외식 창업 메뉴 기획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Menu Planning in Foodservice Enterprises - Focused on Menu of Theme Restaurants -)

  • This study conducted a survey on 290 employees in 6 theme western restaurants, proposing differences in the menu planning of western food enterprises based on the factors that influence on the inside and outside of western restaurants as well as the theme industries in order to clear up the characteristics peculiar to and factors related to the menu planning of western food enterprises. The results are as follows. According to the results, even with same foodservice industries, they have to search for their own exclusive menu from a marketing aspect because of the full of ups and downs based on the dealing items: for six western restaurants by theme, it showed that there is a significant difference in marketing factors. Particularly, they have to plan these points- considered menu, given that general flavor is the most important point, followed by environment or atmosphere and service. In the result, it should not only apply the developed menu according to industries and dealing items differently, but also arrange a comfortable atmosphere and kind services, centering on health food in the select menu of mid and low prices verified above, through a sufficient location survey in advance and a firm preparation accompanied by consumers.

국제학술논문에 나타난 '문화' 에 관한 연구의 최근 경향 분석 - 환경디자인 분야를 중심으로 - (Current Trend of Studies on 'Culture' in the field of Environmental Design)

  • This study began to classify the studies on 'culture' in the field of environmental design overall. The classifying process adopted not the approach to preselect the criteria but the phenomenological inductive approach and content analysis method focusing on environmental design in order to understand which place the environmental design had taken. As a result, following aspects were reviewed: what is the area in which the studies on culture is made under the environmental design; what is the trend of using the word 'culture' in terms of logical connection; what is the level of approach to culture from the viewpoint of search, correspondence or application stage. On the whole, followings were drawn as conclusions. First, the interest of the studies on culture has been increased with time especially in the field of interior design. Second, the word 'culture' has become to be used a lot as 'cultural', and was used together with traditional, enterprise and material. Lastly, culture was studied at a starting point by and large. Although the papers, the objects of this study, are confined to five kinds of journals, the analysis of them is helpful to preestimate the trend of studies on culture because they have propensity to lead the international professional academic world.

Recent Advances in Toxoplasma gondii Immunotherapeutics

  • Toxoplasmosis is an opportunistic infection caused by the protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii. T. gondii is widespread globally and causes severe diseases in individuals with impaired immune defences as well as congenitally infected infants. The high prevalence rate in some parts of the world such as South America and Africa, coupled with the current drug treatments that trigger hypersensitivity reactions, makes the development of immunotherapeutics intervention a highly important research priority. Immunotherapeutics strategies could either be a vaccine which would confer a pre-emptive immunity to infection, or passive immunization in cases of disease recrudescence or recurrent clinical diseases. As the severity of clinical manifestations is often greater in developing nations, the development of well-tolerated and safe immunotherapeutics becomes not only a scientific pursuit, but a humanitarian enterprise. In the last few years, much progress has been made in vaccine research with new antigens, novel adjuvants, and innovative vaccine delivery such as nanoparticles and antigen encapsulations. A literature search over the past 5 years showed that most experimental studies were focused on DNA vaccination at 52%, followed by protein vaccination which formed 36% of the studies, live attenuated vaccinations at 9%, and heterologous vaccination at 3%; while there were few on passive immunization. Recent progress in studies on vaccination, passive immunization, as well as insights gained from these immunotherapeutics is highlighted in this review.

전사적 CRM 전략의 진단 및 평가 방법론 개발 (A Diagnosis and Assessment Methodology for Enterprise CRM Strategy)

