한전의 장기 송전계통 공급신뢰도 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reliability Evaluation of KEPCO Long-term Transmission System)

  • The purpose of the facility investment planning for bulk power system is to appropriately configure the power system network to supply the load, which has the supply capability satisfying the probabilistically changing load on the desired reliability level. In order to achieve this purpose, this paper represents the reliability evaluation of the KEPCO's real system with using the MEXICO model, and builds the data base of the power system operation in order to effectively handle the computer model.

치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량에 관한 조사 (A study on core competence of dental hygiene based on learning outcomes for establishing dental hygiene education evaluation and certification system)

  • 치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량을 파악하고자 치위생(학)과 전임교수 207명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 핵심역량별 세부영역에서 전문가적 행동 및 윤리적 의사결정 능력(1영역)과 과학적이고 전문적인 임상치위생과 임상치과업무의 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 능력(2영역)의 전체 점수가 가장 높게 나타났고, 의사소통 능력 정도(3영역)는 4.48점, 근거중심의 통합적 사고와 문제해결 능력 정도(5영역)는 4.35점으로 나타났다. 핵심역량 세부영역들은 강한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하여 보건의료서비스 직종간의 핵심역량 파악과 임상 실무현장에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사들의 핵심역량에 대한 질적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • This paper provides an integrated view on human and system interaction in advanced and automated systems, which adopting computerized multi-functional artifacts and complicated organizations, such as nuclear power plants, chemical plants, steel and semi-conduct manufacturing system. As current systems have advanced with various automated equipments but human operators from various organizations are involved in the systems, system safety still remains uncertain. Especially, a human operator plays an important role at the time of critical conditions that can lead to catastrophic accidents. The knowledge on human error helps a risk manager as well as a designer to create and control a more credible system. Several human error theories were reviewed and adopted for forming the integrated perspective: gulf of execution and evaluation; risk homeostasis; the ironies of automation; trust in automation; design affordance; distributed cognition; situation awareness; and plan delegation theory. The integrated perspective embraces human error theories within three levels of human-system interactions such as affordance level, psychological logic level and trust level. This paper argued that risk management process should dealt with human errors by providing (1) reasoning improvement; (2) support to situation awareness of operators; and (3) continuous monitoring on harmonization of human system interaction. This approach may help people to understand risk of human-system interaction failure characteristics and their countermeasures.

중.소규모 사업장의 국소배기장치 설치 실태와 문제점 및 개선방안 (Additional Improvement and Evaluation of Exhaust Ventilation Systems at Small and Medium Sized Enterprise)

  • Objectives : The purposes of this study were to evaluate exhaust ventilation systems(EVSs) and to suggest problems and improvements. Methods : For 50 small and medium-sized enterprises, we carried out evaluation of EVSs. We evaluated hoods with smoke tester and measurement of capture velocity. In addition, we used several indicators for performance evaluation designed in this study. Results : 1. Based on the smoke flow pattern and the criteria of occupational health and safety act, 67.8% of hoods were rated 'good' level at smoke test whereas 26.3% were rated 'good' level at measurement of capture velocity. 2. 29.3% of hoods, of which ratio of measured actual air flow at hood(Qah) to required ideal exhaust air flow at hood(Qih) was 1 or more, were rated 'good' level. 3. The % of EVS, of which ratio of measured actual air flow at stack(Qast) to total required ideal exhaust air flow at hood(Qith) was 1 or more, was 29.0%. 4. For the ratio of measured Qast to existing air flow at fan(Qfan), only 5% of EVSs were 1 or more and 26.0% were 0.8 or more but less than 1.0. 5. For the ratio of measured Qast to total measured actual exhaust air flow at hood(Qath), 74.0% were 0.8 or more but less than 1.0. 6. The percentage of EVS, of which ratio of total measured Qath to existing Qfan was 0.8 or more, was 19.0%. 7. The percentage of EVS, of which ratio of total measured Qath to total required ideal exhaust Qith was 1 or more, was 26.0%. 8. For the comprehensive evaluation indicators designed in this study, 29.0% were 0.8 or more. Conclusions : We found that few exhaust local ventilations at small and medium-sized enterprises were rated 'good' level and that most exhaust local ventilations had 'poor' design and installation. Therefore, relevant professional manpower and enterprises have to construct exhaust local ventilation where it is needed, and technical guidance and economic support are needed to improve 'poor' exhaust local ventilation after self-evaluation.

계층분석적 의사결정기법을 이용한 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 특성의 선정 방법 (A Selection Method of Database System Quality Characteristics Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • 데이터베이스 시스템의 사용자 만족과 품질 관리를 위해서는 사용자 요구사항 및 품질 특성의 정확한 이해와 함께 적절한 품질 측정과 평가가 필수적이다. ISO 25000 시리즈를 기반으로 1차 연구에서 도출된 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 평가 모델에서는 5가지 주품질특성과 이에 따른 21가지 부품질특성, 48개의 내부품질특성의 3단계 계층구조를 제시하였다. 주품질특성, 부품질특성, 내부품질에 대한 우선순위(상대적 가중치) 부여 방법에 대한 연구는 일부 있으나 품질 모형을 데이터베이스 시스템 산업현장에서 직접 사용하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 또한 품질평가를 위한 시간과 비용을 고려할 때 48개 내부품질특성을 모두 평가한다는 것은 현실적으로 거의 불가능하며 데이터베이스 시스템에서 요구되는 무결성 수준에 따라 품질평가의 수준도 다르다. 본 연구에서는 다목표의사결정기법의 하나인 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)기법을 이용하여 데이터베이스 시스템 품질특성을 가중치에 따라 선정하는 방법을 제시하고 이를 통해 품질모형의 현실적인 적용 가능성을 제공할 수 있다.

