The purpose of this study was to examine effects of practicing martial arts upon job performance of employees engaged in security industry. For positive investigation, 400 employees were questioned using some questionnaires; as a result, we obtained the following conclusion of the relation between the extent of the practicing martial art and the ability of performing their jobs. First, the more they practice martial art, the better and higher their mental health and psychological stability more than control group. Especially, when crime is reported to them or they arrest a criminal taken in an act of crime, the degree of their anxiety was low and they strongly expose self-confidence, their view of moral achievement and their sense of morality. Second, the more they practice martial art, the higher their ability of arrestment a criminal in an act and self-defense is. Because practicing martial art make their vital power and physical strength promoted. Third, the more they practice martial art, the more sincere the trust and friendship among colleagues are. As well they seem to feel strong solidarity oneanother. But practicing martial art appeared that it doesnt have an effect on coping with complications among generations and the gaps between master sergeant and them. Fourth, employees engaged in security industry practicing martial art is not only used in job performance merely as a technique; it is also effective on the mind that it make their anxiety dissolved and give them self-confidence.

This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition), and the moderating effect of employment type(permanent or temporary employees) in food service company. Based on the responses from 304 responses, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that 4 factors(management support, education, internal communication, employment security) effect positively on food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition). The positive effect of internal communication on superior attitude and work condition appeared to be more positive in permanent employees than in temporary employees. And the results of t-test analysis showed that permanent employees perceived more positively all internal marketing factors(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(precaution, superior attitude, work condition) than temporary employees.

국내 정보보호 시장이 급성장하고 있어 정보보호 산업의 발전을 위해 성장성이 우수한 비즈니스 모델을 찾아 보안산업의 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정보보호 산업의 주요 생산품을 유사한 업종별로 구분하여 종속변수로 정하고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 기술성숙도에 따라 구분하였으며, 독립변수는 매출액, 사원수, 업력을 대상으로 하였다. 조사결과 86개 기업 대상 평균 매출액은 87.98억원, 업력은 13.51년, 사원수는 64.3명 이었으며, SPSS 통계분석 결과 기술성숙도에 따른 업종과 매출액의 상관관계는(r = -.729) 유의수준 5%이내에서 상관이 있으며, 회귀분석 결과 (p=.047 < 0.05)는 유의미하였다. 따라서 기술성숙도에 따른 업종 분류와 매출액은 관련이 있다고 할 수 있다.

금융산업은 일상 국민 생활경제와 매우 밀접한 관련이 있다. 따라서 저축은행 사태와 같이 금융기관 임직원들에 의한 횡령, 배임 등 부정행위(fraud)가 발생할 경우, 신용경색과 연쇄파산 등 민생경제에 심대한 악영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 이에 외국에서는 금융산업 보안의 중요성이 특히 강조되고 있고, 물적, 인적, 사이버를 통합하는 융합보안(converged security)으로 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 은행권에서 내부 임직원들에 의해 발생하는 부정행위를 방지하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 리스크 관리(risk management) 업무를 담당하고 있는 은행권 임직원, 금융 정책수립 및 규제기관 담당자, 보안전문가 등 총 16 명에 대하여 반구조화된 심층 인터뷰(in-depth semi-structured interview)를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터를 개인, 조직, 사회 문화적 레벨 등, 세 가지 계층화 수준에서 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 금융산업보안(financial industry security)의 발전과 금융권 내부부정 행위 방지를 위한 정책적 권고사항들을 도출하였다.

오늘날 현대 조직에서는 제3의 자본으로서 사회자본의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 사회자본은 조직구성원에 대한 효율적 인적 자원관리와 관련하여 "구성원에 대한 신뢰와 규범, 사회적 네트워크"등을 그 구성요소로 하는데, 현재 이와 관련된 많은 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 민간경비업체 종사자들의 사회자본에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 사회자본에 대한 국내외 선행연구를 바탕으로 민간경비업체 종사자들을 대상으로 하여, 사회자본과 직무만족과의 관계에 대해서 직무특성의 매개역할을 중심으로 한 실증분석을 통해 민간경비업체 종사자들의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 결과, 첫째, 사회자본과 직무만족과의 관계에 대한 분석결과, 사회자본의 구성요소 중 신뢰와 네트워크는 직무만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회자본과 직무만족과의 관계에서 직무특성에 대한 매개효과의 분석결과, 직무특성 요인인 직무중요성과 기술다양성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석의 결과는 민간경비업체 종사자들의 직무스트레스를 감소시켜 주고 직무만족과 더불어 조직의 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 조직 구성원 간의 신뢰와 네트워크 등을 통하여 사회자본에 기반을 둔 상호협력 등이 필요로 함을 의미한다. 따라서 민간경비업체 종사자들에 대한 사회자본의 활성화와 유지를 위한 관리전략이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

