As a new type of business model in the market competition situation of tour companies, this study has developed to the online form of the travel industry to the business form which is the combination of the electronic commerce function and the mobile service process in the provision of the simple web-site, This study explores the difficulties of change for the development of the travel industry from the point of view that recognition is not a simple marketing strategy diversification means but a change of recognition as a business model for expanding new markets or creating new markets. The factors affecting the choice of online travel agent (OTA) and the factors that influence the choice of online travel agency were analyzed. Were used for the empirical survey. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the choice of online travel agents who have experience with or experience using online travel agency (OTA), what factors are important to them, and how they differ in importance when visiting again. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was a significant difference between the first and second visitors of online travel agencies. The results of this study were as follows: Attitude toward resolving complaints, convenience of change and cancellation, delivery of tickets and documents, convenience of complaints, The emphasis should be on establishing and strengthening service environments such as the speed of updating the latest information, the simplicity of the booking procedure, the degree of satisfaction of the past, the ability of employees to handle their work, the safety of various payment methods and settlement, The results of this study are as follows: First, the satisfaction of the online travel agency is influenced by the selection factors of the selected online tour agency, and the A/S such as the convenience of prompt delivery, Environmental factors contributed to satisfaction. It is suggested that the systematic service structure such as customer satisfaction and ease of use is a necessary marketing strategy for survival and development of online travel agencies. This result means that the intimacy and creativity, giving feedback that the opinion of consumers actively prefer internet shopping mall. In addition, it means more visual rather than auditory experience to provide marketing services and provide the lifestyle behaviors that the customer want in the Internet shopping mall. It is needs to make virtual experiential marketing relationships, strengthen the recognition specificity of these results because of experiential marketing relationship's ultimate purpose is to make the relationship between brand and customer service satisfaction of the Internet shopping mall through strengthening the relationship.
This study includes services that require six professional guides - health care, exhibition performance, restaurant, shopping, business and daily life - as well as a trip-based tour, along with solving existing problems that may occur on domestic and overseas trips, and proposes services that connect users with proven professional guides. As a result of previous research, the most needed services among overseas travel were air tickets, accommodation, transportation, and guides, but as Korea enters an aging society, professional guide services are expected to increase daily demand. Based on this, the service technology, user scenarios and brand development were presented. This Service Proposal provides users with a personalized guide to knowledge or experience that they have not previously known, providing them with a wealth of experience. In addition, guides can help develop new fields of expertise and help improve professional guides' capabilities. Finally, the platform service is meaningful in that it enables the creation of jobs by enabling everyone to engage in economic activities, as it allows users to provide services through their own capabilities while at the same time being convenient for them.
This study of 855 clinical nurses was conducted using a questionnaire that include tour different scales; the motives of determining their profession, the attitudes toward their profession, the general items, and desire and expectation to their profession and society. The data were analyzed by Chi-Square Test and Percentage. The results of this study included Hypothesis are as follows; The respondents were 855 (78.6%) among 1088 clinical nurses who were employed by General of Educational hospitals through the city of Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Daejun, Kwangju, and Wonju. 1) a. In the Age Distribution, the majority of respondents were under the age of 30yrs(88.2%) and the minority were above 31yrs(11.2%), and the preponderance of the majority to minority(9:1) was noted. In compared with area, a group above 31yrs old in Seoul (6.9%) was lower than other area (16.3%). b. The types of Educational background were 16.3% in Voc.Tr. School, 66.5% in Diploma and 17.1% in Degree.146 clinical nurses were from the Degree course, and 142 (97.3%) CN among those of them were occupied around Seoul and 4(2.7%) around other area. c. In the Marital Status,71,5% were the unmarried and 28.5% were the married. And compared with the area was 20.4% in Seoul and 41.4% in other area. d. Most common Length of Clinical Experience after graduation was under tile 2yrs (55.4%), 3yrs(14.2%, and 4yrs (6.2%). In compared with area, Seoul (15.3%) was lower than other area (38.1%) above 5yrs of clinical experience, and the preponderance of tile other area to Seoul as 2.5: I was noted. 