Development of Evaluation Perspective and Criteria for the DataON Platform

  • This study is a preliminary study to develop an evaluation framework necessary for evaluating the DataON platform. The first objective is to examine expert perceptions of the level of DataON platform construction. The second objective is to evaluate the importance, stability, and usability of DataON platform features over OpenAIRE features. The third objective is to derive weights from the evaluation perspective for future DataON platform evaluation. The fourth objective is to examine the preferences of experts in each evaluation perspective and to derive unbiased evaluation criteria. This study used a survey method for potential stakeholders of the DataON platform. The survey included 12 professionals with at least 10 years of experience in the field. The 57 overall functions and services were measured at 3.1 out of 5 for importance. Stability was -0.07 point and usability was measured as -0.05 point. The 42 features and services scored 3.04 points in importance. Stability was -0.58 points and usability was -0.51 points. In particular, the stability and usability scores of the 42 functions and services provided as of 2018 were higher than the total functions were, which is attributed to the stable and user-friendly improvement after development. In terms of the weight of the evaluation point, the collection quality has the highest weight of 27%. Interface usability is then weighted 22%. Subsequently, service quality is weighted 19%, and finally system performance efficiency and user feedback solicitation are equally weighted 16%.

사용자 리뷰 분석을 통한 호텔 평가 항목별 누락 평점 예측 방법론 (Predicting Missing Ratings of Each Evaluation Criteria for Hotel by Analyzing User Reviews)

  • Recently, most of the users can easily get access to a variety of information sources about companies, products, and services through online channels. Therefore, the online user evaluations are becoming the most powerful tool to generate word of mouth. The user's evaluation is provided in two forms, quantitative rating and review text. The rating is then divided into an overall rating and a detailed rating according to various evaluation criteria. However, since it is a burden for the reviewer to complete all required ratings for each evaluation criteria, so most of the sites requested only mandatory inputs for overall rating and optional inputs for other evaluation criteria. In fact, many users input only the ratings for some of the evaluation criteria and the percentage of missed ratings for each criteria is about 40%. As these missed ratings are the missing values in each criteria, the simple average calculation by ignoring the average 40% of the missed ratings can sufficiently distort the actual phenomenon. Therefore, in this study, we propose a methodology to predict the rating for the missed values of each criteria by analyzing user's evaluation information included the overall rating and text review for each criteria. The experiments were conducted on 207,968 evaluations collected from the actual hotel evaluation site. As a result, it was confirmed that the prediction accuracy of the detailed criteria ratings by the proposed methodology was much higher than the existing average-based method.

시뮬레이션 기반 비상대비 정부연습의 조치 평가 척도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Scale of Simulation based Government Exercise for Emergency)

  • 본 연구는 '시뮬레이션 정부연습'(가칭)에서 연습 실시자의 조치사항을 평가하기 위한 척도에 관한 연구이다. 평가척도의 지표와 지표별 가중치는 조치사항으로 입력한 기관별 data를 평가하는 기준이 된다. 이것은 평가의 객관성과 일관성을 유지하여 관찰평가관의 주관적인 평가를 보완하게 된다. 그래서 평가지표는 정부연습 평가 목적, 시뮬레이션 환경에서의 측정 가능성, 객관성, 지표간의 중복성과 인과성, 평가결과를 적용하는 등급 등을 검토하여 선정하고, 각 지표는 상대적 중요도가 설정돼야 한다. 본 연구에서는 적시성·정확성·적절성의 3개 주요 지표와 주요 지표별로 각 3개의 등급 지표를 설정하고 지표별 개념을 구분하였다. 지표의 가중치는 지표의 계층구조를 고려하여 AHP 분석으로 산정하였다. 향후 연구서의 평가척도가 '시뮬레이션 정부연습'에 적용되면 정량적인 평가를 통하여 조치 평가의 일관성과 객관성을 확보할 수 있을 것이고 과학적인 기법에 의한 사후검토(AAR)가 가능할 것이다.

