실리콘 웨이퍼 표면에서 X-선 산만산란에 의한 기계적 손상층의 상대 정량 평가 (Relative quantitative evaluation of mechanical damage layer by X-ray diffuse scattering in silicon wafer surface)

  • 초크랄스키 실리콘 기판의 뒷면에 형성된 기계적 손상이 미치는 효과에 대하여 고찰하였다. 기계적 손상의 정도는 레이저 여기/극초단파 반사 광전도 감쇠법에 의한 소수반송자 재결합 수명, X-선 단면 측정 및 습식 산화/선택적 식긱 방법으로 평가하였다. 그 결과, 웨이퍼 뒷면에 가해지는 기계적 손상의 세기가 강할수록 소수반송자 재결합 수명은 짧아지고, 산만 산란 정도와 X-선 과잉 강도의 적분값은 비례적으로 증가하였으며, 그 값을 Grade 1의 손상된 웨이퍼에서의 과잉 강도로 정규화하면 과잉 강도의 상대 정량비는 Geade 1:Grade 2:Grade 3 = 1:7:18.4이다.

간선도로 좌곡선부 전후구간 수막현상 방지를 위한 종·횡단경사 조합 적용방안 (A Method of Compounding Application of Longitudinal Grade and Superelevation on Left Curved Section in Arterial for Preventing Hydroplaning)

  • PURPOSES : This study aims to evaluate the road safety of the super-elevation transition section of a left turn curve and suggest the minimum longitudinal grade of a super-elevation transition section to be used before and after a left curved section. METHODS : We evaluated the road condition by means of the safety-criterion-evaluation method involving side friction factors, and then solve the problem by introducing the minimum longitudinal grade criterion based on conditions described in the hydraulics literature. RESULTS : It was calculated that when a road satisfies hydroplaning conditions, the difference between side friction assumed and side friction demanded is less than -0.04. In this case, the safety criterion for the condition is unsatisfied. Conversely, when a road is in a normal state under either wet or dry conditions, it was calculated that the difference between side friction assumed and side friction demanded is more than 0.01. Thus, the safety criterion for this condition is found to be satisfied. After adjusting the minimum longitudinal grade applied to a super-elevation transition section, the hydroplaning condition can be eliminated and the safety criterion can be met for all sections. CONCLUSIONS : It is suggested that a minimum longitudinal grade should be provided on super-elevation transition sections in order to prevent hydroplaning.

교량의 과하중 확률계산을 통한 상태평가 등급 산정방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Methods from Probability Computation of Bridge)

  • The importance of process for repair and reinforcement of the bridge is increasing because of the lack of the fatigue load and stress, a lowering of the bridge load carrying capacity owing to impact and oscillation, deterioration on cultivation periods of the bridge, etc. Typically the experimenter values the bridge load carrying capacity by the real rating factor and response modification factor in bridge load rating through static load test and dynamic load test. But the error occurred in reliability of response modification factor in bridge load rating according to experience of experimenter. so tests of connecting probability theory and valuation of the bridge recently. The study is to compute the real load carrying capacity of the bridge and the rating factor and response modification factor on grade of the bridge, and calculate the probability of over-loaded truck load from Weigh In Motion(WIM) Data in FORTRAN programming applying to Monte-Carlo Simulation. At the result of this study, it is acquired that the new grade is computed for the probability of over-loaded truck load and surface inspection. The A grade is over 1.95, B grade is $1.55{\sim}1.94$, C grade is $1.26{\sim}1.54$, D grade is $1.14{\sim}1.25$, E grade is under 1.13 of rating factor, respectively.

  • The position of tobacco leaves is affluence to the quality. To evaluate its quality, sample leaves was collected according to the position of attachment. In Korea, the position was divided into four classes such as high, middle, low and inside positioned leaves. Until now, the grade of standard sample was determined by human expert from korea ginseng and tobacco company. Many research were done by the chemical and spectrum analysis using NIR and computer vision. The grade of tobacco leaves mainly classified into 5 grades according to the attached position and its chemical composition. In high and low positioned leaves shows a low level grade under grade 3. Generally, inside and medium positioned leaf has a high level grade. This is the basic research to develop a real time tobacco leaves grading system combined with portable NIR spectrum analysis system. However, this research just deals with position recognition and grading using the color machine vision. The RGB color information was converted to HSI image format and the sample was all investigated using the bundle of tobacco leaves. Quality grade and position recognition was performed through well known general error back propagation neural network. Finally, the relationship about attached leaf position and its grade was analyzed.

