Objectives: This study is designed to evaluate the influential factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity by health science college students on their job preparation beaviors. Methods: The total 714 questionnaires were distributed to juniors and seniors of health science college, and the result was statistically analyzed through IBM SPSS statistics 20.0. Results: 1. There was no significant difference of job preparation behavior between male students and female students, and while seniors showed highly active job preparation behaviors, those who had high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, and outgoing personality had highly active job preparation behaviors. 2. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, outgoing personality, and high expected salaries showed high career decision-making self-efficacy level. 3. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement and highly outgoing personality showed high level of career identity. 4. Subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy were collection of job information, goal setting, planning, and self-assessment, and all of them showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. 5. Among subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, "self-understanding" and understanding of job information showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. Conclusion: For improvement on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of health science college students, individual support, psychological support, educational support and other supports regarding job employment to provide wide paths and methods for job preparation behaviors are essential, and through various job employment education program and graded counseling, job preparation behaviors shall be promoted as a great strategy.

본 연구는 국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과 여대생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 전공만족도 요인(교과만족, 수업만족, 관계만족, 인식만족, 일반만족 요인)을 파악하였고, 전공만족도와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 취업효능감이 조절효과를 보이는지에 대하여 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과만족(C.R.=3.847, p<0.001), 수업만족 (C.R.=3.244, p<0.01), 관계만족(C.R.=3.045, p<0.01), 인식만족(C.R.=2.464, p<0.05) 요인이 전문대학교 문헌정보과 여대생의 취업준비행동에 유의미한 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 취업효능감 고집단과 저집단 간의 조절효과는 p값이 0.05보다 작은 p=.040으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의미한 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 전문대학교 문헌정보과의 취업률을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 학령인구의 급감 및 대학기관평가인증에 대비하기 위한 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 NCS기반 음료자격증교육만족도가 전공만족도 및 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 수도권에 위치한 호텔관광전공 학생들을 대상으로 2018년 5월1일부터 6월30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 총 300부 중 271부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 설정한 가설은 모두 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 '교육과정', '담당교수', '자격증의 효용성', '자격증 유형', '교수만족도', '전공교수'의 항목에서 중요한 영향을 미치는 결과가 도출되었다. 이에 호텔관광계열학과에서 음료자격증 교육프로그램 운영 시 위의 항목을 우선시 하여 학생들의 만족도를 높이는 교육프로그램이 운영되어야 할 것이다. 또한 음료자격증은 취업준비와 전공만족도에도 중요한 영향을 미치는 만큼 학생지도에 있어 전략으로 활용하여 학과의 만족도와 취업률 향상에 일조하는 방향으로 운영되어야 한다.

Purpose. This study was to effects of major satisfaction of dental hygiene students and students on self-efficacy and career preparation behavior by investigation to provide basic data for developing a systematic career customized employment support program. Methods. The data were collected from 249 students from December 1 to 10 day 2016 in Yeongnam region. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics frequency, t-test(One-way ANOVA), logistic regression by SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results. According to the general characteristics department dental hygiene students were major satisfied with 59.8%. Satisfaction with career decision self-efficacy and career preparation self-efficacy was found to $68.30{\pm}10.21$ statistically significant(p<.001). Satisfaction was also found to statistically significant ($32.65{\pm}6.05$) in career preparation behavior(p<.05). Satisfactory scores were found to 1.306 times higher than the dissatisfied students in the career decision self-efficacy goal setting. It was found that 8.423 times in satisfaction of career planning in career preparation. Conclusion. Considering the effects of dental hygiene students' major satisfaction on career decision self - efficacy and career preparation behavior, it would be good if we could develop and use various programs to improve the satisfaction of students in their majors.

