Advancement in electronic technology has given office workers a new freedom, and a new meaning to workplace flexibility. Actually non territorial workplace has different space elements from general and conventional workplace in terns of interior design and architecture even organization management. The purpose of this study is on the establishment of an evaluation model for non territorial workplace that may be used, practically on the spot. For the establishment of non territorial workplace evaluation model, it is ahead of the study of the feature and the type of none territorial workplace and the research for existing office evaluation technique by Preiser and Vicher. And then the evaluation model for none territorial workplace which is composed three parts that is user's importance, provider's importance and user' satisfaction related fact of workplace. It is constructed by 6 factors which are physical, psychological, workplace environmental, communication, exterior environment, and space managing system therefore each factors has scrupulous elements therefore the total elements are 40. To make more confidence the evaluation model for non territorial workplace, it requires that study continually through the survey with the non territorial workplace evaluation model.

This paper attempts to improve the typical DEA model that is often used as a performance evaluation method for service firms. The after-sales service system in a Korean electronic company is chosen as a sample case. The performance evaluation method currently practiced in the firm was reviewed and some critical issues of the current method were discussed. DEA model would be considered a solution for solving those Issues. However, typical DEA models has various drawbacks in determining the weights over evaluation criteria. Proposed is the priority-constrained DEA model that accommodates the strategic Importance of each evaluation criterion. The results of the proposed model are compared with those of typical DEA models. It is shown that the priority-constrained DEA model is superior to the others in terms of evaluation quality.

An ergonomic evaluation model which can properly evaluate the design of a product or workplaces was developed to evaluate a new product in the early stage of design. Although several evaluation models have been developed and are in use in the field of ergonomics, they lack an integrated framework and analysis techniques. In this research, an ergonomic evaluation model was developed according to the framework which accommodates desirable components of the model. The framework represents the integration of four components: man model, workplace modeller, ergonomic evaluation functions and knowledge bases, which interact with a common object-oriented database. Components were developed individually and integrated with the workplace modeller. The generation and manipulation of man models, workplace modelling, and ergonomic evaluation features such as reach and visibility were implemented. The developed evaluation model has demonstrated distinct advantages of the flexibility to adapt another features for the ergonomic evaluation model and the better usability for users.

In this study, the evaluation of environmental performance of the building energy system of domestic commercial sector was carried out. Based on the theory of linear programming model, we established an evaluation model satisfying object functions and constraint conditions. Employing the model, the evaluation of building energy system was performed under the consideration of cost and environmental constraint conditions. As an evaluation tool, MARKAL (MARKet Allocation) known as a market distribution model was employed. We analyzed scenarios of Case I (Base Scenarios) through Case IX established by the combination of the components of building energy system such as glazing, building skin, core, and heat source system. According to the results of the evaluation, highest contribution on the useful energy demand was obtained from the building energy system combined with solar heat source system, when the total amounts of $CO_2$ exhaust as an environmental constraint condition is assumed to be the level of 1995.

We herein propose a new design procedure of a flexible container ship model where the vertical bending and torsional vibration modes are similar to its prototype. To achieve similarity in torsional vibration mode shapes, the height of the shear center of the model must be located below the bottom hull, similar to an actual container ship with large opening decks. Therefore, we designed a ship model by imparting appropriate stiffness to the hull, using urethane foam without a backbone. We built a container ship model according to this design strategy and validated its dynamic elastic properties using a decay test. We measured wave-induced structural vibrations and present the results of tank experiments in regular and freak waves.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a model of level evaluation for data governance that can diagnose and verify level of insufficient part of operating data governance. We expanded the previous study related on attribute indices of data governance and developed a level model of evaluation and items. The model of level evaluation for data governance is the level of evaluation and has items of 400 components. We used previous studies and expert opinion analysis such as the Delphi technique, KJ method in this paper. This study contributes to literature by developing a level evaluation model for data governance at the early phase. This paper will be used for the base line data in objective evidence of performance in the companies and agencies of operating data governance.