  • As Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is becoming a core competence more recently, many companies want a reliable CRM assessment system which enables measuring and diagnosing corporate customer strategies for building an optimized CRM strategy. However, there has been short of researches on developing the CRM diagnosis methodology that is directly applicable to real practices. Drawing upon the theoretical framework of CRM scorecard, we developed and suggested a corporate CRM diagnosis methodology that can systematically understand and assess the corporate CRM capability and performance, guiding their future directions. Companies can search the important but weak areas among various CRM strategy subjects through the proposed diagnostic procedures. This framework has a hierarchical structure that has four evaluative domains each of which has several evaluative subjects consisting of many evaluative themes: the score of upper factor is the weighted average of its subordinate factor scores. And the score of each evaluative theme is the weighted average of quantitative and qualitative evaluative indexes. Quantitative indexes are calculated by analyzing customer and sales data and qualitative ones are derived from survey data. Each evaluative index has more than one measure and its score can be derived from its own formula consisting of the measures. To prove the concept, we applied this framework to a real company and concluded that it might be appropriate to understand the corporate CRM strategy situation, find the pain points, and resolve them for better CRM implementation.

  • Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

신문매체에서의 라이프스타일 뉴스 제작관행 연구 (A Study of the Producing Conventions of Lifestyle News in the Newspaper)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the producing conventions of lifestyle news and search for problems with these conventions. This research is about the entire process of production of lifestyle news, while dividing it into sourcing conventions and editing conventions. With this concept as a goal, we analyzed the content of lifestyle articles over the last six months in two types of daily papers, and then interviewed journalists in-depth. The results of the study indicate that as for sourcing conventions, reporting is accomplished by focusing on a reporter and using anonymous or false-named news sources. These conventions spread widely over not only ideas but also valuation of news items and security of news sources. This is because in terms of lifestyle news that is closely related to one's private life such as family relations, a reporter often attempts to prevent a news source from being exposed to secondary damage, such as the criticism of readers. In the meantime, editing conventions of lifestyle articles are irrelevant in terms of the quality of each media enterprise. Instead, these conventions are connected with the day of publication. Moreover, editors tend to approach editing conventions to spread the culture of upper classes, recognizing that the readers are consumers who have purchasing power.

  • The object that we have researched the design for a long life of product is to search for the method to cope with the various environment problems where our mankind is confronting in the field of Production Design. The environment problem on earth is affecting seriously the enterprise which produces the product, the user who consumes it and even the field of product design. Now we live our daily life with a lot of artifacts while the citification and modernization have been progressing around us. Especially, 20 century was the times of the highly advanced scientific civilization and industrialization. Therefore it affected decisively our life environment base nowadays. The result was that our human life became rich because of the advanced development of industry, productivity and distribution structure. On the other side, the industrial system in the period of these massive production and massive consuming is bearing various problems proportionally. Those are the depletion of resources and energy, earth environmental pollution and various kinds of waste. In addition, the material which cannot recycle is appearing at the large quantity. This is the actuality of now. Our subject is how product design will cope with it as counter measures and the subject is very important to our mankind and earth environment.

디지털 콘텐츠 저장 및 유통을 위한 분산 지능형 플랫폼에 관한 연구 (A Study on Distributed & Intelligent Platform for Digital Contents)

  • 현재 각 기업 및 기관에서 구축하고 있는 디지털 콘텐츠는 HTML을 비롯한 다양한 형식의 멀티미디어로 작성되어 있다. 따라서 타 기관에 전시된 콘테츠 정보를 검색하거나 연동하기는 불가능하다. 뿐만아니라 시스템을 확장하기 위해서는 전체 시스템을 교체해야하는 문제도 파생될 수 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서 제안하는 플랫폼은 기존 레거시(Legacy) 어플리케이션을 수정하지 않더라도 쉽게 신 시스템과 연동이되고 타 시스템과도 연동이된다. 또한 CORBA에 기반한 부하 분산 기법과 분산 처리기법을 도입하여 하나의 시스템에 과부하가 발생하여 전체 시스템의 성능이 저하되는 문제를 방지하고 안정성을 보장하기 위하여 Fail-over기능을 제공한다. 또한 SyncML 기법을 도입하여 여러 종류의 DBMS를 사용하는 타 기관과의 콘텐츠 실시간 공유를 지원한다. 이로써 콘텐츠를 쉽게 저장 및 유통할 수 있는 기반 환경을 제공한다.

e-비즈니스 컴포넌트 시스템 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of e-BCOS for e-Business Component System)

