This study intends to discover stories and sensibilities connected with characteristics and symbols of the history and culture of Sangju to develop contents about the native foods of Sangju. 'General Jeong's Table', which supplied the energy and nutrition necessary for soldiers during war, is set with Jobap, Patipguk, Euneogui, Baechumoojeon, Kongnamulheojib, Patipnamul, and Munamulsileagideanjangmuchim. 'Sangjuseong retaking wartime food', as a kind of ready-to-eat meal, which stresses convenience above everything else, is composed of Konggarujumeokbap, Bbongipjuk, Gamjangajji, and Odigojgammodeumbagitteok for table setting. 'General Jeong's liquor table', which allowed the general to regain his energy or was set to entertain generals of allied forces in the Myeong Dynasty, is formed by Baeksuk, Gojgamssam, Kongjukjijim and Sangsurisul. Efficacies of food materials were analyzed in the Part of Drug Formula of the best-known medical book in Asia. Foods on 'General Jeong's Table' has health efficacies that protect the five viscera and maintain the spleen and stomach.

본 연구는 시청각적 장애를 가진 관객 및 일반 관객에게 전시, 테마파크, 회의, 박람회 등 관람 시 그들이 필요한 시청각적 정보를 실시간으로 추출 통합 가공하여 입체감 있게 전달, 원활한 공연 관람을 돕는 시스템에 관한 것을 주제로 한다. 청각적으로는 공연자의 위치를 추적, 연산하여 공연자의 공연환경조건과 가장 유사한 음색을 가진 정보전달음을 전송하기 위한 최적의 알고리즘을 연구 및 구현하며, 시각적으로는 공연자의 위치를 추적하여 공연 중 관심분야를 적합한 디스플레이에 확장해 주고, 여기에 추가적인 정보를 추가 표시하여 시각적 정보를 공연에 방해 없이 전달하며, 이러한 최종 결과물들을 기록매체에 기록하여 보관할 수 있는 알고리즘에 관한 연구이다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 엔터테인먼트 기업의 CSR 활동, 리스크 관리, 프로듀싱 능력에 대한 소비자 평가가 통합 브랜드 자산 인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것이다. 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 423개의 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 경제적 활동과 자선적 활동에 대한 소비자 평가가 통합 브랜드 자산 인식과 정적 인과관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 국내 엔터테인먼트 기업에 대한 리스크 관리와 프로듀싱 능력 평가가 높을수록 통합 브랜드 자산 인식을 긍정적으로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 4개 기업은 공통적으로 프로듀싱 능력의 주효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 또한 CSR 활동과 리스크 관리에 대한 평가 수준에 관계없이 프로듀싱 능력 평가가 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비해 통합 브랜드 자산 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Since the beginning of the 90's, Fashion shows appear to be a type of performance form of art combining with other areas to visually entertain the viewers. This can be explained by the modern tendency to escape from society which requires formality and complicated lifestyles. Fashion shows take place in a scene Influenced by the idea of post-modernism which redefines the definition of space. A church, old factory, unoccupied ground, subway stations, or even place like a waste disposal are used as a setting. The stage set is no longer the T shape run way and the procinium arch has disappeared. The gap between audience and stage has diminished and theatrical element is added to the fashion performance by using viewers living and working environments as setting of the show. The human relation with machine based on the cutting edge technology such as the stage automation, robots and mist making sprinkler system introduces new elements with spontaneity and detailed planning in the stage performance. Music also plays an Important role in attracting viewers. The sound track covers house music to techno music. Instead of music being abstract, folks orchestral music, choirs, piano. even live concert performed by pop artist provide the liveliness of the fashion show. And the catwalk itself is a performance. Model needs to be well trained as the capable talent who can handle sensitive gestures, facial expressions, dancing and choreography. The improvisatorial interaction between audience and model lead to audience participation. Models now range from pop star, ordinary people, handicapped people, to elderly and so on. John Galliano introduced the theatrical factors for the fashion show and Alexander Mcqueen approached the fashion show as the visual art of communication. Hussein Chalayan utilized high technology skewing futurism as if in a magic show. Today the Fashion show tends to be a total performance which includes audience participation, impromptu, and that break the limitation that fashion shows previously had. This will lead the fashion industry in opening new horizon of its own.

본 연구의 목적은 호텔기업 직원들이 인식하고 있는 인지된 조직지원, 직무만족, 그리고 서비스품질 간 인과적으로 미치는 영향 관계 등을 실증적으로 분석하여, 호텔 직원의 직무만족을 높이기 위한 조직지원의 효율적 방안과 고객들에 대한 서비스품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 자료는2011년 11월 1일부터 2011년 11월 30일까지 30일간 특급 호텔에 재직 중인 230명의 직원들을 대상으로 조사하여 217부(93%)를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 개인가치지원에 있어서는 개인직무환경 만족, 근무환경지원 만족 모두에서 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객에 대한 서비스품질을 향상시키지 위해서도 조직지원에 있어서도 업무환경 지원이 개인가치 지원보다는 더 많은 영향을 주고 있었다. 셋째, 직무만족 중 개인의 직무환경 만족이 대응성, 확신성, 유형성에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있고, 근무환경지원 만족은 확신성 및 유형성에만 영향을 미치고 대응성에는 영향을 미치지 않았음으로, 직원들의 고객에 대한 대응성을 높이기 위해서는 개인직무환경에 만족을 느낄 수 있도록 환경을 조성해야 할 것이다. 그러므로 호텔경영자들은 고객들에 대한 서비스품질을 향상시켜 경영성과를 높이기 위해서 호텔직원들에 대한 업무환경에 대한 지원을 강화하여 충성심을 갖을 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
