친환경농업 실천농가의 경영능력 진단 (Diagnosis of Managerial Ability of Farmers Practicing Environmental Friendly Agriculture)

  • This study diagnosed the managerial ability of farmers in the Gokseong area and the Gwangyang area, and analysis was conducted especially placing focus on the difference in managerial ability on whether environmental friendly agriculture has been implemented or not. According to the analysis results, the average score of all the farmers was 63.9 out of the full score of 100 which can be seen to be a medium to high standard. Also, in the diagnosis results according to whether environmental friendly agriculture has been implemented or not, the ability scores of farmers practicing environmental friendly agriculture were higher than those who were not, but large differences between the item scores for information ability and cooperative ability were shown. This is connoting a very important meaning in terms of the point that correspondence is being made to the conditions required to possess market response capabilities to the high information systemization society to unfold in the future. As a result, the important issue can be seen to be personnel cultivation in order to possess self response capabilities through the development of education programs that can improve this kind of managerial ability and revision of support systems.

  • The main purpose of this study is to define the characteristics of emvironmental-friendly design which is found on in the planning of apartment housing complex. For this purpose, the subject of analysis were focused on the plans which had been authenticated an apartment housing complex development of Green Buildings. In conclusion, the characteristics of environmental-friendly design in the of apartment housing complex which are analysed through this study can be summarized as follows: It is shown that most plans hardly used the designs items such as 'preserving geographical feature' , 'use of substitutive sources' while the application ratio of 'making streamlets' , 'artificials afforestations' , 'making pedestrain road and bicycle road' is highest. this analysis means many planners and designers depends on only a few design elements when they plan apartment housing complex. it is because they don't have a correct understanding of environmental-friendly development.

  • Environmental problems were related to human life from second industrial revolution. Recently, peoples are interested in solving global warming problem and improving air quality. Therefore, we request for eco-friendly vehicles such as fuel cell electric vehicles using eco-friendly hydrogen energy. In order to reduce particulate matter in Korea, we have established a plan to promote the deployment of eco-friendly vehicles. In this paper, we analyzed the average monthly charging status and hydrogen consumption by introducing fuel cell bus.

  • This Study, as a Eco-Friendly Design Process of Office for sustainable design, aims to develop a sustainable design process by letting the designers easily approach the concept of Eco-Friendly Design Process and applying this to Eco-Friendly Design Process when the designers perform design. Through a review on simulation, a research was made on the seriousness of environmental problems and control that was caused by design, Environmentally friendly design, sustainability, and sustainable design's background and definition were studied. In order to develop a Eco-Friendly Design Process, an existing review from Building Energy Simulation that proposed about energy environmentally friendly design element and sustainable design element's semantic similarities were restructured as sustainable design element comparative analysis. Restructured sustainable design elements and the relationship between sustainable design elements and the relationship of each product developmental process levels were analyzed. Finally, through clustering, sustainable design guideline were developed. This Eco-Friendly Design Process is expected to be applied to as one of the methods in solving the global environmental issues in design practice.

  • Analysis of Customer Characteristics on Environment-Friendly Clothing Products The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the environment-friendly customers in Korean fashion market. The study is analyzed through questionary paper to the domestic female group of more than or equal to age of twenty living in Seoul. The collected questionary paper is analyzed with SPSS/PC/sub +/ program and the method of statistical analysis used for this study is frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, and crosstab analysis. The result of analysis of the characteristics of the environment -friendly customers involves the following: Firstly, there were no significant difference in the demographic characteristics between the environment-friendly customer group and non-environment-friendly customers group. Secondly, environment-friendly customers had more environmental programs, had seen and heard more environmental program through current news from TV, newspapers, and magazines, and had more interest in recycling or separated collecting of garbage, and been doing better recycling or separated collecting. These serial processes of research, have the meaning in confirming that segmented market for environment-friendly customers exists in the domestic fashion market, and these will not only set up the basis of research on the market of environment-friendly fashion product but also be able to contribute to propose future direction of research.

어메니티에 기초한 친환경농업 경작지의 경관특성요소 분석 (An Analysis of the Landscape Character in Environment Friendly Cultivated Land Based on Rural Amenity)

