The enhancement of national competitiveness in future society is the discovery and training of excellent SW convergence gifted. In order to cultivate these SW convergence gifted, reinforcing competence of teachers in charge should be made first. Therefore, in this paper, artificial intelligence education contents, one of the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, were developed to reinforcing competence of SW convergence gifted teachers. After setting the direction of artificial intelligence education content, we constructed educational content suitable for secondary SW convergence gifted education, and designed and developed it in detail. The composition of artificial intelligence education content consists of machine learning and tensor flow understanding, linear regression machine learning implementation for numerical prediction, and multiple linear regression-based price prediction machine learning implementations. The developed educational contents were verified by experts with qualitative aspects. In the future, we expect that the educational content of artificial intelligence proposed in this paper will be useful for strengthening the ability of SW convergence gifted teachers.

It is required to be enhancement of competitiveness for specialty contractors' employees due to specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the work performance of them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze level of work performance and find factors of core competence for specialty contractors' employees that can be utilized for development of effective educational program. The survey is based on CEO, Engineer and Manager in specialty contractors, and a questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the importance of job task, work load and degree of work difficulty as well as their core competence needs. The analysis result of this study can be utilized for development of effective educational program which is reflected the characteristics of specialty contractor's employees.

A standard engineering model that reflects the current organization system and engineering operation process of domestic nuclear power plants was developed based on the Standard Nuclear Performance Model developed by the American Nuclear Energy Association. The level 0 screen, which is the main screen of the engineering model computer system, consisted of an object tree structure, which provided information that is phased down from a higher structure level to a lower structure level (i.e., level 3). The level 1 screen provided information related to the sub-process of the engineering operation, whereas the Level 2 screen provided information related to each engineering operation activity. In addition, the Level 2 screen provided additional functions, such as linking electronic procedures/guidelines, providing electronic performance forms, and connecting legacy computer systems (such as total equipment reliability monitoring system, configuration management systems, technical information systems, risk monitoring systems, regulatory information, and electronic drawing system). This screen level increased the convenience of user's engineering tasks by implementing them. The computerization of an engineering model that connects the entire engineering tasks of an establishment enables the easy understanding of information related to the engineering process before and after the operation, and builds a foundation for the enhancement of the work efficiency and employee capacity. In addition, KHNP developed an online training module, which operates as an e-learning process, on the overview and utilization of a standard engineering model to expand the understanding of standard engineering models by plant employees and to secure competitiveness.

The world's electric automobile sector has shifted beyond technological environmental changes to a stage that has an impact on the market environment. And automakers are shifting from the existing strategy of "technological advantage → brand enhancement → sales expansion of existing internal combustion engine vehicles" to the expansion of the electric automobile market itself, which is to enhance market competitiveness. In addition, competition in the electric automotive parts market is expected to intensify due to the expansion of the business areas of existing parts makers and the entry of new companies, and development cooperation is expected to actively proceed to improve the efficiency of major eco-friendly parts. Along with this prospect, electric vehicles are expected to change the overall structure of the automobile industry, the overall growth of the electric vehicle value chain such as batteries, power trains (motors, power management and control systems), electric vehicle production, and charging infrastructure Is expected. Therefore, in this thesis, in order to cultivate a variety of high-quality human resources that companies want to keep pace with the changing automobile industry, we study a professional manpower training program that leads the growth engine of the electric automobile industry.

A basic ability test is conducted in recent days to screen gifted students who could make a contribution to the enhancement of national competitiveness in knowledge-based information society. A basic ability is here defined as an ability related to creativity and thinking faculty, and CS literacy is ruled out, though it seems that everybody needs CS literacy in knowledge-based information society. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between CS literacy and giftedness. The subjects in this study were 61 gifted students. The selected students participated in an CS program during a six-week period of time in order to find out the effect of the program. And it's found that there were gaps among the students in CS literacy according to the level of giftedness, and information science literacy has a statistically significant correlation to giftedness. Therefore a screening test of gifted students should cover CS literacy, as CS literacy seems to be mandatory for every field of information society.

