도시재생사업의 평가요인 선정 및 적용 (Selection and Application of Evaluation Factors for Urban Regeneration Project)

  • 본 연구는 도시재생사업을 평가하기 위한 지표 선정 및 개선방안을 제시하기 위해 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 도시재생 관련 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사 및 분석을 수행하여 평가지표를 선정하였으며, 선정된 지표를 활용하여 도시재생사업이 시행 중인 원고개 마을의 주민의견을 수렴·분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 해당지역의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 도시재생 평가지표를 그 특성에 따라 '물리적 환경', '사회적 환경', '경제적 환경' 부문으로 구분하고, 1차 전문가 설문 및 MCB 분석을 통해 도시재생 평가요인을 선정하였다. 그 결과, '물리적 환경' 부문은 '교통 및 보행환경', '주거(주택) 환경', '안전 및 보안환경', '녹지 공간', '경관 개선', '공공 공간' 등 6개 요인이 선정되었으며, '사회적 환경' 부문은 '주민 참여', '공동체 활성화', '지자체 및 지원센터 역할', '주민 교육' 등 4개의 요인, '경제적 환경'부문은 '지역경제 활성화', '경제기반 환경조성', '일자리 창출' 등 3개의 평가요인이 선정되었다. 다음으로 선정된 평가요인을 2차 전문가 설문 및 AHP 분석을 수행하여 종합가중치를 도출하였다. 도시재생 평가요인 가운데 '주거(주택) 환경'이 0.108로 가장 높은 가중치 값을 가지며, 다음으로 '지역경제 활성화', '주민참여' 가 높은 값을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 도시재생 평가요인을 활용하여 원고개 마을의 주민의식을 분석한 결과, '주차환경', '노후주택 및 생활환경 정비', '마을 및 사회적 기업을 조성할 수 있는 환경조성', '상가 및 업무환경 개선', '기존 상권 유지 및 활성화', '가내수공업, 부업 등 소규모 지역경제 활성화' 등이 종합중요도는 높지만 만족도는 낮아 중점 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 원고개 마을의 도시재생사업을 개선하기 위해선 공가 및 폐가, 유휴지 등을 활용하여 공용주차장을 조성하거나, 마을 내 위치한 학교운동장을 주민들에게 개방하는 등의 주차환경 개선이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 협동조합과 연계하여 마을기업, 사회적 기업을 육성하고, 주민활동을 통해 생산된 제품을 주변시장에 판매하는 등의 경제적 활동을 장려시켜야 할 것으로 사료된다.

구조방정식(S.E.M.)을 이용한 보행량 영향요인분석 (Factor Analysis Influencing Pedestrian Volumes Based on Structural Equation Models)

  • 보행은 일상생활에서 행해지는 가장 기본적인 이동수단으로 보행에 대한 관심과 이를 활성화시키고자 하는 노력이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 보행량에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 하루 전체시간, 비첨두시간, 첨두시간으로 분류하여 시간대 별로 요인들이 보행량에 미치는 영향의 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 상업 업무요인, 접근성요인, 보행환경요인이 보행량을 증가시키는 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 주거요인은 보행량을 증가시키는데 기여하지 못한다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 비첨두시간에는 하루 전체시간보다 상업 업무요인의 가중치가 증가한 반면 주거요인, 접근성요인, 보행환경요인의 가중치는 상대적으로 감소하였다. 첨두시간의 경우 비첨두시간과는 달리 하루 전체시간보다 상업 업무요인의 가중치가 감소하였으며 나머지 세 요인의 가중치는 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

