This paper defines Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, and explains fourteen properties which can be complemented by Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, including distribution relation, symmetric property, and property of complement. Also, it explores alternating powers sums by proving symmetric property related to Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials.
A computational aero-acoustic (CAA) method is used to predict the tonal noise generated from a cavity of automobile door seals or gaps at low flow Mach numbers (A$\_$$\infty$/=0.077 and 0.147) In the present method, the acoustically perturbed Euler equations are solved with the acoustic source term obtained from the unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes calculations of the cavity flow in self-sustained oscillations. The aerodynamic and acoustic fields are computed for the Reynolds numbers based on the displacement thickness, Re$\_$$\delta$*/=850 and 1620 and their fundamental mode characteristics are investigated. The present method is also verified with the experimentally measured sound pressure level (SPL) spectra.
A combined computational fluid dynamics(CFD)-Kirchhoff method is presented for predicting high-speed impulsive noise generated by a hovering blade. Two types of Kirchhoff integral formula are used; one for the classical linear Kirchhoff formulation and the other for the nonlinear Kirchhoff formulation. An Euler finite difference solver is solved first to obtain the flow field close to the blade, and then this flow field is used as an input to a Kirchhoff formulation to predict the acoustic far-field. These formulas are used at Mach numbers of 0.90 and 0.95 to investigate the effectiveness of the linear and nonlinear Kirchhoff formulas for delocalized flow. During these calculiations, the retarded time equation is also carefully examined, in particular, for the cases of the control surface located outside of the sonic cylinder, where multiple roots are obtained. Predicted results of acoustic far-field pressure with the linear Kirchhoff formulation agree well with experimental data when the control surface is at the certain location(R=1.46), but the correlation is getting worse before or after this specific location of the control surface due to the delocalized nonlinear aerodynamic flow field. Calculations based on the nonlinear Kirchhoff equation using a linear sonic cylinder as a control surface show a reasonable agreement with experimental data in negative amplitudes for both tip Mach numbers of 0.90 and 0.95, except some computational integration problems over a shock. This concliudes that a nonlinear formulation is necessary if the control surface is close to the blade and the flow is delocalized.
Drag reduction is one of main concerns for commercial aircraft companies than ever because fuel price has been tripled in ten years. In this research, Natural Laminar Flow airfoil is designed and tested to reduce drag at cruise condition, $c_l$=0.3, Re=3.4${\times}$10$^6$ and M=0.6. NLF airfoil is characterized by delayed transition from laminar to turbulent flow, which comes from maintaining favorable pressure gradient to downstream. Transition is predicted by solving Boundary Layer equations in viscous boundary layer and by solving Euler Equation outside the boundary layer. Once boundary layer thickness and momentum thickness are obtained, $e^N$-method is used for transition point prediction. As results, KARI's NLF airfoil is designed and shows better characteristics than NLF-0115. The characteristics are tested and verified at low Reynolds numbers, but at high Reynolds numbers, laminar flow characteristics are not obtainable because of fully turbulent flow over airfoil surfaces. Precious experiences, however, relating NLF airfoil design, subsonic and transonic tests are acquired.
As the IoT-based hyper-connected society grows, public-key cryptosystem such as RSA is frequently used for encryption, authentication, and digital signature. Public-key cryptosystem use very large (safe) prime numbers to ensure security against malicious attacks. Even though the performance of the device has greatly improved, the generation of a large (safe)prime is time-consuming or memory-intensive. In this paper, we propose ET-MR and ET-MR-MR using Euler sieve so it runs faster while using less memory. We present a running time prediction model by probabilistic analysis and compare time and memory of our method with conventional methods. Experimental results show that the difference between the expected running time and the measured running time is less than 4%. In addition, the fastest running time of ET-MR is 36% faster than that of TD-MR, 8.5% faster than that of DT-MR and the fastest running time of ET-MR-MR is 65.3% faster than that of TD-MR-MR and similar to that of DT-MR-MR. When k=12,381, the memory usage of ET-MR is 2.7 times more than that of DT-MR but 98.5% less than that of TD-MR and when k=65,536, the memory usage of ET-MR-MR is 98.48% less than that of TD-MR-MR and 92.8% less than that of DT-MR-MR.
