This study aims to construct the integrative performance evaluation model of informatization programs. In order to achieve the purpose of research, first of all, the three major theoretical paradigms (technical/functional, economic/financial, and interpretive/alternative paradigms) are comparatively analyzed concerning their philosophical and methodological perspectives. Also, a number of important studies and research model in the area of IS (Information Systems) evaluation are critically reviewed. And then actual problems and limitations on the process of implementing IS performance evaluation are sought through investigating domestic and foreign practices. Based upon theoretical and practical review of informatization evaluation and logical reasoning, the components of ideal performance evaluation scheme for informatization program are derived, and the integrative performance evaluation model which can comprehensively represent the relationship among the components is conceptually proposed. For researchers, this study provides the theoretical basis for reasonably deriving the performance variables of informatization programs and empirically validating the performance of managing informatization programs. And in real world, the results of this study are very likely to contribute to presenting the practical guideline for desirably implementing performance evaluation of informatization programs.

This paper evaluated the performance of the PAPR reduction scheme[1], which is based on the time- and frequency-domain clippings. This evaluation is carried out on the OFDM system with an nonlinear amplifier, which is described by the Saleh's model.

Many of the recent performance evaluation of clustering schemes in wireless sensor networks considered one sink node operation and fixed sink node location without mentioning about any network application requirements. However, application environments have variable requirements about their networks. In addition, network performance is sufficiently influenced by different sink node location scenarios in multi-hop based network. We also know that sink location can influence to the sensor network performance evaluation because of changed multipath of sensor nodes and changed overload spots in multipath based wireless sensor network environment. Thus, the performance evaluation results are hard to trust because sensor network is easily changed their network connection through their routing algorithms. Therefore, we suggest that these schemes need to evaluate with different sink node location scenarios to show fair evaluation result. Under the results of that, network performance evaluation results are acknowledged by researchers. In this paper, we measured several clustering scheme's performance variations in accordance with various types of sink node location scenarios. As a result, in the case of the clustering scheme that did not consider various types of sink location scenarios, fair evaluation cannot be expected.

Femtocells provide high quality indoor communications with low transmit power. However, when femtocells are applied in cellular systems, a co-channel interference problem between macrocells and femtocells occurs because femtocells use the same spectrum as do the macrocells. To solve the co-channel interference problem, a previous study suggested a resource allocation scheme in LTE cellular systems using FFR. However, this conventional resource allocation scheme still has interference problems between macrocells and femtocells near the boundary of the sub-areas. In this paper, we define an optimization problem for resource allocation to femtocells and propose a femtocell resource allocation scheme to solve the optimization problem and the interference problems of the conventional scheme. The evaluation of the proposed scheme is conducted by System Level Simulation while varying the simulation environments. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is superior to the conventional scheme and that it improves the overall performance of cellular systems.

본 논문에서는 PMIPv6 망에서 NEMO 지원 시 다양한 시나리오에 따라 발생하는 문제점을 기술하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 binding 방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 방안은 새롭게 정의한 네트워크-계층 메시지를 이용하여 네트워크 기반의 이동성 절차를 수행함으로써 중복되어 터널이 생성되는 문제점을 해결하였으며 핸드오버 지연시간을 줄이고 호스트가 이동성과 관련된 절차에 참여하지 않아도 되는 binding 메커니즘이다. 그리고 성능 분석을 통해 제안한 방식이 IETF NELMM WG의 방안과 비교하여 패킷 손실, 핸드오버 지연시간과 평균 패킷 처리량의 관점에서 성능이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

보안 위협 평가는 시스템의 잠재적인 취약성을 파악하고, 그 취약성 및 대응방안에 대해 객관적인 점수를 부여하는 기술이다. 스마트그리드는 구조적 특성으로 인해 기존의 보안 위협 평가를 적용하기에 무리가 따른다. 본 논문에서는 스마트그리드의 보안 위협 평가를 위해 AMI에 대해 네트워크 모델을 제안하고 공격 시나리오를 도출하였다. 그리고 MTTC scheme을 이용하여 제안 네트워크 모델 및 공격 시나리오에 대해 보안 위협 평가 수행이 가능함을 보였다.

Classivication scheme of usability element for the evaluation of consumer electronic product was developed in this study. Using hierachical structuring and clustering methods, usability element of consumer products interface is developed both for the performance perspective and for the image/appeal perspective of a product. Perfoormance element included variables such as simplicity, directness, learn- ability, flexibility, user support and effectiveness. Image/Appeal element included variables such as sensibility, descriptive impression, evaluation of appeal, and attitude towards the product. The classifi- cation scheme developed in this study is found to be comprehensive and robust relative to other existing paradigms. They can be effectively used and applied for the usability evaluation of consumer electronic products.

The main objective of this study is to quantify the appropriateness of the sensibility vocabularies used in sensibility ergonomic evaluation scheme by applying structural equation model. In the conventional sensibility ergonomic evaluation scheme, factor analysis is employed to classify various vocabularies into some common factors. However, since the vocabularies were chosen quite subjectively, it is difficult to ascertain that they represent the product attributes properly. It was shown in a case study that the structural equation model provides the quantitative results to verify whether the selected vocabularies are eligible for further steps of sensibility ergonomic evaluation.

이 연구에서는 안전관리체제(ISM Code) 실행지원 모듈개발중 하나인 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 위한 기초적 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 중심으로 AHP의 운영평가 분석과정과 설문지 설계, 운영평가 모형 기준의 위계 구조를 정립하였다는 것에 대해 그 의미가 있겠다. 또한 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 하나인 AHP 기법을 운영평가 모듈 개발에 적용을 시도했다는 것에 대해서도 한층 가치가 있겠다.