2) a. Hypothesis 1 was significant relation between the types of Educational Background of the CN and their motives for selection of Nursing, P-value was below 0.01. b. There was a significance on hypothesis 2 (P<0.01): that was relation between their motives for selection of clinical nursing field after their graduation and the area which they were employed. c. Hypothesis 4 was accepted as significant relation between the level of satisfaction of their clinical experience after their graduation and the types of educational back ground, P-value was below 0.01. d. There was a significance on hypothesis 5(P<0.01) that was relation between the CN's response about the orientation program and the area which they were employed. e. Hypothesis 6 was retained as significant relation between the area and inservice educational programme of their employed hospital was practising or not. P-value was 0.01. f. Hypothesis 7 was retained as significant relation between the area and the CN's response about the inservice educational programme of their employed. P-value was below 0.01. g. There was a significance on hypothesis 8 (P<0.0l) that was relation between the CN's experience on attending the professional meeting and the area. h. Hypothesis 10 was accepted as significant relation between the response about the present licence system and their educational background. p-value was below 0.01. i. There was a significance on hypothesis 11 (P fO.01) that was relation between the carrying out the regular and delivery vacation and the area. J. Hypothesis 12 was accepted as significant relation between the CN's consideration of the lack of leisure and their marital status. p-value was below 0.01' k. There was a significance on hypothesis 13 (P <0.01) that was relation between the CN's response about their salary and their marital status. l. Hypothesis 14 was significant relation between the most difficulties of CN during their working and the hospital which they were employed. p-value was below 0.01.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching behaviors and visual attention according to teacher's career in Elementary Science Inquire-based Class. Participants were four elementary school teachers in Seoul. They were all in grade 5 and taught science. According to the experience of elementary science education, two novice teachers and two expert teachers were identified. Participants taught Respiration in the 'Structure and Function of our Body' in the elementary science fifth grade. The mobile eye tracker used in this study is SMI's ETG 2w, which is a binocular tracking system. In addition, a video camera was installed behind the classroom to record the entire class. We recorded all the contents of the recorded video and analyzed the results. In this study, the actual practice time, participant's visual attention, and decentralized attention ability were analyzed by class phase. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a difference between planned class time and actual practice time. The novice teachers were having difficulty in reconstructing the contents of education, and the expert teachers were reconstructing the curriculum and interacting with the students with high understanding and application of the curriculum. There were many differences between the novice teachers and the expert teachers in the tour guidance to confirm student activities. Second, if we look at the visual attention on the area related to teaching and learning by class phase, the novice teacher concentrates all the steps in a specific area, expert teachers showed an equal visual attention to meaningful areas of teaching and learning activities. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in activities 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, and 2-2 when the participants' decentralized attention ability. Expert teachers frequently checked students' understanding and interests. There was a lot of interaction with students. It is also shown through the decentralized attention ability that the novice teachers concentrate on a specific area, and the expert teachers have a high degree of decentralized attention ability and visual attention evenly.

It's no doubt the time to initiate the movement to digitalize the contents concerning Kimchi by gathering materials on the origin of Kimchi culturally and a great value to revive digital contents regarding Kimchi. Therefore, in this research, it is regarded that Kimchi is one of the most prominent cultural value that is possible to inherit from generations and should be stratified on the database. A method explaning Korean Kimchi culture is sought in this paper. And It is focused on the culture of Korean Kimchi profoundly and focus on detailed context and varied styles of he digital contents. It is organized on the basis of various aged volumes regarding Kimchi classified by seasons, ingredients, Jonga Kimchi (Kimchi inherited from the oldest family by generations), 24 seasonal divisions of the year, and 8 regional divisions of the nation. It is planned to set up digitally-focused library regarding cultural origin of contents and to present solidity and a feeling of being dynamic The results could be used in a variety of Industries in tourism, education, Kimchi and building basic infrastructure in entertainment industry. It is also applied to specialized industry by providing cultural contents and it could contribute to activation of Kimchi industry with e-Market and portal site regarding Kimchi. Moreover, it may re-establish the cultural value of Kimchi and provide the infrastructure in Kimchi-related industry such as Kimchi cyber museum, Kimchi Expo, Kimchi town by using educational materials in Education industry fields (regular curriculum and experience tour).
