This paper studies the impact of domestic and foreign economic activity on mobility among regions. The shortage of human resources and demand continues in Eastern Europeans. Especially Ukrainians, have entered the Polish labor market to make up for the scarce areas. As a result, Poland's supply and demand in Ukraine is disproportionate. Minimum wage increases are putting continued pressure on employers. Therefore, the regression equation in the form of job-seeker's economic activity ratio, y= AX2+B,(x=settlers) can be used to grasp the relationship between curves. According to the domestic and foreign workers who migrated, economic activities was rather than increasing the local population, the settlers of nearby large cities is more proportional. Empirical analysis has shown that the human resource hub has increased migration to large cities and industrial. The hub 'A'nation has been created for mobility in 4th wave re-industry, and the same re-industrialization (N2) in other cities has attracted nearby human resources, but not settle. After all, the hub relationship between N1 and N2 is a mobile relationship. Due to wage inequality or a positive wellbeing chasm, workers are not settled plant area but a nearby city, or commuting between borders is easy to go into the hub central city. However, this proved on emerging from the relatively temporary settlers in the AI era.
This study was conducted to suggest a way to increase profitability by figuring out the factors that affect the satisfaction and revisit intention of customers who visit a theme park, studying the property and correlation of service quality. The purpose of this study was to figure out the relation between the service quality of foods and beverages and its influence on the satisfaction of the customers who visited the theme park. As service quality and price of foods and beverages which occupy 20% of the whole sales of the theme park are related with each other, they positively affect the satisfaction of visitors of the theme park and their revisit intention. It means it is necessary to improve the service quality of foods and beverages and to set the reasonable price based on quality in order to raise the rate of the customers' revisit through increase in profits and customer satisfaction. One of the most important quality factors to improve service quality is service attitude of employees who help customers. It requires to take action to improve employers' morals and service mind via education and training. Thus, it is possible to raise customer satisfaction and revisit intention by improving service quality.
This study was conducted to provide basic data on the relationship between the happiness and job satisfaction of dental hygienists. The research subjects were 264 dental hygienists in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. The study was conducted using structured questionnaires and the collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software, ver. 20.0. The happiness index, which was based on general characteristics, showed the greatest significant differences in life satisfaction (p<0.05) among adults over 36 years of job experience, negative emotions (p<0.01) among adults under 25 years of job experience, and negative emotions (p<0.05) among adults with 4~10 years of job experience. The factors that improved the job satisfaction of dental hygienists were life satisfaction, prime duty at the work place, and a positive effect. On the contrary, negative emotions lowered the job satisfaction. The happiness of the dental hygienist is an important factor not only for the improvement of the hygienist's personal quality of life, but also the patient's health. It is necessary for dental hygienists to maintain good relationships with coworkers during in the workplace, as well as employers, to have an administrative system that offers proper compensation, improvement of the work environment, and opportunities to improve professionalism at the workplace.

A public perception survey of environmental health due to small-scale industries was conducted in Sudong Myun, Namyangju City, Kyungki Do, recently being changed to industrialized rural community. This survey had the purpose to ascertain public interest, to identify public needs, and to assess participation for environmental health programs of rural community. The results of survey were as follows: 1. The rate of the respondents with factory worker 19.4% and half(53.1%) of respondents had lived nearby the factory. 2. Some respondents were not favor their neighboring factories(30.1%) and have discussed about its environmental problems in community meeting(14.4%) especially in neighborhood adjacent factories. 3. The respondents have perceived that: (1) major problems were water contamination, air pollution, nasty odor, dust, and noise (2) health problems were more serious in employees than in other residents (3) the employers were responsible for environmental problems (4) the health service should provided by public health center channel and participated by the residents (5) most important service for workers was improvement of working conditions. We hope the community environmental and/or occupational health delivery system for the employees and residents will be developed true public health center channel in a rural community on the basis of this result.
This study illuminates the mechanism of life course on labor status of old age complementing the limits of labor status hypothesis of old age and model of statues attainment and combining them. The main results from this analysis are summarized in four points. Firstly, older men mostly engaged in agriculture, forestry and fishing industry or low-class occupations. A very small portion held high level or professional occupations. Regular full-time employees or employers were only 4.4% while, about 70% of older employees were temporal employees or self-employed. This shows that the elderly affluence hypothesis which alleges that most older men maintain high level occupations, applies to only a few. The second finding is that wealth differentials are sizable: about 20% of older workers own less than 50 million won, while 9.3% possess more than 600 million won. Therefore, it is not safe to claim that most people have accumulated enough wealth for old age according to the elderly affluence hypothesis. This gap being mainly reflected by education level, suggests that the model of status attainment is appropriate as wealth accumulation hypothesis. Thirdly, educational level determined not only lifetime careers, but also labor status of old age. Fourthly, using path analysis, the last finding is that education had effect on labor status of old age through lifetime career and wealth. That is, old men who have low education level had unstable lifetime career and own less wealth. They work in low income job, low social occupations and unstable occupation type in old age. This shows that life inequality continues until old age. Therefore, the inequality of education opportunity, spread of part-time work and small scale self employees should be discouraged. Furthermore, related policy should be provided in order to prevent being caught in unstable work.

