많은 학자들은 현대 사회의 관광 형태를 단순히 '보는 관광'을 지나 '체험관광'의 시대로 변화했다고 주장한다. 이와 같이 기존 관광상품에 체험적 요소를 가미하려는 시도가 동굴관광에도 도입되고 있다. 정선의 화암굴과 같이 하나의 주제에 맞춰 다양한 전시관을 준비함으로써 체험관광자를 유입할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 동굴의 에듀테인먼트 관광자원으로서의 특성을 부각시키는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 동굴의 특성과 관광자원으로서의 가치를 정립한 후 동굴의 역할과 에듀테인먼트 동굴의 사례를 살펴보고 이를 구체화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the possibility that green tourism involving traditional local foods could help reinvigorate local economy. The author examines some examples of developed countries to develop tour programs of the rural community and systematizes the local cuisine of Gwangju and Chonnam provinces. The source materials for this research include the data from the Office of Rural Development and interviews with the people concerned in June to July, 2005. The author starts with the literature review of written documents from various sources including the government, the Chonnam local government, periodicals and the internet. It seems necessary that we develop green tours involving unique local cuisines. To that purpose, the author claims that a variety of programs should be developed; (i) a public demonstration of traditional local foods, (ii) a hands-on experience program in which people can learn and cook by themselves, (iii) a tasting program of organic food and chemical-free produce, (iv) a program developing well-being food, and (v) lectures on healthy foods. The development of such green tours connected with the local cuisine will help vitalize the local economy and maintain tradition of the local cuisine.

최근 웰빙에 대한 대중적 관심이 점증하면서 한방산업에 대한 관심도 높아지게 되었으며 한방과 관련된 산업들은 물론 문화관광축제로서 한방축제가 전국 여러 지역에서 경쟁적으로 개최되고 있다. 당 논문은 충북 제천에서 개최하는 제천 한방축제의 여러 환경적 여건을 검토하고 축제에 참가하는 지역주민들과 외래관광객의 만족도를 비교 조사하여 내용과 운영면의 향상방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

This study is to research the military remains of Korean War(1950~53) focused on Yeonchen, Cheorwon, and Hwacheon-gun in the central border of DMZ. The Yeoncheon-gun is installing 'Yeolsoe' and 'Taepung' observatory in the frontline battlefield adjacent to Southern Limit Line(SLL), and not only protects many military remains including war memorial and crematory facilities of UN troops, but also utilizes them as active educational places. The Cheorwon-gun is actively making known 'Baengmagoji memorial, 'Labor party office' and other buildings adjacent to 'Tourist security DMZ', but needs to set up many monuments around battlefields of 'Gimhwa' and 'Daeseongsan' adjacent to 'Eco-peace park DMZ'. With the battlefield of 'Paroho' as the center, which our troops made brilliant military gains during the war, the Hwacheon-gun protects and informs military remains such as '643 and 490 battlefields', 'Kkeomeok and Guman bridge'. Developing a network for military remains in connection with the annual local festivals, the experience tour and security will be available at these places.

Recent years, a smartphone has been playing a role of searching, booking, and decision-makings in the tourism industry through tourists' user experiences and engagements. This study investigated the tourists' behavior toward smartphone usage regarding Chinese visitors who were ranked in Korea inbound tourism. This research model formulated two types of usage which identified explorlative use and exploitive use and the antecedent relationships of user empowerment including user competence, user impact, usage meaning, user trust. We analyzed SmartPLS2.0 for the hypotheses and found that first, user competence has a positive influence both of exploitative use and explorative use, second, user impact has a positive influence on exploitative use, but has not influenced on explorative use, third, usage meaning has not influence on exploitive use, but has a postitive influence on explorative use, and finally user trust has influence on both of exploitive and explorative use. Based on the results we found, we suggested Chinese tourists' smartphone usages' behaviors and theoretical and practical implications.

The Influences of the Ecotourism Motive, on the Attitude, Resource Interpretation and Satisfaction of Tourist Ecotourism has been recently introduced to maintain the relation of mutual dependence between the tourism and the natural environment. However it is adversely used and creates the destruction of ecosystem. It is Important that the ecotourism is a tourism which tourists can experience and enjoy themselves on site rather than a tourism which they only see and hear, understand. It is assumed that a method should be found to maximize toursist' satisfaction and that the presentation of interpretation of the tourism resource may satisfy the tourist's satisfaction. The results offer the suggestion points as follows. 1. By providing the interpretation of tourism resource as well as the recreational object, the ecotourism can be activated with a sound recognition of nature and the reservation of environment, and furthermore, the development policy may be based on not only the area of ecotourism but also all of the tour area. 2. By providing the interpretation service of tourism resource for tourists, the satisfaction can be maximized by the high cognition of tourist. 3. By providing the information about the tourism destination and resource, it will contribute to the side of education, it will contribute the preservation of resource and the reservation of environment. 국민의 여가시간 증대로 친수시설에 대한 해양관광 수요의 증가가 예상되며, 이에 주요 항만이나 지역의 어촌, 경승지 및 명소에 어울리는 조형미를 갖춘 등대시설을 관광자원화하여 이러한 수요를 충족시킬 필요가 있다. 또한 우리나라에 등대가 들어선지 어언 100여년이 지나면서 훼손된 등대를 새롭게 신축하고 있는 시점에서 우리나라 등대건축을 진단하고 그것들의 보존과 적극적인 해양관광자원으로서의 활용방안 연구가 필요하다. 이제 등대는 전통적인 기능과 역할에 충실한 항로표지일 뿐만 아니라 온 국민이 향유하고 체험하는 새로운 관광시설이자 공간으로 적극 개발되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 국내 등대 개발사례를 검토하여 등대의 해양관광자원으로서의 개발을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

국가기록원 나라기록관은 2008년 개관 이후부터 현재까지 기록문화프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 대통령기록관이 세종으로 이전하기 전에는 대통령기록관과 나라기록관이 함께 기록문화프로그램을 공동으로 운영하기도 하였다. 기록문화프로그램은 국가기록원 나라기록관 뿐 아니라 행정기록관, 역사기록관, 대통령기록관에서도 운영하고 있으며, 각 소속기관의 실정에 따라 운영횟수 및 기획, 구성 등의 방식은 다소 차이가 있다. 여기서는 성남 나라기록관에서 운영되어온 프로그램 구성과 내용 등 운영 현황을 파악하고, 이에 대한 분석을 토대로 앞으로 지향해야 할 아카이브의 기록문화프로그램의 방향에 대한 제언을 하고자 한다.

In this paper, we consider the maximum scatter traveling salesman problem (MSTSP), a travelling salesman problem (TSP) variant. The problem aims to maximize the minimum length edge in a salesman's tour that travels each city only once in a network. It is a very complicated NP-hard problem, and hence, exact solutions can be found for small sized problems only. For large-sized problems, heuristic algorithms must be applied, and genetic algorithms (GAs) are found to be very successfully to deal with such problems. So, this paper develops a hybrid GA (HGA) for solving the problem. Our proposed HGA uses sequential sampling algorithm along with 2-opt search for initial population generation, sequential constructive crossover, adaptive mutation, randomly selected one of three local search approaches, and the partially mapped crossover along with swap mutation for perturbation procedure to find better quality solution to the MSTSP. Finally, the suggested HGA is compared with a state-of-art algorithm by solving some TSPLIB symmetric instances of many sizes. Our computational experience reveals that the suggested HGA is better. Further, we provide solutions to some asymmetric TSPLIB instances of many sizes.
