근대5종 경기는 기구 없이 하는 운동과 기구를 사용하는 운동 그리고 동물과 함께하는 운동은 물론 사람과 사람이 경쟁하는 운동뿐만 아니라 정적운동과 동적운동을 포함하는 운동 종목이다. 근대5종 경기 선수들의 윤리적인 문제는 열악한 환경과 경제적 이유와도 관계가 있으며 운동선수의 윤리인식과 태도, 그리고 정신은 스포츠 선수의 심적 환경에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현대 스포츠에서 중요한 문제로 다르고 있는 윤리적인 문제들의 개선 방향을 검토하고자 질적 연구방법을 적용하여 근대5종 경기의 스포츠 정신과 윤리성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 스포츠에서 보상주의는 경기력 향상이나 기록 갱신의 원인이 되기도 하지만 때로는 왜곡된 선수상의 형성 원인이 되기도 한다. 에어도핑은 선수의 건강이나 공정성의 논란과 함께 스포츠선수의 정신적 육체적 손상과 폐해를 야기할 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 안고 있다. 금지약물을 복용하는 선수나 이를 방치하거나 종용하는 지도자나 감독자의 책임과 윤리문제는 매우 중요한 사안으로 다루어지고 취급되어야한다. 스포츠 현장에서 선수나 감독 지도자의 경기실적에 종속된 보수체계가 선수나 지도자의 생계와 연관이 있기 때문에 공정하고 정의로운 경기진행을 위해 성과에만 매달리는 선수육성에서 탈피하여 이념과 논리에서 합리적으로 인식되는 윤리성회복을 강조함으로써 비윤리성문제가 극복되어야 할 것이다.

Ethical sensitivity is a basic competency required for nursing students to work as professionals who will care patients in the clinical field after graduation. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the knowledge on ethical sensitivity in undergraduate education. This study aimed to identify the demographic characteristics that influence ethical sensitivity among nursing students. This study was a secondary analysis that referred to a previous work measuring ethical sensitivity in nursing students. The participants were 128 nursing students, who had experienced clinical practicums. Among the participants, those who were third-year (t=2.345, 95% CI=[1.24, 14.64], p=0.021), female (t=2.635, 95% CI=[3.65, 25.69], p=0.009) and were satisfaction with major (t=-2.389, 95% CI=[-16.54, -1.50], p=0.019) consistently reported significantly higher mean scores on ethical sensitivity. The explanatory power of the model was 13.3%. Gender (Exp (B)=0.875, 95% CI=[0.804, 0.952], p=0.002) and year at universtiy were the strongest predictors of ethical sensitivity (Exp (B)=0.921, 95% CI=[0.873, 0.971], p=0.002). Based on the results, an appropriate ethics education that considers the following issues should be provided for undergraduate nursing students: both genders' perspectives, seniors' further development, and students experiencing low satisfaction with their major. Future nursing education should consider these individual demographic characteristics to develop nursing students' ethical sensitivity that will further affect their ethical behavior and ultimately improve the quality of nursing.

본 연구는 5G 신기술에 가장 민감한 세대의 윤리 행태를 권장하는 일환으로 미래 정보전문가를 희망하는 주체를 위한 윤리 리터러시(Ethics-Literacy) 교육과정모형 개발을 목적으로 한다. 연구 범위의 핵심 주제인 5G 특성, 리터러시, 윤리 쟁점, 6C 역량기반 교육, 이용자 경험 등을 주제어로 최근 5년 이내(2022-2017) 출간된 국내외 학술 연구자료를 조사하고 내용분석으로 최종 86편을 연구대상으로 선정하여 문헌 연구가 진행되었다. 분석 결과가 제시하는 것은 첫째, 기존의 리터러시는 5G 환경에 대응된 네 영역으로 구분될 수 있고 둘째, 분석된 윤리 쟁점은 모든 리터러시 영역에서 보이는 공통 쟁점과 각 리터러시 영역별 특수 쟁점으로 비교 구분되었다. 분석된 결과와 4차 산업혁명 교육방식으로 제시된 6C 역량기반 교육을 바탕으로 대학 차원의 5G 정보환경 정보전문가를 위한 윤리 리터러시 교육과정모형을 개발하여 제시하였다.

The conduct of research in the area of child abuse and neglect is one of the most difficult tasks in social science research. One requirement for maltreatment research is knowledge of the type and amount of exposure to child abuse or neglect. This paper addressed methodological and ethical consideration that are especially pertinent to research about child maltreatment. Issues of the subject recruitment, informed consent, confidentiality, and reporting that arises in the course of carrying out such research were discussed. Additional work is needed to implement definitional, legal, and ethical guidelines for hose who study child abuse to help clarify some of the complexity inherent in work in this field.

