예연소실식 디이젤기관 일량구성인자에 관한 실험적 연구 (An experimental analysis of work factors in Pre-combustion Chamber Diesel Engine)

  • The Performance of Pre-combustion Chamber Diesel Engine mainly depends upon the compression, combustion and Expansion Processes. The analysis of varying tendency of the work factors for crank angles during these processes, which are consisted of 5 items such as exothermic energy, flow work, work in nozzle part, kinetic energy and cooling energy, are considered important as basic elements for effective combustion and performance improvement. In this paper, varying tendencies of the theoretical factors are investigated with pressure data through experiments. By the results, the trends of work factors are presented as basic data for comparing the influencing effects on work.

  • Cylindrical chamber silencers with an extended inlet and outlet are widely used to reduce the propagated noise in ducts in many application fields. In this study, an acoustic analysis is carried out for concentric extended pipes inserted into a simple expansion chambers An algebraic equation is derived by using the eigenfunction expansion and orthogonality principle. Using this analytical method, transmission losses are predicted for several configurations of the concentric extended systems.

  • We conducted the experiment to analyze characteristics of micro-nozzle using different cold gas under two different nozzle expansion ratios in low vacuum condition. We measured thrust and chamber pressure and mass flow rate under low vacuum condition, and then compared them with those in ambient pressure.

  • 30톤급 액체로켓엔진 재생냉각 연소기에서 넓은 영역에서의 연소기 작동성 및 연소성능 등을 확인하기 위한 저압 및 설계/탈설계점 연소시험 결과에 대해 기술하였다. 연소기의 연소압력은 60 bar, 추진제 유량은 약 89 kg/s 그리고 노즐 팽창비는 12이다. 연소특성속도에 대한 압력의 영향은 혼합비에 따라 크게 나타났다. 연소기의 비추력은 혼합비에 크게 영향을 받지 않았고 압력에 비례함을 알 수 있었다. 본 결과는 향후 대형 연소기에서 저압 연소시험의 가능성을 제시할 뿐만 아니라 대형 연소기의 고압 연소압력에서의 연소성능을 예측하는 기본 데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Refrigerating ability of vapor compression refrigerator is decided by the harmonic work of it's components such as compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion device, and so on. In this study, choosing refrigerant injectors as a new one of expansion device, temperature change of the cold room, ice freezing ability, and power consumption on flowrate of injector and refrigerant charging condition are evaluated experimentally. As the results of this study, it is verified that the spray injection type refrigeration system has some merits according to the flowrate and spray pattern of injector and charging quantum of refrigerant. And there are some design factors such as spray pattern and shape of spray chamber to utilize and fabricate this refrigerant injection type refrigerator.

  • 75톤급 일체형 재생냉각 연소기 기술검증용 시제의 설계 및 제작에 대하여 기술하였다. 기술검증용 연소기의 설계 연소압력은 60 bar, 추진제 유량은 243.6 kg/s, 그리고 노즐 팽창비는 12이다. 헤드부와 추력실부가 용접되는 일체형 재생냉각형 연소기이다. 본 기술검증용 시제품을 통해 확립된 설계 및 제작 기술들은 비행용 모델 개발에 활용될 것이다.

  • Plasma density in semiconductor fabrication equipment becomes higher to achieve the improved the throughput of the process, but the increase of surface corrosion of the ceramic coated chamber wall has been observed by the increased plasma density. Plasma chamber wall coating with aerosol deposition prefer to be firm and uniform to prevent the potential creation of particle inside the chamber from the deformation of the coating materials, and the aerosol discharge nozzle is a good control factor for the deposited coating condition. In this paper, we investigated the design of the nozzle of the aerosol deposition to form a high-quality coating film. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study was employed to minimize boundary layer effect and shock wave. The degree of expansion, and design of simulation approach was applied to found out the relationship between the divergence angle and nozzle length as the key parameter for the nozzle design. We found that the trade-off tendency between divergence angle and nozzle length through simulation and quantitative analysis, and present the direction of nozzle design that can improve the uniformity of chamber wall coating.
