대학생의 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력피해경험과의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과 : 제주지역 중심으로 (The Mediating Effect of permissiveness of Sexual violence on Correlation between College students' stereotypes of Gender role and Experience of Sexual Violence Ability : Surveying residing in Jeju)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 성역할 고정관념 및 성폭력 피해경험과의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 제주에 위치한 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 600명 중 408명((남, 127명, 여, 281명)이었으며, 성역할 고정관념, 성폭력 허용도, 성폭력 피해경험 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 상관분석 결과 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험은 성폭력 허용도와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험의 관계에서 성폭력 허용도의 매개효과가 어떠한지 알아본 결과, 성폭력 허용도가 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 데이트 성폭력 피해경험에 가장 큰 영향을 준 요인은 성폭력 허용도였다. 구조방정식 경로계수와 매개효과를 살펴보면, 본연구의 표준화 경로계수는 성역할 고정관념에서 성폭력 허용도(29, p=.000)로, 성폭력 허용도에서 성폭력 피해경험(42, p=.000)으로 가는 영향력을 보여줬다. 매개의 효과성에서 간접효과는 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 피해경험(11, p=.01)에서 나타났고, 직접효과는 성역할 고정관념에서 성폭력 허용도(28, p=.000)로, 성폭력 허용도에서 성폭력 피해경험(40, p=.000)으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 성역할 고정관념이 성폭력 피해경험에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기보다는 성폭력 허용도를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 성역할 고정관념과 성폭력 허용도를 낮추어 성폭력 피해를 감소하게 해야 된다는 것이다. 따라서 양성평등적 인식이 높을수록 성폭력 허용도가 낮아져 성폭력 피해가 예방될 것이다.

초등학생의 인터넷게임 중독, 가족기능성, 또래폭력 가해경험, 피해경험이 또래폭력 행위가능성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Internet Game Addiction, Family Functioning, Offense Eexperience, Victimization Experience on Possibility of Peer Violence in Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등학생의 인터넷게임 중독, 가족기능성, 또래폭력 가해경험, 또래폭력 피해경험, 또래폭력 행위가능성의 관계를 파악하고 또래폭력 행위가능성의 영향요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 부산과 울산의 초등학생 3, 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 789명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS/WIN(20.0 version)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 인터넷게임 중독이 높을수록 가족기능성이 낮았고, 또래폭력 가해경험, 또래폭력 피해경험, 또래폭력 행위가능성이 높았다. 또래폭력 행위가능성의 영향요인으로 교사와의 관계와 또래폭력 가해경험이 63.1%의 설명력으로 나타났다. 인터넷게임 중독을 예방하고 또래폭력 가해경험을 차단하는 보건교육 프로그램을 마련하고, 아동과 교사와의 관계를 활성화 하는 것이 또래폭력 행위가능성을 막는 대안이 될 것이다.

병원 원무행정근무자의 폭력경험이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Violence Experience on the Job Stress among Hospital Employees Working at Administration and Discharging Department)

  • Background: Workplace violence was recognized to be social problems that might impact the health status and the job satisfaction of employee in hospitals. This study investigated the current status of violence and job stress among hospital employees working at administration and discharging department. Methods: The study subjects were 213 administrative employees working at 20 general hospitals. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaire that included information such as demographics, job-related characteristics, experience of violence, and job stress. The violence was classified as verbal violence, physical threat, and physical violence occurred by patients and caregivers. Analysis of variance, t-tests, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were performed to examine the associated factors with job stress. Results: The levels of verbal violence, physical threat, and physical violence were $1.64{\pm}1.08$, $0.54{\pm}0.67$, and $0.04{\pm}0.17$, respectively. The score of job stress was $2.74{\pm}0.50$ and it was associated with age, existence of spouse, drinking frequency, subjective health status, disease history, night-time treatment, and public health administration career in simple analysis. In multiple linear regression analysis, the level of verbal violence experience was significantly associated with job stress (B=0.09, p=0.001). Also physical threats (B=0.18, p<0.001) and physical violence (B=0.48, p=0.008) showed positive association with job stress. Conclusion: This study attempted to examine the association between experience of violence and job stress in administrative employees at medical institutions. Levels of violence showed positive correlation with the job stress. Environment improvement to protect employee from violence and management of employees who experienced workplace violence are needed to reduce the job stress.

