AHP를 이용한 원자력발전소 건설공사의 단위작업 위험도 평가 (Assessment of risk of unit work in nuclear power plant construction using AHP)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of risk of the working unit of nuclear power plants construction. In order to do this, and the risk index by type and source of risk judgment derived in the previous study were utilized. Further, to derive a risk index of unit work in nuclear power plant construction, a survey targeting safety professionals was conducted. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used for analysis of the survey. The following results were obtained. Firstly, the results of AHP showed that main building work is the most dangerous work, and base excavation work is the second dangerous work among 21 unit works. Secondly, so, it is required to invest more and to take a increasing interest in unit works of civil and architecture as compared to other unit works. Further, the results could be used to reduce the degree of risk in construction of the nuclear power plant.

CWS공법(Buried Wale Continuous Wall System)을 적용한 Up-Up 시공사례 (Field Application of Up-Up Construction Using Buried Wale Continuous Walt System Method)

  • A down construction method is frequently used in these days to reduce popular discontent and to assure sufficient working space at early stage in downtown area. There are two main problems in the existing down construction method. One is a confliction between frame works and excavation works, and the other is a cold joint in retaining wall which is unavoidable due to a sequence of concrete placement and induces a water leakage. Therefore, a new method is needed to overcome these problems. The CWS (buried wale Continuous Wall System) method was developed by authors. By replacing RC perimeter beam with embedded steel wale, the steel frame works of substructure can be simplified and the water leakage can be prevented using continuous retaining wall. Consequently, the improved duality and reduction of construction period can be obtained from CWS method.

발파진동 제어에 의한 특수구간 터널굴착에 관한 연구 (A Study on Tunnel Excavation by Controlled Blast Vibration at Particular Environment Conditions)

  • It was difficult to apply conventional excavation methods in some sections from Seoul to Pusan high speed rail road construction of 1 lot 2, due to highway concrete road, gas pipe, water pipe and nearby factories with automatic control system machine. To excavate safely and efficiently in these sections new blast patterns were employed within allowable blast vibration level, by test blast and controlled vibration by sequential blast. Behaviors of the rock mass including convergence and displacement around tunnel were measured with construction works and the crack width in concrete wall was also monitored for controlling allowable limits. The results can be summarized as follow : 1. The allowable blast vibration level in structure site is less 1.0cm/sec for highway concrete, 0.5 cm/sec for gas pipe, water pipe and building housing and 0.3 cm/sec for automatic control system machine. 2. The convergence displacement, single rod extensometer and multi rod extensometer around tunnel and cracks in concrete wall were measured, it was confirmed that the measured values were converged within allowable level. 3. The empirical formular of ground vibrations with 90% confidence lines for PD-3 was given as follow. $$V_{90%}=45.549({\frac{D}{\sqrt{W}}})^{-1.353}$$

싱가포르 지역 깊은 굴착을 위한 지반개량공법 DSM의 적용 사례 (DSM Application for Deep Excavation in Singapore)

  • 1980년대에 싱가포르에 도입된 심층혼합공법 DSM (Deep Soil Mixing )은 시멘트 슬러리를 지중에 주입시킨 후 이를 원지반 연약토와 교반시킴으로써 견고한 흙-시멘트 기둥을 형성시켜 지반을 보강하는 지반개량공법으로 최근 깊은 굴착을 위한 가설 흙막이 공사에 제트그라우팅의 대안으로 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OPC (Original Portland Cement)와 PBFC (Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement)를 이용한 실내배합시험 결과, DSM 시험시공, 그리고 계측을 포함한 본 시공 결과를 분석하였으며, 이 결과는 향후 비슷한 지반에서의 DSM적용 시 참고자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

3성분 지오폰을 이용한 막장전방 예측 탄성파탐사 (Seismic reflection imaging ahead of tunnel face using 3 component geophones)

  • To ensure the safety of the tunnelling without the loss of economy, the tunnel seismic profiling(TSP) method for the prediction ahead of tunnel face, begins to be used routinely in these days. TSP method does not interfere the tunnelling works while the horizontal drilling does, and its prediction length is longer than that of the drilling. Yet the most frequently adopted technique of TSP in Korea is the multi-shot and 2 receiver array using in-hole receivers, even though this array requires as many as 26 drill-holes for receiver installation and ballasting, which results in 3-6 hours of suspension in excavation work. In this paper, multi-receiver and lesser shot array using side-wall attached 3 component geophones is to be described to prove the efficiency in terms of the survey time as well as the reliability of the method by comparison of the predicted weak points and the face mapping results. The predictions mostly agreed with the real fractures or joint developed zones which have been confirmed during the excavation. It also has been found that TSP method can be effectively applied to perform draining ground water ahead of tunnel face by imaging the geologic discontinuities.

