The production activity by human is accompanied by various accidents which resulted in human and property loss. If information on these industrial accidents can be collected and analyzed for the purpose of preventing industrial accidents, we sill be able to get ride of inductrial accidents. The accidents which involved absence from work at least 4 days in small manufacturing factories were considered in this study. 84 accidents which occurred in 1996 were investigated. These accidents were analyzed in terms of employment sector, work period, cause of accident and form of acciednt. The accidents of small manufacturing factories are numerous and are often serious and worthy of greater attention than they have received. Successful strategies for accident prevention depend on effective analysis.

This study attempted to develop the directions for developing customized health tourism programs of Gangwon province. The data was collected by telephone surveys for 500 citizens in a metropolitan and regional cities in Korea in 2009. In conclusion, the province has many advantages to develop health tourism industries because the image of Gangwon health tour was represented to be generally positive and more than 65% of respondents were interested in participating health tourism of the province. The respondents also considered that the purpose of the tour is for relaxation rather than medical treatments. However, it requires flexible seasonal employment, scientific investigations of the natural environmental treatments and connectionwithleisureactivities, also need to collaborated with health and hospital services.

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of quality circles activities upon quality circles performance and business performance. Empirical results indicate that quality circle activities influence on quality circles performance in both individual and enterprise level, Quality circles performance influences on not employment satisfaction but customer satisfaction, business performance (profitability and market values) of companies with quality circles is higher than that of companies without quality circles. In conclusion, quality circle activities influence on quality circles performance that effect on business performance.

Dielectric materials with inherently high power densities and fast discharge rates are particularly suitable for pulsed power capacitors. The ongoing multifaceted efforts on developing these capacitors are focused on improving their energy density and storage efficiency, as well as ensuring their reliable operation over long periods, including under harsh environments. This review article summarizes the studies that have been conducted to date on the development of high-performance dielectric ceramics for employment in pulsed power capacitors. The energy storage characteristics of various lead-based and lead-free ceramics belonging to linear and nonlinear dielectrics are discussed. Various strategies such as mechanical confinement, self-confinement, core-shell structuring, glass incorporation, chemical modifications, and special sintering routes have been adopted to tailor the electrical properties and energy storage performances of dielectric ceramics. In addition, this review article highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with the development of pulsed power capacitors.

The rapid change in the university environment due to the decrease in the school-age population calls for enhancing the competitiveness of China-related departments. In this paper, the university's competitiveness and dropout rate were studied in combination with various factors such as geographical location of Chinese-related departments set up at national universities, convergence with other departments, competition rate for entrance exams, scholarships, and employment rate that have a comprehensive impact on student satisfaction. In particular, the dropout rate presented research results that could help universities strengthen their competitiveness in China-related departments, such as by differentiating customized academic strategies according to the atmosphere of elimination through multiple regression analysis and quantile analysis. We hope this thesis will be the basis for policymaking and judgment in China-related departments.

Thanks to China's economic development, the food service industry and franchise industry have combined to serve a huge market, and alterations continue to take place, such as the changing tastes of Chinese people and the changing food culture. Global franchise companies centered in the US are rapidly making inroads into the market, and Chinese local companies are also making efforts to expand their influence. In particular, in this situation where trends are gradually changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we look at the trends of franchise headquarters, franchisees, employment, and operating profits for the past 10 years using information published by the National Statistical Office of China. As we examine the information, possibilities push through. In addition, we will look at the cases of domestic companies that have entered China, the conditions and plans for their activities there, and what companies planning to enter China in the future need to prepare for.

대학생의 취업이 매우 어려워 최근 국내에서는 청년실업이라는 이슈가 국가의 중요한 정책적인 과제가 되고 있으며 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 다양한 정책과 방안이 제시되고 있으며, 대학교에서도 다양한 차원에서 많은 시간과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청년실업의 주요한 한 가지 원인이 되고 있는 대학생과 기업이 인식하고 있는 신입사원 선발기준을 조사하여 두 집단을 비교하였으며 분석 결과는 통계적으로 명백한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 선발기준에 대한 두 집단 간의 차이는 미스매치(miss match)의 원인이 되고 있으므로 두 주체간의 선발 기준에 관한 인식 차이를 알리고 이를 극복하기 위하여 대학생, 기업 그리고 대학교에서 취할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다.

이민자 집단에 있어 자영업은 생존과 사회경제적 지위 상승의 중요한 수단이다. 지리학적 관점에서는 이민자들의 주거 집중이 이민자 자영업이 성장하는데 중요한 역할을 한다고 보아 왔다. 하지만 최근 이민자들의 거주지가 분산되어 집거권의 역할이 축소될 가능성이 점쳐 지고 있다. 본 연구는 이민자들의 주거 분산에 따른 자영업에 대한 집거권이 행하는 역할이 어떻게 변화해 가는지 시카고 대도시권에 거주하고 있는 한국인 자영업자들을 사례로 분석하였다. 먼저 Public Use Microdata Sample(PUMS) 통계자료를 통해 한인 자영업의 전반적인 변화상을 점검하였다. 주거 분산에 대한 한인 자영업자들의 반응과 대응을 설문조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 반응이라는 측면에서 자영업자들을 '영향이 있었다'는 그룹과 '영향이 별로 없었다'는 그룹으로 나누고 각각의 특성이 고객확보, 노동력수급, 자재수급, 사업정보획득, 그리고 사업경험이라는 측면에서 서로 다르다고는 것이 밝혀졌다. 두 그룹이 민족네트워크에 의존하는 정도와 활용하는 방법에서 상이하여 그러한 반응을 보인 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구는 이민자 기업가주의의 발흥에 있어 주거 집중의 중요성은 해당 자영업의 민족적 네트워크의 의존도와 활용방법에 달려있다는 점을 밝혔다.

본 연구에서는 사이버대학에서 고립감, 상호작용, 콘텐츠만족도, 성취도 및 학습지속의향 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고 직장유무에 따른 차이를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2011년 2학기 A 사이버대학 학생을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 상호작용은 고립감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상호작용은 콘텐츠만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 상호작용이 성취도에 미치는 영향력이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째로 고립감과 상호작용은 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직장 유무에 따른 고립감, 상호작용, 콘텐츠만족도, 성취도 및 학습지속의향에서 경로계수 차이를 분석한 결과 집단 간 유의미한 차이는 없는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사이버대학에서의 사이버교육콘텐츠 및 교육의 질 제고를 위해 요구되는 콘텐츠 설계 및 운영전략을 제언하였다.

세계 각국은 서비스 경제화를 위한 각종 육성 정책을 마련하고 있다. 최근 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되면서 서비스산업의 역할에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한국의 서비스산업은 고용, 부가가치, 생산성 측면에서 OECD 국가 중 하위권에 속하며 새로운 발전 전략을 모색할 시점이다. 우리 정부는 고용과 경제 활력을 도모하기 위하여 서비스 경제 발전 전략을 수립하고 있다. 하지만 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 서비스산업은 제조업과 융합되어 발전되어야 한다는 점에서 그 중요성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통하여 중앙정부, 지방정부, 그리고 세계 각국이 추진하고 있는 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 주요 서비스산업 정책을 고찰한다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명에 대비한 7대 서비스산업 및 핵심 기술을 빅데이터 분석하고 그 관심도를 도출한다.
