인터넷 웹사이트의 급격한 증가와 함께 이용자도 증가하고 있으며, 이용 목적은 주로 자료검색과 조회서비스 이다. 조회 요청이 많을수록 질의의 증가를 야기하며, 데이터베이스 서버의 질의 분석(Parse), 질의 실행 계획(Query Execution Plan)을 과도하게 발생시킨다. 즉 데이터베이스 서버에서 처리하는 작업량의 과부하로 인하여 병목현상을 초래한다. 데이터베이스 서버의 조회를 위한 질의처리량을 감소시키는 작업이 필요하다. 그리고 조회 대상이 데이터는 웹사이트에서 자주 갱신되지 않거나, 데이터가 주기적으로 갱신되는 특징이 있다. 이 데이터를 대상으로 데이터베이스 캐쉬 엔진을 구성하면 데이터베이스 서버의 과부하률 해소 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 유사 질의 매칭 기반 데이터베이스 캐친 엔진을 설계하고 구현한다. 유사 질의 매칭 기반으로 하여 적중률을 높여 데이터베이스 병목현상을 해결하여, 검색서비스에 더욱 효과적일 것으로 사료되며, 웹사이트의 성능 향상을 기대한다.

Recently policy and clouding system to mandate the introduction of BIM in construction industry, various sensors technology, BIM in ICT technology and fusion, such as 3D scanning and printing technology has been further activated. However, the expression level of diversification associated with it, plan within one of the BIM project, design, engineering, it is difficult to have a different application has been consistent for each field, such as construction. Thus fell the efficiency of BIM apply, it is difficult to determine the appropriate level of BIM in the business early stage in order destination of position. In this study, in order to solve this problem, by utilizing SLA used in the IT field, it attempts to explore scheme which can be evaluated targeted level of BIM suitable for business in the planning phase.

The crucial point of the supporting for Military Operation depends on the nation's mobilization capabilities. For the effective mobilization the following facets can be improved further. First of all, the organizational integrity of the mobilization network within the government can be bolstered along the vertical command chain. The process of mobilization must be improved and it is import to utilize the information system. On the other side the government plan to distribute timely the mobilized resources must be made up for the weak points and developed continuously. We can expect these points to be improved steadily with the execution of the National Defence Reform 2020.

Traditional quality control for manufacturing or service sector is not suitable for the quality control of a project as the project is one-time task constrained by time, cost, and quality. To meet the internal and external customers' requirements, quality costs approach to the project will be effective. Hence, we propose PONC (price of nonconformance) estimation procedure and a mathematical model, which are focused on activity-based prevention in the execution step and warranty step of EPLC (extended project life cycle). This procedure and model will help project manager develop preventive action plan for project quality costs minimization from nonconformance risk activities and PONC estimates information.

Two plate girders bridge has an advantage for execution of works and quality control because of its simplicity of super-structure caused by decreasing in amount of members and also is distinguished as aesthetic bridge type. Recently this has been adopted for structure of highway as well railway and introduced into domestic. In order to plan or design two plate girders bridge more rationably, it is necessary to comprehend its structural behavior as well as to consider the critical resign factors. Thus, in this study the formulation of optimum design for two plate girders bridge is proposed and the critical resign variables ani restraints are considered and founded by caring out optimum design. The objective function of optimization is formulated as a minimum cost design problem. And the thickness and length of I-shaped section are decided as resign variables. The design constraints are formulated based on Design Criteria for Railroad(Bridges). By comparing the optimum results with those of the conventional resign, the effectiveness of proposed optimum design formulation is investigated. From the results, the way to do optimum design of two plate girders bridge is suggested.

관계형 DBMS 질의 최적화기는 기본적으로 통계정보(statistics), 선택도(selectivity), 카디널리티(cardinality), 비용(cost) 순으로 특정 실행 계획(Execution Plan)의 수행비용을 예측한다. 질의 최적화기가 최적의 실행 계획을 선택하는데 있어서 정확한 통계정보 유지와 올바른 선택도 그리고 카디널리티 예측이 무엇 보다 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 관계형 DBMS의 질의 최적화기가 비용을 계산하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류의 종류와 원인을 밝히고 각각의 오류에 대한 해결 방안을 진단 도구를 통하여 제시하도록 하겠다. 질의 최적화기의 오류로 인해 발생하는 잘못된 선택도와 카디널리티 예측을 인지하고 사용자에게 적절한 해결책을 제시한 후 실행 계획이 어떻게 바뀌었는지, 성능이 얼마나 향상되었는지를 확인하기 위해 진단 도구를 개발하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시하는 질의 최적화기의 오류로 인한 문제를 가시적으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 부정확한 통계정보 유지와 잘못된 선택도 예측으로 인해 발생하는 문제가 어느 정도 해결된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Application examples of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in the planning stage of high-rise buildings are introduced. First, we introduce examples of applications in the environmental field. The pedestrian wind environment was one of the earliest practical examples of CFD. CFD was also employed to validate the heat island mitigation measures proposed as part of the new construction plan. Second, application examples of wind-force evaluations are introduced. Prediction examples are presented for the peak wind pressure around a complex-shaped building and the wind force evaluation for a base-isolated building. The results prove that the results of the proper execution of CFD are equivalent to those of the wind tunnel experiment. As examples of CFD applications of other issues related to high-rise building planning, we introduce snow accretion on outer walls and high-temperature exhaust from emergency generators. Finally, the future prospects for the use of CFD are discussed.
