현재 ITS 성능평가는 교통정보 수집 장비에 대한 평가를 중심으로 시행하고 있다. 하지만 교통정보 수집 장비에 대한 평가만으로는 도로 이용자에게 제공되는 교통정보의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 없기 때문에 ITS 서비스를 평가할 수 있는 제도적인 뒷받침이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도로 이용자가 제공받는 구간 통행시간정보의 정확도를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 검토하였다. 그리고 실제 도로에서 데이터를 수집하기 위하여 이동식 평가 기준장비를 개발하였다. 개발한 평가 기준장비에 대한 성능평가와 현장 여건을 고려한 평가 방법을 마련하기 위해, 서울청 관할 국도 2개 구간에서 시범평가를 수행하였다. 평가 결과, 서울청에서 제공하는 통행시간정보는 90% 이상의 정확도로 높게 나타났다. 시범평가 결과를 바탕으로 표본 수를 늘리기 위한 기준장비 검지 방식 개선과 수집지점 위치 조정에 대한 사항을 논의하였다.

The variable demand on the energy market, as well as the limited energy storage capabilities, requires a great flexibility in operating hydraulic turbines. But, present in Korea, the absence of testing laboratories and technical criteria for the performance test of small hydropower degrades the efficiency of the domestic hydropower machines, A performance guarantees for hydro turbines shall be contain, as a minimum, guarantees covering power, discharge and specific hydraulic energy, efficiency, maximum momentary overspeed and maximum momentary pressure and/or maximum steady-state runaway speed, as well as guarantees related to cavitation. Performance test are conducted by the test standard. Test codes based on extensive research data are written under the leadership of an IEC. Performance evaluation is carry out several test(performance test, cavitation test and runaway test). The paper presents the international turbine test laboratory and performance test standard.

본 연구는 신입간호사의 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 경기도에 소재한 800병상 이상의 종합병원 2곳에서 근무하는 12개월 미만의 신입간호사 114명이었다. 자료 수집은 2013년 7월부터 11월까지 간호업무수행, 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가에 대해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구의 결과, 신입간호사의 교육 정도, 직무만족도, 근무부서 업무만족도에 따라 간호업무수행 정도의 차이가 있었으며, 정서지능, 자아탄력성, 핵심자기평가가 높을수록 간호업무수행 정도는 높았다. 정서지능, 교육수준, 핵심자기평가와 직무만족도는 간호업무수행 정도를 잘 예측하는 변수로 확인되었고, 간호업무수행 정도를 33% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신입간호사의 교육 정도와 직무만족도를 고려하여 신입간호사 오리엔테이션부터 간호업무수행 외에 정서지능과 핵심자기평가를 포함한 실제적인 실무적응 훈련교육이 필요하다.

The purpose of this article is to introduce a useful methodology of effective goal-setting for the team-level units. As a way to overcome some common symptoms in terms of Strategic Performance Evaluation System such as lack of knowledge on goal-setting, disconnection of process, problem of judging the degree of difficulty about objectives, limits of staff departments evaluation, fairness and authority of evaluators, weakness in coaching technique, and quantity or figure-oriented evaluation, to name a few, and to seek a more plausible goal-setting methodology, the author suggests a persuasive goal-setting concept: VAR(Value-Added Results). VAR, as the end-results, is the team contributions that add value to the organization, and it results from the team's activities. In addition to these goal-setting technique based on the concept of value-added results, several aspects should be improved for Strategic Performance Evaluation System to be implemented more effectively. They are: 1) shift from MBO to MP & D(Managing Performance & Development), 2) impartial exercise of evaluation authority as a organizational public assets, 3) reinforcement of maternal leadership and servantship instead of paternal leadership, 4) utilization of IT-based evaluation system.

The purpose of this study is to find out the design guideline for women's hospital focusing on the patient needs. This study is performed the literature review of the performance evaluation & spatial satisfaction. And then, the spatial characteristics of selected women's hospitals, which were recently built in Korea, were analyzed. This study is suggested in the spatial satisfaction evaluation model in order to the spatial evaluation performance elements of the patient needs. The evaluation model of space efficiency derived from this study is expected to be used for the actual guide to architecture of women's hospitals as substantial materials. Finally, the model is used to for the planning & design for the future women's hospital.

