양육신념, 부모협력 및 가정학습환경과 유아의 학교준비도 (Parental Beliefs, Parental Involvement, the Home Learning Environment and Children's School Readiness)

  • This study investigated the effects of three factors-mothers' parenting beliefs; child care-home involvement; and the home learning environment - on the school readiness of 3- to 5-year-olds. The subjects were 366 children who were enrolled in child care centers located in Seoul and the Kyoungki area, and their mothers. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique was employed to test the pathways to children's school readiness as indicated by the child's abilities in vocabulary, math and reading. The results showed that mothers' stronger beliefs in their responsibilities in their children's academic and behavioral development predicted greater involvement in child care and better quality in the home learning environment. Likewise, the quality of the learning environment predicted the extent of the child's readiness for school. No direct relation was found between child care involvement and the child's school readiness. The results imply that multiple factors - parental, child-care-related, and home environmental- explain the extent to which the child is prepared to adjust to scholastic life.

작업환경측정제도 규제 순응 실태 (Regulatory Compliance for the Working Environment Measurement System in Korea)

  • The regulatory recognition, regulatory approval, and observance for employer, inspector, and worker groups were investigated for the Korean measurement system in working environments. The employer, worker, and inspector showed an agreement of 90~97 % for the measurement of working environments. This survey showed that the measurement system of working environments has been settled in Korea. However, this survey showed an agreement of 81~87 % for reporting the results of working environment, involvement of worker representative, improvement of working environment, and holding presentations for working environment measurement. The employer recognized well for the measurement of working environments, involvement of worker representative, improvement of working environment, and holding presentations for working environment measurement, but the employee did not recognize well them as much as the employer did. Thus, the improvements for the recognition for involvement of worker representative, improvement of working environment, and holding presentations for working environment measurement by the employee are needed.

  • There is increasing interest in the involvement of transcription factors, such as of the transcription factor NF-kB (nuclear factor-kB), in the pathogenesis of various diseases. 기업 사회공헌활동의 지역사회 참여수준에 따른 지역사회발전 효과성 분석 -지역주민을 중심으로- (A Study on the Effectiveness of the Corporate Social Contribution Activities in the Local Community: Focusing on the Local People)

  • 본 연구는 기업 사회공헌활동을 지역사회 참여수준에 따라 적극적 지역사회공헌활동과 소극적 지역사회공헌활동으로 분류하여, 지역사회 참여수준에 따른 기업 사회공헌활동의 지역사회발전 효과성을 지역주민을 중심으로 분석하였다. 국내기업의 사회공헌활동 우수사례를 지역사회 참여수준에 따라 정리하여 선정하였으며, 선정된 활동들을 대상으로 경제성, 안전성, 편리성, 쾌적성, 사회 문화성의 5개 요인을 조사하여 지역사회발전 효과성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역사회 참여수준이 높은 적극적인 지역사회공헌활동의 경우, 지역사회발전 효과성이 5개 지역사회발전 요인 모두에서 높게 나타났다. 따라서 기업 사회공헌활동의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 보다 적극적으로 지역사회와 소통하고 다양한 네트워크를 구축해나갈 필요가 있다. 이에 향후 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해 역할을 조정하고 유연하게 대응해줄 중간매개기관의 중요성이 높아질 것으로 판단된다.

TV 시청 동기가 식문화 프로그램 시청 선호도 및 시청의도에 미치는 영향 - 식문화 관여도의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Effects of Viewing Motivations on Viewing Preferences and Viewing Intentions of Television Food Programs)

  • The current study investigated the relative effects of viewing motivations on viewing preferences and viewing intentions of television food programs. Data collection was conducted by administering a survey to television food program viewers both on and offline. Viewing motivations were categorized as 'information' 'entertainment', 'pass-time', 'companionship', 'relaxation', and 'social interaction'. 'Information' and 'entertainment' proved to be the most important motivational factors affecting viewing preferences for television food programs. 'Information' and 'social interactions' were the strongest predictors of viewing intentions of television food programs. However, 'pass-time' had a negative influence on both viewing preferences and viewing intentions of television food programs. Furthermore, the results of study verified the moderating effects of food involvement in these relations.

보험심사간호사의 직무만족과 직장애착에 관한 연구 (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Medical Insurance Review Nurses)

  • This study purports to Investigate the determinant of job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of medical insurance review nurses working at Korean hospitals. The independent variables contain three groups of determinants: organizational characteristics variables(job autonomy, work unit control, role variety, role ambiguity, role conflict, workload, resource inadequacy, coworker support, supervisor support, distributive justice, promotional chances, job security, and job hazard), environmental variables(job opportunity, spouse support, and parent support), and psychological variables (met expectation, work involvement, positive affectivity, and negative affectivity). The sample used in this study consisted of 445 medical insurance review nurses from 89 hospitals nationwide. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows : 1) the following variables, listed in order of size, have significant effects on job satisfaction : role ambiguity(-), distributive justice(+), work involvement(+), role variety(+), met expectation(+), negative affectivity(-), job autonomy(+), and positive affectivity(+). 2) the following variables, listed in order of size, have significant effects on organizational commitment: met expectation(+), work involvement(.+), distributive justice(+), job security(+), role variety(+), positive affectivity(+), negative affectivity(-), resource inadequacy(+), and tenure(-). 3) the variance of job satisfaction and organizational commitment explained by the variables used in the study are 30.0% and 39.1% respectively. 4) In comparison to the results of other studies on the determinants of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of clinical nursing staff working at hospitals, the results of this study indicate that three variables of distributive justice, work involvement, and role variety are especially important for improving the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of medical insurance review nurses.