계통상태를 고려한 송전선의 ELF 전자계 (ELF Electric and Magnetic Fields under the Transmission Line Including Electric Power System States)

  • This paper presents a study on the analysis and evaluation for ELF( Extremely Low Frequency) electric and magnetic fields under the transmission line according to the power system states. The power system states are classified into two types, normal state resulting from normal operation and alert state from outages. The current in a system is changed continually owing to the load fluctuations even in a normal operation. To calculate the current of the concerned line in a normal state, the system load level is devided into light, base and heavy load level. In case of contingency, an efficient algorithm based on matrix inversion lemma is developed to figure out the current changes. In order to analyze the variations of ELF field caused by the current fluctuations the electrostatic field approach which is far simpler than the electromagnetic field one based on Maxwell equation is introduced in this paper. The suggested method is applied to the IEEE 14 bus system to demonstrate the usefulness.

터널 시공 중 보강공법 선전용 퍼지 전문가 시스템 개발 (Development of the Fuzzy Expert System for the Reinforcement of Tunels during Construction)

  • In the study, an expert system was developed to predict the safety of tunnel and select proper tunnel reinforcement system using fuzzy quantification theory and fuzzy inference rule based on tunnel information database, For this development, many tunnelling sites were investigated and the applied countermeasures were studied after building tunnel database. There will be benefit for the deciding tunnel reinforcement method in the case of poor ground condition. The expert system developed in the study has two main parts, pre-module and post-module. Pre-module is used to decide input items of tunnel information based on the tunnel face mapping information which can be easily obtained in in-situ site. Then, using fuzzy quantification theory II, fuzzy membership function is composed and tunnel safety level is inferred through this membership function. Post-module is used to infer the applicability of each reinforcement methods according to the face level. The result of the predicted reinforcement system level was similar to measured ones. In-situ data were obtained in three tunnel sites including subway tunnel under Han River. Therefore, this system will be helpful to make the mose of in-situ data available and suggest proper applicability of tunnel reinforcement system to development more resonable tunnel support method without dependance of some experienced experts opinions.

시스템 전자 냉각 팬의 선정 및 소음 평가 기법 (Selection and Noise Evaluation Methods of the System Electronic Cooling Fan)

  • Fan selection procedure and fan noise evaluation method are presented for the system electronic cooling by combining FNM(Flow Network Model) and fan noise correlation model. Internal flow paths and distribution in electronic system we analyzed by using the FNM with the flow resistances for flow elements of the system. Based on the fan operation point predicted from the FNM analysis results, the present fan noise model predicts overall sound power, pressure levels and spectrum. The predictions of the flow distribution, the fan operation and the noise level in electronic system by the present method are well agreed with 3-D CFD and actual test results.

  • In this paper, a new evaluation system was developed for ride comfort test and vibration level test on railway vehicles. Combining two tests carried out by different test equipment seperately before, the developed system is capable of ride comfort test and vibration test by one system. Also, the assessment algorithm of ride comfort and vibration was compared and verified by simulation results with VAMPIRE software. With the developed system, the comfort in a passenger coach and the vibration in a freight car were evaluated through field test.

역량바탕의학교육을 촉진하기 위한 교육평가: 통합평가모형 적용 (Adapting an Integrated Program Evaluation for Promoting Competency-Based Medical Education)

  • Educational program evaluation can improve the quality of the curriculum, instructional methods, and resources and provide useful data for making educational decisions and policies. Developing and implementing a program evaluation system is essential in competency-based medical education. The purpose of this study was to explore and establish an educational program evaluation system adapting an integrated program evaluation model to promote competency-based medical education. First, an Educational Evaluation Committee was organized, consisting of faculty, staff members, and students. The committee established an integrated program evaluation model, combining Stufflebeam's Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model of a process-oriented approach and Kirkpatrick's four-level model of an outcome-oriented approach. Kirkpatrick's model was applied to the product evaluation of the CIPP model. The committee then developed evaluation criteria, indicators, and data collection methods according to the components of the CIPP model and the four levels (reaction, learning, behavior, and results) of Kirkpatrick's model, and collected and analyzed data. Finally, the committee reported the results of evaluation to a Medical Education Quality Improvement Committee, and the results were used to improve the curriculum and student selection. To enhance the quality of education, identifying educational deficiencies and developing various elements of education in a balanced way through educational evaluation will be needed. Furthermore, it will be necessary to listen to opinions of various stakeholders, work with all members involved in education, and communicate with decision-makers in the process of educational evaluation.