최첨단 AI 시스템은 방대한 데이터 수집에서 알고리즘 편향에 이르기까지 많은 윤리적 문제를 드러내고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 연합학습과 블록체인을 결합하여, 더 윤리적인 AI 아키텍처를 제안하였다. AI의 윤리성에 관한 중요한 문제들을 논의하고, 문헌조사를 통하여 윤리적 AI 시스템에 대한 요구사항을 연구하고 도출한다. 제안한 아키텍처의 요구사항 만족을 분석하였다. 제안한 AI 구조를 디자인에 채택함으로써 AI 서비스를 보다 윤리적으로 수행할 수 있다.

The purposes of this study were to develop science education programs for changing students' science research ethical views, and to investigate the types and features of their views, and to examine their changes overtime. The subject of this study was one 6th grade class(41 students) at an elementary school located in Seoul. The scientific research ethical education programs developed in the study was applied through 8 lessons over 4 weeks. The results of this study show that 3 types of science research ethical views were appeared in elementary students participated in this study: 'human technology centered views', 'value ecology centered views' and the mixed views. The numbers of students, who changed their views from type I or type II to type III, were significantly increased. Students with type III appeared to actively involve in classroom activities aligned with science research ethical issues. The results imply that intended science ethical education program can affect students' ethical views on science. It is also important to aware that teacher's effective assistance and help contribute to students' meaningful changes on their traditional scientific ethical views. Educational implications on science education are discussed.

Purpose: This research article aim is to critically examine the ethical principles that govern research publication in social sciences and to identify and analyze the everyday ethical challenges social science researchers face during the publication process. Also, the research explores the factors contributing to ethical violations in social science research publication. Research design, data, and methodology: The present research has conducted comprehensive literature analysis and the authors of this research has figured out total 24 significant prior studies in the current literature dataset for the literature review and finding section. The procedure of data obtaining included the elimination process to screen dissertation papers, conference papers, and internet sources. Results: Previous The sociologies, given their emphasis on the human way of behaving and interactions, demand heightened ethical considerations due to the potential impact of research findings on individuals and society. Therefore, understanding and upholding ethical standards are essential for researchers at all career stages. Conclusions: In order to retain the integrity, legitimacy, and societal influence of research findings, ethical issues are crucial and the necessity for flexible and comprehensive ethical frameworks is highlighted by the rapid evolution of research methodology, digital platforms, and interdisciplinary collaborations, adding new dimensions of ethical complexity.

This study is to examine how big data collects user's information and is used; the status quo of exposures of user's information, and various measures of self-control by the user. This study is also to look their ethical issues and discuss problems of privacy concerning big data. As a way for users to self-control their information, they need to check the log-in state of web portal sites and set up their account so that customized advertisement and location information cannot be tracked. When posting a blog, the value of posting should be controlled. When becoming a member of a web site, users must check the access terms before agreement and beware of chained agreements and/or membership joins in order to control the exposure of their personal information. To prevent information abuse through big data through which user's information is collected and analyzed, all users must have the right to control, block or allow personal information. For an individual to have the right to control over his information, users must understand the concept of user's information and practice ethics accompanied by newly given roles in the Internet space, which will lead to the establishment of the sound and mature information society on the Internet.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the implications of aviation tourism by considering practical and ethical issues in order to achieve academic goals for research ethics. Through this, we intend to derive the direction of research ethics in aviation tourism in the future. Research Design, data and methodology: This study examined ethical issues to examine the current status of research ethics in consideration of the goals of aviation tourism and to analyze and explore the status of research ethics, including various research results and researchers. Results: Aviation tourism is focused on the autonomy of research without strict sanctions. There was a perception that there was no monitoring or control of research ethics, and related scholars did not need to discuss research ethics because the establishment of an academic system was a priority. However, it is now responsible for complying with research ethics limited to integrity and leading research ethics education in domestic aviation tourism. Conclusions: Research ethics problems that may arise in aviation tourism research were explored and issues and tasks were derived. Aviation tourism needs to develop into a more responsible research culture, such as redefining research ethics regulations, changing research culture, and raising researchers' ethical awareness

Purpose: Adequate public input and participation in environmental health research must be provided to ensure accurate results from studies involving human exposure to potentially hazardous substances. By addressing these ethical issues associated with environmental health research, this study can help reduce risks for individuals participating in studies and whole communities affected by their impactful findings. Research design, data and methodology: The current research should have followed the rule of qualitative textual research, searching and exploring the adequate prior resources such as books and peer-reviewed journal articles so that the current author could screen proper previous works which are acceptable for the content analysis. Results: The current research has figured out four ethical issues to improve environmental health study as follows: (1) Lack of Guidance for Collecting and Utilizing Data Ethically, (2) Insufficient Consideration Is Given to Vulnerable Populations When Conducting Studies, (3) Unclear Standards Exist for Protecting the Privacy Of Participant's Personal Information, and (4) Conducting Socially and Religiously Acceptable Research in Various Communities. Conclusions: This research concludes that future researchers should consider implementing anonymization techniques where possible so that findings are still accessible, but the risk posed by disclosing identifying information remains minimized during the analysis/publication stages.