TIMSS 2019의 4학년 물상과학 영역과 우리나라 과학 교육과정의 비교 분석 (The Relationship Analysis of the Korean Science Curriculum with the Physical Science Domains of the 4th Grade TIMSS 2019)

  • 본 연구에서는 TIMSS 2019 물상과학 영역과 우리나라 과학과 교육과정의 연계성을 분석하고자 하였다. TIMSS 2019 초등학교 4학년 과학 평가틀의 물상과학 영역에서는 12개의 주제가 제시되는데, 초중등학교 교사로 이루어진 현장교사와 과학교육 전문가 총 12명이 참여하여 이 주제들이 우리나라 2009 개정 및 2015 개정 과학과 교육과정에서 어느 학년에 포함되어 있는지 분석하였다. TIMSS 2019 평가틀의 성취기준과 우리나라 과학과 교육과정이 일치하는지 분석한 결과, TIMSS 2019 물상과학 평가 주제 중에서 우리나라 초등학교 4학년 교육과정까지 전혀 다루고 있지 않는 주제로 화학과 관련 있는 '일상생활에서 화학 변화', '열전도', '전기와 간단한 전기회로' 내용이 두드러졌다. TIMSS 2019 평가틀이 국제 성취 기준임을 고려하면 우리나라 교육과정에 대한 시사점을 제안할 수 있으며, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 차기 과학과 교육과정 개발에서는 누리과정까지 연계하여 초·중학교 및 고등학교 화학의 내용과 범위가 전체적으로 연결되도록 현재 초등학교 3학년부터 시작하는 과학과 교육과정을 초등학교 1학년부터 시작하는 개선을 공론화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 학습량 및 학습 수준의 적합성 문제를 고려하면서 난이도를 조정하거나 개념을 다양한 교수학습 방법으로 접근하면서 관련 주제를 다루도록 학년군을 재조정하는 방안을 생각할 수 있다. 셋째, 국제적인 흐름에 맞게 필수적인 개념 및 표준 용어들을 우리나라 과학과 교육과정에 도입하거나 구성되도록 하는 논의가 필요하다.

비오톱 지도와 항공라이다 자료를 이용한 바람통로 분석 및 기후평가 (Wind Corridor Analysis and Climate Evaluation with Biotop Map and Airborne LiDAR Data)

  • 본 연구는 비오톱 지도와 항공 라이다 자료만을 이용해 GIS 분석기법을 적용하여 개개의 비오톱에 대한 기후분석 및 평가정보를 제공함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 1차 분석단계에서 비오톱 지도로부터 면적, 경사, 경사길이, 표면특성, 바람통로 기능, 바람통로 폭, 바람통로 장애물 요소를 각각 구하여 냉기/신선기 생성 및 바람통로 기능을 평가하였으며 2차 분석단계에서는 이들 요소를 종합하여 기후평가를 수행하여 비오톱 단위 별로 기후평가 자료를 생성하였다. 항공라이다 자료는 비오톱을 이용한 바람통로 분석에 유효하였다. 평가인자와 평가 등급 간의 상관성을 그래프 및 상관계수를 통해 확인한 결과 냉기/신선기 생성 등급과 Surface_GRD 평균값과의 상관계수가 (-)0.967로 높게 나타났으며 바람통로 기능에서는 등급별 Function_GRD 평균값과의 상관계수가 (-)0.884, Obstacle_GRD 평균값과의 상관계수는 (-)0.834로 나타났다. 기후평가 등급과 WindCorridor_GRD 상관계수는 0.928, 기후평가 등급과 ColdAir_GRD 상관계수는 0.855로 나타나 비오톱의 WindCorridor_GRD가 ColdAir_GRD에 비해 상관성이 높게 나타났으며 항공사진 정사영상을 이용한 육안 검수에서도 기후평가 및 등급화 결과가 잘 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 비오톱 지도와 항공라이다 자료를 이용해 기후 분석 및 평가 방법을 적용한 결과 광명-시흥시 보금자리 주택개발 예정지의 기후평가등급에 따른 면적분포 비율은 1등급 18.5%, 2등급 18.2%, 3등급 30.7%, 4등급 25.2%, 5등급 7.4% 순으로 나타났으며 본 연구방법을 통해 기후평가 정보를 각각의 비오톱 단위별로 통계적 정보와 함께 제시할 수 있었다.

산업용지 제조용 압축폐지 베일의 분석 및 섬유 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Wastepaper Bale Compositions and their Fiber Properties for Board Grade Paper)

  • It is very important to utilize effectively fibrous waste paper in terms of cost savings, environmental effects, and governmental policies. The quality of final products and runnability of papermaking process are primarily affected by constitutions of fibrous raw materials. In specific, board grade paper depends directly on compositions of waste paper bales. At present, the raw materials of board grade paper are mainly derived from lots kinds of wastepaper. Some papermaking countries, like EU, USA and Japan have advanced classification and management systems of recycled fiber, but Korea has not yet organized systematically. In this study, evaluation of wastepaper bale compositions and their fiber properties were carried out for effective utilization of fibrous raw materials for board grade paper production. 3 kinds of wastepaper bales were classified to fibrous or non-fibrous materials. In case of fibrous materials, KOCC, kraft sack paper and white duplex board matters were main component in total weight basis, and in case of non-fibrous materials, vinyl, plastic and cloth matters were main component, in turns. 3 representative kinds of waste paper were disintegrated and classified, and then prepared to handsheet for evaluation of recycled fiber property. Consequently, fines and ash content of waste paper, isolated from KOCC and white duplex board were higher than that of kraft sack paper. pH values of all kinds of waste fibers were neutral or weak alkaline.

