Nagoya Protocol designed to establish criteria about material trade of biological genetic resources(ABS) was adopted in the 10th conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity. In the course of the negotiation for adoption of the protocol, there was conflict between developed and developing countries, resource-rich and poor countries, and multinational corporations and environmentalists. This study investigates conflict process, subjects, issues and major factors in the negotiation case, and analyzes the negotiation by using the Conflict Management Process. To develope conflict management strategies for various conflict cases, we examine previous studies and analyze the intersectional conflict factors of this case and general cases, such as Fundamental side, Resource-allocation side, and Communication/Information-sharing side. These analyses of conflict prevention/resolution of the ABS negotiation show the importance of building mutual trust among stakeholders, enhancing mediator training, and constructing appropriate legislative/policy systems for successful conflict management.

This study examines the effects of CBDC(Central Bank Digital Currency) on the Korean economy in the digital currency era and discusses the response strategies for CBDC. With the review of the definition and the development status of digital currency, we explore the characteristics and current status of CBDC in Korea as well as the possibility for internationalization of CBDC. The result shows that CBDC can reduce credit risk, improve transaction transparency compared to cash, and increases monetary policy capacity. Meanwhile, the credit and intermediary function of financial institutions may be weakened, and side effects such as financial alienation may occur. Nevertheless, as the issuance of CBDC is an important opportunity to enhance the possibility of internationalization of Korean Won, preemptive measures are required to keep pace with the competition and cooperation with each country toward the digital key currency. We need to accelerate the digital financial environment through Korea's comparative advantage, and develop a strategy to achieve the internationalization of the financial industry and the Korean Won through CBDC issuance. From the early stage of CBDC designing, it is necessary to achieve international agreements through cooperation with other central banks and to develop policies suitable for the transition to digital currency.

This study was to highlight the importance of elements of flower fair to organizer who organize flower fair in local community, to increase of participancy in flower fair exhibition with informing experience element and finally to increase incomes of flower farmhouse. To investigate degrees of interest of visitors on experience marketing of exhibition factors in flower fair, survey was conducted for 278 target audiences and data was analyzed to find the effect of experience marketing of exhibition factors in flower fair on the interest of purchasing. To population statistics, female took majority, 61.9% in sex, twenties, 34.5% in ages, married, 50.7% in marriage and students, 36.7% in job. University graduation occupied 58.3% in education, one million something, 48.6% in average income, seoul showed 38.1% in resident cities and 1st time visit was 79.9% in flower fair visit. For statistical categories, technology statistics analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. To check validity, factor analysis was conducted, and to see interrelationship of factors, using regression analysis, fluence among factors was analyzed. Results showed that exhibition environment of flower fair was effected by cultural elements, exhibition quality and exhibition service were effected by event and cultural element, exhibition marketing was effected by cultural and image element and purchasing interest was effected by image element.

This paper empirically investigated whether the strategic performance of dependence and commitment on output sector uncertainty based on the data from manufacturing firms in Korea. U.S. Also, the proposed model was proven by the structural equation model with the data gathered from 105 manufacturing firms in Korea, 103 in U.S. The success of the members of channel having limited resources and capabilities depends on how they cope with environment. Especially, it is insispensable for manufacturing firms and distributing firms to build up win win systems when environmental uncertainty is high in the output sector. The findings were as follows. Hypothesis 1 was accepted in all the nations. Hypothesis 2 was accepted in the United States yet not in Korea. Hypothesis 3, 4 was accepted in Korea yet not in the United States. Hypothesis 5 was accepted in every nation as well. In the future, the dependence, commitment and strategic performance of manufacturing and distribution firms should be investigated from a mutual perspective, and additional data should be obtained by selecting more subjects. As for environmental uncertainty, the uncertainty of distribution environments as well as output sector uncertainty should equally be investigated by making a comparative analysis.

Dispersal polymorphism in insects Is a kind of adaptive strategy of the life history together with the diapause, consisting of the “long-winged or alate forms” of migratory phase and the “short-winged or apterous forms” of stationary phase. Dispersal polymorphism is a polymorphism related with the flight capability, and has three categories ; the wing polymorphisms, flight muscle polymorphisms, and flight behavior variations. Phase variation is another type of dispersal polymorphism varying in morphology, physiology and wing forms in response to the density of the population. The dispersal migration is a very adaptive trait that enables a species to keep pace with the changing mosaic of its habitat, but requires some costs. In general, wing reduction has a positive effect on the reproductive potential such as earlier reproduction and larger fecundity The dispersal polymorphism is a kind of optimization in the evolutionary strategies of the life history in insects; a trade-off between the advantages and disadvantages of migration. Wing polymorphism is a phenotypically plastic trait. Wing form changes with the environmental conditions even though the species is the same. Various environmental factors have an effect on the dispersal polymorphisms. Density dependent dispersal polymorphism plays an important role In population dynamics, but it is not a simple function of the density; the individuals of a population may be different in response to the density resulting different outcomes in the population biology, and the detailed information on the genotypic variation of the individuals in the population is the fundamental importance in the prediction of the population performances in a given environment. In conclusion, the studies on the dispersal polymorphisms are a complicated field in relation with both physiology and ecology, and studies on the ecological and quantitative genetics have indeed contributed to understanding of its important nature. But the final factors of evolution; the mechanisms of natural selections, might be revealed through the studies on the population biology.

