We develope the predictive model for the incidence of the stomach cancer by utilizing the health screening data of the National Health Insurance in Korea. We also explore the characteristics for the stomach cancer. We perform the logistic regression analysis using the data mining methodology and use SAS Enterprise Miner 4.1. This study shows that there exists a higher rate of the stomach cancer for males than females. Our study confirms that the major influencing factors for the incidence of the stomach cancer are age, drinking and a family history of cancer, lack of exercise. For man, the age is the most important determinant of the stomach cancer incidence, whereas the drinking is the most important determinant of the stomach cancer incidence for women.

According to the recent statistics of the National Industrial Security Center, about 80% of the confidential leak are caused by former and current employees in the case of domestic confidential leak accidents. Most of the information leak incidents by these insiders are due to poor security management system and information leak detection technology. Blocking confidential leak of insiders is a very important issue in the corporate security sector, but many previous researches have focused on responding to intrusions by external threats rather than by insider threats. Therefore, in this research, we design an internal information leak scenario to effectively and efficiently detect various abnormalities occurring in the enterprise, analyze the key indicators of the leak symptoms derived from the scenarios by using data analytics and propose a model that accurately detects leak activities.
Zero Trust, characterized by the principle of "Never Trust, Always Verify," represents a novel security paradigm. The proliferation of remote work and the widespread use of cloud services have led to the establishment of Work From Anywhere (WFA) environments, where access to corporate systems is possible from any location. In such environments, the boundaries between internal and external networks have become increasingly ambiguous, rendering traditional perimeter security models inadequate to address the complex and diverse nature of cyber threats and attacks. This research paper introduces the implementation principles of Zero Trust and focuses on the Micro Segmentation approach, highlighting its relevance in mitigating the limitations of perimeter security. By leveraging the risk management framework provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), this paper proposes a comprehensive procedure for the adoption of Zero Trust. The aim is to empower organizations to enhance their security strategies.
Objectives: The study aims to compare indirect form of employment with direct form of employment on the variables of occupational danger and physical health. Methods: I studied based on the data of 5th Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS) which was performed by Occupational Safety & Health Research Institute of Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency in 2017. SAS 9.4 was used for statistical analysis of the final data. Results: Based on the verification result, the hazard is higher for direct employment than for dispatch or subcontract in case of exposure to risks in the health and social welfare industry. Based on cross tabulation, significant differences were found in the proportions of harmful and safe tasks in direct employment and those in outsourcing in the physical health industry. It was found that the risk of hazard is 2.18 times higher in outsourcing jobs than in direct employment. Conclusions: It is necessary to consider a dispatch and subcontract partner as a strategic partner and not simply hand over dangerous or hard tasks to them. Active and aggressive cooperation along with support from the employer enterprise built in the contract is necessary for the safety and health of dispatch or subcontract laborers.

IEC62541, known as OPC-UA, is a standard communication protocol for Smart Grid (SG) and Smart Factory application platform. It was accepted as an IEC standard (IEC62541) in 2011 by IEC TC57, and is extending range of application as collaborating with other standrads. The government's policies to popularize EVs ("Workplace Charging Challenge"), the number of Electric vehicle which try to be charging in the factory is expected to increase. In this situation, indiscreet and uncontrolled EV charging can lead to some problems, such as excess of the peak demand capacity. Therefore, EVs, which is charging in SFs, must be monitoring and controlling to avoid and reduce peak demand. However, the standards for EVs charging differ from the standards for SFs. In other words, to increase the ease of use for drivers, and reduce risk for enterprise, we have needs of study to develop the protocols or to provide interoperability, for EVs charging in SFs. This paper deals with a EV charging management platform installing in a smart factory. And this platform can be easily integrated as part of SF management software. The main goal of this paper is to implement EV management system based on IEC61851 and IEC62541.