Recent construction projects are becoming larger, more complex and higher rising. Accordingly, necessity of the VE is emphasized as more suitable for expense, function and quality. However, the VE is not functional because of difficulty of application process or of the methods in use in the field of construction. One of the alternative is to introduce the incentive system to activate the VE in the field of construction. By using the incentive system, employers can reduce the relevant project's prime cost and builders will maximize profit creation. In domestic case, they presented the systematic support policy 'Technical development compensation system' which is similar to the 1992 American's VE incentive system about builder's technical development effort but the result was not positive. This study investigates both domestic and other country's construction VE incentive system and reported problems in the construction VE incentive system to executives and construction VE experts. From this survey, conclusions were drawn about problems in the domestic construction VE incentive system's similarity system: 'Insufficiency of the construction VE incentive's article and standards', 'Insufficiency of the appraiser of the construction VE and of the full charge department' etc. I had interviews with the experts of the construction VE which were based on the above-mentioned problems and then presented 'Improvement of the construction VE's incentive system relevant law and system', 'Construction VE experts and construction formation' etc. for ways to bring acceptance of the construction VE in the construction industry.
Nowadays college students in South Korea experience much stress related to job search due to the continuing unemployment crisis. Particularly, students who hold a degree in Security Services suffer from such stress at a higher level compared to other students because of the specific qualifications sought by potential employers. Therefore, this study investigates the effect of the stress related to job search on career maturity among the students of Security Services. The authors surveyed 250 students of Security Services from 7 colleges in Gyeonggi, Jeolla, and Gyeongsang provinces. Before distributing the questionnaire, its validity and reliability were assessed through the consultations with experts in the related fields. The data collected was examined via various statistical methods, including factor, reliability, correlation, and regression analyses using SPSS 20.0. The results indicated that socio-demographic characteristics affected job search stress and career maturity. Additionally, it was found that the job search-related stress of the students influenced their career maturity. To illustrate, job search stress and career maturity were positively related. Based on the results of the analyses, the authors confirm that the students of Security Services are suffering from a high level of stress resulting from job search, which impacts their career selection. Finally, policy implications are discussed, including alleviating the stress by providing diversified career choices to the students.

Objectives: Particulate matter (PM) at construction sites mostly originates from either construction activities or the atmospheric environment. This study was conducted to evaluate the exposure level to PM and the contribution ratio of atmosphere sources at construction sites. Methods: We reviewed literature and governmental systems related to PM exposure in occupational settings and summarized them. In the field evaluation, five construction sites and one golf course were selected: two from Gyeonggi-do Province and four from North Gyeongsang-do Province. For each site, personal samples from outdoor construction workers and area samples from the outdoor area around the construction site office were collected according to construction work types. PM concentrations reported from nearby National Ambient Air Monitoring Stations were recorded. Respirable dust concentrations, respirable silica concentrations, and several metal concentrations including Cd, Cr, Pb, and As were monitored over four months. In the end we suggested how to manage particulate matter exposure at construction sites. Results: There was little literature reporting on exposure levels of construction workers to PM. Respirable dust concentrations measured in Gyeonggi-do Province were higher than those measured in North Gyeongsang-do Province. The geometric means of respirable dust concentrations in personal samples and area samples were $37.89{\mu}g/m^3$ and $92.86{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. The respirable dust concentrations were higher than the PM concentrations reported from nearby National Ambient Air Monitoring Station. The geometric means of respirable silica concentrations of personal samples and area samples were $1.3{\mu}g/m^3$ and $1.1{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. All metal concentrations were lower than 10% of individual Korean occupational exposure limits. Conclusions: Assuming that personal samples consisted of ambient PM and dust originating from work activities and area samples only collected ambient PM, we concluded that the dust exposure of outdoor construction workers originated 40.8% from the atmosphere and 59.2% from construction activities. PM exposure at construction sites should be controlled by employers, as in the case of outdoor heat stress. The Korean government needs to consider setting an occupational exposure limit for respirable dust.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of individual patient behavior regarding health and medical care level on doctor's diagnoses of hypertension. A X2-test was used to compare therapeutic compliance in individual characteristics and two-stage multilevel logistic regression to identify community variance of the related index of high blood pressure therapeutic compliance using data from 229,229 adults over the age of 19 in a community health survey conducted in 2010. The experience rate of doctors' diagnoses of hypertension was higher for people of older age, higher level of education, higher BMI, and among heavy drinkers (no recipients of basic living). Furthermore, there was a higher rate for those visiting health and medical institutions, having more frequent checks of blood pressure in a month, having a higher stress level, and having depression. Among paid workers, the ratio was lower for employers and owner/operators with more daily exercise (such as walking), infrequent smokers, and private health insurance holders. Doctor's diagnoses of hypertension was affected by individual health behavior and health and medical care level. Further studies employing multilevel analyses considering regional level data should be conducted in the future.
The items currently used in museum service evaluations fail to offer satisfactory suggestions that could aid in the improvement of museum services. This study aims to identify and develop items that take into consideration the unique nature of art museum services. This study also identifies factors that determine visitor satisfaction and decisions to revisit with the end of offering methods to improve art museum service. The research conducted was based on an on-site survey of visitors of the Gwangju Art Museum. 223 questionnaires were collected, 211 of which were used in the data analysis. Factor analysis was applied to identify service factors to be considered at art museums. Regression analysis was then applied to estimate the influence of each factor in visitor satisfaction and revisit intention. This study first identifies five service quality factors of art museums: display method, employers, content, facilities, and supplemental programs. Results of the regression analysis showed that content is the most important factor in raising customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Supplemental programs were also significant in raising young and family customer satisfaction. The results also showed that various supplemental services such as education and experiential programs were necessary. Service facilities were also statistically significant factors in customer satisfaction and revisit intention. This study contributes in identifying five factors that could better measure art museum service quality. It also suggests a method to improve museum service quality based on the results of empirical investigations. This information could be of great help to art museum operators and other researchers.
