Research in which an individual's entrepreneurial spirit contributes to the country's economic development through revitalization of entrepreneurship is being actively conducted, but studies related to individual satisfaction or life satisfaction are still insufficient. This study aims to clarify the influence of young adults' entrepreneurial spirit on their life satisfaction and at the same time verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy and self-determination. In addition, an empirical analysis was conducted on 511 young people to reveal the effectiveness of participation in government start-up support projects. The research results are as follows. First, the entrepreneurial spirit had a positive effect on the life satisfaction of young people. Second, self-determination and self-efficacy played a role in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurship and life satisfaction. Finally, participation in start-up support projects did not show a statistically significant moderating effect. This study is expected to provide a clue that life satisfaction can act as a major variable in the impact of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurship. It also implies that the performance of the government start-up support project should be considered not only about the quantitative performance such as sales and employment effect, but also the qualitative performance such as personal life satisfaction.

Recently, the Korean government announced that it would focus on fostering intrapreneurship and corporate spin-off. The government encourages intrapreneurship because it ultimately seeks to develop industries and markets, grow innovative companies, and job creation. In particular, the government believes that enhancing intrapreneurship will reduce the personal fear of failures, expand open innovation by utilizing resources within existing companies related to innovation creation, and lead to new start-ups. Accordingly, this research reviewed the previous studies on corporate entrepreneurship activities and entrepreneurial self-efficacy and briefly looked at the status of global intrapreneurship activities. Based on the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Adult Population Survey data in 2015, this study conducted a logistic regression analysis with the data of 27 OECD member countries' and Korean respondents. The finding confirms that the personal experience of intrapreneurship could be positively associated with entrepreneurial self-efficacy of the person. Therefore, it seems to be worth for the Korean government considering policies that support intrapreneurship as part of the start-up policy.
Due to their participation in commercial activities between countries, many small and medium-sized trading companies are more of a born-global venture. The entrepreneurial intention is one of the key drivers impacting the formation of this born-global venture. In recent the importance of venture founding has been emphasized on a global scale. How to revitalize venture founding is becoming a nation-wide challenge in emerging economies as well as advanced countries. In particular, under the banner of 'Many people founding venture, Many people creating innovation', a new-coined word 'Choangker', an innovative founder of a venture, appeared in China. Existing studies have focused on entrepreneurial intention as a key driver that could affect whether a latent entrepreneur would actually found a venture or not. In this paper, we wanted to investigate what factors influence the entrepreneurial intention of the Chinese university students. Results of statistical analysis show that self-efficacy, personal experiences, supporting activities for venture founding, and social networks have positive effects on entrepreneurial intention of the Chinese university students. These results are similar to the claims of previous studies on the factors that influence the entrepreneurial intention of university students. In the future, researches on the entrepreneurial intention of the Chinese university students should be carried out to reflect the institutional characteristics at the national level.

As we transition into the post-COVID era, economic activities that were stagnant are regaining momentum. In particular, there is a growing trend of technology entrepreneurship driven by the opportunities of digital transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, entrepreneurship education content is struggling to keep up with the rapid pace of technological change. This study aims to emphasize the importance of entrepreneurship mentoring as a crucial component of entrepreneurship education content that requires adaptation and advancement due to the increasing demand for technology entrepreneurship. This study redefines startup mentoring, which is differentiated from general mentoring, at the present time when the demand for startups, which increases with the declining employment rate, increases, and the development of quality startup education contents and securing professional startup mentors are required. According to the start-up stage, it is divided into preliminary entrepreneurs and early entrepreneurs, and the effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy among start-up mentoring functions on entrepreneurial will and mentoring satisfaction is improved by empirically researching the effects of start-up mentoring functions in the case of initial entrepreneurs as a moderating effect. To confirm the importance of entrepreneurship mentoring effect for. To this end, among the mentoring functions, entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy were set as independent variables, and entrepreneurial will and mentoring satisfaction were set as dependent variables. The research model was designed and hypotheses were established. In addition, empirical analysis was conducted by conducting a questionnaire survey on trainees who received entrepreneurship mentoring education at ICCE Startup School and Opus Startup School. To summarize the results of the empirical analysis, first, among the entrepreneurship mentoring functions, entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy were analyzed to have a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial will. Second, among the entrepreneurship mentoring functions, entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy were analyzed to have a significant positive (+) effect on mentoring satisfaction. Third, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship had no significant moderating effect on entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial will. Fourth, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship had no significant moderating effect on mentoring satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that entrepreneurship had a significant moderating effect between self-efficacy and will to start a business. As a result of the research analysis, the first implication is that the mentoring function in start-up education is analyzed to produce meaningful results for both the initial entrepreneurs and the prospective entrepreneurs in the will to start a business and satisfaction. . Second, it was analyzed that there was no significant relationship between whether a business was started and the mentoring function and effect. However, it was analyzed that the will to start a business through improvement of self-efficacy through mentoring was significantly related to whether or not to start a business. turned out to be helpful. Many start-up education programs currently conducted in Korea educate both early-stage entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs at the same time for reasons such as convenience. However, through the results of this study, even in small-scale entrepreneurship mentoring, it is suggested that customized mentoring through detailed classification such as whether the mentee has started a business can be a method for successful entrepreneurship and high satisfaction of the mentee.