Double-diffusive convection inside a triangular porous cavity is studied numerically. Galerkin finite element method is adopted to derive the discrete form of the governing differential equations. The first-order backward Euler scheme is used for temporal discretization with the second-order Adams-Bashforth scheme for the convection terms in the energy and species conservation equations. The Boussinesq-Oberbeck approximation is used to calculate the density dependence on the temperature and concentration fields. A parametric study is performed with the Lewis number, the Rayleigh number, the buoyancy ratio, and the shape of the triangle. The effect of gravity orientation is considered also. Results obtained include the flow, temperature, and concentration fields. The differences induced by varying physical parameters are analyzed and discussed. It is found that the heat transfer rate is sensitive to the shape of the triangles. For the given geometries, buoyancy ratio and Rayleigh numbers are the dominating parameters controlling the heat transfer.

Wing flap deflection angles of a supersonic transport are optimized to improve transonic cruise performance. For this end, a numerical optimization method is adopted using a three-dimensional unstructured Euler code and a discrete adjoint code. Deflection angles of ten flaps; five for leading edge and five fur railing edge, are employed as design variables. The elliptic equation method is adopted for the interior grid modification during the design process. Interior grid sensitivities are neglected for efficiency. Also tested is the validity of the approximate gradient evaluation method for the present design problem and found that it is applicable for loading edge flap design in cases of no shock waves on the wing surface. The BFGS method is used to minimize the drag with constraints on the lift and upper surface Mach numbers. Two design examples are conducted; one is leading edge flap design, and the other is simultaneous design of leading edge and trailing edge flaps. The latter gave a smaller drag than the former by about two counts.

In this paper an error analysis of 3-dimensional GNSS attitude determination system is given. The attitude error covariance matrix is derived and analyzed. It implies that attitude errors are affected by the baseline length and configuration, the satellites numbers and geometry, receiver measurement noises and the nominal attitude of the vehicle. By defining Euler Angle Dilution Of Precision (EADOP) which is analogous to GDOP, roll, pitch and yaw errors can be efficiently analyzed. However the expression of the attitude error is too complex to get some intuitions. Therefore with a commonly adopted assumption, new expressions for attitude error are derived. The formulas are easy to compute and represent the attitude error as a function of the nominal attitude of a vehicle, the baseline configuration and the receiver noise. Using the formula, the accuracy of the attitude can be analytically predicted without the computer simulations. Applications to some widely used configurations reveal the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Stress analysis of axi-symetric body with non-symetric loading and non-symetric given displacements is investigated in this paper using the finite element method. As the non-symetric load and non-symetric given displacements of axi-symetric body are generally periodic functions of angle .theta., the nodal forces and nodal displacements can be expanded in cosine and sine series, that is, Fourier series. Furthermore, using Euler's formula, the cosine and sine series can be converted into exponential series and it is prooved that the related calculus become more clear. Substituting the nodal displacements expanded in Fourier series into the strain components of cylindrical coordinates system, the element strains are expressed in series form and by the principal of virtual work, the element stiffness martix and element load vector are obtained for each order. It is also showed that if the non-symetric loads are even or odd functions of angle ${\theta}$ the stiffness matrix and load vector of the system are composed with only real numbers and relatively small capacity fo computer memory is enough for calculation.
When a shock wave arrives at an open end of tube, an impulse wave is discharged from the tube exit and complicated flow is formed near tube exit. The flow field is influenced by the cross-sectional geometry of tube exit, such as circular, square, rectangular, trapezoid and etc. In the current study, three-dimensional propagation characteristics of impulse wave discharged from the tube exit with non-circular cross section are numerically investigated using a CFD method. Total variation diminishing (TVD) scheme is used to solve the three-dimensional, unsteady, compressible Euler equations. Computations are performed for the Mach numbers of the incident shock wave $M_{s}$ below 1.5. The results obtained show that the peak pressure of the impulse wave and propagation directivity depends on the cross-sectional geometry of tube exit and the Mach number of incident shock wave.
