정신과병동 간호사의 소진 영향 요인에 관한 연구 -폭력경험, 폭력대처, 사회적지지 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Burnout of Psychiatric Ward Nurses -Violence Experience, Violence Coping, Social Support-)

  • 본 연구는 폭력경험으로 인한 정신과병동 간호사의 소진을 감소시키고 문제 중심의 표준화된 폭력대처 중재방안을 수립하기 위해 폭력경험, 폭력대처, 사회적지지가 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 정신과 병원에서 근무하는 임상경력 1년 이상인 병동 간호사 204명이었다. 자료수집기간은 2018년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일까지 구조화된 설문지로 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS program을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation coefficient, Multiple Regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 정신과병동 간호사는 언어적 폭력 92.2%, 신체적 위협 92.2%, 신체적 폭력 75.5%를 경험하고 있었다. 대상자의 폭력경험과 폭력대처(r=0.15. p<.027), 폭력경험과 소진(r=0.16, p<.017)은 정적 상관관계, 폭력대처와 사회적지지(r=0.30, p<.001)는 정적 상관관계, 사회적지지와 소진(r=-0.28, p<.001)은 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 간호직 만족도, 사회적지지, 신체적 폭력경험이 나타났다. 소진을 설명하는 회귀모형은 약 33.3%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 그러므로 정신과병동 간호사의 폭력경험을 낮출 수 있는 예방교육과 사회적지지 강화를 위한 체계마련 및 간호직 만족도를 향상시키는 환경을 조성한다면 소진을 감소시켜 양질의 간호를 제공할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

응급실 간호사의 폭력경험, 소진 및 직무만족도간의 관련성 (Relationship of the Experience of Violence to Burnout and Job Satisfaction in Emergency Department Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship between experiences of violence, and burnout and job satisfaction of emergency department (ED) nurses and to provide basic information to improve quality of life for nurses and quality of nursing care by increasing the ability of nurses to deal with violent situations and thus, improve job satisfaction. Method: Participants (n=153) were recruited in S and B cities from October 16 to December 22, 2007. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Results: Level for ED nurse burnout was 2.54 out of a possible 4, and for ED nurse job satisfaction, 2.81 out of a possible 5. There were significant differences according to sex (t=-3.217, p=.002), total clinical career (F=5.805, p<.05), and clinical career in the ED (F=1.640, p<.01). There was a significant positive correlation between violence experience and burnout (r=.500, p<.001), and significant negative correlations between violence experience and job satisfaction (r=-.300, p<.001), and between burnout and job satisfaction (r=-.492, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings from this study indicate that experiences of violence in the ED decrease work efficiency of the nurses and increase burnout. So, it is important to reduce occurrences of violence in ED and to prepare programs for dealing with violence and providing emotional support in cases of violence directed at nurses.

성폭력에 대한 중학생의 인식과 경험 (Middle School Students' Perceptions of Sexual Violence)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the experience of sexual violence and sexual violence education. The data were collected from June 19 to July 14. 2000 using the questionnaire. The Subjects of this study consisted of 736 middle school students in six provinces(Seoul, Incheon, Daegu, Kyunggi, Kangwon, Kyungbuk). Data were analyzed using percentage, mean standard deviation. ANOVA. and Duncan test. The results were as follows: 1. About sixty-two percent of the subjects was educated for sexual violence. 2. About twenty-five percent of the subjects experienced sexual harassment, 12.1% of the subjects experienced serious sexual contact, and 2.0% of the subjects was raped. 3. The mean score of misconception related sexual violence was $2.86{\pm}0.47$. 4. The mean score of misconception related sexual violence showed significant differences in experience of education(t=-3.83. P<.0001), in delayed time of education(F=6.33. P<.0001) and in reading of pornomagazine(F=2.03. P<.05). 5. The mean score of misconception related sexual violence showed significant differences in experience of sexual harassment(t=-1.92. P<.05) and in experience of serious sexual contact (t=-2.41. P<.01). 6. There was a significant differences in misconception related sexual violence between boy and girl(t=5.79. P<.0001). According to the above results, realistic and future-directed sexual violence education materials should be developed for middle school students. This information will provide useful data to promote a more systemic, desirable and sexual violence education.