소비자의 전통시장에 대한 인식수준이 재 방문의도에 미치는 영향 연구 : 목포지역 소비자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Recognition Level of Traditional Market Users on Return Intention)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the variables that lead consumers to visit traditional markets and buy market goods. Thus, the current research examined the relationship between satisfaction and return intention as among the factors influencing loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted to examine the effects of the perceived level of factors on loyalty and how it influenced consumers' visits to traditional markets in 125 adult adolescents and women living in Mok-po area. The results of the questionnaire were obtained. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by SPSS. Results - In this study, consumers' perception level of eight loyalty factors can be perceived by the traditional Korean market. The empirical analysis is summarized as follows. First, by selecting five representative variables influencing intention to return to traditional markets, Mok-po area consumers were affected by the intention to revisit according to the intensity of recognition level among these variables. Second, the higher the perceived level of product price, quality of access (accessibility) among the factors that consumers perceive as important factors in visiting traditional markets were heightened. Third, Mokpo residents are aware of the main important factors of visiting the market such as receiving a friendly atmosphere (image) about traditional market, market environment (hygiene and cleanliness), connection with the local economy, and customer service such as kindness, refund and return. These loyalty factors did not affect consumers' intention to revisit. In other words, image, environment, regional economic linkage, and these factors did not have a positive effect on revisit intention. Conclusions - The empirical analysis of this study suggests that factors that directly affect loyalty among the key factors that play a major role in visiting traditional markets should be identified and developed as loyalty factors. It is necessary to identify the key factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of traditional market users, and operate a system that systematically and comprehensively manages and evaluates them. In order to do this, the government, the local governments, and related organizations should regularly conduct loyalty and satisfaction surveys on visa recognition levels and establish strategies for dramatic improvement measures.

농업부문 국가 고유 배출계수와 보정계수 개발에 따른 온실가스 배출량 변화 비교 (A Comparison of the Changes of Greenhouse Gas Emissions to the Develop Country-Specific Emission Factors and Scaling Factors in Agricultural Sector)

  • Greenhouse gases (GHGs) from agricultural sector were categorized in a guideline book from Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) as methane from rice paddy fields and nitrous oxide from agricultural soils. In general, GHG emissions were calculated by multiplying the activity data by emission factor. Tier 1 methodology uses IPCC default factors and Tier 2 uses country specific emission factors (CS). The CS and Scaling factors (SF) had been developed by NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Science) projects from 2009 to 2012 to estimate how the advanced emissions. The purpose of this study was to compare GHG emissions calculated from IPCC default factors and NAAS CS and SF of agricultural sector in Korea. Methane emissions using CS and SF in rice paddy field was about 79% higher than those using IPCC default factors. In the agricultural soils, nitrous oxide emissions using CS from the 5 crops were about 40% lower than those using IPCC default. Except those 5 crops, approximately up to 52% lower emissions were calculated using CS compared to those using IPCC default factors. The total GHG emissions using CS and SF were about 33% higher than those using Tier 1 method by IPCC default factors.

  • This summary of literature during the past year reviews published studies relating to risk factors for depressive disorders in children and adolescents. Risk factors include environmental toxins, socio-environmental, and genetic factors. As depression has a complex, multifactorial causal mechanism, it is likely that the accumulation and/ or interaction among multiple risk factors lead to depression. Findings related to the result of toxin exposure have been difficult to interpret given that risk factors tend to interact and that higher mental functions are not easily measurable. However, some findings have been consistent. Clinical research data has also shown that the risk for negative outcomes may be modified both by genetic and environmental factors through a gene environment interplay mechanism.

전사적 자원관리 시스템 구현의 성공요인: Markus의 단계별 성공요인에 관한 실증분석 (A Study of Success Factors Influencing Each Phase of ERP System Implementation)

  • The objective of this research project is empirically investigating factors influencing EPP system implementation based on the degree of volatility of business environment. The results show that computes with low volatility have successfully implement ERP system compared to companies with high volatility. This research project also identified success factors of each phased chartering phase, executive participation sound assessment of business condition, good understanding of ERP system and carefully constructed case are identified as success factors. During project expenditures, participation of various groups, technical resources, prefect and change management are found to be important for successful construction. Trained users, integration of systems, well-designed process and technical and human resource are found to be success factors during shakedown phase. Managers commitment technical infrastructure, system flexibility, and adequate resource for maintenance and renewing system are identified as success factors of onward and upward phase.

해양경제특구의 성공 요인 (A Study on Success Factors of Marine Special Economic Zone)