Our society's modernization created many opportunities for us to need a private investigation service system. Variation of international environment due to joining in the OECD, opportunity of individual legal, collect evidence during judgement, prevention of damage criminal, security of business in company, free trade economy's system etc and don't need to enumerate how important of introduction of private investigation service system. In addition to there are lots of objection opinions, such as possibility of person's private life, invade of lawyer's area, confliction with investigation team, gap of wealth and poverty that make preponderance of information. So this research can be considerate from objective opinion, and can obtain conclusion just like below. First, private detective agencies that encroach on the individual rights will naturally deteriorate after the implementation of private investigation service system. Through this, the probability of civil rights encroachment will be lower, and for this to happen there needs to be a thorough maintenance of the system. Secondly, mutually beneficial solution should be found not by a conflict between two sides. Detective business sector should not cause social confusion from conflicts with other investigation organization such as police, or investigators, rather, it must get on the demand of the diversified citizen and maintain the diverse sector inter-cooperate right, and to do that law and institution must be made for the base. Thirdly, investigation used depending on the gap between wealth and poverty does not mean the actualization of the rights and interests of the citizen. If the duty of investigation sector is to find the evidence and collect or manufacture of the evidence, then the problems which the nation can't handle will be more enlarged and then finally end up with strengthening the capability of national public security demand.

This study conducted an empirical analysis of SSE-listed companies to verify the effects of evaluation and disclosure of internal control systems on the agency costs management and controlling shareholders. Agency costs can affect the valuation of accounting information as asymmetry of information in the relationship between a company and its stakeholders, or induce financial costs as an adverse selection. If the firm's agency costs are reasonable, the valuation of the company can also move in a relatively positive direction. In this study, the evaluation information of the internal control system was analyzed through sales management ratio and equity ratio as substitute variables to analyze the relationship between management and agent costs of the controlling shareholders. In addition, independent control ratio, capital balance ratio, and company scale were used as control variables, as a result of the analysis, the evaluation information of internal control was found to be related to the agency costs of managers and governance structure. This study can be conducted to positive factors in evaluating the reliability and corporate value of accounting information according to the evaluation of internal control of SSE-listed companies and helps to understand the financial reporting environment.

The information exchange becomes active in the online due to the rapid development of the Internet over the various fields. That is, it can install whether any kind of point about one will be embossed through the e-business marketing, and the evaluation or useful feeling for choice can be caused in the hospital to the medical consumer in being the critical matter. This research compared and analyze the results expected with the Samsung Seoul Hospital, which was most active and uses the e-business marketing among the major hospital put through in the utilization by marketing view as the domestic Big 5 Severance hospital, and feature of SNS channels of Sungmo Hospital through the case analysis. How it tried to present each channels the individual, or, the strategic frame about the unificational it utilized and can maximize the marketing result and implication according to the marketing activity purpose and direction.

Digital medical technology is very effective and at the same time faces the challenge of protecting privacy. However, for contact tracking and exposure notification apps in COVID-19 environment, there is always a trade-off between privacy measures and the effectiveness of the app's use. Today, many countries have developed and used contact tracking and exposure notification apps in various forms to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but the suspicion of digital surveillance (digital panopticon) is unavoidable. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors of personal information infringement and dissatisfaction through text mining analysis by extracting user reviews of "Self-Quarantine Safety Protection" in Korea. As a result of the text mining analysis, we derived four groups, 'Address recognition error', 'Exit warning error', 'Access error', and 'App. program error'. Since 'Address recognition error' and 'Exit warning error' can give the app users a strong perception that they are keeping under surveillanc by the app, transparent management of personal information protection and consent procedures related to personal information collection are required. In addition, if the other two groups are not corrected immediately due to an error in an app function or a program bug, the complaints of users can be maximized and a protest against the monitor can be raised.

Cultural contact, which means a current that an influential culture diffuses to another, represents the penetration of the one to the other in a negative respect and'mixture'or 'fusion'of them in an affirmative respect. Fusion of cultures was not easy to take place in the past when nationalism and ultranationalism suppressed it ideologically, inconvenient transportation and communications were obstacles to it, and most of countries were under the influences of folk religions. Today, however, mutually heterogeneous cultures can be shared by a lot of things such as collapse of a view of nation resulted from globalization, breakdown of regional characteristics, abolition of trade barriers, freedom of communications and realtime information network. Those have rendered fusion possible. Fusion in this modern consuming society is extending much faster and more extensively than at any time in the past. In addition, more and more cultural elements seem to collide and compromise with one another in the name of fusion, not relaxing the bridle of fusion, from the present situations that preference in consumption becomes subdivided and a variety of individuality is strongly attempted to seek for, This study is on the subject of the properties of'Fusion', one of new styles in a mass culture, especially focused on sociologic cultural phenomena. Furthermore, it is expected to look for a fusion in interior design which expresses sociologic cultural phenomena most in a field of design, to examine it theoretically, and to prospect a future trend of fusion design based on investigation of the latest prevailing trend.