The Effect of Violent Experience on Burnout among Some Dental Hygienists

  • This study investigated the effect of violent experience on burnout among some dental hygienists. The study subjects were 242 dental hygienists working at dental clinics. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaire including information such as demographics, work-related characteristics, working environment, experience of violence, and burnout. The violence was classified as verbal violence, physical threat, or physical violence committed by dentists, patients, or caregivers. Descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis were performed to examine the factors associated with burnout. The levels of verbal violence, physical threat, and physical violence by dentists were $0.53{\pm}1.26$, $1.12{\pm}2.70$, and $0.04{\pm}0.42$, respectively. The levels of verbal violence, physical threat, and physical violence by patients and caregivers were $1.50{\pm}1.89$, $1.41{\pm}2.24$, and $0.24{\pm}1.38$, respectively. The score of burnout was $3.13{\pm}0.43$. Total violence, verbal violence, and physical violence by dentists were positively correlated with burnout. Total violence, verbal violence, and physical threat by patients and caregivers were positively correlated with burnout. In multiple linear regression analysis, the level of physical violence by dentists was positively associated with burnout of dental hygienists (${\beta}=0.95$, p=0.032). The levels of total physical violence (${\beta}=0.28$, p=0.002), verbal violence (${\beta}=0.15$, p<0.001), and physical threat (${\beta}=0.19$, p=0.009) by the patients or caregivers were positively associated with burnout of dental hygienists. This study examined the association between violence and burnout among dental hygienists. The level of violence showed positive correlation with burnout. Environment improvement to protect employees from violence and for management of employees who experienced workplace violence are needed to reduce the burnout.

구조방정식모형을 이용한 119 구급대원의 폭력경험, 직무스트레스 및 소진이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Influence of Violence Experience, Burnout and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction among 119 Rescue Workers using the Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원의 폭력경험, 소진 및 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 전국 14개 소방서에 근무하고 있는 119구급대원 1,240명으로 하였으며, 조사는 2016년 3월 1일부터 4월 30일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 직무만족도 점수는 폭력경험 점수가 높은 군일수록, 직무스트레스 점수가 높은 군일수록, 소진 점수가 높은 군일수록 유의하게 낮았다. 조사대상자의 직무만족도 점수는 폭력경험, 직무스트레스 및 소진 점수와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 공분산 구조분석 결과, 조사대상자의 직무스트레스는 폭력경험이나 소진보다 직무만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무스트레스, 폭력경험 및 소진이 높을수록 직무만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 폭력경험과 직무스트레스가 높을수록 소진이 높아지는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 연구결과는 119구급대원의 직무만족도는 폭력경험이나 소진보다 직무스트레스에 의해 더 큰 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 119구급대원의 직무만족을 증진시키고 사기 진작을 위해서는 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위한 구체적인 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다고 생각된다.

유통업 근로자의 직장폭력 경험 실태 (Conditions of Workplace Violence Experience among Workers in the Distribution Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore violence experienced by workers in the distribution industry. Methods: The research subjects were 236 workers from 2 department stores and 1 large scale discount store located in Daejeon City, Korea. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, $x^2$-test, and logistic regression analysis. Results: 72.9% of the research subjects experienced verbal violence, and 9.3% of the respondents experienced physical violence during last year. 17.8% of the respondents reported that they had experience of sexual harassment at their workplaces. The variables which affected verbal violence included working departments and stress level, whereas the variable that affected physical violence was educational level of workers. The variables that affected experience of sexual harassment turned out to be gender as well as the duration of work at the current workplaces. Conclusion: The findings from this research revealed that many of the workers engaged in the distribution industry were exposed to workplace violence. For the reduction of risk of workplace violence for these workers, it is required to develop and execute programs including violence related policies and education about workplace violence.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore marital violence from a communication perspective. A total of 352 marital couples in Pusan completed a structured questionnaire. The major findings were as follows: 1,. Husbands and wives reciprocally inflicted psychological aggression and physical violence. But husbands were more to inflict sexual violence and injury toward their wives. 2. When husbands have more the distractor and the blamer of communication style. they inflicted more physical violence toward their wives. When wives have more the blamer of communication style they inflicted more psychological aggression and physical violence toward their husbands. 3, Housbands inflicted psychological aggression toward their wives when husbands experienced child abuse from their parents. husbands inflicted physical violence toward their wives when husbands have the distractor of communication style experienced witness of spousal violence between father and mother and experience of scho l violence experience in the middle and high school. Wives inflicted psychological aggression toward their husbands when wives experienced witness of spousal violence between father and mother and have the blamer of communication style. Wives inflicted physical violence toward their husbands when wives experienced child abuse from their parents.

