The public SW market is 3 trillion won, which is less than 10% of the total SW market. However, due to the nature of the domestic market, it is an important market with a relatively large impact on small and medium-sized software companies. In this market, government is operating the Public SW Project Demand Forecasting System in order to support the marketing activities of small and medium sized SW companies and establish a fair market order. The current system has limitations such as lack of user convenience, insufficient analysis capability and less business connection. This study was conducted to identify the problems of these systems and to propose a new system for improving the convenience of users and expanding the information utilization of SMEs. To this end, we analyzed the requirements of each stakeholder. We proposed the 2-phased forecasting cycle, the management cycle, and the system life cycle of public SW projects and created a unified identifier (UID) so that the information of those projects can be identified and linked among them. As a result, an integrated reference model of project information management based on system life cycle was developed, which can explain the demand forecasting and project information, and the improved processes was also designed to implement them. Through the result of this study, it is expected that integrated management of public SW projects will be possible.
This study proposes an interface for providing mobile interaction suitable for mobile virtual reality (VR) and analyzes it through comparative experiments. The proposed interface is premised on not using additional equipment except for the mobile head-mounted display(HMD) in consideration of accessibility and usability. And the interface that controls the movement interaction using the user's gaze is designed in two phases. The key is to minimize the occurrence of negative factors such as VR sickness that can be caused by straight line movement in virtual reality. To this end, two phases are designed: an interface composed of forward/backward buttons to move the gaze toward the ground, and an interface composed of left and right buttons on the front in consideration of the gaze change in real walking motion. An application that can compare and analyze movement interactions through the proposed interface is produced, and a survey experiment is conducted to analyze the user's satisfaction with the interface experience and the negative impact on the movement process. It was confirmed that the proposed movement interaction reduced negative effects such as VR sickness along with a satisfactory interface experience for users.

In this paper, we design and implement KITNESS, a windows application that feeds back the accuracy of fitness motions based on Kinect sensors. The feature of this application is to use Kinect's camera and joint recognition sensor to give feedback to the user to exercise in the correct fitness position. At this time, the distance between the user and the Kinect is measured using Kinect's IR Emitter and IR Depth Sensor, and the joint, which is the user's joint position, and the Skeleton data of each joint are measured. Using this data, a certain distance is calculated for each joint position and posture of the user, and the accuracy of the posture is determined. And it is implemented so that users can check their posture through Kinect's RGB camera. That is, if the user's posture is correct, the skeleton information is displayed as a green line, and if it is not correct, the inaccurate part is displayed as a red line to inform intuitively. Through this application, the user receives feedback on the accuracy of the exercise position, so he can exercise himself in the correct position. This application classifies the exercise area into three areas: neck, waist, and leg, and increases the recognition rate of Kinect by excluding positions that Kinect does not recognize due to overlapping joints in the position of each exercise area. And at the end of the application, the last exercise is shown as an image for 5 seconds to inspire a sense of accomplishment and to continuously exercise.

The purpose of this study was to propose a policy direction to improve the service of public bicycles in Seoul by identifying the physical characteristics that affect the satisfaction level in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle use environment. To this end, a survey was conducted on users regarding their experiences using public bicycles in Seoul, and the responses of 567 people were analyzed. IPA analysis and ordinal logistic analysis were used. An analysis of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle IPA showed that the satisfaction level was lower than that of importance in all categories. Among them, the most urgent need for improvement was the installation of bicycle roads, improved connectivity of bicycle roads, improved road management, classification of roads and bicycle roads, improved safety during night driving, and low satisfaction levels. Second, an analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the public bicycle use environment showed that the model's explanatory power increased significantly from 0.062 to 0.437 after incorporating perceived variables, confirming that the perceived neighborhood environment characteristics are an important variable for determining the satisfaction level in the public bicycle use environment, among the perceived neighborhood environmental characteristics, accessibility, convenience, manageability.

In the event of a marine pollution accident, Korea, which is bordered by the sea on three sides, would suffer tremendous damage. According to an analysis of marine pollution accidents in Korea, most pollutants were small fishing boats and tugboats. In particular, urgent safety measures are required due to the high incidence of marine pollution accidents caused by stranded tugboats. This study aims to decrease secondary marine pollution accidents by preparing measures to prevent accidents by stranded tugboats, the main source of pollution accidents. To this end an experiment was conducted to mark 63 locations where stranded accidents have occurred on the GPS plotters of 61 tugboats operating in Boryeong sea area. Its effectiveness was then investigated. The result showed that there was no stranded accident by the subject ship during the 20-month experiment period. As a result of survey of the captains, 36 out of 40 respondents (90%) stated that the experiment was significantly helpful in ensuring safe navigation, thus confirming its effectiveness. Various measures were proposed to prevent stranded accidents, including providing information to manufacturers and users by marking the location of grounded accidents on GPS plotters and posting the location information of unknown reefs on the official website of institution Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency.
Recently, BIM has been extended to infrastructures such as roads and bridges, and the demand for BIM standard development for ports is increasing internationally. Due to the low level of utilization of classification system and drawing standards compared to other infrastructures, and the closed nature of national security facilities, ports have insufficient level of connection and sharing environment among external systems or users. In addition, since the standardization of data for port facilities is not made, it is still necessary to establish an independent DB for each system and to ensure interoperability of data between these systems since it does not have a shared environment among similar data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop and verify IFC, the international standard for BIM, in order to cope with the BIM environment and to be commonly used in the design, construction, and maintenance of port facilities. To this end, we build a standard schema with port-specific Express Notation according to buildingSMART International's standard development methodology. First, domestic and international reference model standards were analyzed to derive components such as space and facilities of port facilities. Based on this, the components of the port facility were derived through the codification, categorization, and normalization process developed by the research team. This was extended based on the port BIM object classification system developed by the research team. Normalization results were verified by designers and associations. Then, IFC schema construction was based on Express-G data modeling based on IFC 4 * 2 Candidate, which is a bridge candidate standard based on IFC4 (ISO16739), and IFC 4 * 3 Draft, which is developed by buildingSMART International. The final schema was validated using the commercialized validation tool. In addition, in order to verify the structural verification of the port IFC schema, the transformation process was verified by converting the caisson model into a Part21 file. In the future, this result will not only be used as a delivery standard for port BIM products, but will also be applied as a linkage standard between systems and a common data format for port BIM platforms when BIM is used in the maintenance phase. In particular, it is expected to be used as a core standard for data exchange in the port maintenance stage.