Pervasive research underscores the direct correlation between an enhanced safety climate and a marked reduction in accidents. The intricacies of safety climate are governed by three pivotal strata: organizational management, on-site operations, and the broader enterprise framework. Within an organizational context, sustaining optimal performance across these layers poses a considerable challenge, often attributable to the constraints of available managerial bandwidth. It becomes imperative, then, to conceive a phased enhancement blueprint for the safety climate. To orchestrate this blueprint with precision, a discerning understanding of the hierarchy of safety climate metrics is essential, which subsequently guides judicious managerial resource allocation. This investigation is anchored in elucidating the hierarchical significance of safety climate metrics through the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Implementing the AHP framework, both a questionnaire was disseminated and a subsequent analysis undertaken, culminating in the extraction of relative priorities of safety climate determinants. Consequent to this analysis, "workers' safety prioritization and risk aversion" emerged as the foremost dimension, holding a significance weight of 0.1900. Furthermore, within the detailed elements, "unwavering adherence to safety mandates amidst demanding operational constraints" ranked supreme, manifesting a weight of 0.6663. The findings encapsulated in this study are poised to be foundational in sculpting improvements at an institutional level and devising policies, all with the end goal of fostering an exemplar safety climate within construction arenas.
The source of value-added creation in modern times has been transformed from material to man's value-added generating power, and ownership of the means of production has been converted from a particular landlord, capitalist to a person with value-added capacity, and a system of capital participation is needed beyond the profit-sharing system or performance incentive system in which workers of an enterprise participate in simple profits if they significantly increase the added value of the company. It is also necessary to introduce our private stock system as a means of addressing the problem of capital bias and for the stable development of capitalism. The purpose of Employee Stock Ownership Plans is to improve the economic and social status of workers and promote labor-management cooperation by allowing workers to acquire and hold shares of the stock company in which the employee ownership association is established through the employee ownership association, but the reality is that our stock ownership system has failed to achieve its purpose due to insufficient protection against the employee. In terms of welfare, the acquisition of our company shares should include active government support for the welfare of workers' ownership on a social welfare level rather than on the logic of the capital market, and in terms of investment, it would not be appropriate to apply the regulation for investor protection to see workers' acquisition of our company shares as 'investment' in the view of workers' willingness to own shares on the stock market. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the social capital supported by social enterprises play a role in ensuring self-sustaining and sustainable growth, and to examine whether the mediating effect of social capital have a central effect on social performance. The results of this study are as follows: Innovation and orientation-to-social-value of social entrepreneurship have positive effects on structural capital, and positive influence on cognitive capital and relational capital, but innovation only has no effect. In addition, social entrepreneurship is partially mediated by structural capital. In the mediating effect between social entrepreneurship and cognitive capital, only the risk-taking and the orientation-to-social-value have a partial mediation effect on cognitive capital. However, only the initiative of relational capital was found to have a full mediating effect. And social capital has a positive effect on social performance as a whole. In conclusion, considering that the realization of economic purpose and other social purpose of social enterprises will help to develop and create jobs in the local community, and that they are engaged in business activities in a poor management environment, to provide policy support for inducing high value-added industries through industry-specific collaborations.
The Korean Army has to construct a system that will enable it to cope immediately with the flexible military relationships in Northeast Asia by systematizing and improving the efficiency of operations. These improvements include building a smart and strong army, concentrating on cost-effective combat skills, maximizing the utilization of private resources, and establishing a military structure based on information and technology. Accordingly, this study proposes solutions to solve the problems affecting the success of outsourcing in the defense industry. Unlike outsourcing in other government ministries, outsourcing in the national defense sector may be unrealistic because this strategy is related to the renovation project of the Ministry of the National Defense. In general, the objective of outsourcing in the defense industry, similar to other businesses, is to improve efficiency and not to reduce troops and national defense budget. Several factors, such as identification and security guarantee, risk reduction, cost saving, quality improvement, the reliability of enterprise, and professional technology, are necessary to ensure outsourcing success in the national defense sector. In terms of effectiveness, the improvement in service quality significantly influences outsourcing success in the national defense sector. Eventually, the national defense forces must be strengthened to prevent the provocative actions of North Korea and other threats by improving identification, sense of national security, and quality unlike the current outsourcing of the government, as well as emulating German GEBB or PMC, which utilizes social capital.

This paper empirically analyzed the relationship between the characteristics of venture business founders and management performance, setting the management strategy as a parameter to provide a suggestion for the survival and development of venture companies that play an important role in the national economy and job creation. Previous studies in Korea have analyzed the relationship between the characteristics of business founders, management strategies and management performance in a single dimension. This paper, however, explained the business performance of a company from a multi-dimensional perspective while setting the characteristics of business founders as independent variables and setting the business strategy of the enterprise as a parameter. The first result of the analysis shows that the characteristics of venture business founders have a positive effect on business performance. In particular, among the characteristics of venture business founders, a progressive spirit has had the greatest impact on business performance. On the other hand, the influence of risk sensitivity was very weak. Second, the characteristics of venture business founders were found to have a positive effect on business strategy. In particular, innovation was an important variable that affected the technological innovation differentiation strategy, and a progressive spirit was the most influential factor in the marketing differentiation strategy. Third, management strategies of venture firms were found to have a positive effect on business performance. In particular, the technology innovation differentiation strategy has a greater impact on business performance than the marketing differentiation strategy. Fourth, it was revealed that management strategy partially has a mediated effect on the relationship between the characteristics of venture business founders and management performance. In other words, it was found that the characteristics of the founders have a direct impact on business performance but if it is linked to management strategy it has an indirect effect on business performance. The results of this study show that business performance improves when venture business founders' personal characteristics and the firms' management strategy are combined.
