Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate employer's attitude towards mentally disabled people. Methods: The Lee (1996)'s questionnaire of community people's attitude on perception for mentally disabled people was used to collect data from 208 employers in Busan City. ${\chi}^2$-test and t-test were used to explore related factors of employer's attitude. Results: Employers having experience of hiring physically or mentally disabled people showed higher CAMI scores (p=.002). Especially, employers having experience of hiring mentally disabled people showed higher scores in four components of authoritarianism, benevolence, social restrictiveness, and community mental health ideology than any other groups. In addition, we found differences in employers' attitude on authoritarianism and benevolence according to types of industries and the number of employees. Conclusion: We could suggest that employers experience of employing disabled and mentally disabled people could improve their positive attitude. Therefore, we call for various efforts and programs development to encourage employers to hire mentally disabled people.
This study is planned to investigate the compliance of small sized enterprises of under 5 employees directed by Industrial Safety and Health Act. Occupational safety regulation can be required for employer and employee to comply because that all members of workplace should be involved to protect worker's health. When all members of workplace comply with safety regulation, effectiveness of regulation will be realized as expectation. The study subject is composed of three groups as 501 employers, 501 employees of small sized enterprises of under 5 employees and 107 safety inspectors sampled by stratified random sampling for comparison. Data for analysis is collected from each sample using interview with structured questionnaires. Compliance is measured by 5 point scale composed by 8 sub items such as general perception, understanding, clearness, necessity, relevancy, implementation, penalty, and general compliance of the regulation. Among sub items of employer's compliance, the level of perception of regulation, necessity of regulation, relevancy of penalty are differentiated among three groups. The level of all 8 items of employee's compliance also differentiated among three groups. These results show that strategies for ensuring the same level of compliance among three groups will be needed through education, training and evaluation of regulation and feedback.

The present research among 251 housewives examines the perception of equity and the decision-making styles from the perspective of equity theory. The perception of equity was measured by the revised TUW scales and the Walster's global measure. Also, decision-making styles was assessed by means of the 'final-say' scale In line with the predictions, the results clearly showed that the perception of equity was a strong predictor variable to the joint decision-making.

This study aims to verify the relationship between employer's perception of employment for the disabled and employment satisfaction, and the mediating effect of perception of employment assistance for the disabled and the moderating effect of education and training support. For the purpose of this study, 4,332 companies were reorganized among the data of the 2021 Survey on Employment of Persons with Disabilities conducted by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. Data analysis used SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0, and structural equation model analysis was performed to understand the relationship between variables. As a result of the study, there was a significant influence between employer's perception of employment for the disabled and employment satisfaction, and the partial mediating effect of employment company contribution was confirmed. In addition, it was found that there was a moderating effect according to the presence or absence of education and training support. Through the results of this study, it is significant that factors that can affect environmental composition were considered in various ways to increase the employment rate of the disabled, and based on these results, implications for increasing the employment rate of the disabled were presented.
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the preschoolers' hostile attributional bias and the narrative representation profiles. Forty five 4-year-old preschoolers (24 boys, 21 girls) participated in this study. In order to measure the children's narrative responses, MacArthur Story Stem Battery (MSSB) was used, and "a cartoon-based social perception task" was used to obtain preschoolers' hostile attributional bias. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and cluster analysis. The results were as follows. First, the rate of hostile attributional style of the subjects was 28.89%. Second, four profiles regarding the narrative representations of 4-year olds were found including: Prosocial (33.3%), Constrained (42.2%), Anxious/Restricted (6.7%), and Dysregulated (17.8%). Third, the rate of preschoolers' hostile attributional style differed by the preschoolers' narrative representation profile. Children with a Prosocial profile showed a less hostile attributional style than children with an Anxious/Restricted profile and Dysregulated profile. In conclusion, preschoolers' hostile attributional bias is related to the narrative representation profile.

This study subject was composed of three groups as employers, employees of manufacturing and using the harmful machine and safety inspectors. Manufacturing workplace were 236 places, using workplace were 201 places and the safety inspectors were 100 people. The study subject was sampled by stratified random sampling considering the type of harmful Machine. Data for analysis is collected from each sample using interview with structured questionnaires. Compliance is measured by 2, 3, and 4 point scale composed by 8 sub items such as general perception, understanding, clearness, necessity, relevancy, implementation, penalty, and general compliance of the regulation. The level of 8 items of employer's compliance are not differentiated among three groups. The determining factors for inspection observance of the workplace using the harmful Machine were understanding, penalty and cognized compliance. The determining factors for inspection observance of the workplace manufacturing the harmful Machine were understanding and object conformity. First, customer orientation, reliable·financially strong company and product·service quality have significant impact on corporate cognitive trust. And employer brand, product/service quality and social·environmental responsibility have significant impact on corporate affective trust. Second, cognitive trust and affective trust have significant impacts on consumer loyalty. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study considers trust as two dimensions such as cognitive and affective, not a single dimension, and identify what dimensions of franchise firms affect consumers' reputation perception and in turn lead cognitive and affective trust, and loyalty. This study also provides several managerial implications. In the franchise market where competition is intensifying, it is very important to analyze the attitudes of consumers in order to gain an advantage in competition with other competitors. In this study, it is meaningful that the study was conducted on consumers who have experience using a restaurant franchise company. Also, reputation is necessary to pay attention to the company because it is an important variable that strengthens with customer through confidence in food service franchise business, and leads loyalty and consumer consumption. Therefore, marketers should develop marketing strategies considering various reputation factors.

It was conducted in 50 teachers who were in charge of two- to five-year-olds at 22 national/public, private, and employer-supported childcare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Arnett's (1989) Caregiver Interaction Scale (CIS) translated by Choi and Shin (2015) was used to measure the quality of teacher-child interactions, and the Current Status and Self-Desire for Professional Competence scale developed by Wang (2005) and translated and revised by Jeong (2016) was used to measure a teacher's perception of professionalism. The Teaching Intention Scale (TIS) developed by Wilcox-Herzog and Ward (2004) and translated and revised by the researcher was used to measure teaching intentions. The researcher and the research assistant personally visited the centers to observe the teachers for the quality of teacher-child interactions and a questionnaire for teachers was used to determine a teacher's perception of professionalism and teaching intentions. For data analysis, t-test and Pearson's product-moment correlation analysis were performed on the basis of the questions. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the quality of teacher-child interactions differed insignificantly by education or career. Second, teacher's perception of professionalism differed significantly by teachers' career but differed insignificantly by education: the longer career, the better perception of professionalism. Third, teaching intentions differed insignificantly by education or career. Fourth, teachers with better perception of professionalism showed higher quality of teacher-child interaction. Fifth, The higher level of teaching intentions teachers showed the more sensitive interactions they made with children.
