. Questions about patient experience consisted of four items: doctor spending enough time with patients, doctor providing easy-to-understand explanation, doctor giving opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns, and doctor involving patient in decisions about care or treatment. Patient experience was classified into two: satisfied and non-satisfied. A multivariate regression model was used to analyze the data. Results: In the good perceived health status group, level of satisfaction was 79.2%, 88.5%, 83.3% and 87.2%, respectively for the four items targeting patient experience. In the poor group, level of satisfaction was 76%, 84.9%, 79.5%, and 83.1%, respectively for the four items. In multivariate logistic regression analyses, the odds ratios of good perceived health status group were 1.775 (1.347-2.338), 1.946 (1.356-2.793), 1.652 (1.218-2.240), and 1.665 (1.193-2.323) compared with the poor group. Conclusion: Perceived health status is associated with patient satisfaction. In particular, the better the perceived health status, the better the patient satisfaction through patient experience.
The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of adolescents' experience activity satisfaction on their life satisfaction, and verify the mediating effects of sense of community between the two factors. For this, analysis has been conducted using Korean Children and Youth Panel Study (KCYPS, Ed. 6). Analysis were performed using the SPSS 24.0 program to verify the mediating effect, and the Sobel test was performed to analyze the statistical significance of the mediating effect. First, it was analyzed that the experience activity satisfaction had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on sense of community. Second, it was found that the adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on the life satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that snse of community had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, and at the same time, it was found that adolescents' experience activity satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on life satisfaction, so sense of community had a partial mediating effect.

The survey to achieve the goal of this study is a professional baseball fan. 150 pilot envestigation and 348 main envestigation were selected as the final effective samples. Data processing was done with SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Also, AMOS 21 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, fan experience had a positive effect on the fan satisfaction. Second, fan satisfaction had a positive effect on the team attachment. Third, fan satisfaction had a positive effect on the psychological well-being. Fourth, team attachment had a positive effect on theteam loyalty. Purpose: This correlation study was designed to examine the relationships among reported violence experience, hardiness, and job satisfaction of nurses in an emergency department and to identify the factors that predict their job satisfaction. Methods: The study was conducted using a convenience sample of one hundred and fifteen nurses from nine hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires including Assault Response Questionnaire (Jung, 2008), Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (Bartone, 1995) and job satisfaction Questionnaire (Yun, 2004). Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: Hardiness and job satisfaction were statistically significant positive correlation (r=.44, p<.001). Further, there was a negative correlation between response to violence experiences and job satisfaction (r=-.33, p<.001) and between hardiness and response to violence experiences (r=-.41, p<.001). Emotional response and physiological responses of violence experience and hardiness were significant predictors of job satisfaction, and explained 29.6% of the total variance. Conclusion: Previous experiences with violence were an important factor which contribute to lower job satisfaction as reported by emergency department nurses. However it was also noted that hardiness was an important factor that could be used to improve job satisfaction of emergency department nurses.
This study developed a new model for evaluating effects about the success of six sigma activities. This model consists of four constructs such as success of six sigma, employee's success experience, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze causality among the four constructs. Hypothesis were tested through a field study conducted for one hundred and thirty-one project leaders, who were asked to evaluate their experiences of six sigma projects. The results indicate that six hypothesis are statistically significant. As a result, the success of six sigma doesn't influence the customer satisfaction directly, but it influences customer satisfaction indirectly through employee's success experience. We find out that control for employee's success experience is important as well as success of six sigma in business innovation. Otherwise business performance is influenced directly by success of six sigma, that is business performance isn't influenced directly by employee's success experience but influenced indirectly through customer satisfaction. This study found that the change management raising employee's success experience is important in Six Sigma.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of festival experiential factors on festival satisfaction and behavioral intention by questionnaires to 550 experience program participants in the Muju Firefly Festival. And the hypothesis verified by 493 valid questionnaires with AMOS 18.0. The result of analysis showed that educational experience, escapist experience and entertainment experience except esthetic experience had positive effects on the festival satisfaction. Based on standardized coefficients showed that entertainment experience had the greatest impact on the festival visitor's satisfaction. And it showed that the satisfied visitors with the festival experience programs are the more likely re-visit and recommendation of visitors to subsequent festivals.