청소년의 가정폭력 경험이 부모폭력에 미치는 영향과 인터넷 중독의 매개효과 (The Effect of Domestic Violence Experience on Adolescents' Violence towards Their Parents and the Mediating Effect of the Internet Addiction)

  • 본 연구에서는 청소년의 가정폭력 경험을 '부모간 폭력 목격', '부모로부터의 피학대', 그리고 '부모간 폭력 목격과 부모로부터의 피학대'의 세 가지 유형으로 나누어 청소년의 부모폭력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 인터넷 중독의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울에서 재학 중인 중학교 3학년생부터 고등학교 2학년 학생 540명을 대상으로 분석한 결과 조사대상자 가운데 25.3%가 지난 1년간 부모에게 언어적 또는 신체적으로 한 번 이상 폭력을 행사한 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 가정폭력 경험과 부모폭력과의 관계에서는 '부모로부터의 피학대 경험'과 '부모간 폭력 목격과 부모로부터의 피학대 경험'이 부모폭력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인터넷 중독의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 위의 두 유형의 가정폭력 경험은 부모폭력에 직접적, 그리고 인터넷 중독을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 부분매개효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 청소년들의 부모폭력을 감소시키기 위한 사회복지 실천적 개입 방향을 제언하였다.

응급실 간호사의 폭력 경험에 대한 반응, 강인성 및 직무만족도와의 관계연구 (Relationships among Response for Violence Experience, Hardiness, and Job Satisfaction of Nurses Working in Emergency Department)

  • Purpose: This correlation study was designed to examine the relationships among reported violence experience, hardiness, and job satisfaction of nurses in an emergency department and to identify the factors that predict their job satisfaction. Methods: The study was conducted using a convenience sample of one hundred and fifteen nurses from nine hospitals. Data were collected using structured questionnaires including Assault Response Questionnaire (Jung, 2008), Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (Bartone, 1995) and job satisfaction Questionnaire (Yun, 2004). Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: Hardiness and job satisfaction were statistically significant positive correlation (r=.44, p<.001). Further, there was a negative correlation between response to violence experiences and job satisfaction (r=-.33, p<.001) and between hardiness and response to violence experiences (r=-.41, p<.001). Emotional response and physiological responses of violence experience and hardiness were significant predictors of job satisfaction, and explained 29.6% of the total variance. Conclusion: Previous experiences with violence were an important factor which contribute to lower job satisfaction as reported by emergency department nurses. However it was also noted that hardiness was an important factor that could be used to improve job satisfaction of emergency department nurses.

수술실 간호사의 언어폭력경험, 사회적 지지, 대처양상이 업무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Verbal Violence Experience, Social Support, and Coping Patterns on Job Stress among Operating Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of verbal violence experience, social support, and coping patterns on job stress among operating room(OR) nurses. Methods: The participants were 214 operating room nurses in general hospitals. Data were collected from April 1st to May 1st in 2013 and were analyzed using a multiple regression. Results: The most influencing factor on job stress for OR nurses was verbal violence experience from doctor(${\beta}=.35$), and verbal violence experience from nurse (${\beta}=.27$) followed. Social support from co-workers was a significant factor in decreasing job stress (${\beta}=-.22$). Those three factors explained 43.0% (F=54.76, p<.001) of OR nurses' job stress. Conclusion: The findings of this study revealed that doctors' and nurses' verbal violence increased job stress of OR nurses and social support from co-workers was found decreasing OR nurses' job stress. The results of the study provides an necessity for developing an effective program for minimizing job stress of OR nurses caused by work place verbal violence.