  • 최근 우리나라에서도 '해양경제특구'의 지정 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 해양은 새로운 자원 확보 및 국가적 역량제고에 무한한 가능성의 공간을 제공하며, 특히 중국, 일본 등 동북아 주변국의 국가 차원의 해양산업 발전전략을 강화하고 있으나 국내 항만정책은 그간 양적성장 위주로 추진되어와 발전한계에 봉착하고 있다. 따라서 국가적 차원의 해양산업 고도화 및 고부가가치 창출 전략 필요한 시점에 와 있으며, 이에 '해양경제특구'의 지정 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 그러나 '해양경제특구'의 지정이 중요한 것이 아니라 그 성공적인 개발을 통한 시너지 효과의 극대화가 중요한 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 '해양경제특구'를 지정하여 성공적으로 개발하기 위한 성공 요인분석을 하였다. '해양경제특구'의 성공적인 발전 요인 중 대분류 세 가지 요인에 대한 분석결과는 "주관적인 요인"이 4.11점, "산업환경적인 요인"이 3.89점, 그리고 "정부정책적인 요인"이 3.72점이었다. 세 가지 요인 중 주관적인 요인의 평균평점이 월등히 높아 결국 '해양경제특구'의 성공적인 발전을 위해서는 입주기업 스스로가 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장 능력을 확보하여 경쟁력을 갖추는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 하지만 산업환경적인 요인과 정부정책적인 요인의 평균평점은 각각 3.89점 및 3.72점을 기록하여 주관적인 요인보다는 적은 영향을 미치고 있다는 결론이다. 즉, 주관적인 요인의 평균평점이 월등히 높다는 것은, '해양경제특구'의 성공적인 발전을 위해서는 입주업체 스스로가 가장 우선적으로 (1) 집중화된 시장전략 및 친시장적인 능력을 확보하고, (2) 신속한 고객 욕구 충족 및 신뢰성을 확보하며, (3) 특구 내 해양산업 분야 간 연계발전 모델 정립을 통한 경쟁력 확보하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 의미한다.

Effects of CRM Success Factors on Job & Customer Performance in Banking Sectors: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Internal Member Satisfaction

  • Purpose - This study examined the effects of CRM success factors on business performance and customer performance, and the effects on job performance and customer performance through internal member satisfaction by considering of technology, organizational environment and customer relationship factors in CRM success factors from banking sectors. Research design, data, and methodology - An online questionnaire was conducted to 251 employees in banking sectors. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 21.0. CRM success factors, internal member satisfaction, job performance, and customer performance were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation analysis. The bootstrapping in structural equations was conducted to verify the mediating effect of internal member satisfaction. Results - Internal members' satisfaction had a positive effect on job and customer performance. It mediated the relationship between organizational environment, customer relationship factors and job performance. It also mediated the relationship between organizational environment and customer performance. Conclusions - If internal members' relationship with customers is improved by the members' satisfaction, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and work performance will be achieved. The stability and usability in CRM system support jobs effectively, but the internal members did not feel their job satisfaction. Thus, they did not show a positive effect on job and customer performance.

경로모형을 이용한 치과위생사의 이직의도 영향요인 (Influencing factors of turnover intention of dental hygienists using by the path analysis)

  • Objectives : The objective of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention in dental hygienists and to find the management of manpower by path analysis. Methods : The influencing factors included working environment, external factors, and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results : Older and married persons were satisfied with their jobs. Turnover intention was higher in the single and more experienced persons. Job satisfaction and working environment factors were closely related with each other. Conclusions : Job satisfaction and working environment factors were closely related with each other. In order to reduce turnover intention, it is very important to enhance the work performance and self-esteem toward job in the dental hygienists.

도심재생계획 평가요인 도출에 관한 연구 -광주광역시의 설문조사내용을 중심으로- (A Study on the Derivation of Valuation Factor in Urban Regeneration Plan -Focused on he Questionnaire of Gwangju Metropolitan City-)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive and adapt the Valuation Factor of urban regeneration scientifically and synthetically, which is the basis of developing a rational plan for urban revitalization. For this, we have selected 37 factors relating to urban regeneration as outlined in preceding studies and inquiry about importance of factors. we analysed he Valuation factors influencing he importance of urban revitalization through a questionnaire which was completed by inhabitants and expert groups in Gwangju Metropolitan City. From he results of he Factor analysis using SPSSWIN(VER.14.0), it was found that the factors which influence the importance of urban regeneration are Environment, Function, Resources and Policy Factors. Environment Factor comprises amenity, culture, beauty and convenience, The while the Function Factor comprises interchange, information, complexity and security. This classification has credibility because of the high factor loading through the Varimax Factor Analysis and is due to a high Cronbach's coefficient. There is a strong correlation between the classified factors through correlation analysis. Finally, through AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) 16.0 it was found that the upper classification is credible because main suitability index confirms recommending an admission standard.