The purpose of the present study is to examine the characteristics of intermediary organizations for rural tourism by analyzing how they are run, especially in Yangpyeong-gun and Icheon-si Nadri groups, and to further look for the desirable role they should play. Since the activities of these intermediary groups have not been accumulated enough to be able to be used for a study, grounded theory was adopted as deemed appropriate among other qualitative research approaches for this paper. Three main findings of the current research are as follows. First, the rural tourism intermediary organizations have characteristics that are leaning towards local villages more than visitors, although they are in the middle of a spectrum stretching between 'visitors to the green villages' on one end and the 'green villages' on the other end. Second, the intermediary groups work not just as a bridge among different green villages but also as a mediator, facilitator and a guide, noting that such roles can vary significantly depending on the level of competence of the groups themselves and the extent to which the government steps in. Third, the tourism intermediary organizations can contribute to local community-building, going beyond the boundaries of green village. They help to improve the quality of tour experience which leads to revitalization of local economy, and during the course of operating the intermediary groups, the community in the village can set up rules and resolve disputes and conflicts. Thus, the activities of the groups have the potential to create a local community by affecting not just at a village level but to a broader area where their operation is based on. Implications of this study are suggested in three ways. First, the paper looked at the interaction between rural tourism intermediary organizations and stakeholder in a comprehensive way with a qualitative research approach taken. Second, it identified the role and tasks of rural tourism intermediary organizations. Third, it is important to ensure that the tourism intermediary organizations play the local community-oriented role.

Recently, the government aims to discover and provide services to citizens on the development strategy for activating the U-City. So, this study aims to offer a service discovery direction by analyzing the service issues and trends. The target is newspaper article about U-City Service from 2009 to 2014. Prepared 723 newspaper article for analysis. Next step is frequency analysis of keyword and used that result for Network analysis and measure of information. Network analysis can show result through "Degree Centrality", "Betweenness Centrality" and "Closeness Centrality". As a result, "Information", "IT", "Environment", "Technology", "Center" is higher than another. These 5 keywords are important factors for driving the U-City the past six years. Information measurement results, Already U-City were put an emphasis on building the infrastructure and able to identify a trend that provided the center of the public service. Those Service field are "Tour(2009)", "Crime prevention and Disaster Prevention(2010)", "Facility Management(2011)", "administration(2012)" and "Facility Management(2013, 2014)". Result of this study found implications what on citizen participation. So, services field on the existing infrastructure should be discovered and provided. Finally, this study can expected to be a reference in the local government planning for U-City.

In accordance with the development plans of Jeju for international free city, Jeju new harbor will be constructed cosidering supporting Jeju city as an international tour city, safe arrival and departure at the terminal of 80.000G/T cruise ship. In this study, we used a full-mission ship handling simulator adopting 80.000G/T cruise ship manoeuvered at the planned Juju international cruise terminal. Five masters who have had a long experience of shop maneuvering ware called to carry out the simulations of which No. 1 , Np. 2, and No.4 scenario of simulation were tried twice, completed the total of 10 times and No.3 scenario of simulation once, reached at the total of 5 time. The marine traffic safety was assessed in terms of 1) the closest point of approach(CPA) to breakwater and quay in the vicinty and the probability of crossing fairway limit, 2)subjective evaluation such as the mental burden and the maneuvering disfficulty of shiphanders and 3) the opinions of shiphandlers. From th result of this simulation, we have a conclusion that the 80.000G/T cruise ship can be maneuvered safely at the planned terminal.
This paper presents a design and implementation of U-Seum(Ubiquitous Museum) system based on the LBS(Location Based Service) and mobile augmented reality technique. The mobile services under the smart space of the ubiquitous environments have been expanded in the various fields. In this study, we introduce U-Seum which supports tourists in the museum. U-Seum is developed by use of the position tracking technique based on Wi-Fi and mobile augmented reality. The GPS which is widely used in the position tracking has a difficulty to be utilized in the inside of the building because it requires the Line-of-Sight between a sender and a receiver. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a realtime tour-supported service through experience and evaluate the performance of the system in the world famous UNESCO's Hwa-Seong Museum by measuring the distance from the Wi-Fi signal which is suitable to track the position interior of the museum. U-Seum provides various push services such as mobile augmented reality service for explanation of the artifacts of the museum, game services and the statistics information of the tourist when the tourist approach a specific AP. U-Seum is developed in the Haw-Seong Museum by the support of the Swon Haw-Seong Cultural Foundation. With a field test, we prove that the excellence and expandability of the system.
