정부재정지원 사업 참여에 따른 대학 성과 차이 분석 연구 : 2018~2020년 공학교육혁신지원사업과 LINC사업을 중심으로 (A Study on the Differences of University Performance according to Participation in the Engineering Educational Innovation Support Project)

  • The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.

  • 본 논문에서는 대구 경북지역의 24개 4년제 대학교의 대학공시센터에 공시한 대학지표 자료를 사용하였다. 이들 대학지표들 중 재학생 충원률과 건강보험 취업률에 대한 지표를 이용하여 유사 특징을 가지고 있는 대학들을 그룹화 (분류)하여 그룹의 특징을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. SPSS의 계층적 군집분석과 서포트벡터 군집분석을 분석방법으로 활용하여 실험한 결과에서 공통으로 도출할 수 있는 정보를 구하였다.

Shu-gyo-ryoku: An Academic and Career Skills' Enhancement Program for Engineering Students at Gunma University

  • Shu-gyo-ryoku, a program to enhance students' academic and career skills, was begun in the academic year 2011. Under the new program, "Career Planning" and "Career Design" were introduced as part of the liberal arts education for incoming freshmen. Approximately 500 students majoring in engineering enrolled in "Career Planning" in which they study a "curriculum map" and how it relates to their future fields of employment. The curriculum map illustrates the connections between classes and increases students'understanding of the curriculum structure. In small groups, students discussed the curriculum in order to develop sketches of their career paths. In addition, students answered a career anchor test and though several communicative activities, improved their communication skills. A portfolio system was built into the university network to record the learning history of each student. Students are able to check their learning histories and reflect on the change in themselves during their academic careers.

장애인 직업훈련사업의 효과성과 활성화에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Effectiveness and Activation Strategies of Vocational Training Programme for the Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 현행 노동부와 한국장애인고용촉진공단이 주도하는 직업훈련사업의 효과성을 분석하고자 실시되었으며 장애인직업훈련시설수료생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 장애인 직업훈련의 효과성은 '생산성 효과'와 '취업효과'로 개념화하였고 '생산성 효과'는 자격증 취득, 자아효능감, 교육성취도 변수로 측정되었으며 분석결과 훈련시설유형, 훈련직종, 훈련기간이 주요한 요인으로 나타났다. '취업효과' 즉 훈련수료 후 취업가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 훈련시설로 나타나 훈련생산성보다 훈련시설의 취업노하우와 훈련생관리가 취업에 더 중요한 요인임을 예측할 수 있었다. 따라서 장애인직업 훈련사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 프로그램과 교육자원을 공유할 수 있도록 공공, 민간, 보건복지부산하 훈련시설의 기능을 재정립하여 훈련시설 간 직업훈련 효과의 격차를 줄이고, 지역별 훈련사업을 특성화시키며, 장애인고용촉진기금의 효율적 운용을 위해 실적에 따른 지원차등화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

여대생의 사회적 지지 및 자기 효능감이 진로결정 수준에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Social Support and Self-Efficacy on Career Decision Level among Female University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of social support and self-efficacy on career decision level among female university students. Data was collected by questionnaires from 380 students at 3 universities in Jeonnam province and Gwangju city, Korea. The results were as follows. First, the average levels of social support, self-efficacy and career decision were over middle point(2.5point). The best of them was self-efficacy. Second, the lowest level of them by grade was commonly freshman female students. But there were no significant differences by major except for soczzzzzial support. Third, the effective sub-variables of social support which have influenced on career decision level were self-esteem support and evaluated support. Forth, the impactive sub-variables of self-efficacy which have influenced on career decision level showed general self-efficacy. Fifth, the significant sub-variables of social support which have influenced on self-efficacy were self-esteem support and material support. This study suggested that the high levels of self esteem social support and general self-efficacy led students to improve in career decision level. Here showed that the effect by grade or group on study was more clear than that by major.

고용지원센터 직장인의 자기효능감, 정서노동 및 사회적 지지가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self Efficacy, Emotional Labor, and Social Support on Job Center Workers' Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 2009년 12월부터 2010년 1월까지 부산, 울산, 김해, 진해에 소재한 고용지원센터에 근무하는 직장인 180명을 대상으로 우편을 이용하여 설문지를 배포하였다. 180부 설문지 중 140부가 회수되었으며 무응답과 불성실하게 답변한 8부를 제외하고 132부만 본 연구에서 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 미치는 요인을 탐색하기 위해 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 다음과 같은 통계분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인들과 고용지원센터 직장인의 소진간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 검증을 실시하였으며, 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 자기효능감과 정서노동이 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 자기효능감, 정서노동, 사회적 지지 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 고용지원센터 직장인의 자기효능감이 심리적 소진에 전반적인 영향을 미치므로 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진을 감소시키기 위하여 자기효능감과 사회적 지지를 높여 주어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 기술하였다.

What Else Is Needed in the Korean Government's Master Plan for People With Developmental Disabilities?

