  • One can construct a theory of probability of fractional order in which the exponential function is replaced by the Mittag-Leffler function. In this framework, it seems of interest to generalize some useful classical mathematical tools, so that they are more suitable in fractional calculus. After a short background on fractional calculus based on modified Riemann Liouville derivative, one summarizes some definitions on probability density of fractional order (for the motive), and then one introduces successively fractional Euler's integrals (first and second kind) and fractional Hermite polynomials. Some properties of the Gaussian density of fractional order are exhibited. The fractional probability so introduced exhibits some relations with quantum probability.

  • Recently, Jianxin Liu, Hao Pan and Yong Zhang in [On the integral of the product of the Appell polynomials, Integral Transforms Spec. Funct. 25 (2014), no. 9, 680-685] established an explicit formula for the integral of the product of several Appell polynomials. Their work generalizes all the known results by previous authors on the integral of the product of Bernoulli and Euler polynomials. In this note, by using a special case of their formula for Euler polynomials, we shall provide several reciprocity relations between the special values of Tornheim's multiple series.

  • Motivated essentially by their potential for applications in a wide range of mathematical and physical problems, the log-sine and log-cosine integrals have been evaluated, in the existing literature on the subject, in many different ways. Very recently, Choi [6] presented explicit evaluations of some families of log-sine and log-cosine integrals by making use of the familiar Beta function. In the present sequel to the investigation [6], we evaluate the log-sine and log-cosine integrals involved in more complicated integrands than those in [6], by also using the Beta function.

  • The hypergeometric series of four variables are introduced and studied by Bin-Saad and Younis recently. In this line, we derive several fractional derivative formulas, integral representations and operational formulas for new quadruple hypergeometric series.

  • Exton introduced 20 distinct triple hypergeometric functions whose names are Xi (i = 1,$\ldots$, 20) to investigate their twenty Laplace integral representations whose kernels include the confluent hypergeometric functions $_0F_1$, $_1F_1$, a Humbert function $\Psi_2$, a Humbert function $\Phi_2$. The object of this paper is to present 25 (presumably new) integral representations of Euler types for the Exton hypergeometric function $X_5$ among his twenty $X_i$ (i = 1,$\ldots$, 20), whose kernels include the Exton function X5 itself, the Exton function $X_6$, the Horn's functions $H_3$ and $H_4$, and the hypergeometric function F = $_2F_1$.

  • Exton [Hypergeometric functions of three variables, J. Indian Acad. The object of this paper is to present 16 (presumably new) integral representations of Euler type for the Exton hypergeometric function $X_2$ among his twenty $X_i$ (i = 1, ..., 20), whose kernels include the Exton function $X_2$ itself, the Appell function $F_4$, and the Lauricella function $F_C$.

The object of this paper is to present 18 new integral representations of Euler type for the Exton hypergeometric function $X_8$, whose kernels include the Exton functions ($X_2$, $X_8$) itself, the Horn's function $H_4$, the Gauss hypergeometric function $F$, and Lauricella hypergeometric function $F_C$. We also provide a system of partial differential equations satisfied by $X_8$.

  • Generalizing the Burchnall-Chaundy operator method, the authors are aiming at presenting certain decomposition formulas for the chosen six Exton functions expressed in terms of Appell's functions $F_3$ and $F_4$, Horn's functions $H_3$ and $H_4$, and Gauss's hypergeometric function F. We also give some integral representations for the Exton functions $X_i$ (i = 6, 8, 14) each of whose kernels contains the Horn's function $H_4$.

  • Ever since Euler solved the so-called Basler problem of ${\zeta}(2)=\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}1/n^2$, numerous evaluations of ${\zeta}(2n)$ ($n{\in}\mathbb{N}$) as well as ${\zeta}(2)$ have been presented. Very recently, Ritelli [61] used a double integral to evaluate ${\zeta}(2)$. Modifying mainly Ritelli's double integral, here, we aim at evaluating certain interesting alternating series.

  • This paper deals with a new extension of the generalized Bessel-Maitland function (EGBMF) associated with the beta function. We evaluated integral representations, recurrence relation and integral transforms such as Mellin transform, Laplace transform, Euler transform, K-transform and Whittaker transform. Furthermore, the Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals are also discussed.