부모의 청소년 자녀에 대한 신체적 폭력실태와 관련요인 - 개인과 가족관련 특성을 중심으로 - (Parental Physical Violence Toward Adolescents in Family - Focused on individual and family characteristics -)

  • The purposes of this study are to measure the prevalence of parental violence toward adolescents and to explore the predictors based on a data gathered from a sample of adolescents. A total of 1,451 adolescents attending middle and high school in Seoul and rural area completed a structured questionnaire. The results show that about 32% of the respondents are physically assaulted by their father and/or mother for the past year. A logistic analysis shows that adolescents are more likely to experience parental violence when their parents have frequent marital conflicts and when parents use violence between themselves than the adolescent whose parents have no frequent spousal conflict and no domestic violence. The results also show that the age of adolescents and the changes in the level of academic achievement are significant predictors of adolescents'experience of parental violence. The probability of experiencing parental violence was lowered as age increased. When adolescent had a significant drop in school achievement, the probability of experiencing parental violence increased. Based on these findings, research and policy implications to reduce and prevent the family violence toward adolescents are discussed.

아동의 학교폭력 피해경험이 사이버폭력 피해경험에 미치는 영향에서 또래애착의 조절효과 검증 (The Moderating Effect of Peer Attachment on the Relationship between School Violence Victimization and Cyber Violence Victimization in Children)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether peer attachment serves as a positive emotional resource for children who have experienced school violence and cyber violence victimization. In addition, we aim to present alternative programs to reduce school violence and promote positive peer attachment among children. Design: We utilized data from the 13th year(2020) of the Panel Study on Korean Children for this study. Methods: The survey was conducted through a questionnaire administered by surveyors, and the total number of cases was 1,357. Results: First, the effects of school violence and cyber violence victimization experiences were confirmed. Second, it can be inferred that children with isolation in peer relationships may ultimately be more vulnerable to cyber violence victimization, as their interactions in cyberspace may also be undermined, highlighting the potential impact of social relationships on cyber violence victimization. Third, it can be observed that children with high levels of peer attachment are emotionally stable, even when exposed to school violence and cyberviolence victimization, which may enable them to regulate the degree of victimization they experience. Conclusion: School violence experience and cyber violence experience interact with each other, and in this relationship, positive peer attachment is a positive resource. Therefore, it emphasizes the importance of the relationship between friends in preventing and overcoming school violence and provides suggestions for solutions based on this understanding.

노인요양보호사가 경험한 환자 및 보호자에 의한 폭력 경험과 대처 (Caregivers' Experience of Violence and Coping with It in Nursing Homes)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate verbal, physical and sexual violence to caregivers in nursing home workplaces. Methods: This cross-sectional study was done from October 17 to 31, 2011 at eight randomly selected nursing homes in Seoul and one nursing home in Gyeonggi, South Korea. This study explored their responses to violence and violent situations, and then investigated on how caregivers coped with workplace violence. Results: The results of this study show that most caregivers in nursing homes experience some form of violence. Verbal violence was more frequent than physical or sexual violence. Verbal and physical violence occurred most often while they were changing the clothes of patients and sexual violence occurred most often while they were showering patients. After experiencing violence, caregivers most often dealt with the situation by informing their colleagues of what was happened. Conclusion: These results suggest that institutional and administrative measures must be implemented to increase the prevention of violence against caregivers and to improve effective measures to deal with violence once it has occurred. Violence in nursing homes can be reduced through the combination of appropriate responses by caregivers and proper education of both patients and caregivers.