인접지역의 깊은 터파기 굴착에서 변위 및 응력의 계측 (Displacement and Stress Monitoring for Excavation Deep Foundation)

  • The excavation works for deep foundation in urban areas have recently increased complaints of blasting vibration and settlement of ground level. Foundation must be excavated approximately up to 24-28m depths from the surface. The roads and subway line pass through the excavation area. The Dae-chung station is also located at the nearest distance 5-35m from the working site. To protect subway station and adjacient some structures from blasting and settlement, the level of ground vibration, displacements and stress were monitored and analyzed. The results can be summarized as follows ; 1. An empirical particle velocity equation were obtained by test blasts at Nassan Missi 860 Office tel construction site. $V{\;}={\;}K(D/\sqrt{W})^{-n}$, where the values for n and k are estimated tobe 0.371 and 1.551. From this ground vibration equation, the max. charge weight per delay time against distance from blasting point is calculated. Detailed blasting method is also presented. 2. To measure the horizontal displacement in directions perpendicular to the borehole axis, 6 inclinometers installed around working sites. The displacement at the begining was comparatively high because the installation of struts was delayed, but after its installation the values showed a stable trend. Among them, the displacement by 3 inclinometers installed on a temporary parking area showed comparatively high values, for example, the displacement measured at hole No. IC-l recoded the max. 47.04mm for 6 months and at hole No. IC-2 recorded the max. 57.33mm for 7 months. So, all of these data was estimated below a safe standard value 103mm. 3. Seven strain gauge meter was installed of measure the magnitude and change of stress acted on structs. The measured value of maximum stress was $-465{\;}kgf/\textrm{cm}^2,{\;}-338.4{\;}kgf/\textrm{cm}^2,{\;}302.3{\;}kgf/\textrm{cm}^2$ respectively. In compareto the allowable stress level of steel, they are estimated to be safe.

  • 최근의 건설공사는 개발사업의 증가와 국토의 효율적 개발에 의해 인접시설물과의 충분한 이격거리를 확보하지 못하고 공사를 진행하는 경우가 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고층빌딩 개발을 위한 지반 굴착공사와 철도시설 공사가 비슷한 시기에 수행된 지역에서 발생한 인접 철도시설물의 피해사례를 소개하고, 지층 특성과의 상호작용을 고려한 효율적인 보수 보강이 시행된 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 이를 위해 철도시설물 시공 시와 초고층빌딩 시공을 위한 굴착 공사 시 각종 현장조사 및 시험들이 수행되었으며, 이를 토대로 철도시설물과 선로의 침하 원인 분석이 시행되었다. 추가적으로 지반의 공극 충진을 통한 지반보강과 철도구조물의 침하복원을 위해 마이크로 시멘트를 적용한 보강 그라우팅 공법이 수행되었다.

근로시간 단축에 따른 터널 공사의 표준 공기 및 공사비 영향 분석 (The Impacts of Reduced Labor Hours on the Construction Period and Cost of Tunnel Project)

  • 주당 최장 법정 근로시간을 단축하는 내용의 '근로기준법 개정안'이 통과됨에 따라 근로시간 단축에 따른 근로자 소득감소, 공사기간 연장, 공사비 증가 등 다양한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 다른 산업과 비교할 때, 생산성을 중시하는 건설 프로젝트의 경우 공종에 따라 주 52시간 근무제에 따른 영향의 정도가 더 클 것으로 예상되나 이에 대한 연구는 미흡한편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 NATM 터널 공사를 대상으로 표준품셈 기반의 표준공정과 굴착 사이클 타임 그리고 공종별 단위 공기를 제시하고, 이를 통해 주 52시간 근무 적용에 따른 실제 작업조의 변화와 이에 따른 표준 공기 및 공사비의 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 굴착 공기와 총 공기는 각각 20%, 8.9% 증가하였으나, 굴착공사비와 총 공사비는 오히려 각각 1.2%, 0.5% 감소하는 것으로 확인되었다.

주열식(柱列式) 흙막이벽(壁)의 설계(設計)에 관한 연구(研究) (A Study on Design of Earth-Retaining Structure Constructed by a Row of Bored Piles)

  • 주열식(柱列式) 흙막이벽(壁)은 저진동(低振動), 저소음(低騷音)의 이점(利點)이 있고 주변지반(周邊地盤)이나 인접구조물(隣接構造物)에 미치는 악영향(惡影響)이 적은 이유로 인하여 굴착공사(工事)의 흙막이공(工)으로 많이 채택된다. 이러한 주열식(柱列式) 흙막이벽용(壁用) 말뚝의 합리적(合理的) 설계법(設計法)을 확립(確立)시킬 것을 목적(目的)으로 본논문(本論文)에서는 말뚝의 저항력(低抗力) 산정이론식(算定理論式)이 먼저 유도(誘導)된 후 말뚝설치간격비(設置間隔比)의 결정법(決定法)도 설정(設定)된다. 본(本) 저항력(抵抗力) 산정이론식(算定理論式)의 유도(誘導) 시(時)에는 말뚝 사이 지반(地盤) Arching 현상(現象)이 취급(取扱)되므로써, 지반(地盤) 특성(特性)과 말뚝의 설치상태(設置狀態)가 처음부터 합리적(合理的)으로 고려(考慮)된다. 한편, 본논문(本論文)에서 설정(設定)된 말뚝설치간격비(設置間隔比)의 결정법(決定法)에 의거하면, 말뚝의 설치간격(設置間隔)이 Peck의 안정수(安定數), 지반의 측압계수(側壓係數) 및 내부마찰각(內部摩擦角)으로부터 산정(算定)될 수 있다. 마지막으로 굴착깊이, 말뚝직경(直徑), 말뚝설치간격(設置間隔), 말뚝근입장(根入長) 및 말뚝강성(剛性)을 체계적(體系的)으로 선정(選定)할 수있는 설계법(設計法)이 제안(提案)된다.