Interest in smart parks has been increasing due to the recent rapid rise of smart cities, but concerns are growing over the development of technology-oriented smart parks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relative importance of park services through Focus Group Interviews and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to develop user-oriented smart parks in the future. To this end, literature on park functions and services was reviewed, and interviews with experts in the field of landscape architecture and IT were conducted to derive service items. The AHP model consisted of four values, and 15 park services were established and used to survey 38 landscape experts. As a result, services for improving the park's essential functions, such as contact with nature, relaxation, and exercise-walking, were deemed important. Services related to the environment and safety in response to climate change, such as the amelioration of pollution and heatwaves were also high. The importance of social integration services was relatively low, but it was considered an important service to when enhancing community participation. Future smart parks should enhance the health benefits of contact with nature rather than implementing excessive artificial facilities and technology. Additionally, smart technology will need to be applied based on users' needs while reflecting local characteristics. Efforts should be made to enhance user intimacy and improve the understanding of smart parks by strengthening public relations education.

Although the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is continuously being advanced, the number of environmental disputes regarding it is still on the rise. In order to supplement this, it is necessary to analyze the accumulated complaint cases. In this study, through the analysis of complaint cases, it is possible to identify matters that need to be improved in the existing EIA stages as well as various damages and conflicts that were not previously considered or predicted. In the process, we dervied 'complaint-based data demands' that should be additionally examined to improve the EIA. To this end, a total of 348 news articles were collected by searching with combinations of 'environmental impact assessment' and a keyword for each of the six assessment groups. As a result of analysis of collected data, a total of 54 complaint-based data demands were suggested. Among those were 15 items including 'impact of changes in seawater flow on water quality' in the category of water environment; 13 items including 'area of green buffer zone' in atmospheric environment; 10 items including 'impact of soundproof wall on wind corridor' in living environment; 8 items including 'expected number of users' in socioeconomic environment, 4 items including 'feasibility assessment of development site in terms of environmental and ecological aspects' in natural ecological environment; and 4 items including 'prediction of sediment runoff and damaged areas according to the increase in intensity and frequency of torrential rain' in land environment. In future research, more systematic complaint collection and analysis as well as specific provision methods regarding stages, subjects, and forms of use should be sought to apply the derived data demands in the actual EIA process. It is expected that this study can serve to advance the prediction and assessment of EIA in the future and to minimize environmental impact as well as social conflict in advance.

The purpose of this study is two things. First, it is to develop and demonstrate a sharong taxi platform. To this end, the implications for platform development were derived by analyzing consumers' perceptions of existing taxi services using IPA. As a result, abnormal business activities and safe services in the maintenance area were found to be safe rides and easy rides in the key improvement area. Safety such as usage fee level and driver information provision were derived in the areas subject to improvement, and friendly response and internal and external cleanliness were derived in the areas of excessive investment. The second purpose of this study is to estimate the value given to users for sharing taxi service platforms using the CVM. As a result of estimating the value of the demonstration service of the shared taxi platform developed through this study, the WTP was 3,621 won/per household/per year when expanding throughout Gimhae-si, and 2,515 won/per household/per year. Compared to the willingness to pay for empirical services, only 69.5% of the willingness to pay for the spread project in Gimhae-si. This is the result of a combination of service spread to an unspecified number of people and concerns about service quality due to spatial expansion. This suggests that it is necessary to build data through continuous demonstration and to carefully build a roadmap for spread by upgrading services based on this.
Information security companies were established in earnest from the mid-late 1990s to early 2000s, far shorter than other national key industries. Nevertheless, the information security industry has made rapid progress. It is expected that the proportion of the information security industry will increase rapidly with the development of advanced technology along with the 4th industrial revolution. As COVID-19, which occurred at the end of 2019, spreads around the world in 2020, non-face-to-face services and digital transformation are accelerating, and cyber threats to users are also increasing. However, there are limitations in responding to new Cyber Security threats due to the shortage of information protection manpower, insufficient security capabilities of domestic companies, and the narrow domestic information protection market. This study examines the external environmental factors of information security companies such as government information protection system operation, government influence, government support, partnership between information security companies, and internal environmental factors such as top management support, financial status, human resources, organizational capability, This study was conducted using empirical data to analyze whether it affects innovation capability and whether organizational capability and innovation capability affect financial and non-financial performance. The results of this study can be used as basic data to suggest policies and implications for information security, and to strengthen the competitiveness of the information security industry.
