본 연구는 구술자료 아카이브 정보시스템 설계를 위하여 구술기록물의 생산, 수집절차, 접근의 용이성, 저작권 등에 대하여 논의하였으며, 웹 구술사료 아카이브 설계 구축을 위한 기본 방안과 평가를 위한 가이드라인을 개발함으로써 웹 구술사료 아카이브 구축을 위해 활용 가능한 기준을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평가 프레임워크를 기반으로 국내외 웹 구술사료 아카이브 5개 기관을 선정하여 연구자가 제시한 평가용 가이드라인을 적용하여 사례분석을 하였다. 여기에서 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 국내의 웹 구술사료 아카이브 정보시스템 구축을 위한 개선점을 논의하였다.

There were no Korean evidence-based multidisciplinary guidelines for gastric cancer. Experts from related societies developed guidelines de novo to meet Korean circumstances and requirements, including 23 recommendation statements for diagnosis (n=9) and treatment (n=14) based on relevant key questions. The quality of the evidence was rated according to the GRADE evidence evaluation framework and the recommendation grades were classified as either strong or weak. The topics of the guidelines cover diagnostic modalities (endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, and radiologic diagnosis), treatment modalities (surgery, therapeutic endoscopy, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy), and pathologic evaluation. Major limitation of the present guideline is that there is no enough evidences in Korea. Therefore, clinical studies about gastric cancer for evidence generation should be conducted.

최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부와 공공기관 그리고 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 인터넷 웹 접근성 지침에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 접근성 평가 도구인 KADO-WAH를 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라서 평가하는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 평가 결과 나타난 오류와 경고 항목을 평가보고서에서 요구하는 방향으로 수정하여 교육용 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 향상시키는 방안을 제안한다. 그리고 KADO-WAH 평가도구를 이용하여 교육 관련 기관의 홈페이지를 평가하고 이들 홈페이지의 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 비교 분석한다.

This report presents guidelines for the systematic management of packaging, storage, transportation, and traceability of source cells used for organoid research. Given the important role of source cells in organoid studies, it is important to ensure the preservation of their quality and integrity throughout transportation and distribution processes. The proposed guidelines, therefore, call for a cohesive strategy through these stages to minimize the risks of contamination, deterioration, and loss-threats that significantly compromise the safety, efficacy, and efficiency of source cells. Central to these guidelines is the quality control measures that include roles and responsibilities across the entire supply chain, with recommendations specific to packaging materials, transportation facilities, and storage management. Furthermore, the need for an integrated management system is emphasized, spanning from source cell collection to the final application. This system is crucial for maintaining the traceability and accountability of source cells, facilitating the sharing, distribution, and utilization on a global scale, and supporting to advance organoid research and development.

With the recent announcement of the WCAG2.2 Work Draft of the W3C, revision of the WCAG2.2 guidelines will be made soon. Consequently, the revision of KWCAG2.1 in response to changes in the domestic and international environment of web accessibility is urgent. The revision primarily involves development and selection of web accessibility evaluation items. In this study, the efficient procedures and useful methodologies for developing and selecting the evaluation items are to be presented. FGI (Focus Group Interview) has been devised to reflect every stakeholders opinion fairly. GT (Group Technology) has been applied to expedite the revision processes particularly in the FGI. QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method plays an important role in investigating the relationship between evaluation items and its characteristics, and in analyzing the importance and priorities of each item. This study proposes 5 principles, 17 guidelines and 39 evaluation items which can be used for the revision of KWCAG 2.1. This study is expected to be of great help in establishing the KWCAG 2.2 in the near future.

In this study, anthropometric analysis and usability evaluation for four-wheeled walker were carried out and then ergonomics design guidelines were proposed. In anthropometric analysis, design factors of four-wheeled walker were firstly identified and anthropometric design guidelines were made using Korean human scales. Design suitability for two typical four-wheeled walkers was analyzed in based on anthropometric design guidelines. Usability evaluation for two typical walkers was also performed through observation method and expert evaluation. Several usability problems were identified and design solutions were proposed for the design improvement of four-wheeled walker. Finally a design model of four wheeled walker considering analysis results was proposed.

Regarding the study in innovation/R&D programs evaluation, twelve cases from the U.S ., U. K., Germany, France, Sweden, Australia, Japan, and EC are analyzed, and its implications to Korean situation are investigated. From the analysis of the cases, some valuable guidelines for Korea are developed. Some of the guidelines are: the evaluation must be treated as an integral part of the Government supported programs, specialists in evaluation should be raised, the long-term effects and non-economic/social effects should also be included in the evaluation, various efforts to acquire more exact and versatile information necessary for quality evaluation should be made, and additional effort is required for the evaluation to be actualized.

Integration and standardization of the related regulations and guidelines are necessary to evaluate a CFMS in a systematic manner. In this study, a hierachically categorized evaluation checklist was developed by collecting and structuring human factors issues listed in the various regulations, design requirements, and technical report. A PC-based database management system was developed to update and review the evaluation results. Standard interpretation examples, evaluation guidelines, and sample evaluation formats were also designed and integrated into the database system to reduce discrepancy in evaluation.

본 연구에서 개정된 한국인을 위한 식생활 지침을 기반으로 식품 및 영양소 섭취, 식생활 습관, 환경을 고려한 식생활 문화를 평가할 수 있는 항목을 개발하였다. 예비 문항을 확보하기 위하여 국내·외 평가도구 및 최신 문헌을 조사하여 항목을 조사하였고, 전문가 11명 대상 타당도 평가를 통해 70개의 항목을 선정하였다. 선정된 후보 항목 평가를 위해 서울·수도권 지역 중심으로 성인 332명을 대상으로 온·오프라인 조사를 시행하였고, 하루 총 에너지 섭취가 500 kcal 미만 또는 5,000 kcal 이상으로 섭취한 대상자 2명을 제외한 330명의 조사 자료를 활용하여 수렴타당도 분석 및 탐색적 요인분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 최종 선정된 문항은 총 34개로 식품 및 영양소 섭취 영역 11개, 식생활 습관 영역 9개, 식생활 문화 영역 14개로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 평가 항목은 2021년 개정된 식생활지침을 기반으로 영역별로 성인의 전반적인 식사의 질과 지속가능한 식생활을 동시에 평가하는 데 용이하다는 점에서 건강한 식생활 개선을 위한 평가 도구로써 활용이 기대된다.