MTS기법을 이용한 차량 D단 소음의 음질 평가 및 음질 등급화 구축 (Sound Quality Evaluation and Grade Construction of the Level D Noise for the Vehicle Using MTS)

  • The reduction of the Vehicle interior noise has been the main interest of NVH engineers. The driver's perception on the vehicle noise is affected largely by psychoacoustic characteristic of the noise as well as the SPL. The previous methods to evaluation of the SQ about vehicle interior noise are linear regression analysis of subjective SQ metrics by statistics and the estimation of the subjective SQ values by neural network. But these are so depended on jury test very much that they result in many difficulties. So, to reduce jury test weight, we suggested a new method using Mahalanobis distance for SQ evaluation. And, optimal characteristic values influenced on the result of the SQ evaluation were derived by signal to noise ratio(SN ratio) of the Taguchi method. Finally, the new method to evaluate SQ is constructed using Mahalanobis-Taguchi system(MTS). Furthermore, the MTS method for SQ evaluation was compared by the result of SQ grade table at the previous study and their virtues and faults introduced.

주택성능등급 가변성 세부성능 항목의 특성 및 개선방안 (The Characteristic and Improvement of Flexibility Performance Item evaluated by "Housing Performance Grading System")

  • This study aims to suggest improvement plans and explain about the current situation for facilitating Long-life housing, based on the results on flexibility items among 27 items consisting the "Housing Performance Grading System". From the 9th of January, 2006 to the month of July in 2011, study has analyzed evaluation results on 216 different types for each grade and reviewed evaluation criteria and methods. Current evaluation criteria applies quantitative analysis, by calculating in percentage how much bearing walls and columns, which hinder flexibility, take up space in the household. The evaluation rate for each household was assessed in relation to its structural system, and a higher grade was given to column-typed structures. In addition, to facilitate long-life housing, this study extracted harmful factors, expanding the range of evaluation. The first step was to evaluate structure, which is the basic element. The second step can to evaluate the probability of applying resources in response to the changes of structural systems. As The third step, Flexibility item will evaluate the probability of moving the water-using area, suggesting gradual approach. Thus, through evaluations of flexibility items, the study aims to improve the quality of life in household, by avoiding uniform structures and acquiring more freedom for space designs.

국토환경성평가지도 평가항목 구성의 적정성 검토 (Review of Compositional Evaluation Items for Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map(ECVAM) of National Land in Korea)

  • This study review of Compositional Evaluation Items for Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map (ECVAM) in Korea. The ECVAM is composed of legal assessment and environmental/ecological assessment items. ECVAM basically adapts an overlay method for environmental/ecological assessment items. The objective of this study is to suggest supplementary items for the ECVAM with the following process : Overlapping rates of the assessment items in the ECVAM are calculated to understand the grade distribution of the environmental conservation value assessment and to analyze the overlapping rates among the assessment items, as a result it is found that various items are overlapped each other. In order to reflect effectively each assessment item to the ECVAM, Analyzed the overlapping degree among assessment items to be applied to this map. On the concrete we gripped results to be assessed by various items, which were overlapped each other. In order to reflect effectively each assessment item to the environmental conservation value assessment map of national land, we analyzed the overlapping degree on environmental/ecological items, and investigated the grade distribution by field survey. In this study we assessed the ECVAM by 5 kinds of method. Method 1 is Grade 1 areas of each administrative district, Method 2 is Comparing overlapping areas of each assessment items Grade 1, 2 and Permission of each assessment items' duplication, Method 3 is Grade 1, 2 areas by only singular assessment items, Method 4 is Only Grade 1 areas of Method 2 and Method 5 is Only Grade 2 areas of Method 2. As results, Method 1 showed Seoul and other metropolitan cities reveal a high proportion of Grade I regions by the legal assessment items. Kangwon-Do, show a high proportion of Grade I regions by the environmental/ecological assessment item. Method 2 showed 93.4% of diameter Grade II(standard for stability), forest diameter item was accounted for 99.9% by Method 3, Method 4 showed 95.7% of forest diameter and forest density was accounted for 66.4% by Method 5. From now on, this study will contribute to reduce the complexity in the process of manufacturing ECVAM of National Land, and to raise the pliability in the process of managing and updating this map.