BIM기반 설계데이터 평가 시스템 개선을 위한 ChatGPT활용 방법론 (A Methodology for Using ChatGPT to Improve BIM-based Design Data Evaluation System)

  • This study proposes a new methodology to increase the flexibility and efficiency of the design data evaluation system by combining Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in the architectural industry, OpenAI's interactive artificial intelligence, and ChatGPT. BIM technology plays an important role in digitally modeling and managing architectural information. Since architectural information is included, research and development are underway to review and evaluate BIM data according to conditions through program development. However, in the process of reviewing BIM design data, if the review criteria or evaluation criteria according to design change occur frequently, it is necessary to update the program anew. In order for designers or reviewers to apply the changed criteria, requesting a program developer will delay time. This problem was studied by using ChatGPT to modify and update the design data evaluation program code in real time. In this study, it is aimed to improve the changing standards and accuracy by enabling programming non-professionals to change the design regulations and calculation standards of the BIM evaluation program system using ChatGPT. In this study, in the BIM-based design certification automation evaluation program, a program in which the automation evaluation method is being studied based on the design certification evaluation manual was first used. In the design certification automation evaluation program, the programming non-majors checked the automation evaluation code by linking ChatGPT, and the changed calculation criteria were created and modified interactively. As a result of the evaluation, the change in the calculation standard was explained to ChatGPT and the applied result was confirmed.

사이버쇼핑 이용자의 의류쇼핑성향에 따른 의류제품 평가기준과 구매의도 (Clothing Evaluation Criteria and Purchase Intention based on Consumers′ Clothing Shopping Orientation in Cyber Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out clothing evaluation criteria and purchase intention according to consumers' shopping orientation and demographic factors when they shop online. The subjects were 240 men and women living in the metropolitan area. For data analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, t-test, Duncan test and descriptive statistics were conducted. The results are as follows: 1. Important clothing evaluation criteria were considered in order of price, style, fit, size and product guarantee etc. Purchase intention was showed more highly when products are related to low involvement than high involvement. 2. Consumers with high hedonic and utilitarian shopping orientation considered clothing evaluation criteria more importantly but showed low level of purchase intention in cyber shopping. And consumers with low hedonic and utilitarian shopping orientation considered clothing evaluation criteria less importantly but showed high level of purchase intention in cyber shopping. 3. There were significant differences in evaluation criteria and purchase intention according to demographic variables. Especially women considered evaluation criteria more importantly and had higher level of purchase intention than men.

Standardizing the evaluation criteria on treatment outcomes of mandibular implant overdentures: a systematic review

  • PURPOSE. The aim of this review was to analyze the evaluation criteria on mandibular implant overdentures through a systematic review and suggest standardized evaluation criteria. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A systematic literature search was conducted by PubMed search strategy and hand-searching of relevant journals from included studies considering inclusion and exclusion criteria. Randomized clinical trials (RCT) and clinical trial studies comparing attachment systems on mandibular implant overdentures until December, 2011 were selected. Twenty nine studies were finally selected and the data about evaluation methods were collected. RESULTS. Evaluation criteria could be classified into 4 groups (implant survival, peri-implant tissue evaluation, prosthetic evaluation, and patient satisfaction). Among 29 studies, 21 studies presented implant survival rate, while any studies reporting implant failure did not present cumulative implant survival rate. Seventeen studies evaluating peri-implant tissue status presented following items as evaluation criteria; marginal bone level (14), plaque Index (13), probing depth (8), bleeding index (8), attachment gingiva level (8), gingival index (6), amount of keratinized gingiva (1). Eighteen studies evaluating prosthetic maintenance and complication also presented following items as evaluation criteria; loose matrix (17), female detachment (15), denture fracture (15), denture relining (14), abutment fracture (14), abutment screw loosening (11), and occlusal adjustment (9). Atypical questionnaire (9), Visual analog scales (VAS) (4), and Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP) (1) were used as the format of criteria to evaluate patients satisfaction in 14 studies. CONCLUSION. For evaluation of implant overdenture, it is necessary to include cumulative survival rate for implant evaluation. It is suggested that peri-implant tissue evaluation criteria include marginal bone level, plaque index, bleeding index, probing depth, and attached gingiva level. It is also suggested that prosthetic evaluation criteria include loose matrix, female detachment, denture fracture, denture relining, abutment fracture, abutment screw loosening, and occlusal adjustment. Finally standardized criteria like OHIP-EDENT or VAS are required for patient satisfaction.

학교도서관 평가지표 개발 연구 (A Study of Development of the School Library Evaluation Criteria)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시 도교육청을 중심으로 학교도서관 평가에 필요한 평가지표를 개발하는데 있다. 국내 외 학교도서관 관련 평가지표를 조사 분석하여 다양한 우리나라의 학교도서관 상황에 적용할 수 있으며, 다양한 학생들에게 학업능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 학교도서관으로 발전시킬 수 있는 평가지표의 방향성을 설정하였다. 평가 항목은 도서관 프로그램 분야, 학교지원 분야, 서비스 분야로 구분하여 선정하였다. 평가 방법은 조사지 이용 평가, 학교 도서관 통계 이용 평가, 표준화된 통계 이용 평가로 크게 3가지로 구분하였다. 이중 본 연구에서는 표준화된 통계 이용 평가를 제안하였다. 평가항목은 양적인 항목과 질적인 항목으로 구분되었다. 양적인 항목은 투입분야의 예산항목에 2개 지표와 산출분야의 장서 항목의 3개 지표, 이용 항목의 3개 지표가 제시되었다. 질적인 항목에는 소장도서와 해당 연도에 구입한 도서의 이용비율을 제시하였다.

