공동주택 주민복지시설의 활성화를 위한 사전 타당성 평가요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Pre-Feasibility Evaluation Factors of Activation for Welfare Facilities for the Residents in Apartment Building)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택 내에 설치되는 주민복지시설의 활성화를 위해 사전 타당성 평가 모델 구성을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 D신도시에 위치한 공동주택 단지 5곳을 사례대상으로 선정한 후 주민복지시설의 현황을 조사하였다. 그리고 타당성 평가 항목 조사를 위해 선정된 사례대상 공동주택 5곳의 거주자 및 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 기획단계, 설계단계, 운영단계로 구분하여 타당성 평가 항목을 도출하였다. 기획단계, 설계단계, 운영단계에 대한 타당성 평가 항목 도출 결과를 바탕으로 AHP기법을 활용하여 평가 항목에 대한 중요도를 분석하였다. 중요도 분석 결과 값의 검증을 위해 관련 전문가의 설문을 통해 중요도 분석 결과 값을 비교하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 도출된 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 공동주택 단지 내 주민복지시설의 활성화를 위한 사전 타당성 평가 항목의 중요도 분석 결과 기획단계(P-1)의 경우 이용시설구성, 사용자조사, 시설배치 항목이 가장 높게 분석되었으며, 설계단계(P-2)의 경우 실별 평면배치, 동선계획, 교구비품 항목이 가장 높게 분석되었다. 그리고 운영단계(P-3)의 경우 운영비, 운영일정, 이용시설검토 항목이 가장 높게 분석되었다.

  • The purpose of Reliability Centered Maintenance(Hereafter, RCM) is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance by applying the improvement plan after analysis of existing preventive maintenance. To accomplish this, it is required to collect the failure data for equipments during operation, and to carry out the quantitative criticality analysis for each equipment. This paper shows that the case study of RCM criticality analysis based on the accumulative failure data and following improvement activity for KORAIL AIRPORT RAILROAD's E&M system.

  • In the more and more continues traffic difficulty which comes to be serious it is for solve, in order to like this used plan for new town light train automatic fare collection system, the city development which is balance and the passenger whom it uses, in consequence of the fact that recently believer instruction, the automatic fare collection system the reverse which is convenient is used in the scripture season which is embossed with means it introduces it operates and a manpower with the scientific service control which leads the electric computer anger of passenger service improvement and accounting and statistical business it reduces, the use is convenient and the possibility facility of operating efficiently in rational plan in order to be, description below for the service automation equipment where the efficiency improves it is. Service automation equipment uses a scripture season to be the first boundary gate of the passenger, there must be a place where it uses a service automation facility and in order to be convenient, it considers the moving area and a wait of the reverse station passenger moving area and the space where, must secure the automatic fare collection system which it follows in automation of facility and the service operation of the reverse station which is ticket sale, the collection of tickets back the passenger is convenient and in order it will be able to use, must do and must consider, must arrange the efficient characteristic of the maintenance civil official services.

사례분석과 현장인터뷰를 통한 적층형 대형창고 소방활동 개선방안 연구 (A Improvement Plan for Fire Fighting Activity of Rack- Type Warehouse Based on Case Study and Field Interview)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 적층형 창고건물의 소방대응력 강화를 위한 제도적 개선방안을 제시함을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법:경기도 소재 창고 화재사례 및 설계사례를 분석하고 11명의 현장대응 소방전문가 집단인터뷰를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 초기소화용 이동식 장비마련, 3면 이상 접근성확보, 내부진입창 설치, 옥외소화설비의 적정배치, 현장정보의 이미지처리, 현장지휘관 인센티브 강화 등을 통한 소방활동 개선방안이 필요하다. 결론: 창고의 규모별 구조별 화재특성 및 위험요인을 고려하여 출동단계 및 현장대응단계별로 효율적인 표준작전절차 및 안전기준을 수립 적용되어야 한다.

  • Purpose - This thesis is to develop a management plan and checklist by analyzing the prevention of accidents in advance by presenting the management plan for the major causes of railway accidents. Research design, data and methodology - In recent 5 years, we have analyzed the cases of railway accident, presented the management plan for the accident, and made a practical safety checklist focusing on the main measures according to the management plan. Results - The analysis of the cases of near-railway accidents suggests more concrete and practical safety management measures because the similar accidents are continuously occurring due to formal safety management. Conclusions - It is more valuable to apply to the adjacent construction of the railway line by creating a detailed checklist based on cases rather than the existing checklist. This study is written only as a human factor. For future real - time safety management, it is necessary to study more precisely cause analysis and safety equipment as a big data - based safety control system for more systematic safety management.

다항함수를 이용한 건물의 연간부하 예측 방법에 관한 연구 (Study on the Annual Building Load Predicting Method using a Polynomial Function)

  • In order to use and manage the building energy efficiently, it is necessary to minimize building energy consumptions, and establish operation plans of various equipment. The maximum heating and cooling load calculation is an essential way in various equipment selections, and the annual building load calculation is used in forecasting & evaluating the LCC required for operation plan. In this study, noting that the annual building load changes depending on outside temperature around year, we propose a predicting method of annual building load. By using the $4^{th}$ polynomial function that have two double radix and a feature the $f(x)=a^4$ in x = 0 condition, we can calculate annual building load very easily only with the two result (maximum heating and cooling load) and a minimum parameters.

  • This study deals with the procedure of safety improvement, productivity increase ,and tact-time reduction through setting up the system about preventive maintenance. Actually, it is hard to establish and carry out preventive maintenance, even though we recognize the importance of the system concerning time, cost, labor, and so forth. In this study in the viewpoint of cost we are for achieving maximum efficiency by change and reduction of planning process adapted to the special work group. At first we briefly will mention the kind ,the necessity ,and the concept of preventive maintenance ,and then divide the equipment used in the assembly line into the two whether it is necessary or not by way of estimating the breakdown loss ,comparing with general establishment of preventive maintenance and modifying it to the case. At the second step we will establish the operation system of plan management related to production and quality in the special case. Check period and category will be set by dividing the assembly equipment into LCL and Focus in the third step. The forth step will contain the operation procedure in detail. And then we must make check and repair record periodically. Finally, on the basis of the record the selection of checking of significance will be conducted. This results in safety improvement, tact time reduction, and productivity improvement.

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 NATM공법 지하철 터널에 적용하여 적절한 장비조합과 작업 시간을 산출할 수 있는 모델을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 굴착하는 터널길이 즉, 증가되는 갱내 운반거리를 모델에 반영함으로써 현실에 가까운 모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구축된 모델은 지하철 터널공사의 제한 조건을 고려한 합리적인 의사결정도구로 사용하고자 하며, 터널공사 중 장비운용계획에 의한 작업 효율성에 가장 영향이 크다고 판단되는 버력처리 공정을 중심으로 시뮬레이션 기법 적용의 효과를 분석한다. 시뮬레이션 적용에 의한 효과 분석은 기존 관행에 의해 수립된 공사계획의 문제점을 알아보고, 굴착에 따른 갱내 운반거리와 투입되는 덤프트럭의 수의 변화를 통해 작업시간과 장비의 효율을 알아보았다.