  • This research is focused on not only cultivated land as an important factor which represented the agricultural district, but also details of the research in the landscape of cultivated land. Moreover, we also focused on the cultivated land operating environmental friendly agriculture which took a lot of interest among the landscape of the cultivated land. The reason is, we judged environmental friendly agriculture is not only the simple purpose only for manufacturing food but also the key role for preserving their environment and landscape, and making sustainable agriculture. For this reason, our research treats the analysis that operating environmental friendly landscape has what kinds of different factors in landscape characteristic compare with other general agricultural methods. Plus we selected evaluating both the degree of citizen's presence and the degree of rural residents's importance in those factors as a mainly research matter. We drew out the landscape of cultivated land and concerning factors by analyzing policies(ESA, CSS, CTE, MFSP, ACL, etc) concerned with overseas agricultural landscape to deduct landscape Character factors in internal cultivated land. Based on eleven items of landscape factors in cultivated land deducted by documents research, we started to conduct field studies during MAY. 7th. 2004 $\sim$ JUL. 8th, DEC. 1th $\sim$ 3th reaching 32 villages and concerned institutes to deduct the factors in landscape characteristic in agricultural cultivated land in detail. We analyzed degrees of importance and preference in citizen and rural residents classified by 5 province of the whole country to evaluate the landscape Character factors in environmental friendly agriculture deducted by field research and 21 documents including extra items such as a scene of duck grazing by the duck techniques which is very popular way among internal environmental friendly agriculture, gardening space composed around farm and furrow on slope ground formed by unique topology in hilly country. The research period was progressed for 20 days from MAY. 28th. 2005 $\sim$ JUN. 17th. This research is the result that cultivated land landscape as a detail item holding agricultural environment especially, it is also meaningful result in environmental friendly agriculture as a basic research, because it is not only a value of simple food producing but also very effective role in both landscape and environmental parts.

조리사의 환경의식과 친환경태도가 식품안전추구행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cook's Environmental Awareness and Eco-friendly Attitude on Food Safety Pursuit Behavior)

  • Rapid economic growth brought material affluence and convenience, but it also has caused a negative issue, such as environmental damage. Therefore, this research holds the purpose of grasping structural influencing relationship of environmental awareness of cook, which is taking an important role in food safety among workers in hotel restaurants with eco-friendly attitude and food safety pursuit behavior. To achieve the purpose, collected materials were tested for the fidelity, organic causation and control effect, using Structural Equation Modeling for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, credibility analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS (V23.0) and AMOS (V21.0) programs. Environmental awareness of hotel cook has causation with eco-friendly attitude, and the attitude has meaningful causation with food safety pursuit behavior. That is, it proved that cooks are taking care of their job carefully from the pre-cooking stage while most of people ignore the storing stage. The result shows not only hotel's own training session, cook's level of consciousness on the food safety and they are working with high sense of responsibility. The limitation of this research is that it only conducted with cooks of deluxe hotels in Busan, and it could not include various variables about environmental awareness. Therefore, it is expected that the lacking contents to be dealt by a follow-up study.

  • An environmental problem is the greatest barrier to pursuit of mankinds existence and development. The major traits of this problem are totality and complexity, therefore the finding of environmental problem's solutions is very difficult. The eco-friendly development that pursuing the ecological principles is the direction of environmental problem's solutions. Environmentally sound and sustainable development, deep ecological thought or environmentalism, the following of god's creation order and the old oriental thought are patterns and principles of eco-friendly development. Every creature has one ecological niche from the ecological principles of adoption, competition, evolution, variety, circulation, harmony and equilibrium. Ecological niche means that every creature has ecological status and duty. Therefore finding the mankinds ecological niche is important because it is desirable directions for eco-friendly development to solve environmental problems.

가공유제의 인체피해와 친환경 가공 (A Health Hazard and Environmental friendly Machining of Machining Fluids)

  • To decrease environmental damage, the development of environmental friendly fluids provides attractive alternative to the conventional fluids. In this study, the effects of harmful ingredients (Cl, S) contained in the fluids that used in grinding and cutting processes to influence on the nasal cavities of the white rats were measured indirectly. Also, the level of the environmental influence in workshops was graded through analyzing the concentration and chemical ingredients of flying-dust, which generated from the friction and combustion in the cutting process, that for analyzing how harmful the influence of particles to workers then it could be used as the basic data for improving the environment. To improve the conventional machining fluid, which can be harmful on worker's bodies and the environment, the environmental friendly machining method was suggested through analyzing each lubrication properties of vegetable fluid and used-edible oil as alternative fluid. As a result, it was known that an emulsion type fluid might be the main cause leading to some respiratory ailments. Also this paper presents the possibility to use vegetable fluid and used-edible oil as the alternative of cutting fluids.

환경친화적 행동과 실천 장벽에 관한 학생과 교사의 인식 비교 (A Comparative Study on Awareness of Environment Friendly Behavior and Barriers to Implementing the Actions between Students and Environment Teachers)

  • This study was motivated to understand ways in which actors (students) perceived internal and external conditions of actions in determining responsibility of so-called environment friendly actions. To understand hidden reasons by which students conduct specific environmental actions more or less frequently may be more important and meaningful for environment teachers than to measure and know the frequency that their students do such actions. This study has been implemented by applying questionnaire survey to 752 ruddle school and high school students and 211 environment teachers. To test the hypothesis of this study that there would be significant differences in awareness of environment friendly actions and barriers to implementing those actions between students and environment teachers, frequency analysis and f-test have been conducted. Primary results of this study can be summarized as follows; It has been found that there were a number of evidences showing significant differences in awareness of environment friendly behavior between students and teachers. In term of action frequency, significant differences have been observed in 11 of the listed 20 actions. Similar resulted have been found in terms of perceived difficult, perceived effectiveness, and perceived guilty. These results seem to support an argument that the current list-making and checklist style of connecting students to so-called environment friendly actions need to be reviewed in a critical manner.