성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 대한 개념도 연구 (Concept Mapping Analyzing on Counselors' Vicarious Trauma Experience from Working with Victims of Sexual Violence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험의 심층내용을 탐색하고 이에 대한 개입전략을 개발하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 성폭력 상담 현장에서 3년이상 근무한 12명의 성폭력 상담자를 대상으로 심층 면접을 실시하였다. 그리고 개념도(concept mapping) 방법을 활용하여 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 대한 내용 탐색과, 그 개념 구조를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 경험에 관한 60개의 핵심 문장을 추출하였다. 이후 심층 면접 참여자와 같은 조건의 평정 참여자 19명에게 핵심 문장을 분류하고 평정하도록 한 뒤, 다차원적 척도법과 군집분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 x축의 부정적 인식차원과 심리·정서적 차원, y축의 개인 내적 차원과 행동적 차원이 나타났고, 일에 대한 몰입과 회의감, 정서적으로 동화되는 경험, 성에 대한 과민성, 남성에 대한 경계 증가, 안전감 위협이라는 5개의 군집이 나타났다. 이는 성폭력 상담자가 경험하는 성폭력 상담자 대리외상의 내용을 범주화하여 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였을 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 결과들을 토대로 그동안 국내 성폭력 상담자 대리외상에 대한 양적인 연구에 필요성이 대두 되었던 결과를 다시 확인 하였고, 성폭력 상담자 대리외상 척도 개발의 필요성을 확신하는 결과였다.

간호 대학생의 데이트 폭력 가해경험과 폭력허용도, 사회적 문제해결능력의 융합적 관계 (The Convergent Relationship Between Dating Violence Experience, Violence Tolerance, and Social Problem Solving Ability of Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호 대학생의 데이트 폭력 가해경험, 폭력 허용도, 사회적 문제해결능력의 정도를 확인하고, 이들 간의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 충청권 소재 5개 대학교에서 편의 표집된 간호학과 대학생 219명에게 자가보고 형식의 질문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ${\chi}^2$ test, Partial correlation coefficients를 시행하였다. 그 결과, 간호대학생의 데이트 폭력 가해경험이 높을수록 데이트 폭력 허용도가 높고(r=0.31, p<.001), 데이트 폭력 허용도가 높을수록 사회적 문제해결능력이 부정적임(r=-0.26, p<.001)을 알 수 있었고, 학과 만족도와 음주 정도가 데이트 폭력 가해와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 데이트 폭력을 예방하기 위해 데이트 폭력 허용도에 대한 올바른 인식과 사회적 문제해결능력을 함양시키기 위한 데이트 폭력 예방 교육 및 훈련 프로그램을 마련하는데 합리적인 근거를 제시하였다.

수술실 간호사의 언어폭력경험, 언어폭력충격, 및 소진간의 상관성에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence study on Relationship among Verbal violence experience, Verbal violence impact and Burnout in Operating Room Nurses)

  • 본 연구목적은 수술실 간호사의 언어폭력경험, 언어폭력충격 및 소진정도를 파악하고 그 상관관계를 분석하기 위함이다. 수술실 간호사 202명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였으며 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson상관계수 및 다중회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과에서 수술실 간호사들의 언어폭력경험수준은 평균 1.96점, 언어폭력충격수준은 평균 1.67점, 소진정도는 평균 3.08점으로 나타났다. 언어폭력경험수준은 언어폭력충격수준 및 소진정도와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며(r=.39, p<.001; r=.41, p<.001) 언어폭력충격수준도 소진정도와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=.29, p<.001). 소진정도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 언어폭력경험, 언어폭력충격수준 및 직위(일반간호사)였으며 이들 요인은 수술실 간호사의 소진정도를 30% 설명하였다(F=9.15, p<.001). 이상의 결과를 통해 수술실 간호사의 언어폭력경험은 개인적, 사회적 측면에서 안정감과 생산성을 위협하며, 의료현장에서의 언어폭력예방을 위한 중재방안의 모색이 필요함을 확인하였다.

통합교육 현장에서 고기능의 자폐스펙트럼장애 학생의 학교폭력 경험과 대처 (School Violence Experience and Coping of Students with High Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders in Inclusive Education Environment)

  • PURPOSE : The purpose of the this study was to build an understanding of school violence experiences among students with high functioning autism spectrum disorders(HF-ASD) in inclusive education environment and provide basic data to prevent and intervene it. METHOD : Sixteen mothers having a son with HF-ASD were interviewed in-depth and shared their son's experiences. The qualitative research method are used in the collection and analysis of data. RESULT : As a result of this research, 4 categories, 11 sub-categories and 80 concepts are identified. 4 categories are as follows: characteristics of school violence experience, results of school violence experience, the context of school violence occurs, and coping to school violence. CONCLUSION : The result of this study should have a microscopic viewpoint of their suffering and help to identify the needs for school violence prevention and support. It is also to be utilized as a successful coping strategies for HF-ASD and their parent education.