  • 오늘날의 컴퓨팅 시스템은 인터넷을 사용하여 비즈니스 거래와 분산 업무 처리로 확대되어가고 있으며 정보 기술은 점차적으로 재사용성과 독립성 그리고 이식성을 가진 컴포넌트를 기반으로 한 응용 개발이 확산되고 있다. 컴포넌트 개발 형태는 코드의 재사용이나 클래스 라이브러리보다 좀 더 발전된 형태의 부품개발 형태로서, CBD(Component Based Development)를 기초로 한다. 그러나, CBD를 이용하여 새로운 컴포넌트를 구축하는 비용의 증가와 함께 비즈니스 요구사항에 맞는 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 빠르게 정확한 컴포넌트 정보를 웹 상에서 지원할 수 있도록 시스템 측면에서 정규화 형태의 컴포넌트 모델이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 요구사항에 접근하고 웹 상에서 빠르고 신속하게 애플리케이션이 개발되는데 목적을 두고 있으며, 네트워크 상에서 비즈니스 도메인을 기반한 가장 소규모 단위의 분산 컴포넌트를 대상으로 인터페이스 명세를 제공하고자 한다. 분산 컴포넌트 내부와 외부 관계를 담고 있는 명세는 사용자 중심의 컴포넌트를 제공하기 위해서 웹 상에서 요구사항을 작성하고 결국 이들은 조합되어 e-비즈니스 컴포넌트 명세 제공이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자가 분산 컴포넌트를 등록하고, 이에 대한 컴포넌트 정보를 검색말 수 있는 e-BCOS(e-Busines Component System)을 설계 구현한다. e-BCOS는 컴포넌트 등록. 검색을 위한 에이전트 시스템으로, 비즈니스 도메인에서의 분산 컴포넌트의 e-비즈니스 컴포넌트 개발을 통해 재사용성을 증대시키고, 웹 상에서 애플리케이션 구축을 빠르고 신속하게 처리될 수 있도록 하며, 사용자가 쉽게 컴포넌트에 관한 정보를 얻고 이해할 수 있도록 해준다. 또한 명세의 공유와 유통을 원활히 하기 위해서 XML(extensible Markup Language)로 명세를 표현하여 사용자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키도록 한다. 따라서, e-BCOS는 에이전트에 의해서 효율성 증대와 시간 절약 및 신뢰성과 유지보수성을 증대할 수 있는 잇점을 가진다.

개방형 혁신이 수출성과에 미치는 영향: 혁신속도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Open Innovation on Export Performance: Moderation of Innovation Speed)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 경제성장 동력에서 가장 중요한 중소기업이 혁신을 통해 성장할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 점에서 출발하게 되었다. 중소기업은 대기업과 다르게 성장의 한계를 가지고 있지만, 우리나라 특성상 수출에 크게 의존하고 있으므로 성장을 위해서는 수출을 끊임없이 증가시켜야 한다. 따라서 한국 중소기업의 수출 증가를 위해서 본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업의 개방형 혁신과 수출 간의 관계를 다루고 있으며, 그 핵심역할로 혁신속도를 강조하였다. 외부지식탐색이 중요한 개념으로 대두된 이후로 중소기업의 개방형 혁신에 관련한 연구가 계속되어 왔지만 주로 기업성과에 중점을 둔 것에 착안하여 한국 중소기업이 한 단계 성장할 수 있는 방안을 수출에 초점을 맞추고 혁신속도가 가지는 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 가설은 기존 연구에서 강조한 개방형 혁신의 두 방식인 외부지식탐색의 깊이와 폭을 제시한 뒤 수출성과에 대한 혁신속도를 조절효과로 제시하였다. 분석방법은 로버스트 회귀분석을 활용하였으며, 분석에 사용된 표본은 1,357개의 유효한 중소기업 자료를 이용하였다. 조절효과에 대한 가설검증은 각 모델간 F값 비교를 실시하였으며 그림으로 이해하기 쉽도록 도표로 제시하였다. 제시된 가설은 채택되었으며 조절효과도 검증된 것으로 나타났다.