  • 이 연구는 공공도서관의 지속적 발전과 공공성이라는 가치달성을 위해 공공도서관의 수단효율성과 관련하여 경영평가기준의 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 민간기업의 경영분석에 대한 이론검토와 그로부터 도출한 분석틀을 이용하여 수단효율성 평가기준을 분석하였다. 그 결과 개선방향은 첫째, 성과의 개념에 충실한 효율성측정의 지표가 다양하고 충분히 개발되어야 한다. 둘째, 일정기간의 투입 대비 성과를 나타내는 동태자료가 부족하여 동태자료로 구성된 평가지표를 보다 많이 개발하여야 한다. 셋째, 장기정태자료는 고정자산 등의 장기적으로 사용 수익되어지는 비용으로서 일정기간의 비용에는 포함 되지 않지만 투입자료로서 유용하다. 이는 완전한 회계를 통해서 반영될 수 있다.

여자 중·고등학생의 개인주의-집단주의에 따른 교복태도와 교복선택기준 (Attitude toward Uniform and Evaluation Criteria toward Uniform according to Individualism-collectivism of Middle and High School Girls)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify individualism-collectivism into groups and analyze the difference of attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. Questionnaires are being administered to 369 middle and high school girls in Deagu province. The Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, and t-test are used for data analysis. Individualism-collectivism factors are found to be other focus, individuality focus, competition consciousness, love of family, and self-esteem. Attitude toward uniform are categorized into fashion pursuit, symbol of role, conformity, color, and neatness. Evaluation criteria toward uniform is categorized into 7 factors: practicality, care, promotion, aesthetics, service, brand focus, and regulation focus. Individualism-collectivism are classify into three groups such as high individualism-collectivism, low individuality, and high individuality. Individualism-collectivism shows a significant correlation with the sub-variable attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. The groups show a significant difference in the attitude toward uniform and evaluation criteria toward uniform. There is a significant difference among individualism-collectivism, attitude toward uniform, and evaluation criteria toward uniform by the middle and high school girls.

빅데이터 분석 플랫폼 평가를 위한 ISO/IEC 9126 품질 모델 기반 평가준거 개발 (ISO/IEC 9126 Quality Model-based Assessment Criteria for Measuring the Quality of Big Data Analysis Platform)

  • 원격탐사 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼은 NASA의 위성 데이터를 다운로드하여 이를 L3 형태로 변환하고, 이를 분석하여 최종적으로 분석 결과보고서를 산출하는 시스템이다. 본 논문의 목적은 최근에 개발된 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼의 품질을 평가하기 위한 평가지표 개발을 연구목표로 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 ISO/IEC 9126-1국제 소프트웨어 품질 모델을 기반으로 원격탐사 빅데이터 플랫폼의 품질 평가지표의 개발을 연구목표로 한다. 아울러 세부적인 연구개발내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ISO/IEC의 소프트웨어 품질 규정과 기존의 소프트웨어 평가모델을 검토한다. 둘째, 본 논문은 원격탐사 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼을 평가하기 위한 평가영역과, 세부적인 평가요소, 평가항목, 평가기준을 정의한다. 플랫폼 품질 평가요소에는 원격탐사 빅데이터 플랫폼의 개발자 측면, 사용자 측면, 유지보수 측면에서의 품질요소 등을 포함할 것이다. 셋째, 제안된 평가지표는 설문을 통해 내용타당도, 신뢰성 분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 경로분석을 통한 구인타당도의 통계분석을 통해 그 타당성과 적합성 검증을 입증하였으며, 통계도구로 SPSS 20.0 프로그램과 Amos 20.0을 이용하여 실험하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과는 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼에 대한 평가준거 개발의 첫 시도라는 점에서 중요하며, 앞으로 개발될 유사 빅데이터 플랫폼의 평가준거의 기초자료로서 활용이 기대되고 플랫폼의 평가기준의 토대가 될 것이라 기대된다.