Performance measurement is not an easy task. However, it is necessary to measure the expected value of the informatization project to be invested, to help the successful progress of the informatization project, and to confirm the result of the informatization project. This study describes the evaluation systems of the defense informatization project in Korea used after the end of the informatization project (post-implementation evaluation stage). In the post-implementation evaluation stage of proposed system, the informatization project is evaluated in terms of performance achievement, project plan compliance, project management, and economic validity. For each element, this study suggests metrics and practical measurement method. With metrics and their method, it can be evaluated which project is better than others. Moreover, the lessons learned can be developed. Under scarce budget condition, defense organizations can make better performance from IT project with the evaluation system suggested in this study.

The performance of the construction project is to be evaluated within 60 days of completion, according to relevant laws. It evaluates cost, construction period, design change, re-construction, safety, etc. for each project stage. And the project owners are inputting the evaluation results of the construction work into the construction project information system(CALS). The post-evaluation result information entered in this way can be referred to in the basic design of the construction project by referring to the related contents if there is a similar construction in the future. And It can also be used to predict and respond to the required period and cost by analyzing the accumulated data. In this study, in order to provide reference data that can be used in similar projects in the future, the latest analysis methods are reviewed and the possibility of future application is considered. Accordingly, this study intends to focus on the construction cost part among the indicators such as construction cost, construction period, design change, and re-construction that are currently being dealt with in post evaluation.

최근 국내에서 소프트웨어의 취약점을 이용한 악성코드로 피해가 증가하는 가운데 악성코드를 막기 위한 안티바이러스 설치는 필수사항이라 할 수 있다. 하지만 일반 사용자는 어떠한 안티바이러스 제품의 성능이 좋은지 자신의 환경에 적합한지를 알기란 쉽지 않다. 국외에 안티바이러스 성능에 대한 정보를 제공해주는 기관이 다수 존재하고 이런 기관들은 자체 테스트 환경과 시험평가 항목을 수립하여 테스트를 진행하고 있으나, 자세한 테스트 환경 정보, 세부적인 시험평가 항목 및 결과는 공개하지 않는다. 또한 기존 품질평가 연구들은 안티바이러스 제품 평가에는 부합되지 않는 평가 기준이 다수 존재하는 등의 이유로 최신 안티바이러스 평가에는 적절하지 않다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 최신 안티바이러스 평가에 적합한 세부적인 안티바이러스 평가지표를 수립하고 이를 국내외 9종의 안티바이러스 제품에 적용하여 안티바이러스의 기능 및 성능을 검증하였다.

Evaluation and comparison for the performance on the contracting-out became possible after the introduction of the performance indicators(PIs) in 2012 in Korea, And local governments and private companies are utilizing them as evaluation data to enhance the performance of the contracting-out. Several revisions on performance indicator were carried out by expert group on contents validity of PIs, But the review of the composition validity of PIs was not sufficient. In this study, the applicability, distinction ability and composition validity of PIs is evaluated by statistical method. From the results, Improvement of indicator is required in order to increase the interrelationship among indicators to enhance the compostion validity of indicators related with operation, sludge and water reuse.

이 연구는 부산광역시 금정구 소재 3개 공공도서관을 사례로 하여, EBSM과 collectionHQ에서 제시하는 핵심성과 지표를 적용하여 장서성과평가를 시도한 사례연구이다. 장서의 성과를 중심으로 평가하는 장서성과평가에 집중하며, 개별 도서관 평가뿐만 아니라 평가결과에 나타난 도서관별 차이를 검토하였다. 연구에서 선정한 핵심성과지표는 누더기 아이템, 사망 아이템, 인기저자 공급, 인기주제 공급, 과잉재고 주제분야와 재고부족 주제분야이다. 주요한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 누더기 아이템 평가에서 3개 도서관 모두 전체 아이템에서 누더기 아이템의 비율이 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 사망 아이템의 경우, 3개 도서관 모두 높은 비율로 나타나, collectionHQ에서 제안한 기준값을 초과하였다. 셋째, 인기저자 상위 10명을 확인하였으며, 도서관마다 차이가 났다. 넷째, 인기주제 공급 평가에서는 3개 도서관 모두 기준값에 미치는 인기주제가 없는 것으로 나타나, 도서관별로 상위 10개의 인기주제를 식별하였다. 다섯째, 과잉재고 주제분야 평가에서는 금샘도서관은 과잉재고 주제분야가 하나도 없었지만, 금정도서관과 서동도서관에서는 다수의 주제분야가 과잉재고 상태인 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 재고부족 주제분야 평가에서는 금샘도서관에서만 재고부족 주제분야가 나타났다.