본 연구는 2015년 5~6월 기간 동안 D지역 대학교 학생 483명을 대상으로 성별, 학년별, 전공계열별 자아존중감, 취업, 외모 관련성을 조사하였다. 자아존중감은 1, 4학년에서 높게 조사되었으며 소속계열별 군사경찰대학, 의과(학)대학이 높게 조사되었다. 취업스트레스는 4학년이 가장 높게 조사되었으며 세무경영대학, 의료공과대학이 높게 조사되었다. 취업준비행동은 4학년이 가장 높게 조사되었고 재활복지교육대학이 가장 높았다. 외모관심도와 외모관리행동은 여학생, 4학년이 높게 나타났고 세무경영대학에서 높게 나타났다. 자아존중감 상위군이 하위군보다 취업준비행동, 외모관심도, 외모관리행동 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났고 자아존중감, 취업, 외모의 상관관계 분석결과에서 자아존중감이 높으면 취업준비행동도 높은 것으로 나타났으며 취업 스트레스는 적은 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 취업스트레스가 높으면 취업준비행동도 많이 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로 대학생활에서 자아존중감을 높이는 교육이 취업스트레스를 감소시키고 취업준비행동을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 사회맞춤형 LINC+ 육성사업에 따른 조리실습교육환경의 요인과 교육만족도, 취업준비행동 간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 표본추출은 현재 사회맞춤형 LINC+ 육성사업을 시행하고 있는 대학 중 외식·조리 관련 학과 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 편의표본추출(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. 조사 기간은 2020년 6월1일부터 1달간 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 통계적인 유의성을 분석하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 조리실습환경의 하위 요인인 교육프로그램, 교수자능력, 조리시설은 교육만족도에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도와 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조리실습교육환경의 하위 요인인 교육프로그램과 교수자능력은 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 통해 관련 전공에서의 재정지원 사업 수행에 있어서 정책 및 교육환경, 취업, 만족도에 관한 기초자료로 제공할 것으로 기대하며, 향후 전문대학 재정지원 사업 관련 연구를 수행하는 연구자들에게 이론적 근거와 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Purpose As job market squeezes and more institutions have been requiring NCS(National Competency Standards) based recruitments, the importance of NCS has been growing. Among the 10 domains of NCS, the most relevant one with MIS(Management Information Systems) field is 'information ability', which is becoming more important with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' information ability on their career preparation behavior. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' information ability on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Findings Empirical analysis showed that information ability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. In addition, this study presented a process model explaining the effect of information capability on career preparation behavior. In order to strengthen the information ability of college students, not only university-level efforts, but also MIS discipline efforts should be accompanied. Other academic and practical implications are discussed.

Objectives: This study was attempted in order to understand about the satisfaction with major and the dental hygiene professionalism in dental hygiene students and to grasp the factors affecting the career preparation behavior. Methods: The research subjects included 264 juniors and seniors who are attending dental hygiene department across Korea (three locations in Gyeonggi province, one locations in Daejeon, four locations in Jeolla province, and one locations in Daegu). Data were collected using the online questionnaire between March 6 to April 7, 2023. The chosen data analysis method included descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple linear regression. Results: The following average scores were obtained from those surveyed: 3.25 points concerning career preparation behavior, 3.83 points concerning the respondent's satisfaction with their major, and 3.45 points concerning dental hygiene professionalism. As for a difference in career preparation behavior according to general characteristics, a meaningful difference was shown in terms of gender, motivation for entering the field, and first desired employment. Aspects of career preparation behavior, satisfaction with one's major, and dental hygiene professionalism showed a significant correlation and were confirmed to explain the prediction of 29.1% of the variation in the regression model. Conclusions: For the sake of having an integrated understanding about career preparation behavior among dental hygiene students, there is a need to conduct repeated research on diverse variables and to inquire into a causal relationships between such variables.

본 연구는 응급구조(학)과 대학생을 대상으로 진로준비행동에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여, 진로 지도 및 상담을 위한 기초자료 제공과 취업지도 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 진행되었다. 연구대상자는 J도, G도, B와 G광역시에 소재한 응급구조(학)과 대학생을 임의선정 및 편의표집을 통하여 450명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2017년 8월 7일부터 9일까지 참여 동의를 받은 후 구조화된 자기기입식의 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS ver. 14.0 for Window를 이용하여, 420부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 진로정체감은 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미쳤다. 그러므로, 적극적인 진로준비행동을 할 수 있도록 진로정체감을 확립하고, 전공과 직업선택에 있어서 적극적인 진로준비행동을 할 수 있도록 동기부여 및 지원이 요구된다.

본 연구는 공학계열 대학생을 대상으로 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입과 교수-학생 간 상호작용의 조절된 조절효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2년제 P대학 2학년 재학생 206명으로부터 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 Process v3.5.3 for SPSS를 활용하여 연구 모델의 조건부 효과(직접효과 및 조절된 조절효과) 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공학계열 대학생의 학습민첩성은 취업준비행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입은 유의한 부적 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동 관계에서 학습몰입의 조절효과는 교수-학생 간 상호작용 빈도에 의해 조절되고, 그 영향은 통계적으로 유의하고 정적인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적·실무적 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.