Since the banking industry relies so heavily on strong customer-staff interactions, measuring employee job satisfaction has become a critical problem. To achieve benefits for both individuals and organizations, it is crucial to foster and ensure employee job satisfaction. The main objective of this study is to determine the influencing factors of employees' job satisfaction in commercial banks in Bangladesh. This study focused on some significant factors such as employee empowerment, job security, management support, and attractive compensation in an organization. In terms of research purpose, non-probability convenience sampling has been used, and the study is quantitative in nature. For data collection purposes, an online survey questionnaire was prepared based on previously published articles. The targeted population was the bank employees of commercial banks in Bangladesh where the final sample size was n = 200. For analyzing the collected data, SPSS 26.0 version has been used to test the study model and the proposed hypotheses. This study also shows that employee empowerment, job security, management support, and attractive compensation have positive and significant effects on employees' job satisfaction at the workplace. Finally, this study has offered some extraordinary directions and implications for future research on commercial bank authorities in Bangladesh.

융 복합 시대 도래로 인한 옴니 채널 환경에서 기술적 및 관리적 정보보안대책 확충과 더불어 기업구성원의 자발적 참여를 통해 정보보안대책이 효과적으로 실행되는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 맥락에서 기업구성원이 정보보안대책 인식 이후 자발적으로 조직시민행동을 전개하면 정보보안 대책에 대한 준수의도가 형성될 것으로 본다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 정보보안대책(정보보안정책, 정보보안 교육훈련)이 조직시민행동을 매개로 정보보안 준수의도에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 기반으로 설문문항을 작성하였으며 다양한 업종의 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료를 분석한 결과, 정보보안정책과 정보보안 교육훈련이 정보보안 준수의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보보안정책과 정보보안 교육훈련 모두 조직시민행동(참여 활동)을 매개로 정보보안 준수의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

PURPOSE: To demonstrate that the training of information protection for members at medical institutions increases the information protection activities of employees. METHODS: We used the chi-square test and the logistic regression model to analyze the data of the "Healthcare Information and Communication Status Survey in 2017" (n = 2002) conducted by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute RESULTS: As a result of the analysis, the information protection activity increased when the education was received and the number of received more than the education was not received. Especially, when the management receives education, it affects the information protection activities of the employees. CONCLUSION: In order to protect medical information, medical institutions need to provide education on information protection for management and employees.

The increasing number of crimes in rapidly changing modern society is enhancing people's desire for safety. As of 2008, 2,900 private security businesses with 133,000 employees operated in the private security industry which emerged in response to growing demands from society and people. Of the employees, bodyguards (hereinafter referred to as "private security guard") accounted for about 10% or 13,000. Most private security guards were suffering from various occupational diseases. Especially as they needed to guard their clients many hours a day and worked in a standing position for a long time, private security guards often complained of low back pain. Under the pain, they were hardly expected to perform their tasks efficiently. There are several causes of low back pain. The most prevalent cause is muscle weakness and imbalance around low back. Especially because private security work often requires security guards to maintain a standing position for a long time, many of them are suffering from low back pain. This study pursued the following purposes. First, it tried to identify the pathogenesis of low back pain caused by muscle weakness and imbalance around low back. Second, it tried to provide private security guards, who can hardly have personal time at work, with an easy method to prevent and manage low back pain any time by researching an effective therapy for low back pain caused by muscle weakness and imbalance around low back.

본 연구는 산업보안상 인적취약요소로 분류되는 조직구성원에 의한 업무부정행위의 정의와 발생원인, 방지대책 등에 대하여 문헌연구를 통해 고찰하고, 선행연구를 통해 드러난 부정행위의 행동적 발생징후들에 대하여 은행, 보험사, 증권사 등 국내 금융산업에 종사하고 있는 근로자들에게 설문자료를 수집하여 기술통계, 요인분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 부정행위의 발생징후들은 '경제적 동기', '비경제적 동기' 두 가지 요인으로 분류되었으며, '과도한 주식투자'와 '빈번한 이사 등으로 생활환경의 불안정'의 두 징후에 대한 정확성 평가와 실제 부정행위의 적발 경험이 통계적으로 유의미하게 연관되어 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 내 외부 제보에 의해서 업무부정행위가 가장 많이 적발되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 금융산업에서 발생할 수도 있는 업무부정행위를 조기에 발견하여 피해규모를 최소화도록 일조하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다.