This study shows the scientific and systematic Evaluation Model using factor analysis and AHP methods for the success of defense Information System R&D projects. The evaluation model was divided into 7 evaluation factors such as Developing support, Developing infrastructure, Developing management and test & evaluation, Support factors for strength, Understanding & developing strategy, Developing technology & organization, and Developing performance. And those were composed of totally 24 low level Evaluation index. The Developed Evaluation Model in the paper could be contributed more to objectively and transparently company selection of defense Information System R&D and other defense R&D Projects in the future.

Purpose - Recently, the importance of rapid change in business models is more and more increasing as the change of information technology environment. Therefore, a variety of business models have emerged. On the other hand, there is no company that can generate revenue. Many enterprises are still maintained while they are changing only their appearance of the business model. Business model is important in e-commerce. However, a lot of researches are targeted only in Web sites. Thus, e-commerce companies do not have the infrastructure for measuring and business models. The purpose of paper is to evaluate factors which are related with the structuring of the e-commerce success. And it proposed a financial items and non-financial items. From the perspectives of administrators and managers, the paper researches the possibility for E-Commerce Evaluation Model as a valuable criteria in measuring business model. Research design, data and methodology - The methods are taken by the classification for the type of business-to-business transactions, transactions subject, and the degree of integration and innovation capabilities. Financial and Non-financial value is used to build E-Commerce Evaluation Model. Evaluation items in Administration's perspective are composed with enhance the effectiveness of the mission, improving efficiency of the administration, and control of costs. Evaluation items in the customer's perspective were measured by customer participation and cooperation with customer Satisfaction. In the case of researching the information system's perspective, three criteria are used such as adequacy of the development process, improvement of the quality of service, and maintenance of standardized information technology. In researching for the ICT competence's perspective, evaluation items were composed of enhanced user capabilities, utilizing new technologies, and empowerment of information workers. Results - In this paper, E-Commerce Evaluation Model with financial and non-financial perspectives shows the possibility to be criteria in the case of measuring business model. Moreover, it gives the positive expectation to be successful criteria. But the research may have ambiguity in its essential concept because it cannot avoid the limitation in selecting evaluation tools from merely the model. It is impossible to exclude the possibility in omitting specific properties which may take place in actual case study. Therefore, In hereafter research, it is necessary to include actual case study research in selecting evaluation tools in order to improve the limit point. Actual measurement items which are derived from actual case study should be subdivided, and it would be more effective to complete the research. Conclusions - In rapid change in business models, there are various kinds of business models. But it is general situation that companies which adopted business models have not brought in revenue. For this reason, E-Commerce Evaluation Model is needed as an important factor for the structuring of the e-commerce success. Although it has the limitation in selecting evaluation tools from model, E-Commerce Evaluation Model proposes the implication for measuring business models as a valuable criteria.

CC(=ISO/IEC 15408)는 정보보호시스템의 국제표준이며 CC평가 및 인증체계에서는 평가기관 운영하며 평가기관에서는 적정한 평가비 산정을 위한 근거가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 특정한 평가기관의 환경이 아니라, CC기준과 기존의 PP 및 ST만을 바탕으로 하여, 제품유형별 및 보증수준별 평가업무량 모델을 제시하였으며, 평가실무자득의 경험, 보안기능의 사용율 개념 및 기능점수방법 등을 이용하였다. 본 결과는 CC평가환경에서 정보보호제품의 평가비 및 기간의 산정을 위한 기본자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

보안정책모델은 평가대상제품(Target of Evaluation, TOE)의 보안정책을 비정형적, 준정형적, 또는 정형적 방법을 사용하여 구조적으로 표현하는 한 것이다. 보안정책모델은 보안기능요구사항과 기능명세간의 일관성 및 완전성을 제공함으로써 평가대상제품이 요구사항과 기능명세간 불명확성으로 인한 보안결점을 최소화할 수 있도록 보증성을 보장한다. 이러한 이유로 ISO/IEC 15408(공통평가기준. CC) 등 IT 제품 및 시스템의 보안성 평가기준의 고등급 평가에서 보안정책모델을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보안정책모델의 개념과 관련 연구 및 공통평가기준의 보안정책모델 보증요구사항을 분석하여 보안정책모델 평가방법을 제시한다.