There have been questions how entrepreneurs think, act and why individuals become entrepreneurs. The trait-based explanation of entrepreneurial activities has been main stream. However, the trait-based theory has been criticized because it assumes that entrepreneurial traits are inherited, stable and enduring over time. This research accepts the cognitive theory to see how entrepreneurs learn or accept others' values, how entrepreneurial perceptions of opportunity impact entrepreneurial actions and how individuals acquire the social legitimation of the formation of entrepreneurial activities. In order to capture the attitudes, activities and motivations of people who are involved in entrepreneurial activities, the author uses the GEM Korea 2016 data. The data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) has been well known for the data to capture individuals early-stage entrepreneurial activities. This paper used the sample from the APS(Adult Population Survey) of the GEM which was completed by a representative sample of two thousand adults in Korea by the qualified survey vendor, with strict procedures and oversight by the GEM central data team. The hypotheses are tested with logit regression analysis to estimate the probability of the influence of perceptual variables such as individual perception in social learning, the opportunity recognition in the environment, and social legitimation in the entrepreneurial activities. Based on the results, individuals tend to have high entrepreneurial activities if individuals have high self-efficacy. Also, the existence of role models around the entrepreneurs encourages the individuals involve in entrepreneurial activities more however the perception of opportunity in the environment is not strongly associated with entrepreneurial activities. The media exposure of successful entrepreneurs is more important than others' perception of entrepreneurs on the desirable career option or respect from communities. This paper can contribute to the cognitive processes, particular perception about oneself, as well as perception which is impacted by a community or a society.

The financial difficulties which North Korean refugees encounter during the process of transition into South Korean society is due to their low income and insufficient expertise. Hence this research was conducted for the purpose of improving the policy and system to support North Korean refugees' starting of businesses. As a result, the self-efficacy, which is one of the individual characteristics, influences the motivation for starting business. In addition, it has been revealed that the motives and education on starting business also influence the motivation for starting business. By observing regulation effect of social adaptation, it has been found out that the interaction between the personal characteristics such as risk-taking attribute and the previous experience of starting business, along with interaction effect on social adaptation and motives and social adaptation, is statically influencing as well. On the basis of results, to efficiently support North Korean refugees' starting business, it is necessary to conduct education on starting business to boost their self-efficacy and the support must be executed based on their levels of motives, risk-taking attribute and social adaptation.
Many studies of entrepreneurship have focused on positive characteristics such as self-efficacy and self-leadership. However, recent studies are being conducted to find out effects of negative characteristics on entrepreneurship, such as ADHD-like behavior. This study investigated the impact of ADHD-like behavior on Entrepreneurial Orientation(EO) and Entrepreneurial Intention(EI). In addition, this study investigated the impact of schema related to opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial alertness on EO and EI. Data were collected from youth generation in Korea through online survey. The results show that the ADHD isn't significant for both risk-taking and innovativeness, but it has negative impact on pro-activeness. On the other hand, Schema has positive impact on all EO and EO has positive impact on EI. As a results, The higher ADHD-like behavior, the lower pro-activeness. Therefore ADHD-like behavior could lower EI through pro-activeness. However, Schema has positive impact on all EO, which has positive impact on EI.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of start-up risks on university students's entrepreneurial intention. In particular, the start-up risk considers the recent ongoing Covid_19 Pandemic along with the level of awareness of the start-up risk of business administration university students. For this purpose, a total of 204 questionnaires collected for two months from October to November in 2020 were used to verify this relevance empirically through multiple regression analysis. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, the level of students' awareness of start-up risks has no statistically significant relevance to their entrepreneurial intention, but the higher the level of negative perception of Covid_19 Pandemic, the lower the entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, additional analysis showed that the students with low self-efficacy majoring in business administration, it was found that negative perceptions of start-up risk had a negative effect on start-up willingness. This study is timely and different from previous studies in that it empirically verified the effect of start-up risk on business administration university students' entrepreneurial intention at a time when negative perceptions of start-up risk increase and COVID_19 Pandemic make it increasingly difficult to start a business administration universit student.
There is growing empirical evidence that passion is an important part of entrepreneurship and influences the intentions, behaviors and performance of entrepreneurs, employees and startups. Passion is especially important in an entrepreneurial context, given the effort and challenge that entrepreneurs starting a startup must overcome. The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect of the passion of startup entrepreneurs participating in the accelerator incubation program and the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. In addition, we tried to confirm whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role in this influence relationship. The survey was conducted online by startups entrepreneur who completed the accelerator incubation program. A total of 330 questionnaires were used for the analysis. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that the passion of startup entrepreneurs and the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers all had a positive (+) effect on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. The influence of passion was found to be high in the order of startup entrepreneurs, accelerator entrepreneurs, and accelerator managers. It was confirmed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role between the passion of startup entrepreneurs, the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups, respectively. However, no significant mediating role was identified between the passion of accelerator managers and the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. This study is significant in empirically confirming for the first time that the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. The passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers is playing an important role as a hidden lynchpin in creating the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. In particular, since the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs has a great influence on the performance of incubator startups, it is necessary to recognize this fact and carefully examine their passion reputation when startups select accelerators.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of personal characteristics and military service experience on their entrepreneurial intention. Hypotheses were developed based on extant literature and tested using the data collected by surveys to retiring officers and NCOs. The conclusions drawn from the analysis were as follows. First, the major factors affecting the voluntary self-employment intention are role model, perceived desirability, and working environment. Second, the biggest difficulty in preparing to start a self-employed business is the lack of founding capital and entrepreneurial information. Third, the respondents believe that military career is not helpful in starting a business. Fourth, there were many negative perceptions that the education and training from the military does not help the self-employment. As a result, it is believed that improvement of entrepreneurial education in the military and expansion of entrepreneurial education during service are required. Especially, the education focusing on self-employed entrepreneurship should be improved. It is recommendable that the entrepreneurial education now being carried out by the Military Outplacement Training Institute should be extended not only during the outplacement period but also the normal service period, thereby increasing the intention of the military official.