The creation of value and the enhancement of benefits through records management by enterprises are comparable to those by public institutions. However, Korea has yet to establish guidelines on corporate records management. Global companies are strengthening their competitiveness by reducing trial and error in their work through the accumulation and use of records as information assets, which serve as the output of their work processes. While Korean companies agree on the necessity of corporate records management, most of them are concerned with archival (noncurrent records) management, such as historical compilation and historical data management, rather than records (current record) management. Therefore, through a case study of a K-company with effective records management, this study identifies methods to promote the accumulation, use, and management of corporate records in line with the search of value and benefits. Moreover, the company emphasizes the management of corporate records as a big data platform that accumulates and uses data, which is an important resource in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and proposes measures for their revitalization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze correlation of perceived cosmetics brand apps attributes and use intentions, mediating role of customer satisfaction, and relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous usage intention. Then provide basic data for development management strategy of beauty industry and enhancement of competitiveness corresponding to smart era. Methods: The questionnaires were surveyed by an online company(EMBRAIN). After data collection, frequency analysis was performed on the general attributes of questionnaire survey using SPSS 22.0, and data conclusions were derived by verifying reliability and validity of data and hypotheses. Results: First, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, Second, perceived cosmetic brand app attributes have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a mediating role in the effect of perceived cosmetic brand app attributes on continuous usage intention. Fourth, involvement proved to control the relationship between perceived cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and customer satisfaction. Finally, Involvement has proven to control the relationship between cosmetic brand app attributes perceived interactivity and continuous usage intention. Conclusion: Consumers buying products from cosmetics brand apps will be more likely to use cosmetics brand apps if they feel comfortable with calculation process, search, booking confirmation and payment methods.

An American ginseng(Panax quillquefolium L) industry has emerged in British Columbia, Canada over the past ten years. Interest has grown very rapidly and with this development, attention is now moving away from field production issues and emphasis is being directed to enhancements in ginseng storage, drying and processing. There is a dearth of knowledge on these aspects even though they are crucial to international competitiveness. Enhancement dicatates the application of a systems approach to optimizing the harvest and post - harvest production system(crop digging, pre - washing cold storage. washing, drying and post - drying storage). Research in British Columbia to date has focussed on drying and storage issues and has resulted in the design of an enhanced commercial drying system. The role of dryer management, loading rates, airflow rates and pre - drying cold storage on American ginseng root drying rates and root quality were examined. From the dryer management experiments, there are distinct advantages to size sorting root to yield optimum drying rates. If unsorted root is used, efficiency is increased if the trays are systematically rotated. Loading rate experiments illustrate that increasing rates above those currently used in commercial dryers are possible without any sacrifice in quality. This has significant implications for commercial drying. Pre - drying cold storage is a most significant tool for managing drying operations. Over a period of six weeks, no discernable decrease in quality was found as a consequence of cold storage. Further, the moisture loss and the associated root surface changes(loss of surface soil in storage for example) provide new challenges for root quality management. Continued research and technological innovation will be crucial in addressing the demanding challenges of the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationships among purchase decision factors of medical devices, satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Data of this study is a 2012 survey on medical institutions using medical devices of MW(ministry of health and welfare) and We analyzed 116 medical institutions having ultrasound imaging system lager than general hospitals among data. For empirical analysis, we carried out confirmative factor analysis and path-analysis using AMOS 21.0 package. Main results of this study are as follows: First, brand has positive influence on satisfaction and satisfaction has positive impaction on repurchase intention. Second, although not statistically significant, performance and service have positive impaction on satisfaction and price has negative influence on satisfaction. The significance of this study is to provide empirical basis on establishment of efficient marketing strategy and enhancement of competitiveness for the medical device industry.

Recently, more and more hospitals have become interested in the innovation of healthcare services and processes through IT convergence based on RFID, NFC, smart devices and so on. This paper presents a case of process innovation by implementing a smart health checkup system using these advanced information technologies. The existing inefficient health checkup process based on the paper chart and manual work has been innovated using the advanced information and communication technologies. The newly developed smart health checkup system has been used successfully in a tertiary university hospital named Samsung Medical Center since April 2013. The contributions of the system include improvement of service quality, enhancement of customer satisfaction, reduction in workload of staffs, improvement of work accuracy, and accordingly reinforcement of the competitiveness of the hospital.