  • On September 12, 2018, President Jae-In Moon announced the Comprehensive Plan for Lifelong Care for People with Developmental Disabilities, with representatives from the associated government branches (Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Employment and Labor) in attendance. The goals of this plan are to provide health, medical, rehabilitative, special education, and social welfare services according to the life-stages of the affected individuals; to reduce parental pressure; to promote social interventions; and to enhance community-level participation in order to create a 'welfare society in harmony.' However, in order for the plan to succeed, additional efforts must be made in the following areas. First, an epidemiological survey is needed to understand the scale, prevalence, and incidence of developmental disabilities and to establish an evidence base to support policy development. Second, accurate definitions of developmental disabilities must be established in order to avoid policy discrimination based on impairment type and age. Third, personal evaluations to assess disabled individuals' unmet needs and customized service designs to deliver those needs are required. Fourth, the plan must fulfill the goals of accessibility and fairness that the government intends to provide. Fifth, the government should consider an integrated financial support system and to propose a detailed plan for monetary distributions. Finally, an integrated system that links health, medical, employment, educational, and welfare services must be constructed.

보건소 영유아 영양사업 실태와 보건소 종사자와 영유아모의 영양사업 요구도 (Status and Needs for Nutrition Services for Infants and Preschoolers among Public Health Center Workers and Infants Mothers)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the present status of nutrition services for infants in public health centers and the need for nutrition services of health workers and infants mothers. The study subjects were 146 health workers and 197 infants mothers. The results were as follows : At present, the only major nutrition services for infants were vaccination and dental care. Proper nutrition management services were available to infants. Nutrition knowledge scores were 16.8 for health workers and 15.3 for mothers out of 20 possible points. Health workers strongly demanded a well-organized nutrition education program, government support, audio-visual materials and the employment of a community nutritionist. The public health workers, in particular, demanded the development of education programs for breastfeeding and weaning. The infants mothers demanded services of nutrition information and teaching of cooking and menu planning. Based on this, the results suggest that the employment of a community nutritionist and the development of practical nutrition service programs for infants are needed very urgently for public health centers.

중간지원조직으로서 도시재생지원센터의 역할과 운영 방안 - 충청북도 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Roles and Efficient Operations of Urban Regeneration Support Center as Intermediary Organization - Focused on the Chungcheongbuk-do -)

  • 최근 도시재생사업을 실질적으로 추진하는 도시재생지원센터에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 이유는 역할과 권한이 명확하지 않고, 각 지자체 센터별 운영 경험이 축적되지 않아 많은 시행착오와 부작용이 따르고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 충북지역 도시재생지원센터를 대상으로 운영 현황을 분석하여, 향후 바람직한 도시재생지원센터의 운영 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 기초현황과 설문조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 특히 관계자 심층면담을 통한 현장중심의 연구를 수행하였다. 충북지역 도시재생지원센터는 첫째, 광역센터·기초센터·현장센터간 역할 및 업무분담이 명확하지 않다는 점, 둘째, 센터 운영 방식의 한계와 운영 자율성 및 독립성이 확보되지 않은 점. 셋째, 도시재생 참여주체로써 행정에 비해 상대적으로 매우 낮은 권한과 위상을 갖고 있다는 점. 넷째, 도시재생 관련 전문 인력 확보 부족과 직원 고용의 불안전성이 전반적인 문제점으로 도출되었다. 따라서, 향후 도시재생사업이 더욱 체계적이고 효율적으로 추진되기 위해서는 우선 현장의 목소리에 귀를 기울여 각 지역마다 실제적 여건이 반영될 수 있는 안정적인 운영시스템 구축이 반드시 필요할 것으로 보인다.

여성 직업 교육프로그램실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구: 제주특별자치도를 중심으로 (Women's Vocational Training Programs and Satisfaction with the Programs in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province)

  • Although women's economic participation has been increasing in Korea, the utilization of educated women's labor is still low. Therefore, vocational training programs for women are both important and necessary. This study examines the vocational training programs for women offered by the three largest vocational training centers in Jeju: the Woman Resources Development Center, the Jeju Women's Development Center, and the Seogwipo City Women's Cultural Center. This study also analyzes the students' satisfaction with these vocational training programs and identifies the related variables that cause differences in their levels of satisfaction. The sample includes 397 respondents who were surveyed from June 23 to September 12, 2008. Moreover, the data are analyzed by conducting a one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Duncan's Multiple Range(DMR)test. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the vocational training programs in Jeju consist of lectures that cover various subjects. The programs mainly focus on work that offers relatively low wages and requires few skills, and the duration of the programs is short. Second, the original goal of the programs does not meet the needs of women who are seeking employment. The participants respond that they want more appropriate programs that are designed by considering their need for employment, support them in finding a job, and re-educate them. Third, most of the participants are satisfied with their vocational training experiences, and their satisfaction with the instructors is especially high. The differences in their levels of satisfaction are caused by economic characteristics such as the location of the student's residence, home ownership, and the level of life. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to separate vocational/employment training from general education for women. Moreover, the vocational training programs for women should be more specialized according to the different needs of each group.
